Carlstadt Pet Meadow cremated our sweet Russell when we had to let him go. It broke our hearts to lose him. Carlstadt Pet Meadow emailed their condolences to us and also when Russell's ashes were ready to be picked up@our Vet's. Russell's ashes are now in a beautiful box. His name is engraved across the top. It is so well done and it actually gives us comfort and peace to have him with us in this beautiful presentation. It is helping our hearts heal. Thank you Carlstadt Pet Meadow for the gracious, compassionate way this was done.We appreciate your service done for our precious boy RUSSELL.

6 months ago....my best friend of 18 years passed away his sleep. There's not a day I don't think about him. I've used pet meadows before for 2 of my other beloved and I can't thank these people enough. Courteous, generous, kind, and very professional.For my last dog, pet meadows didn't have availability for a private viewing and so I reached out to another pet crematorium that had a slot open. The rudeness and mistreatment I was given there, I couldn't say goodbye to my boy in such a way. I got my dog and called pet meadows for a cremation. Although they couldn't do a private viewing, they allowed me to sit with my boy at along as I wanted before they cremated him. I have allMy money to the other place and I had to call the bank toA file a claim but it wasn't gonna be cleared in a few days. With pet meadows there really was no stress at all they let me pay when it was time to pick up his remains. Even the head quarters in Austin called to check on me and seeing if there anything else I needed.FromThat interaction, it was like a karmic web of good people I meet that gave me comfort and kindness during that time. Even I met shaman that made this commemorative box that included necklaces and prayer stick made from the remain of his hair. I couldn't ask for a better way to remember my boy.Thank you pet meadows for the work you guys do and the kindess you'd expect from any funeral service.

During our family trip to the beach over the holidays our beloved 17 year old dog passed away unexpectedly in the car 7 hours from home and with the help of a local vet and Texas Pet Meadows we were able to say goodbye and trust his care to them. Use pet Meadows often. We foster and rescue special needs dogs so we never know how long our fur babies will be with us. My veterinarian’s office sent my sweet cat, Renoir, here after he was euthanized. They established contact with me almost immediately, and were very quick to respond to a couple of questions I had about ordering some keepsakes. Pet Meadow provided cremation services for my beloved dog Jack, who I had the privilege of having in my life for 16 years. We were even allowed to see him prior to his cremation, for which we were very grateful. The staff was very caring and helpful. They were respectful throughout the process, explaining to us what would happen with each step. I deeply appreciate that they offer the added service of allowing you to attend the cremation. I definitely recommend them to other grieving pet parents. We received his cremains in a beautiful heart-shaped urn, inscribed with his name and dates, on that same day. Pet Meadow is very professional, personable, understanding and kind. My precious cat died and was cremated by Pet Meadow. Michael at Pet Meadow confirmed my wishes regarding her cremation and made it less painful which was such a blessing. He was wonderful and the beautiful cherry wood box had exactly what I requested engraved on the gold plack. The framed paw print is so precious as well. The return of my baby's ashes to the Animal ER who contacted Pet Meadow was done as promised and she was back home with me in one week. I highly recommend Pet Meadow.

This place is truly amazing. It was the hardest decision to have to put down my baby dog. The staff here waked me through the process and assured me I would be receiving my baby back. I had very little interaction with Pet Meadow as I live in a different city. Tragic weekend, unfamiliar emergency vet office, her remains being taken so far... I wasn't sure what to expect. Would they handle my sweet girl with dignity? I opted for just paw/nose prints and community cremation. Prints were slightly smudged, but I imagine it's difficult considering... rigor mortis 😅 otherwise was happy to receive them at all. There was actually a mishap with my shipment, but it was resolved so easily over the phone thanks to the wonderful and kind staff. That interaction plus the note that community cremains are mixed with compost for planting, made me feel that they must take excellent care of even those pets that they have to pick up from across the state. Thank you 🩷

Absolutely wonderful people and company. They spoke to me with so much sympathy and were completely accommodating. They made me feel comforted during one of the hardest losses I’ve ever experienced and made me feel like my pet was taken care of. My experience was simply a God send, I was beyond grief stricken at having to be the one to make the decision on putting my Jinx down. I knew in my head it was the best decision for him but my heart was nowhere near understanding this decision. But he had given 15 most wonderful and loving years, it was his time and once he left me I was given information about Pet Meadow. I visited their website and was met with options to create meaningful memories and choices for his ashes to lay rest. Once Jinx was ready to return home to me they kindly delivered him to my vet so that I could pick up. They made a most heart wrenching time something that was easier to manage and deal with. I am forever grateful for the care and kindness shown during my loss. And most of all I still have my beloved Jinx with me ❤️

