Just picked up my sweet boy Prince to bring him back home & wanted to say thank you for your service. The way you captured his memory for our family is fantastic! Everything we could've asked for. Bless you

I just picked up my husband's service dog ashes today and noticed Banfield uses y'all. So I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking good care of his sweet girl Rylee, and providing him with such meaningful items to always remember her by. She was the most sweetest, greatest, and loyal companion since she was a pup to my husband. We will miss her dearly, but we know she's up there smiling big while chasing squirrels being free of pain. Thank you so much for what you've done for him.

All the staff members I encountered were wonderful, but Alyssa is especially amazing. She and I had been going back and forth via email for days about getting a witnessed cremation set up for me to say my final goodbyes to my baby boy, Doc. Alyssa always answered back as fast as she could and was compassionate and reassuring each time. On the day of the viewing, they had Doc set up and looking as good as possible, given the circumstances. They allowed me time to sit with him and then let me go back to see him go in, so that I would have peace of mind. Alyssa was so kind and gentle throughout the whole process and gave me a hug when it was all over, which I desperately needed. Thank you so much, all of you, but especially Alyssa. I am so grateful for people like y'all who get that non-human animals are just as much part of the family as anyone else.

Thank you so much Fond Memories for the overwhelming amount of care and work put into the private cremation of my chihuahua. When my sister and I went to pick her up at the local vet hospital, we thought we will be given a awkward box with my dog’s ashes in a bag. But upon opening the items in the gift you guys provided, we were in complete shock. We are so thankful that you guys took the time to provide us with the trims of my dog’s fur, a certificate of her cremation and the mold of my dog’s paw 😢😢❤️❤️That really caused me and my sister to bawl our eyes out in the car!! I appreciate everything you guys provided us with and especially the respect for our beloved dog. We love the professionalism and the care put into the giftbags. The wooden urn is very beautiful too ❤️❤️Thank you Fond Memories!!

I lost my fur baby so sudden from a car accident. In the midst of grief and immense amount of pain, I decided to do a private cremation by recommendation from a ER vet practitioner. When I picked his remains, it was a pleasant surprise that everything was nicely packaged and presented. I honestly didn’t expect this much so I ordered a custom made urn with his name on it already but I wouldn’t have needed to do so. I could feel the heartwarming and caring touches from it. On top of that, I thank you guys for including the brochure about how to deal with the grief and the process going forward since I didn’t know how to ever since I sent my baby away. His paw print just brought me to buckets of tears again but finally I could come to a closure with him. I know his soul already has crossed the rainbow bridge awhile ago, and I know he’s waiting and watching over me.Thank you, Fond Memories Team.Love,Toby’s mom.

The loss of a pet is hard, and the staff at Fond Memories were so helpful and kind when we needed them. Their compassion meant the world to my family as we navigate this tough time, and I knew my cat, Jordan, was in good hands the moment I stepped into their building. Thank you for what you do.

I just picked up my girl's ashes from the ER where she passed. Saw that they used this company. And I just wanted to say thank you. I didn't know I was going to receive some of her hair and a paw print, and for the first time since she has passed, I cried happy tears. My heart still hurts that's she's gone, but these sweet reminders of her will last with me forever. Again, thank you ❤️

When our beautiful Jemma passed, we chose Fond Memories for our pet cremation and I am happy that we did. The young man who took my calls and that helped me to make the decisions was so kind. He very kindly and compassionately collected my dog after offering me extra time to say goodbye. It was only 2 days later that they called me and told me that my baby was ready to be picked up. It was a very, very good experience within such a heartbreaking circumstance. I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone.

We used an at home euthanasia service through Lap of Love and they were phenomenal. They handed off my dog to Fond Memories for the cremation and delivery of the ashes to my vet office for me to pick up. Fond Memories failed to communicate to us that the ashes were delivered and we have been wondering where our pets remains have been. Had to reach out to Lap of Love to learn that the ashes were delivered on January 20th. Great to see that this company is unable to make the process of losing a pet as painless as possible.

After having to say goodbye to my Molly, I was distraught, my heart was hurting. I initially decided on a communal cremation at the Animal hospital that we took her to (I wasn’t thinking straight). I told them that I did want a paw print. Upon coming home a day later decided to call Faithful friends to see if they had already done the cremation. They told me they had not received her yet, so I decided to call the animal hospital and make arrangements for a private cremation. I’m glad that I did. Her urn is closed, I immediately started bawling when I saw her paw print, it had some fur attached. Thank you for addressing my situation with great patience and professionalism.

A week ago on June 5th, my dog Soccer had to be euthanized after a long battle with cancer and the hospital we took him to (Fort Worth Emergency Animal Hospital on Citylake) used Fond Memories as their cremation service. He was my first dog, my childhood pet, he took a cottonmouth bite to the face to save me (true story! he had a scar from it), and he constantly helped me battle with severe clinical depression. He was my only and truest friend, and the reason I'm alive and well today. Today we picked up his ashes from the hospital in an urn we were allowed to pick out. Also included was a fur clipping, a clay paw print, an ink paw print, an ink nose print, and a certificate of cremation from Fond Memories. Everything was handled with the utmost care and everything was also labeled with his name which was very reassuring as I was worried about making sure all of him got home safe. Thank you to everyone who treated my baby with such respect. You have no idea how much easier this process was for me thanks to the care with which Soccer was handled.

