I would give them a million stars over for how kind they were during one of the most trauma filled moments we’ve had. My sweet boy of 13 years passed suddenly and traumatically due to someone harming him, and we were broken hearted. He passed 12/15 and we called one place and they said we had to pay the money upfront (we were literally getting paid a couple days later ) but we then called heavenly bridge, and they were so unworried about the fee, told us we could pay it at pickup, they were so soothing and kind to us when we were such a mess. I got his ashes/ lock of fur and paw print yesterday… and while I cried relentlessly, I have to say they did such a great job… and I’m so thankful especially for the lock of hair… and paw print. We lost our best friend, but this company went above and beyond at helping us through this hard time. Thank you so much to everyone involved in all the last steps for our sweet boy Riley. ❤️

I have not experienced a service like this in a while. Abby was wonderful, very polite and very empathetic. They worked with me with my dogs Fritzi and Jayden. They died within a month of each other. One they picked up from the vet, and the other a home pickup. They made this process so much easier when you don't want to deal with it at all. I found them to be so wonderful!The job they did on their cremation was so much more than words can describe. I absolutely loved it. They treated my pets with dignity and respect and im ever so grateful. I would highly recommend this service and I will use them again if I need to in the future.Thank you so much PRS!!

This was my first time and won't be my last time using PR's Heavenly Bridge. My boy Smokey was 16 and unexpectedly but expectedly passed. I called poor Abigail 10 different times with questions and concerns and she was the best. Answered everything and was very patient. She has the best voice and appearance for such a devastating thing we have to go through having a pet of any type. Her voice is so sweet, soft, and sympathetic. And her appearance matches. We had the private chamber and they picked up our baby cat on the weekend, it was extra as they are closed. I gladly paid the extra (it was well worth it). I will forever use PR's Heavenly Bridge as my pups are 13. Thank you for your compassion and tenderness I such a rough time.

Since we all know loosing a pet is like losing a child. They never live long enough. I lost my boy Charley on my move to Texas from California and it is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. Once I made it to Texas I look him to Heavenly bridge. From the first phone call my daughter in law made to the pick up process they were absolutely amazing. THEY CALLED CHARLEY BY HIS NAME! I will always use them in the future.

We recently received my cat Luna’s ashes from PR’s Heavenly Bridge. Sadly, Luna had to be euthanized because she was suffering from extreme kidney failure. It was a Friday night before the winter storm came over the weekend and the next morning I was searching for an inexpensive location for her cremation. I messaged different locations but Pablo answered all of my questions through the chat feature on Yelp. Even though they were closed for the weekend they let us bring her in for an after-hours fee. When we arrived he was very kind and immediately said he was sorry for our loss. He then explained to us all the services offered, helped us pick out one of the urns that were included in the package, and explained where her name would be engraved. We added a clay paw print as well as some of her fur. After we picked everything out and paid, we were able to say our final goodbyes to Luna. Since she was in the bag that the vet put her in, I didn’t want to take her out because I wanted to remember her when she was alive. Still, I tearfully said my goodbyes. It took about a week to pick her up because the winter storm caused a bit of a delay. When I arrived to pick her up, Dulce handed us a pretty silver bag and showed me her urn that was in another beautiful bag. The paw print and hair clipping were packaged in a nice organza bag. They have packaged everything with so much love and care and I was so happy to have Luna back home with us. Dulce and I even spoke a little bit about a shared interest.Thank you for your kindness to my husband and me during our grief. This is the first time I have ever had to face the loss of a loved pet. She has been with us since the beginning of our marriage in 2010 to now, so it was extremely sad for us to lose her. You have made the process a bit easier for us and I am so grateful to have my girlie, Luna back home.PSSorry for the long review