Houston locationTexas Pet Meadow is a true blessing for all pet owners.After three intense weeks of battling non-stop for my pet rabbit Nelson's health, I was emotionally destroyed when life itself took him from me after ten years. Being already devastated, things got even worse when I discovered that the first place I had in mind for already a few months (Fond Memories) was suddenly out of operation for any kind of personal cremations. It couldn't have happened at a worse time, but that's when I would later discover that it was a blessing in disguise. I discovered Texas Pet Meadow in Houston. Once I immediately called, I spoke with the wonderful staff and instantly got the relief I was hoping for. However, the real magic wouldn't happen until the day of.A man I had spoken to for awhile by the name of Mike was the one who greeted and worked with my family and I on the day of for our private cremation viewing. Mike had already proven to be such a patient man over the phone by answering any questions I had, over and over again, but in-person he was even more amazing. He was incredibly thoughtful, patient, courteous, and made my family feel like we truly mattered during our difficult time. Not only that, he honored my personal requests to allow my family the peace of mind I needed to make sure the day went as perfect as it could go. Even the very person handling our private cremation, a sweet woman by the name of Sydney, kept us informed with every step of the process and any updates on what would happen along the way until the very moment we finally got to collect our baby and take him home. There were no sudden or uncomfortable surprises.I am truly indebted to the amazing folks at Texas Pet Meadow and, more importantly, to both Mike and Sydney for making an already terrifying day an actual wonderful experience I will NEVER forget. I cannot recommend this place enough to any who are hoping to find a place that will treat their pet with TRUE care and LOVE. The ball got dropped on the communication between the vet and Pet Meadow.. The vet said they sent over what we had requested for the cremation of our precious Ginger and that we wanted her paw print & communal cremation . That did not happen. Pet Meadow after several calls" , we were told they would have to talk to the owner . To see what could be done. They decided they could have a blanket made with pictures for a memorial. May 20th ,2024 and we get voicemail every time we call. We will just wait for a return call . It's July 25th 2024 now . Just received the beautiful blanket in lieu of the paw print was hand delivered today 7/26. Thank you Ms Sydney for making it right , it's beautiful.

If I could give 10 star rating I absolutely would. I was in distraught trying to find a place to take my beloved chameleon that I’ve had for almost 5 years. This is my first time with the cremation services provided by texas pet meadow and Mike made my experience one not to forget. Mike was extremely compassionate about my chameleon. I came in close to closing and Mike still made me feel extremely welcomed. He let me take all the time I needed and listened to me ball my eyes out. Mike simply showed me my options I had and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything I didn’t really want and I truly appreciate that. It shows the company he works for truly doesn’t care about the sales or money but does care about our loved ones proper goodbyes. When I came to pick my baby up (3 almost 4 weeks later.. due to my own financial circumstances.. btw my chameleon was ready within a few days. ) he still remembered exactly who I was! I lost my sweet baby suddenly on September 30th of this year. The loss was hard and I had no time to think about what I was going to do with her body. I am thankful that Pet Meadows was partnered with the ER I had visited. There services were quick and easy to understand. I was not in the mood to deal with any phone calls and liked the text messages and email form of communication.The cremation service was quick and took about two weeks. The box my baby was put it was beautiful and I love the engraving of her name on it. Along with her cremated remains, I received her paw print framed. I haven’t had a chance to read the poems that came with it, because every time I started to read it, I burst into tears. Nonetheless, the poems are a nice comfort to a heartbreaking situation. Thank you for taking care of my baby and giving me the comfort I needed during this difficult time.

