Mrs. Diann is very compassionate and puts a lot of care into what she does. I would recommend this service to anyone who’s unfortunate enough to experience losing their loved one. She said about a week, and it took a week. I would love to use her service again if the unfortunate passing of one of my animals happen again. Thank you.

Diane is so wonderful and caring. She took care of our sweet girl, kimber. She loved on her from the time she picked her up, until she returned her to us. She came to Granbury and picked her up and returned her back to us in Granbury. She made a beautiful footprint and personalized box for her ashes. I highly recommend them for any pet. They are so wonderful!!!

I am very pleased with how they handke everything. They are a great place to take your pet after they cross the Rainbow Bridge. Friendly, and courteous to ease the heartbreak of your loss. Diann is very sweet and compassionate. I lost My Jo and she went and picked her up from the vet so I didn't have to drive with her. Diann had Jo ready for pick her up in a week. The box is very beautiful and she made a paw print of Jo. I Thank you Diann for your kindness.