I am very saddened by what I received this evening. My cat of 12 years left me suddenly on Sunday. I have been heavy with grief and anxiously awaiting his return. I paid for private cremation and was told I would receive, ink paw and nose prints, a clay paw print and hair clippings with his ashes. I did get his ashes and the clippings along with a clay paw print. There was no ink prints, which I specifically asked for so I could do a tattoo, but I thought nonetheless I have a clay one it should be fine, no.. it’s not. The paw print I received does not even begin to look like my cats, it looks like a raccoon. I am very saddened and my very last hope of what I had of him is gone.

I waited to write this review rationally and not emotionally. On New Years Day we had to rush our dog Tux to the emergency vet. Unfortunately we had to say good bye to a beloved companion of almost 14 years. Tux was a constant in our lives and helped myself and my wife through a lot of rough times with her health issues. We paid to have the private cremation through Fond Memories.Upon picking him up from the vet when he was ready I noticed they had put the wrong name on the box and paw print. I went back inside the vets office and let them know, they apologized and said they would contact Found Memories and get it taken care of.I had the unfortunate task of calling my wife and letting her know. She was and still is recuperating from a surgery she had which Tux never left her side through until the day he got sick. She got very emotional and took it upon herself to call Fond Memories and let them know. They admitted that the mistake was on their end and that they would fix it. They also said that we could pick him up straight from their facility since it was closer. This was all acceptable and we appreciated the honesty and willingness to fix it. Mistakes do happen. They called and said we could pick him up with the corrections. I arrived and called as instructed and they brought him out ( I also appreciate this due to Covid). I opened the bag and did not see a name plate on the box. I found it in an envelope. Thought that was odd but I could put it on. I then grabbed the box so I could hold my buddy again and noticed the top was cracked and the crack was going down the side. I opted not to knock on the door since at this point I was furious. My companion of almost 14 years is worth more than a damaged urn!!! I let my wife know and told her we would just buy a new urn. She said no, since we already went through what we had and paid our money here we will give them one more call. The lady she got ahold of was very nice, apologized and said she would send a new box out right away. She did and we received it quickly but was half the size.We are ordering a new urn and name plate.I truly thought this would have been a better experience since the first thing I did when the vet told me who it was going to be through was check the reviews. I have had ferrets cremated at another facility and it was seamless and compassionate I now wish I would have switched facilities but again with the reviews and while grieving I truly thought it would be ok.I know to some a pet is just a pet but in this house once we rescue it, it is a member of the family until the end. Not just until it becomes inconvenient. And this particular member of our family literally put a mark on my soul.I hope that my review does not cost you any business but can possibly help you re-examine your professionalism and the career path you have chose. Yes a business is to make money and as a customer I paid you mine but as a professional in your industry these kind of multiple errors to the same household are inexcusable and that the quality of what you do needs to be double checked from the bottom to the top.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just want EVERYONE to know that this crematory is guilty of prevarication and vaguely misconstruing innocent people during a very difficult ordeal of losing a beloved family member! I personally, due to recent euthanasia of my dog, know this place gives ashes that are not even the said pet that passed. There are occurrences where ashes were incorrectly matched to certain deceased patients. Receiving urns and ashes that were way to large to belong to some animals, sending random implants from known animals that did not belong to that animal, and even sending ashes of the exact same patient more than once days apart. My dog had surgical implants that i asked to be left in place when ashes returned. When ashes were delivered, a bag of random implants were also included. None of the implants were even my dogs'. If you are going through the difficult decision of laying your beloved pet to rest, please, please look into any crematory but this one. Preferably one that at least states that it individually cremates the pet instead of mass cremation such as what faithful friends must do. I don't understand why there is confusion of what ashes/implants go with what pet if they did individual cremation. It is hard enough to lose your companion once, don't lose them forever not knowing if that's your pet in the urn you received. It is heartbreaking to go through. If you have used this crematory in the past, unfortunately the ashes you received are in all honesty, probably not your loved one at all, or a mixture of them with other pets. I know all businesses have mixed reviews from consumers, but I would nit be sharing this information if it were not the truth and I hadn't experienced it first hand. No one should ever, and I mean EVER, have to experience the thought, or especially physical proof, that the ashes they received are in fact not their beloved companion that was entrusted in your care. It's unacceptable and an unforgettable rupture in trust of a business of this kind. It just should not happen. Period. Prayers to those who have lost pets and may you find peace.