Texas Pet Meadow is the place to go for your pet cremation needs. I lost my sweet baby on Tuesday morning and I called Texas Pet Meadow for help. Mr. Michael answered with genuine compassion, never rushing me. Mr. Michael was the first person I talked with only hours after my Rocky passed away. His calming presence was reassuring, I could tell this was more than just a job, he truly cared!My son and I brought Rocky to Texas Pet Meadow and Mr. Michael greeted us outside and treated us with dignity and respect. He was polite and most of all efficient, this experience was made so much easier because of his help and professionalism. Mr. Michael's positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for me was very appreciated..Mr. Michael never rushed us into what paperwork was required or demanding us to pay before anything was done. If I could give them 10 stars- I would in a heartbeat. Michael was the shining star of our entire experience. That man was so compassionate & just genuinely cared about us & our Little Sin Sin. Pet Meadow provided cremation services for my beloved dog Jack, who I had the privilege of having in my life for 16 years. We were even allowed to see him prior to his cremation, for which we were very grateful. The staff was very caring and helpful. I had very little interaction with Pet Meadow as I live in a different city. Tragic weekend, unfamiliar emergency vet office, her remains being taken so far... I wasn't sure what to expect. Would they handle my sweet girl with dignity? I opted for just paw/nose prints and community cremation. Prints were slightly smudged, but I imagine it's difficult considering... rigor mortis 😅 otherwise was happy to receive them at all. There was actually a mishap with my shipment, but it was resolved so easily over the phone thanks to the wonderful and kind staff. That interaction plus the note that community cremains are mixed with compost for planting, made me feel that they must take excellent care of even those pets that they have to pick up from across the state. My cat Itzli unexpectantly passed away this past Jan 5, 2025 and we did not know where to take her to get cremated. My husband found them through a google search that morning and I was able to drop her off that same afternoon. All the staff at Pet Meadow where exceptionally kind, gentle, and respectful of the difficult time that many of us that lose a pet go through. The facility was super clean and each family has a room designated so that they can say the last goodbye. I really appreciated that no one rushed us at any point of the process or attempted to sale us memorabilia. The cost is dependent on your pet weight, but I appreciated how manageable the pricing was. They have a great selection of Urns and keepsakes that you can purchase at any time whether that be a year or two from the original cremations which I found to be a good thing specially if you do not have the money to buy an urn outside of the one that comes with the package you purchase. On that note the urns that you can select from are also very nice and high quality, so no worries you are getting something that is worth the price if you choose to not purchase another Urn. Furthermore the staff was super helpful, when I noticed that the birth date was wrong on the plaque, they automatically offered to remake it free of charge which they did. I had never considered a pet cremation facility prior to the death of my cat to be an important contact to have, but I am so happy that we found Pet Meadow because they definitely played a part in making Itzli death more manageable and ceremonial compared to having taken her to a vet.

I had the worst possible experience I received from Pet Meadow, and want to make sure it this won't EVER happen to anyone else and their babies!February 25th, I had to put my 14-year-old, 3-pound, white and brown Pomeranian baby to sleep at Sunset Hospital and requested a private cremation. I received an email that night to confirm my information, my baby's weight, breed, and color, and that it was to be a private cremation.Besides the confirmation email and text saying his ashes were ready to be picked up, I never received any other emails. I had to call sunset hospital to find out how long it would take. I heard that others received several emails throughout the process about updates as well as information of other services for observing some of it or about support groups.After receiving confirmation and picking up the ashes it was very apparent that the remains were not that of my baby. The weight of the ashes were definitely over 3 pounds, the paw prints were larger than his, and the color of the fur I received came from a black dog.After notifying Sunset Hospital it took many attempts to get ahold of someone that could help. A few days later the manager from Pet Meadow finally got a hold of me and they said the remains were not of Maximus but a different dog. First, they said that they had no idea where my dog was, and they needed to investigate what had happened.On March 8th the manager came to pick up the ashes that I had and told me that this dog had been scheduled to be cremated with other animals (mass cremated), and the ashes were not kept. She said that there had been some mix-up and somehow the 2 ID tags that belonged to my baby had been switched out with this other pet, and my dog had been mass cremated, and they had none of the prints or ashes to give me! I was told that the "individuals responsible had been spoken to"! I have already been going through a tremendously stressful and emotional time because of his passing only to be told this additional traumatizing news.I am appalled, angry, and hurt that a place that states that "Pet Meadow is an accredited pet aftercare provider" while I "can be confident that your pet is in the best hands" could make such a huge error like this, resulting in so much hurt and loss to me! I don't understand how a loved pet can so carelessly be switched, and not one but two ID tags on a dog that stays with the pet were not checked. How was it that no one checked the paperwork during this process to ensure the right dog was getting the correct cremation and to mix up a 3-pound white and brown dog for a 20-pound black dog???This is not some small "accident" to allow ever to happen!! This was my baby of 14 years, who I loved and cared so much for Please DO NOT trust this establishment with the safe aftercare of your pet!! I am angry that this ever was allowed to happen and that the clumsy, carelessness, and thoughtlessness of this establishment allowed such a huge error, resulting in the hurt I am going through. I am now left with nothing to put into the little urn I had custom-made for him.

