Rebecca and the guy working with her on this day were extremely professional and caring. They are totally sincere and don’t rush you through any of the process. I took my mom here to lay her dog down and can not recommend them enough. We stopped in right before they closed for lunch break and both employees treated us so kindly. Thank you!

We have had many dogs through the years and I will tell you now these guys really take care of you and your little ones. Everyone here is very sweet and very kind and they make the whole process so much easier.Special shout out to Jane, for helping me through this very hard time. Let me tell you that when you need something done they don't just wait around to do it they don't forget to do it they do it right away. Through all the grief I was going through at the time, I had forgotten the name plate engraving. A week later when I remembered, I woke up in a fright as soon as quick email to them hoping I wasn't too late. I don't know how she did it but she made it happen they called me that morning to let me know my little one was ready and they already had the name plate done so that I didn't have to go through more grief. Thank you so much Jane you don't know how much that means to me. Thank you for the bottom of my heart!Charlotte

I picked up my boy, Hunter on August 23rdI called before coming and the lady I spoke with was so compassionate, the same lady was there when I picked up my boy and she gave me a hug that I very much needed. I didn’t catch her name, but she was so sweet.The packaging was beautiful, I was happy to have my boy back.

My heartfelt thanks to this company for understanding and sharing their sympathy for their customers when they have lost their loved ones. I have recently experienced the loss of my beloved pet and I will say they accommodated every request I could have possibly made. As a repeat customer, I knew in my heart utilizing their services was the best choice. They were very understanding in regards to my emotional state and took care of my situation as their own. Very special thanks to the young lady who accommodated my wish in regards to seeing my pet for the last time. I would recommend only their services for pet cremation. Nondescript outside with no visible signage. Small parking lot out front. The people are kind and compassionate and made a difficult time a little easier. Thee cremains were ready in a week. There are a variety of options but no hard selling which I greatly appreciated.

I can’t thank these wonderful folks enough. They were awesome and patient with me with all my questions and concerns with my little man. They have obviously mastered the art of understanding people on the phone that are sobbing. So grateful I got his paw print, nose print and some of his hair clippings. I highly recommend if you need their services. If you are needing their services, I’m sorry for your loss. I had my boy for 14 years.

Amazing care and prompt communication. The email updates kept me from fretting over the status, and the pawprint was packaged so well I'm pretty sure it would survive even if UPS had drop kicked it onto my porch. I hated that I needed to use them, but I am happy with the care and quality we received.

I brought my chiweenie to be cremated after a horrible fatal accident. The staff was not only professional but very sympathetic. Prices of the cremation and the urn are fair. I would recommend this place if you want to get your fur friend to be cremated.

My baby returned home and I cried so hard in thanks for the wonderful way she was handled. She was wrapped in a blue velvet sack and placed inside a gorgeous wooden box with a metal name plate. In a matching blue box was her paw print that was so much more than I imagined.. wood look, paw painted in, with a stand. All of it together in another matching velvet sack, with a certificate of cremation, inside a matching gift bag. Everything was so beautiful and beyond thoughtful. I greatly appreciate the quality and care put into her eternal rest. No joke, what I got back for my fur baby was way higher quality than what I got back of my late father. Amazed!

We lost our baby girl 6 days ago so it was very difficult to let her go. When I walked in I felt sadness of course but compassion by the owner and a Hispanic woman. I'm sorry I forgot her name. But she explained the process to us and was very understanding because I just couldn't stop crying. The price is reasonable. They have beautiful urns to choose from. It's very clean and nice. I just picked up my little girl yesterday. She was placed in a wooden box with her name on the front. I was also given a certificate and a very kind card that brought me to tears. I thank you ladies for making my visit with you quick and easy. With much respect I hope not to come back anytime soon.

They made a beautiful clay paw & ink prints of my baby’s nose & paw. I wasn’t happy with the urn I ordered & the man there today swapped it for another one, no questions asked (I didn’t catch his name but he was so kind & helpful). 5 stars all around!

Apparently Fond Memories has partnered with “EverAfter”, a company that collects some of your pets ashes and uses them to create “artwork” with some pseudoscience blurb. Fond Memories has included this service as a gift to me after cremating my dog and I feel extremely taken advantage of. I did not know I was signing anything that would allow someone to take any my dogs remains away from me. If I signed something that allowed this, it was during a time of severe emotional distress during the death of my dog. I am extremely upset to receive a jpeg of this blob abstract artwork and to be told that some stranger has a part of my baby.

