We lost our precious Angel (long hair tuxedo tabby) suddenly on Jan.26, 2025. We had used another facility for several years but upon calling them, discovered unfavorable changes they had made. After many calls to other places, a friend referred me to Heavenly Pets.Amy was compassionate and had arrangements done quickly.A few hours later, Haley showed up and took our baby, cradling Angel like a fragile human baby. It truly touched my heart.I thank you all for taking such excellent care of Angel. Special thanks to Amy & Haley...two earthly angels who showed amazing love.😇😇❤️

We have had multiple pets cremated through heavenly pets. They All have come out beautifully. The urns are wonderful and they have many to choose from and are very affordable. They staff is wonderful and extremely caring! They are quick about getting your baby home. We will keep using Heavenly Pets!! Thank you!!!!

We took my child's cat here after he unexpectedly passed away. He was our baby, so we wanted nothing but the best for him. We were not disappointed and so glad we took him here. Everyone showed us care and compassion and answered any questions we had throughout the process. We got our boy back in a few days, way ahead of what we thought and we were so glad (it was already difficult to be without him). Through a very difficult time, we felt comfortable and at ease and knew our boy was handled with the best care and he was in the best hands possible. This place is by far the best. Very understanding, caring & just made you feel at ease the best you can at that time. The lady that checked our sweet Bubbles in is the best I didn't catch her name but she was working Saturday December 7, 2024. They go above & beyond for you & your baby. My vet clinic does their cremations through Heavenly Pets and I could not have asked for a better provider of such a delicate service. The package I picked came with hair and a clay paw print for me to keep, as well as an urn. Everything I received was perfect and it only took them a week to get everything back to my vet. After the loss of my beautiful girl, Delilah (pictured), I wasn’t sure what to do. My local vet recommended Heavenly Pet Cremations and I am so thankful. They picked up my angel at a vet close to me within an hour of calling and brought her back within the same week. It means so much my girl was handled with such care. On Saturday after Thanksgiving we had to make the hardest decision ever. We had to allow our Princess to cross the rainbow bridge. Our sister wife recommended Heavenly Cremations, she had used them with her daughter’s precious cat. When I went to their website it gave me the number the Grayson County emergency vet hospital(which was a blessing). GCEVH explained everything to us and said it would take about a week to get our Princess back. Much to my surprise GCEVH called us on Wednesday evening(4 days after leaving her with them) saying we could come pick up our Princess. When we arrived she was in a beautiful wooden engraved box with a lock of her hair as well as a beautiful paw print. There was also a very heart felt card. I can’t say Thank you enough for taking such amazing care of our four legged daughter our Princess. We would highly recommend Heavenly Creations to everyone and anyone looking to preserve their four legged babies. I wish I could give more than five stars.

I wish I could say how truly blessed I am for coming across this place. My step mom’s chihuahuas passed away and every time they passed she would bring them here. However, her last chihuahua passed away and this one was the hardest for lots of reasons. Heavenly pet cremation not only helped her emotionally they also were super quick. My step mom was so happy that she had her baby back and watching over her. Again, thank you.

We lost our boy Zeus of 15 years. It was heartbreaking and still is. Lamar Vet Clinic, who charges people for meds that won't help your pet, is partnered with these nice people. We were called by our vet to come get his remains. We were very surprised to get his hair and paw print. We didn't know about that or even thought about it. Having some of his hair helped our other dogs calm down after his loss. Thank you for your compassion in our time of need. It has made a huge difference having him back home.

After a tragic loss of one of our feline friends we called here to have him cremated, the call went to voicemail but before I could even leave a message Amy was already calling me back. She was kind and told us to come up whenever we were ready. Upon arrival you ring the doorbell and Amy greats you with kind words and a genuine look of concern, but also a comforting smile. She puts a sign on the door so if anyone else arrives they know to wait outside for privacy. It was nice to be at a place that understands that our pets are family too and privacy in this moment is important.The owner came out briefly, introduced himself and shared his condolences for our loss.All the details we taken care of quickly, but kindly and we were told about a week, perhaps sooner to pick our friend up. This was a Friday, he was ready that Monday. Amy was so kind when he picked up our Leo Baby she even remembered that we had told her we were making our other cat become an inside cat even he didn't want to and asked how that was going.It's far from a glamorous job and certainly not a joyful one. Thank you so much Heavenly Pet Cremations for the care and empathy you show.