My experience was simply a God send, I was beyond grief stricken at having to be the one to make the decision on putting my Jinx down. I knew in my head it was the best decision for him but my heart was nowhere near understanding this decision. But he had given 15 most wonderful and loving years, it was his time and once he left me I was given information about Pet Meadow. I visited their website and was met with options to create meaningful memories and choices for his ashes to lay rest. Once Jinx was ready to return home to me they kindly delivered him to my vet so that I could pick up. They made a most heart wrenching time something that was easier to manage and deal with. I am forever grateful for the care and kindness shown during my loss. And most of all I still have my beloved Jinx with me ❤️

Houston locationTexas Pet Meadow is a true blessing for all pet owners.After three intense weeks of battling non-stop for my pet rabbit Nelson's health, I was emotionally destroyed when life itself took him from me after ten years. Being already devastated, things got even worse when I discovered that the first place I had in mind for already a few months (Fond Memories) was suddenly out of operation for any kind of personal cremations. It couldn't have happened at a worse time, but that's when I would later discover that it was a blessing in disguise. I discovered Texas Pet Meadow in Houston. Once I immediately called, I spoke with the wonderful staff and instantly got the relief I was hoping for. However, the real magic wouldn't happen until the day of.A man I had spoken to for awhile by the name of Mike was the one who greeted and worked with my family and I on the day of for our private cremation viewing. Mike had already proven to be such a patient man over the phone by answering any questions I had, over and over again, but in-person he was even more amazing. He was incredibly thoughtful, patient, courteous, and made my family feel like we truly mattered during our difficult time. Not only that, he honored my personal requests to allow my family the peace of mind I needed to make sure the day went as perfect as it could go. Even the very person handling our private cremation, a sweet woman by the name of Sydney, kept us informed with every step of the process and any updates on what would happen along the way until the very moment we finally got to collect our baby and take him home. There were no sudden or uncomfortable surprises.I am truly indebted to the amazing folks at Texas Pet Meadow and, more importantly, to both Mike and Sydney for making an already terrifying day an actual wonderful experience I will NEVER forget. I cannot recommend this place enough to any who are hoping to find a place that will treat their pet with TRUE care and LOVE. The ball got dropped on the communication between the vet and Pet Meadow.. The vet said they sent over what we had requested for the cremation of our precious Ginger and that we wanted her paw print & communal cremation . That did not happen. Pet Meadow after several calls" , we were told they would have to talk to the owner . To see what could be done. They decided they could have a blanket made with pictures for a memorial. May 20th ,2024 and we get voicemail every time we call. We will just wait for a return call . It's July 25th 2024 now . Just received the beautiful blanket in lieu of the paw print was hand delivered today 7/26. Thank you Ms Sydney for making it right , it's beautiful.

If I could give 10 star rating I absolutely would. I was in distraught trying to find a place to take my beloved chameleon that I’ve had for almost 5 years. This is my first time with the cremation services provided by texas pet meadow and Mike made my experience one not to forget. Mike was extremely compassionate about my chameleon. I came in close to closing and Mike still made me feel extremely welcomed. He let me take all the time I needed and listened to me ball my eyes out. Mike simply showed me my options I had and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything I didn’t really want and I truly appreciate that. It shows the company he works for truly doesn’t care about the sales or money but does care about our loved ones proper goodbyes. When I came to pick my baby up (3 almost 4 weeks later.. due to my own financial circumstances.. btw my chameleon was ready within a few days. ) he still remembered exactly who I was! I lost my sweet baby suddenly on September 30th of this year. The loss was hard and I had no time to think about what I was going to do with her body. I am thankful that Pet Meadows was partnered with the ER I had visited. There services were quick and easy to understand. I was not in the mood to deal with any phone calls and liked the text messages and email form of communication.The cremation service was quick and took about two weeks. The box my baby was put it was beautiful and I love the engraving of her name on it. Along with her cremated remains, I received her paw print framed. I haven’t had a chance to read the poems that came with it, because every time I started to read it, I burst into tears. Nonetheless, the poems are a nice comfort to a heartbreaking situation. Thank you for taking care of my baby and giving me the comfort I needed during this difficult time.