On October 26th my Odie passed away. It was one of the most difficult days in my life, my heart was shattered. It has been a very difficult month almost 2 without my baby Odie, he was my baby, my everything, he was my gift for my 7th birthday, he was by my side for many years. It has been very difficult to be without him these days I am learning to live without him and it is hard it is a painful process I still miss him like the first day. I want to thank PRs heavenly from day one to the last in this entire process, they proved to be very professional and compassionate with my loss. when I first call Dulce answered, I was not even able to talk I was devastated Dulce was very patient and lovely on the phone call she explained all my options and the process of getting Odie. that same day (Thursday October 26) I took Odie, to them he stayed there. I wanted to say good bye to him the last goodbye to his little body on Saturday the 28th Odie was cremated I was able to see all the process.When I got to the place, Odie was ready for me to say goodbye. It was very painful, very painful, but the way they gave Odie to me was very sweet. His body was intact. I could smell his paws and his hair for the last time. That mattered a lot to me is a memory that I will always keep in my heart The way I saw him, the way he was, gave me peace of mind, he was my baby and they respected that, they treated him like what he was to me. Everyone was very kind, they always respected my pain, They always showed a lot of empathy towards me.I always wanted to get Odie's nose print and I asked them they were able to do it for me I got his nose print and his paw print they gave me his ashes in the little box that I chose I asked them for the engraving of his face on the urn and everything was beautiful They also left me a little of his hair in a plastic bag to remember him, that also meant a lot to me. I miss his hairs they use to be everywhere. I always wanted odie to be treated with respect and to be able to trust his body to someone. They always respected it.Thanks to PRs for helping me through this painful process. Thanks to Dulce and the gentleman that was in all the process thank you for being so compassionate and kind to me. Thanks to everyone for making my process less painful. I lost my 15 year old Chihuahua and they were so considerate of my last minute arrangements. A quick email response the day prior gave me peace of mind the day of. They were so helpful and provided great communication when they transported her remains from a vets office in Dallas. Price is reasonable, and our baby's ashes were return within a week of dropping him off. I will refer them to whomever needs an animal cremation service. Our precious little dog, Sparky, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Monday, July 11. I called Heavenly Bridge to inquire about cremation and they were so kind and supportive, even though I was mess. Before leaving him at Heavenly Bridge, I asked to see him one last time, and they had him wrapped in a blanket and he looked so peaceful. We came back the following day to get the little paw print in the clay medallion. Highly recommend Heavenly Bridge when your little fur animal crosses that bridge.

One look at PR’s Heavenly Bridge website gives one the impression that the people there are committed to providing high quality services, maintaining high standards, and doing so with compassion and integrity. And they live up to it.Within a few short months of each other, we had to have our two senior golden retrievers euthanized. Heavenly Bridge picked them up from the veterinary clinic and called to let us know they’d arrived safely at their facility. After the cremations, we received sweet Zuzu’s ashes in a beautiful brass and enamel etched urn and brave Cooper’s in an extremely handsome rosewood cedar box.For each, we also received a nicely done death certificate, a lock of hair, a terracotta paw print with an easel, and a nose print. Since a dog’s nose print is as unique as a human’s fingerprint, these are especially precious to us.The people at PR’s Heavenly Bridge know that our dogs are much more than pets; they are much-loved and deeply mourned members of our family. In recognition of this, their remains are handled with the dignity and respect they deserve.

I had my guinea pig pass away unfortunately, and I took her to Pr’s with no expectations, other than for them to treat her with care, as i hadn’t done this process before. When I received her back it was so much more than I was expecting and I could tell they put a lot of compassion into giving her back. The lock of fur meant a lot and just how neatly and gently it seemed they handled everything. I truly truly appreciate this company :)

PR's Heavenly Bridge is outstanding! If I could give 10 STARS,I would! We have a cabinet full of cedar boxes and memories of our past loved ones, both fur and feathers, but this is the first time that we used PR's, and so glad we did.I couldn't be any happier with the service we received.Dulce was so sweet and sympathetic on the phone, and explained everything in detail, even recommending the perfect font for our precious ZUZU's cedar urn.She was a special girl, a tri-pawed, 11 yr old, cancer surviving Rottweiler that loved life (and treats!) and lived strong, even three and a half years after her diagnosis and amputation.Her urn is beautiful, and SO GLAD we got the paw print, hair clip and nose print. I just picked up my dog, and I am just amazed at how beautiful his box is. It has his name engraved on it, we received a bit of his hair, a nose print, and a paw print. I wanted to take my little girl one last ride to their facility in which they went out of their way to come and meet me early on a Sunday morning. They were kind and assisted in letting me pick out her urn and pawprint and then set her in the viewing room so that we would say our last goodbyes. They were responsive, helpful and timely throughout the entire process, not to mention affordable and respectful of our fur baby and how important she was to our family.

We lost our dog, Maggie, early this year. When we adopted her, our kids were 6 and 9 yrs old. When Maggie passed, the boys were 21 and 24. So they hardly remember life without her. Heavenly Bridge was phenomenal when it came to taking care of our fury family member. She died at home with parent witnessing the event. It was very traumatic. They came out in an hour and removed her from the home very respectfully. Presentation of memorial items were professional, caring, punctual, and honorable. Our conure is priceless to us, and the options they had for display urns were beautiful. They took their time to present a beautiful solaced urn with documentation. I couldn't be happier with the treatment we received from PR's Heavenly Bridge. One of our animals passed away unexpectedly and we wanted to have him cremated, so I Googled crematoriums and found PR's. Since it was early in the morning I emailed them for information. I got a response shortly after they opened which I appreciated. Later that morning we dropped off "Sherbert" to be cremated. We were treated with nothing, but compassion for the loss of our pet. I lost both of my boys this year. 10 weeks apart. I used heavenly bridge both times. Somewhat different experience both times, but overall great service. Quiet and calming lobby. The staff helps you through all the release forms and even sends someone out to help transfer your pet inside. Not that anybody ever looks forward to services such as these, or the pain of loosing your little loved ones, but 9/10 i'd come back should the need arise.