Today I picked up my 15 year old dog Lucie and my 20 year old cat who died 3 days apart. Losing my dog was unimaginable. I’ve used Little Friends Pet Memorial since the ‘80’s because they are so consistently kind and respectful for those of us who truly love our pets. Michael Brown took care of me last Friday when I brought in Lucie from my vet’s office. He treated my Lucie with such sincerity and dignity. Never would I have thought anyone would give me the space and time to say my farewell to my beloved best friend.Little Friends is so much more than a service business. Little Friends Pet Memorial is a special place where you can feel confident that your best friends are handled with the love, dignity and respect they deserve.My gratitude to Melissa, Jane and especially Michael. I was in awe when receiving my Foxi baby’s ashes.I have never had a more beautiful memorial for my fur baby.The ashes came in the most beautiful wooden box. Gold plated with her name.The paw prints were done so well, every groove, pad, and nail was visible. Even some hair was left on it. And that somehow made it even better.Very happy that my fur baby was cared for and returned with respect and dignity.Thank y’all

It really sadness me of how i was treated here, especially in very hard time.After looking for several places to have my fur baby cremated i came across this place. I seen all the lovely reviews of the facility and their staff just to be very disappointed with their service. Jane made this experience for me extremely horrible and unforgettable after referring to my fur baby as a "collection ready to be picked up" She has no customer service skills and was so insensitive. I would have thought she would have had more compassion especially working in a business like this. I addressed the situation with her and she did not seem sincere.

After living in Houston only a year, I suddenly lost my best feline friend Jasper to a liver disease. I was devastated and did not know where to turn for cremation for my beloved cat. I was very lucky to find Little Friends! The staff were so kind and treated me and my cat with great compassion. They did a wonderful job and returned Jasper quickly (just a few days) in a beautiful engraved box. They also made a beautiful pawprint ornament and took inked paw and nose prints for me to remember him. The price was very reasonable. They have all kinds of urns to choose from. I highly recommend Little Friends to anyone wishing for a fine memorial for their pet.

We lost our beloved dog last month.We are still in the process of confusion.We are trying to understand what happened and accept her death.The process at Little Friends Pet Memorial was first step to accept the reality.We were given time to have very calm and lovable last moment together in the quiet room.The lady at the front desk was very considerate and sincere.The staffs never rushed us and just stood quietly by until we were ready for the cremation process.Can't thank them enough for their help through our difficult time and thank you very much for lightening our pain.

The staff is truly wonderful, from Jane at the front desk to the gentleman who picked my dog up to the owner, they are all truly kind people. Every staff member was kind and patient with me during this very tough time. I wanted to choose a place that would respect my dog's body as much as I did when he was alive, and they did. I witnessed their compassion for animals. I chose a private cremation with a witness. All of the staff present during that early morning stopped what they were doing to stand along side my dog as the process started. The ashes were returned the same day, during the beginning stages of Hurricane Harvey. I highly recommend and will use them again when the time comes.

My baby would have been 14 the week she passed. It was a long and really rough week before and while we knew it was coming, I didn't really have the ability to break down. I just knew I had to be there for her and be brave for her sake. When she passed away at home, our local clinic sent her to y'all. Within a week, we received her ashes back. I am so thankful for y'all that I was finally able to make peace and finally break down and cry. Her beautiful polished, personalized box sits in my room and every night I can tell her that I love her. Thank you so much.

Lost my 9 year old boxer which was the toughest thing but Little Friends was right there for my family. Two gentlemen came to my home to pick him up and they were very caring and listened to me rant on my amazing dog. Very comforting and reassuring people.

The compassion that they all showed from the on call gentleman to the young lady that called to let me know that my beloved friend was "ready to come home" most definitely helped relieve some of the sting out of our loss. This was all so unexpected and still very painful. All of the arrangements were actually made by VERGI Emergency Animal Clinic. I will say VERGI was and always has been AMAZING!!! They called when Little Friends Pet Memorial had our Pet ready (4 days). Everything was done so perfectly and with genuine care. The box was very nice, the card and certificate...Everything was as perfect as it could be given the situation. I have peace now.Thank you all.CI

I had to call to get a replacement plate for my fur-babys box. Not because they spelled it wrong. I spelled his name weird and never corrected my vet about it. I can't remember her name but I spoke to the nicest lady from the UK ever! She helped me out with no problem and even told me how to take the other plate off without me asking. I am so appreciative of this company. Thank you so much!

While in Houston where my wife is undergoing treatment at M D Anderson, our 10-year-old cat Annie died. Being in an unfamiliar locale and not knowing anyone, we found Little Friends Pet Memorial services. With care, love and understanding of our situation and sadness, Annie was cremated with her remains placed in a nice wood box with her name on a brass plate. The whole experience was handled with compassion and love. We truly appreciate how our broken hearts were made a little better knowing Annie received the loving attention and care from folks who understand the unique relationship between pets and owners. We lost our beloved dog last month.We are still in the process of confusion.We are trying to understand what happened and accept her death.The process at Little Friends Pet Memorial was first step to accept the reality.We were given time to have very calm and lovable last moment together in the quiet room.The lady at the front desk was very considerate and sincere.The staffs never rushed us and just stood quietly by until we were ready for the cremation process.Can't thank them enough for their help through our difficult time and thank you very much for lightening our pain.