My husband found them through a google search that morning and I was able to drop her off that same afternoon. All the staff at Pet Meadow where exceptionally kind, gentle, and respectful of the difficult time that many of us that lose a pet go through. The facility was super clean and each family has a room designated so that they can say the last goodbye. I really appreciated that no one rushed us at any point of the process or attempted to sale us memorabilia. The cost is dependent on your pet weight, but I appreciated how manageable the pricing was. They have a great selection of Urns and keepsakes that you can purchase at any time whether that be a year or two from the original cremations which I found to be a good thing specially if you do not have the money to buy an urn outside of the one that comes with the package you purchase. On that note the urns that you can select from are also very nice and high quality, so no worries you are getting something that is worth the price if you choose to not purchase another Urn. Furthermore the staff was super helpful, when I noticed that the birth date was wrong on the plaque, they automatically offered to remake it free of charge which they did. I had never considered a pet cremation facility prior to the death of my cat to be an important contact to have, but I am so happy that we found Pet Meadow because they definitely played a part in making Itzli death more manageable and ceremonial compared to having taken her to a vet.

I had the worst possible experience I received from Pet Meadow, and want to make sure it this won't EVER happen to anyone else and their babies!February 25th, I had to put my 14-year-old, 3-pound, white and brown Pomeranian baby to sleep at Sunset Hospital and requested a private cremation. I received an email that night to confirm my information, my baby's weight, breed, and color, and that it was to be a private cremation.Besides the confirmation email and text saying his ashes were ready to be picked up, I never received any other emails. I had to call sunset hospital to find out how long it would take. I heard that others received several emails throughout the process about updates as well as information of other services for observing some of it or about support groups.After receiving confirmation and picking up the ashes it was very apparent that the remains were not that of my baby. The weight of the ashes were definitely over 3 pounds, the paw prints were larger than his, and the color of the fur I received came from a black dog.After notifying Sunset Hospital it took many attempts to get ahold of someone that could help. A few days later the manager from Pet Meadow finally got a hold of me and they said the remains were not of Maximus but a different dog. First, they said that they had no idea where my dog was, and they needed to investigate what had happened.On March 8th the manager came to pick up the ashes that I had and told me that this dog had been scheduled to be cremated with other animals (mass cremated), and the ashes were not kept. She said that there had been some mix-up and somehow the 2 ID tags that belonged to my baby had been switched out with this other pet, and my dog had been mass cremated, and they had none of the prints or ashes to give me! I was told that the "individuals responsible had been spoken to"! I have already been going through a tremendously stressful and emotional time because of his passing only to be told this additional traumatizing news.I am appalled, angry, and hurt that a place that states that "Pet Meadow is an accredited pet aftercare provider" while I "can be confident that your pet is in the best hands" could make such a huge error like this, resulting in so much hurt and loss to me! I don't understand how a loved pet can so carelessly be switched, and not one but two ID tags on a dog that stays with the pet were not checked. How was it that no one checked the paperwork during this process to ensure the right dog was getting the correct cremation and to mix up a 3-pound white and brown dog for a 20-pound black dog???This is not some small "accident" to allow ever to happen!! This was my baby of 14 years, who I loved and cared so much for Please DO NOT trust this establishment with the safe aftercare of your pet!! I am angry that this ever was allowed to happen and that the clumsy, carelessness, and thoughtlessness of this establishment allowed such a huge error, resulting in the hurt I am going through. I am now left with nothing to put into the little urn I had custom-made for him.

It’s difficult when you lose your pet and try to decide in the moment how do you want the remains to be handled. Fortunately, my vet at VDS, recommended these folks at Texas Pet Meadow. Sarah has been nothing less than exemplary in the way, she’s handled my case and taking care of Piper.. when I was looking for someone to help me with Piper being euthanized, it was overwhelming and I had too many crackpots asking for hundreds of dollars just to euthanize my dog and upwards of $1000 to cremate and return her remains. That’s not the case with this company. Yeah they have some items that some would consider very pricey, but most of the stuff that they have is very well priced, tactful, tasteful, and well thought out. I know that someday I’ll have to go through this again with my other dog and when I do, I know exactly where I’m going to go and who I’m going to reach out to. Unfortunately out beloved 19 yr old cat had to be put down. The ER vet that we used were the ones that recommended Texas Pet Mdw for the ashes. It seems like they went above and beyond with their services. Not only was was pet retuned to us in a very beautiful cherry colored wood box, they also had his name engraved on a plaque on the lid. They included a picture frame with a paw print. Along with a very touching card. It all came in a cute gift bag with pawprint tissue paper. All of this was a much needed surprise considering what our family was going through. Would definitely recommend.