I lost my sweet Boxer Brady, my protector, after almost 12 wonderful years. I reached out to Heavenly Pet Cremations and the amount of compassion that poured out from each individual I spoke with and met with was comforting. My fur baby passed away early evening on 12/2/23 and they did not hesitate to come to my home for the pick up. After 12 years of loving and devoted service to us, our beautiful tater tot, Milo, succumbed to his cancer. Words cannot describe the grief and despair felt by his passing, so it was decided to have Milo cremated. There were numerous options, but after reading the reviews for Heavenly Pet Cremations, we decided to use this place. I am so thankful we did. From the beginning of the process, everyone we spoke to was professional, compassionate and ever so kind! Cassidy was the first person we met when dropping off our beloved pet off. She could tell I was having trouble leaving him with strangers. She softly spoke to me about the process and made it so much easier. When picking Milo up to come home, we met a wonderful man, I believe was Dan. His kindness and humor helped so much! He spoke about caring for each pet individually "because they deserve that kind of respect." There is no place I would recommend over Heavenly Pet Cremations if you've lost a beloved pet. I lost my sweet pibble of 14+ years and have been in tears, heavenly pet cremation was the place my vet used for my sweet girls cremation and I’m not sure if this was intentional or not….but it made my heart flutter seeing it in her cremains. Somehow there’s ashes formed in the shape of a heart 🥹. This place offers such a beautiful service, with a beautiful personalized wood box, a paw imprint keepsake with a lock of fur. I will use them for my other babies when it’s their time to cross the rainbow bridge ♥️

Amazing company had a horse pass away and called them. The next day they came out you could tell they are not about the money. The owner spoke to my wife and I and explained what they need to do and didn’t once mention anything about the money before. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your animals that have passed away and want buried on your property. The price amazing

They are AMAZING. All the employees I interacted with were kind and considerate. They answered my email the same day. I was able to drop of our kitty as soon as we were ready and we were able to pick up the ashes within a few days. They did a wonderful the print and engraving on the box was so well done.Thank you.

Dan was very compassionate and professional when he cremated our dog that was almost 14 years old. I would recommend his business to anyone if you need to cremate a pet. We got a beautiful box, a back paw print (because the front paws were to large), and a clip of her hair. Appreciate all you did for us in our time of sorrow!!!

My daughter lost one of her beloved pets. Naturally it was one of the most difficult times for her. After reading reviews I decided to call Dan at Heavenly Pet Cremations. Immediately, I knew I called the right person. He was so kind and compassionate and went above and beyond. My family recently lost our friend and constant companion, Dixie. I called her The Wonder Dog. I contacted my friend Dan Hale at Heavenly Pets. He was professional and very kind to me through out the whole process. it was comforting to know that Dixie was treated with respect and compassion. I cannot recommend his services any higher. They were perfect in every way.My family had to say goodbye to yet another member of our family. Heidi, sister to Dixie, passed away this week. While driving through Oklahoma We unexpectantly lost our English Bulldog while traveling from Austin Tx to Missouri… the people at Heavenly Pet Cremations were the most considerate and loving people. They went from Denison Tx to where we were in Oklahoma to get our sweet boy so we could continue on our trip… we received his remains today and they were so incredibly thoughtful, they had some of his hair in a ziplock bag and a sweet plaster paw print with his name in it. So unexpected. I give this business a double thumbs up. Thank you so much for making such a tragic event a little easier.

We lost our sweet Rocco on Sunday. We received his remains back in just 3 days. Even though we are grieving, Heavenly Pet Cremations provided us with such a wonderful and beautiful memorial for Rocco. I lost my dog of almost 13yrs. I called Then next morning because I have heard nothing but good things about this place. I’m heartbroken and when Dan arrived he made it easy. He cared. You could see it. It’s not a job for him, he truly cares. I tried to pay then but he wouldn’t let me. He wanted to be sure I was satisfied with my services first. I asked about all that was available and he explained it all to me. I decided on a couple diff things. Before he left with my beloved dog he than again expressed his condolences and hugged me. That made this experience and letting me dog go so much easier. Will always recommend this place.

This place is amazing. We lost our girl almost 2 weeks ago,and we've been so heartbroken at the loss of her.Heavenly Pet Cremation, took good care of our girl, and we actually got her back earlier than we thought. My husband and I unexpectedly had our cat pass away and we called Heavenly Pet Cremations and they came out the very next morning to come pick him up. They were kind and considerate. They even delivered him back to us when he was ready. They made a very difficult time much easier. Not to mention the box is gorgeous and the clay paw print and hair clipping show so much thought and care in what they do. We are extremely pleased we called Heavenly Pet Cremations.

