If I could give them a rating of 10, I would. From the minute I walked into the door to the second I picked up my fur baby. Joann was extremely caring. I had my baby for 14 years and he passed in his sleep. As you can imagine, I was a total mess. Joann was very comforting. They have a beautiful room where they laid him out for us to say our final goodbyes. They took such care in explaining everything and helping us through the process. I know our baby was in good hands. I recommend Cherished Pet Creation’s 100%.

Unfortunately I've had to use them twice in the last year. I didn't deal with drop off, it was through our vet (Dr. Baker, check her out if you need a mobile vet, she's amazing) but the pickup is always very compassionate & caring when they bring them out to the car. The keepsakes are also beautiful.

I was very happy with their services. They seemed to care for my pet with much care and love. The paperwork was very special it include a space for a photo but also had my Chubbs paw print. I lost him March 13th to being hit by a car. I read the poem that was included and still love & miss him everyday. There are days I cry all day and cry myself to sleep. I was very pleased with their work & the care they took with my Chubbs.

A lady name Amy was extremely rude. She didn't get the paw print done after I told her how important it was. My family and I were planning to get tattoos of our family dog paw and she didn't note it or get one done for us. I reassured her more than 4 times that I needed the paw print to be perfect and she didn't even get one for us. This is wrong but more hurtful. We don't have that paw print. Amy obviously doesn't take her job seriously. She was arguing with me and talking over me when I was trying talk to her about it. I will never go back here again.