I used Texas Pet Meadow when my dog of 10 years passed away. They picked up my Brutus from the hospital and took care of things from there. I did call them a few times to make sure thing were going well. They were very kind whenever I called them and they did a great job with Brutus's remains. They had him back to me before the two weeks and he was nicely presented in a wooden box with his name engraved on it.I also received a clay paw print and a certificate letting me know it was a done in private and respectfully. They delivered his remains to the hospital. I was very happy with the outcome.

I would recommend them to anyone, but hoping I never have to. My dog passed and Sydney especially was so sweet to me. It was unexpected and I didn't even know they did cremations for dogs. She allowed me as much time as I needed with my baby and was so nice and gentle. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the company but the interaction I did have was pleasant. They were very compassionate. The box and pawprint keepsake are excellent quality and arrived sooner than expected.I was not impressed with the noise print we ordered. They missed the bottom portion of his nose and there are hair mark smudges all over the top. I stressed how important this print was to us, as me and my daughter planned to use this for a tattoo. If I were to need this service in the future I would still consider Pet Meadow but definitely wish I had done the nose print before he left my home.

I’m really upset with the ink paw/nose prints and clay paw print I purchased. Dog noses are like fingerprints and an ink print will show all the details. I received paint prints that are black blobs with no detail. The clay print is actually foam and can’t be taken out of the plastic form it was made in. See pictures from a couple years ago of actual ink and clay prints. Compare those with the ink that’s paint and clay that’s foam that Pet Meadows made.

I would recommend them to anyone, but hoping I never have to. My dog passed and Sydney especially was so sweet to me. It was unexpected and I didn't even know they did cremations for dogs. She allowed me as much time as I needed with my baby and was so nice and gentle. I've never experienced death this close and was scared/nervous to touch and kiss the little one who I had just touched and kissed the day before. She helped me and didn't judge me and I appreciate it so much. I got to kiss and pet my baby a few times before I left and they had her ashes and keepsakes ready within a day. Amazing people, i'm forever grateful.

I didn't have a lot of interaction with the company but the interaction I did have was pleasant. They were very compassionate. The box and pawprint keepsake are excellent quality and arrived sooner than expected.I was not impressed with the noise print we ordered. They missed the bottom portion of his nose and there are hair mark smudges all over the top. I stressed how important this print was to us, as me and my daughter planned to use this for a tattoo. If I were to need this service in the future I would still consider Pet Meadow but definitely wish I had done the nose print before he left my home.

I’m really upset with the ink paw/nose prints and clay paw print I purchased. Dog noses are like fingerprints and an ink print will show all the details. I received paint prints that are black blobs with no detail. The clay print is actually foam and can’t be taken out of the plastic form it was made in. See pictures from a couple years ago of actual ink and clay prints. Compare those with the ink that’s paint and clay that’s foam that Pet Meadows made.

Working with Pet Meadow was easy and affordable. They take care of everything. Our dog passed away at home on a Saturday night. It was a holiday weekend and they weren’t set to open back up until Tuesday. Our fur baby Humphrey Bogart passed away on 10/14. Our vet uses Pet Meadows so we trusted them based on our Veterinarian’s office affiliation with them. I wanted to make sure I would be getting Humphrey’s ashes, so we paid an extra $100 for a video. The $100 was required for that service. The cremation was then scheduled for 10/19 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom. As I was not familiar with Zoom, I asked to be called at least 15 minutes early. After repeated calls, the link was sent at 1:59 p.m. of course I was stressed. I had just lost my baby of 14 years and had to deal with the nonsense that is Pet Meadow. Sydney Zimmer failed to return several phone calls resulting in me having to call my vet’s office for assistance. Then I would get a call. This business is ALL about the money. They should at the very least return my $100 for the video debacle. Let’s just say that I will NEVER use their services again! Laurie Fenley

It is always sad to say goodbye to a cherished pet. I received Pumpkin's ashes very timely in a beautiful carved box with a large brass name plate. I took the framed picture of Pumpkin's paw print and added her picture and some of her fur. Thank you for helping me at this difficult time.