It has taken me several weeks to be able to write a review of Heavenly Pet Cremations. Losing my precious furbaby of almost 15yrs has just devasted me. I prayed so hard for the Lord to help me through the pain of my broken heart and he sent me Dan and Heavenly Pet Cremations. The compassion and tenderness I was shown through this sad experience can't be described in words. My sweet baby is now in a beautifully engraved wooden box on my night stand where she will remain for the rest of my life. Thank you Dan for all you did to ease my pain. May God bless you richly..

I am so glad we picked Heavenly Pet Cremations. I'll be honest I was a little scared to because there weren't many reviews & I was so emotionally raw it was very, very important to me that I picked the right place but this IS the right place. Dan was so kind & reassuring & let us see our boy one last time before cremation (I do not suggest this if you're not comfortable with death & what that looks like especially for preservation purposes but we were fine with it & besides he was my baby boy). I was surprised to learn that a wooden urn or scatter tube is included with the cost of the cremation, we picked a wooden one even though we were having a ceramic urn custom made & it was a good choice. I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again.

When we lost our Jakey-Lee after 16 years, we were distraught and sad and reached out to Dan for cremation of our friend. He assured us that he would treat him with the utmost respect and care so we arranged for them to pick him up after we had to put him down. That evening I received word that our friend was still there at the Vet and hadn't been picked up. I immediately called and left a message for Dan, as it was after hours, but never heard back from him, no Apologies or even a reason given to us for totally disregarding our pet. I had to take off work and transport my friend to Texoma Animal Hospital for cremation the next day. Very unprofessional. So disappointed. I recommend going elsewhere.

Our family highly recommends Dan and Heavenly Pet Cremations. We were heartbroken when we lost our 13 year old Mattie and had no idea what were were going to do with her. I will forever be grateful for Heavenly Pet Cremations. My beloved dachshund and best friend, Hotdog, passed away on April 6th after 16 wonderful years. My heart will forever be broken. It’s been a week and I still think about him every minute. He brought so much joy and happiness into my life. Wherever I went, he went with me. Thankfully, I still have his sweet son, Roy, who is just as wonderful as his daddy. We recently used the services of Heavenly Pet Cremations after the passing of our English Bulldog. We were treated with compassion and it was obvious that the staff would treat our pet with care and respect. She could tell I was having trouble leaving him with strangers. She softly spoke to me about the process and made it so much easier. When picking Milo up to come home, we met a wonderful man, I believe was Dan. His kindness and humor helped so much! He spoke about caring for each pet individually "because they deserve that kind of respect." There is no place I would recommend over Heavenly Pet Cremations if you've lost a beloved pet. Thank you to all at Heavenly Pet Cremations that had a hand in helping Milo to his final rest.

I lost my sweet pibble of 14+ years and have been in tears, heavenly pet cremation was the place my vet used for my sweet girls cremation and I’m not sure if this was intentional or not….but it made my heart flutter seeing it in her cremains. Somehow there’s ashes formed in the shape of a heart 🥹. This place offers such a beautiful service, with a beautiful personalized wood box, a paw imprint keepsake with a lock of fur. I will use them for my other babies when it’s their time to cross the rainbow bridge ♥️

Amazing company had a horse pass away and called them. The next day they came out you could tell they are not about the money. The owner spoke to my wife and I and explained what they need to do and didn’t once mention anything about the money before. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your animals that have passed away and want buried on your property. The price amazing

They are AMAZING. All the employees I interacted with were kind and considerate. They answered my email the same day. I was able to drop of our kitty as soon as we were ready and we were able to pick up the ashes within a few days. They did a wonderful the print and engraving on the box was so well done.Thank you.

Dan was very compassionate and professional when he cremated our dog that was almost 14 years old. I would recommend his business to anyone if you need to cremate a pet. We got a beautiful box, a back paw print (because the front paws were to large), and a clip of her hair. Appreciate all you did for us in our time of sorrow!!!

