I had my beloved Papa Bear for 14 years. I was very blessed, very fortunate to have had him, and sadly I lost him suddenly. And my heart is broken, but I know that Papa has returned to his Creator and that gives me peace. I had seen for a long time the billboard for this Memorial Center and I dreaded the day that one day I may have to use them. Several people referred me to Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center, and I called them, and from the very first interaction the staff was very compassionate, understanding, empathetic and professional. They assured me that Papa Bear would receive the best treatment and he did. When they picked up Papa from my home after he was euthanized,I was again met with compassion from the vet who performed the euthanasia to the employees who picked up my baby. I picked up Papa cremains the next day in a beautiful box, his fur clippings, his paw print and wildflowers that I will plant in his honor and memory. That day, I was met with compassion, empathy and understanding. As pet parents, we have to face the inevitable and it's very sad but loving them for life, their entire life and giving them the best, it's worth it in the end I wouldn't trade anything or any of these fourteen years with my baby for anything in the world. And I want to thank the employees at Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center for their kindness to me in my most difficult time. I highly recommend this place. If you want to ensure that you're going to receive the best treatment that your furbaby will be handled with care, then this is the place for you.

Losing a pet is never easy, but you are in amazing hands here. Can’t thank them enough for their compassion and help with handling my daughter’s puppys remains. Although very heartbreaking..The keepsakes we have from the services offered mean more than words. Very beautiful. My daughter has both happy and sad tears, overwhelmed with sadness of losing her best friend but joy from the paw prints and urn with the customized message on Nova’s plaque. My daughter gets to keep her best friend close to her. Thank you so much to kind owner who took care of us & shout out to Braden (apologies if I didn’t spell his name right) He made our experience all the more heartwarming as well. We were so happy to meet him❤️

My sweet girl crossed the rainbow bridge on Christmas Eve. From my first phone call through the final arrangements, everyone at CCPMC was so kind and accommodating. I was visiting from out of town for the holidays, and they made sure to have my girl's ashes ready for me to take home when I left. It was so comforting that I could bring her home with me. Thank you to everyone at Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center for going above and beyond. They made this very difficult time a little easier.

We highly recommend this place! The care and attention they gave not only us but our beloved dog Blaze was amazing. We had never lost a pet before and they were so helpful and caring walking us through the process. The owner met us after hours allowed our boys to not only carry him but to set him up comfortably. They allowed us ample time to say our last goodbye. They walked us through the whole process which made it a lot easier on us. Once again thank you and we highly recommend

After our families first pet passed away after 15 years we needed something tangible to remember him by. We came to Corpus Pet Memorial and were greeted by a sweet lady that was very thoughtful and helpful. We found the memorial stone we wanted, selected the layout, and later that day sent her a picture. Communication went well and the stone was here in under the stated timeframe. Pickup was easy. The stone is beautiful. We are very happy. It would have been worth it at twice the price.

I called the evening my Nikki passed and they walked me through step by step how to care and preserve her until morning. The next day they were expecting us and took extreme care in handling Nikki, our pug.They comforted us and made the process easy and stress free despite such a sad and traumatic time.Nikki was in great hands. They prepared her and when her cremains were ready we got a text that she was ready to come home. They didn’t rush the pick up process and handed us a beautifully carved wooden box, a cremation certificate and some wildflower seeds to plant in Nikki’s memory. I highly recommend this business. They took great care of my family.

We are so grateful for this business! The owners and staff are so genuinely nice, very thoughtful and caring! They took care of our beloved doberman "Hans". They answered an after hour call and met us at the location in order to secure our pet. We needed to wait until the next morning for my son to arrive from working out of town before cremation as it was his dog. We highly recommend this business, and they are very reasonably priced!

I couldn’t have made a better choice to memorialize my first fur baby. They came to our home to pick her up and allowed me to say one last goodbye before covering her. I was obtain to retrieve her remains within 24hrs in the most beautiful box with a nameplate.