The staff is truly wonderful, from Jane at the front desk to the gentleman who picked my dog up to the owner, they are all truly kind people. Every staff member was kind and patient with me during this very tough time. I wanted to choose a place that would respect my dog's body as much as I did when he was alive, and they did. I witnessed their compassion for animals. I chose a private cremation with a witness. All of the staff present during that early morning stopped what they were doing to stand along side my dog as the process started. The ashes were returned the same day, during the beginning stages of Hurricane Harvey. I highly recommend and will use them again when the time comes.

My baby would have been 14 the week she passed. It was a long and really rough week before and while we knew it was coming, I didn't really have the ability to break down. I just knew I had to be there for her and be brave for her sake. When she passed away at home, our local clinic sent her to y'all. Within a week, we received her ashes back. I am so thankful for y'all that I was finally able to make peace and finally break down and cry. Her beautiful polished, personalized box sits in my room and every night I can tell her that I love her. Thank you so much.

Lost my 9 year old boxer which was the toughest thing but Little Friends was right there for my family. Two gentlemen came to my home to pick him up and they were very caring and listened to me rant on my amazing dog. Very comforting and reassuring people.

Went in with my babygirl after she was HBC, the staff treated my BF and I with so much care. They were just patient with and the sweetest! Had been here several times for other circumstances and never left a review but had to this time. Truly the best given the circumstance! R.I.P. Coco🐶🌈

Having spent almost my entire life in the pet care industry, I was privy to some horrible issues that involve this industry since there is basically no regulations involved. This organization is one of the very few we trust to take care of our babies when we "release" them. The "litmus" test for anyone selecting this type of business is, do "they" allow a witnessed cremation. If the answer is no, keep searching for someone who allows this. No exceptions should be made.

If I could give zero stars I would. The passing of my dog Nacho was incredibly hard. I trusted Little Friends Pet Memorial to do all the things they said they would. They forgot to get his paw print that I asked for even after speaking with them multiple times. Sorry doesn't fix a mistake that is irreversible! Be cautious if you choose Little Friends.

I can't begin to explain the emotional distress of trying to take care of something when you lost a pet especially when you have to do something that finalizes your friend is gone. I was so emotionally distraught and I'm sorry but I don't remember the lady's name but I cannot begin to tell you the peace that she brought to my nerves I cannot thank her enough I feel like sometimes there are angels hiding everywhere. When I went to pick up waffles ashes I was hoping to hear that lady's voice when I called but she wasn't there I just want her to know what she has done for me. Little Friends made a grave human error but they gave us a heartfelt apology that we felt was very genuine. They did all we ask of them but our beloved Naja was cremated without us being present Little friends gave us an urn ,necklace,and pawprint and refunded our money for the mix up thank you guys for caring

It’s unfortunate but we we paid for a paw print and they forgot to do it. We asked for some of Nacho’s ashes to be put aside and they forgot to do it. When my daughter called their excuse was they had a new system. If this was a human funeral home they would be subject to a lawsuit but because it’s a pet the only damages are those actually incurred in the burial and cremation. There are no damages for the emotional pain and suffering this business inflicted by their gross incompetence. Be aware of this business and their incompetence if you wish to use them and the excuses they trot out when they make a mistake!Mark P

The staff of Little Friends understands the bond a person has with their cat or dog and they take the time to express their heartfelt sympathies..very genuine....I have been a customer for over 15 yrs and take comfort in knowing that when the time comes for one of my cats to cross the Rainbow Bridge, Little Friends will be there to take the utmost care of my precious kitty's final destination. This was all so unexpected and still very painful. All of the arrangements were actually made by VERGI Emergency Animal Clinic. I will say VERGI was and always has been AMAZING!!! They called when Little Friends Pet Memorial had our Pet ready (4 days). Everything was done so perfectly and with genuine care. The box was very nice, the card and certificate...Everything was as perfect as it could be given the situation. I have peace now.Thank you all.CI

I had to call to get a replacement plate for my fur-babys box. Not because they spelled it wrong. I spelled his name weird and never corrected my vet about it. I can't remember her name but I spoke to the nicest lady from the UK ever! She helped me out with no problem and even told me how to take the other plate off without me asking. While in Houston where my wife is undergoing treatment at M D Anderson, our 10-year-old cat Annie died. Being in an unfamiliar locale and not knowing anyone, we found Little Friends Pet Memorial services. With care, love and understanding of our situation and sadness, Annie was cremated with her remains placed in a nice wood box with her name on a brass plate. The whole experience was handled with compassion and love. We truly appreciate how our broken hearts were made a little better knowing Annie received the loving attention and care from folks who understand the unique relationship between pets and owners.