My family has used Faithful friends fo many years with three pets. The staff is friendly and really helped me in my time of need. However, I’m not happy with my last encounter. My Boxer had terminal cancer and we decided to have the veterinarian come to our home and euthanize instead of taking her to the office. When this was announced to Faithful Friends the next day, they informed me it would be an extra $50. I asked why would it be an extra $50. I was told that they don’t want to charge people who had taken their dog to the vet because the vet had already charged too much. That is absolutely ridiculous. I have spent nearly $2000 in 11 months on a dog I rescued. That’s not including the $340 that faithful friends is charging me. Additionally my home is less than half the distance from Kennedale to the clinic that I was using.I’m not happy and would like not to be charged a fee that would have not been charged if my boxer died at a clinic an extra 25 miles away.

I'm very thankful for the guys at Faithful friends, I had my pet cremated, he was returned in a beautiful cedar wood urn, along with a packet containing a nice letter, pamphlet on how to cope with a loss of a loved one and much more. They are very detailed. Even though this is a sad/hard experience to go through (and this was my first time losing my pet) I'm glad they were able to help me through this hard process.

We took his remains to Banfield at Alliance and they sent him to Fond Memories for cremation. We recently lost 2 fur babies one day after the other. I went to one place and I was very disappointed!!!Then I found faithful friends, they were there for me to make sure that I was taking care of even with covid going on they were very professional,German is name of the young man that helped me Even stayed on the phone with me went through the website on the phone with me made it very easy and comfortable, I can't imagine any other place I would take my precious fur babies. I also like that the name plate was not on the Box, that gave me the option to put it where I wanted it.

Review written by my wife.On Saturday 4th July in the early hours we had to take our labrador to be euthanized at an emergency vet. On Monday, I called Faithful Friends, spoke with a lady who was very helpful and very friendly to explain what had happened and that we already had a casket for his ashes and wanted to bring them down as we didn't want the added stress of having to place them in the box ourselves. She gave me the hours and I stated we would be down the following day, Tuesday, to bring the box. On Tuesday, I called before we were leaving the house, double check someone would be there and spoke to Collin, very helpful, very friendly, told me to call when we arrived. Arrived at the facility and called, spoke to another lady and advised we had arrived, we were bringing the casket for his ashes. Explained why we were there twice, guess I was calling at an inconvenient time, was told to hang on and I sat waiting on the phone....waiting. Still waiting on the phone, we saw a young lady walking up to the truck, so I guess we were done waiting on the phone. I opened the window, handed her the box, in it's original packaging, she asked me for the dogs name, I explained I had written all the information on the box, name, breed, birth & euthanization date, vet clinic. She took the box, no other communication, nothing. We commented to each other how unpleasant that transaction had been. By the time we arrived home it had been a 2 1/2 hr trip.Today, we received a call from the vet clinic to let us know Ty had been returned. We traveled to the clinic, it's not close to us, only to be handed a completely different casket. Seriously, a different casket!!.I had spoken with 3 different people, so it wasn't a surprise visit, or request. We had hand delivered it and still you couldn't get something as simple as the casket correct. It's not degree worthy, it just requires that little bit of care, due diligence, job satisfaction, care. This has been a very traumatic time for us as a family as it is, without having to deal with something that should of been so simple. I now have to believe that you actually gave me the right dog back and honestly, I don't and that I have to make peace with. Now I need the original casket back that we had for him and we will move whatever ashes you gave us back ourselves which is what we wanted to avoid in the beginning. If you employ people that cannot do their job to a standard that is expected, then I suggest you employ someone that does.

Such a great place with a wonderful, kind and professional receptionist.

I have used Faithful Friends over the years several times, and I have been satisfied. This time however they put my baby in a tiny wooden box with no lid and no lock and key. You can’t even tell it has ashes in it. The name plate I ordered was not even attached to the box. In order to get the ashes out you have to turn the box upside down and unscrew four screws to open it. Very disappointed and I will not use Faithful Friends ever again! I doubt this sealed box even has ashes in it! What a joke and no customer service when I called to complain!

We just lost our sweet and loveable Chihuahua little bit!! We had her cremated and they put her ashes in a little wooden box and gave us a name tag to put on there it took less than a week to get her back!! I wanted to say thankyou for doing this for us!!

We have been consumed with grief over the loss of our precious Rudy. Every word, every action, every thought during these past days have an effect on us. Our hearts are broken and our lives are shattered . My husband and I want to thank you guys for making this part of the journey easier. Rudy’s little box is lovely and I love the fact that it opens from the bottom. Each thing was done with care with thought for detail and we appreciate that. I don’t know what you could have done that would have been better. Thank you for your kindness and your professionalism. From the family of:Rudy Hansen

Our beloved Dexter passed away suddenly and our whole family has been trying to emotionally process the whole event. We took his remains to Banfield at Alliance and they sent him to Fond Memories for cremation. We received his remains back a few days later and we were so impressed with the respect and care that was put into the packaging and the process. We were very moved. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Never got her name but she was always so patient and sweet when I called.I don't know about other pet crematory services but the service I always received was exceptional. Give that lady a raise for being so sweet and compassionate on the phone, customer service is tough- especially in this business!!!