My daughter lost one of her beloved pets. Naturally it was one of the most difficult times for her. After reading reviews I decided to call Dan at Heavenly Pet Cremations. Immediately, I knew I called the right person. He was so kind and compassionate and went above and beyond. We felt like he was family from beginning to end and he made one of the worst experiences a much better one. The personalization of the box and engraving was an extra special touch. My family recently lost our friend and constant companion, Dixie. I called her The Wonder Dog. I contacted my friend Dan Hale at Heavenly Pets. He was professional and very kind to me through out the whole process. it was comforting to know that Dixie was treated with respect and compassion. I cannot recommend his services any higher. They were perfect in every way.My family had to say goodbye to yet another member of our family. Heidi, sister to Dixie, passed away this week. Once again we called upon Dan Hale of Heavenly Pets and his service was outstanding. It is comforting to know that the little dog that gave us so much pleasure was treated with the care and respect called for. Thank you Mr. Hale.

While driving through Oklahoma We unexpectantly lost our English Bulldog while traveling from Austin Tx to Missouri… the people at Heavenly Pet Cremations were the most considerate and loving people. They went from Denison Tx to where we were in Oklahoma to get our sweet boy so we could continue on our trip… we received his remains today and they were so incredibly thoughtful, they had some of his hair in a ziplock bag and a sweet plaster paw print with his name in it. I lost my dog of almost 13yrs. I called Then next morning because I have heard nothing but good things about this place. I’m heartbroken and when Dan arrived he made it easy. He cared. You could see it. It’s not a job for him, he truly cares. I tried to pay then but he wouldn’t let me. He wanted to be sure I was satisfied with my services first. I asked about all that was available and he explained it all to me. I decided on a couple diff things. Before he left with my beloved dog he than again expressed his condolences and hugged me. That made this experience and letting me dog go so much easier. Will always recommend this place.

This place is amazing. We lost our girl almost 2 weeks ago,and we've been so heartbroken at the loss of her.Heavenly Pet Cremation, took good care of our girl, and we actually got her back earlier than we thought. My husband and I unexpectedly had our cat pass away and we called Heavenly Pet Cremations and they came out the very next morning to come pick him up. They were kind and considerate. They even delivered him back to us when he was ready. They made a very difficult time much easier. Not to mention the box is gorgeous and the clay paw print and hair clipping show so much thought and care in what they do. We are extremely pleased we called Heavenly Pet Cremations.

It has taken me several weeks to be able to write a review of Heavenly Pet Cremations. Losing my precious furbaby of almost 15yrs has just devasted me. I prayed so hard for the Lord to help me through the pain of my broken heart and he sent me Dan and Heavenly Pet Cremations. The compassion and tenderness I was shown through this sad experience can't be described in words. I am so glad we picked Heavenly Pet Cremations. I'll be honest I was a little scared to because there weren't many reviews & I was so emotionally raw it was very, very important to me that I picked the right place but this IS the right place. Dan was so kind & reassuring & let us see our boy one last time before cremation (I do not suggest this if you're not comfortable with death & what that looks like especially for preservation purposes but we were fine with it & besides he was my baby boy). I was surprised to learn that a wooden urn or scatter tube is included with the cost of the cremation, we picked a wooden one even though we were having a ceramic urn custom made & it was a good choice. I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again.

When we lost our Jakey-Lee after 16 years, we were distraught and sad and reached out to Dan for cremation of our friend. He assured us that he would treat him with the utmost respect and care so we arranged for them to pick him up after we had to put him down. That evening I received word that our friend was still there at the Vet and hadn't been picked up. I immediately called and left a message for Dan, as it was after hours, but never heard back from him, no Apologies or even a reason given to us for totally disregarding our pet. I had to take off work and transport my friend to Texoma Animal Hospital for cremation the next day. Very unprofessional. So disappointed. I recommend going elsewhere.

Our family highly recommends Dan and Heavenly Pet Cremations. We were heartbroken when we lost our 13 year old Mattie and had no idea what were were going to do with her. I could not bury her and move away so were were relieved to find Dan's services. Dan made our experience more tolerable and even delivered Mattie's ashes to us as he was driving through our town.

I will forever be grateful for Heavenly Pet Cremations. My beloved dachshund and best friend, Hotdog, passed away on April 6th after 16 wonderful years. My heart will forever be broken. It’s been a week and I still think about him every minute. He brought so much joy and happiness into my life. Wherever I went, he went with me. Thankfully, I still have his sweet son, Roy, who is just as wonderful as his daddy. We recently used the services of Heavenly Pet Cremations after the passing of our English Bulldog. We were treated with compassion and it was obvious that the staff would treat our pet with care and respect. It was comforting to know that the cremation is performed on site, not contracted out to a third party as is the case with some other facilities.