100% recommend PR'S Heavenly Bridge. I called them after we had to have our 17 year old dog euthanized, they showed so much compassion. They picked her up from the shelter, and kept me informed during the entire process. I am so grateful for this business and all of it's employees. Our beloved dog passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on our Thanksgiving trip to Texas. Our precious little dog, Sparky, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Monday, July 11. I called Heavenly Bridge to inquire about cremation and they were so kind and supportive, even though I was mess. Before leaving him at Heavenly Bridge, I asked to see him one last time, and they had him wrapped in a blanket and he looked so peaceful. One look at PR’s Heavenly Bridge website gives one the impression that the people there are committed to providing high quality services, maintaining high standards, and doing so with compassion and integrity. And they live up to it.Within a few short months of each other, we had to have our two senior golden retrievers euthanized. Heavenly Bridge picked them up from the veterinary clinic and called to let us know they’d arrived safely at their facility. After the cremations, we received sweet Zuzu’s ashes in a beautiful brass and enamel etched urn and brave Cooper’s in an extremely handsome rosewood cedar box.For each, we also received a nicely done death certificate, a lock of hair, a terracotta paw print with an easel, and a nose print. Since a dog’s nose print is as unique as a human’s fingerprint, these are especially precious to us.The people at PR’s Heavenly Bridge know that our dogs are much more than pets; they are much-loved and deeply mourned members of our family. In recognition of this, their remains are handled with the dignity and respect they deserve.

I just got my cat back today, it was so hard picking up his remains from the vet but when I looked into the bag I was given, comfort and peace washed over me as I pulled out a clay disk that had his paw print on it, his name on the other side. In the bag was also a lock of his hair, and an imprint of his nose, along with a beautiful wooden box with his name scribed into it. There was so much love and care that went into his cremation, I would highly, highly recommend PR's Heavenly Bridge. They don't know me, they didn't know my cat, but they treated us with respect and as if we were family. What a blessing. My manolo passed away. I didn’t even know if this place and honestly have never looked into it. When I called it was early morning and my baby just passed away. I was unsure if anyone would answer as I thought it would be the answering service. To my surprise it was the owner Pablo. He was very sympathetic and heartfelt towards me and my hard time. My dog had to be put down at a Vet ER. I had no idea about this company at all. The most shocking part is I was given back the metal plates from her knees (TPLO) and screws…charred in a clear bag. The smell was overwhelming and I don’t know why they would think I’d want to see that-ever. It could have been placed in her urn. It was traumatic. I’m terribly upset having to see and smell that.

My Rossi just passed away on July 4th I didn’t think they were going to be open because of the holiday, but they were the were very understanding and kind. They took care of everything. They took care of everything and such great communication. The response to all my emails were in a timely manner.. They kept me informed when they picked up my fur baby. I would recommend during such a hard time as they were professional.

We had to put down our fur baby girl and this wonderful company took good care of her. We received her remains in a sealed cedar box with her name engraved on the top. We also received her paw print, clip of her hair and a print of her nose. Just like her. Everything was amazing. Thank y’all so much.

My manolo passed away. I didn’t even know if this place and honestly have never looked into it. When I called it was early morning and my baby just passed away. I was unsure if anyone would answer as I thought it would be the answering service. To my surprise it was the owner Pablo. He was very sympathetic and heartfelt towards me and my hard time. I finally looked them up and found out it was veterans who ran the business. I cried even more as my son is in the military stationed in Japan. My family and I went and I didn’t know what to except. The service was very nice and when we received his remains I was so touched by the detail that it Miguel had done. I just want to thank them for everything.

My beloved Gizmo passed away right before Christmas. Pablo was sweet over the phone and everyone on site was super patient and kind. I am very pleased with his cedar box that has his name engraved, his terra cotta paw print, and his lock of hair. What a great way to honor his memory. Thank you, PR's Heavenly Bridge.

Compassionate, caring, and willing to meet your needs. I had called early on a closed day and they got back to me very quickly and we're willing to take me in that day. Our Bay Lee Don passed away unexpectedly. They were able to get him in and taken care of Immediately. They did some special requests for us as well.