My mom and I first learned of CC Pet Memorial through a grapevine from our neighbor who, when one of our two sweet dwarf hamsters, Orbitty, developed what appeared to be a tumor or cyst on her belly, pointed us towards one person who pointed us to CC Pet Memorial. My blood froze as I am especially close to Orbitty and I was ready to give my own life that she may live or otherwise sell my soul as I was beyond desperation to heal her. When I phoned in distraught, Patsy responded and was sweet enough to listen through my tear-strained voice to my woes while my mom and I struggled to find a church, or any religious person of any faith, to bless our precious little baby in a desperate attempt to heal her. Patsy heard my desperation and connected me to a friend of hers named Susan who had brought her own dear and precious pup here for his final journey across the Rainbow Bridge. Susan happens to love all animals and was willing to bless our Orbitty and indeed all of our other furry, finned, and winged family (of which there are many). I phoned Susan instantly and she swiftly set about praying for Baby Orbitty over the phone with my mom and I. As she did, Orbitty, who was once struggling to move with pain, began to move normally again. The next day she was playing in her runabout ball, her wheel, and drinking water and eating on her own wheareas before, I had to hand-feed her both. Prior to this, I had put out a call for help to whatever Gods, Goddesses, Providence, and cosmic entities that be who possessed love and compassion for the most innocent of beings to heal Orbitty that she may continue to be a beacon of light in an otherwise dismal world. The following day, Patsy's friend Susan and Susan's friend Tod came to our house and blessed Orbitty and our other little ones. Whether through magick, miracle, or perhaps both, precious Orbitty was completely healed and is still blessing this world with her cuddly presence today. This was in January.Fast-forward to this week and my mom and I faced the devastating loss of one of our infant ghost shrimp (we have three currently functioning aquariums of various sizes), who passed while in the process of molting his carapace, and one of our parakeets named Seamus who passed after choking on bird seed on Tuesday night at 8 PM. Despite all attempts to save him, the poor little fellow didn't make it. He is survived by his brother Clyde. We buried him and the little ghost shrimp on Wednesday in our backyard. Stricken with grief and to make matters worse Orbitty's sweet sister Penelope (affectionately referred to henceforth in this testimony by her nickname of "Pea-Pie") passed away unexpected at 4:30 PM that afternoon as I put her into her runabout ball to prepare her and Orbitty for their daily storytime (every afternoon at 4 PM my mom reads to them and her service pup Skippy-Doo children's books that I grew up reading.). Our grief put well over the top and not wanting to bury another beloved baby sibling, the decision was made to bring Pea-Pie here to CC Pet Memorial where we presented her fragile little body to John. John listened to us even as we broke down in tears (particularly me) and assured us that our little Pea-Pie would be treated with the utmost respect and care to receive only the best departure to Paradise which is entirely what she deserved. We received her remains today in a wooden box, a ceramic keepsake of her little paw-prints, some wildflower seeds to plant in her honor, and most unexpectedly, a little bag with her fur which set about an unstoppable wave of tears.John, Patsy, and their coworkers are the epitome of decency and compassion. They are wonderful stewards of love and kindness for those most innocent beings nearing the end of their journey. To do what they do day in and day out...to me, that is what heroes are made of. In your darkest hour, rest assured that your beloved furry/winged/scaled/finned little one is in the best of hands with these fine people. Thank you for taking good care of our precious little Pea-Pie.

Charlie was my Heart Dog. Losing him was absolutely devastating. He was probably 10 years old and less than a year ago was rescued from CCACS, blind, heartworm positive. The life of neglect he lead before just was too much on his little body and he developed a quick-growing, large mass on his lungs.John and everyone at Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center were wonderful and compassionate. I did not expect to have Charlie's cremains returned so quickly. John texted that "Charlie was ready to go home." After picking him up, I buckled him in his seat one more time and had a tearful ride home.I couldn't give Charlie the entire life he deserved, but we gave him a good death.Thank you guys for everything, I'm so grateful for you and your services.🐾❤️

We were referred to Corpus Christi Pet Memorial by the vet who helped us say goodbye to our precious 16 year old lady, Mercedez. When we went to pick up her remains, we were provided a tote bag, a certificate, and wildflower seeds to spread in her memory. John was so kind, you can tell he is very passionate about the service he provides to us heartbroken pet parents.I highly recommend this business to anyone who has to deal with saying goodbye to a fur baby.

I called John yesterday morning just prior to us taking our Abby to her final vet visit. She was nearly 15 years old and needed final rest. John was so kind over the phone as I choked up making arrangements. We drove straight from the vet to Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center where John met us and gently took her body. Helen patiently explained the process and prices to us. We chose the Remembrance Package which we felt was very reasonable. Today John called and said Abby was ready to be picked up. We picked her up and talked with John a few minutes. He and Helen were so compassionate! We highly recommend their services if you desire compassionate care for your pet.

It's a blessing to the Corpus Christi community to have a place such as this to not only handle the disposition of their beloved pets remains, but to take care of it so professionally with the utmost care and dignity possible. I am a funeral director myself, and to see a place that takes care of animals as we do humans is comforting. I spoke with John and instantly knew he cared when he did not hesitate to accommodate my requests. The entire staff who took care of my baby, "Wednesday", was great. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart for your care and attentiveness to her.

The Gibson's have brought to Corpus Christi a much needed and compassionate service. When our sweet girl, Chloe, was sick and things were not looking good for a recovery, we decided to check out the Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center so that we were better prepared for when the time came. We did so because we knew we would be pretty distraught and wanted to get our questions answered and better understand what our options were in case she didn't make it. Well, sadly, that day came a couple of days after our initial visit but, thanks to the Gibson's, we knew what we wanted to do and how to handle it. Being prepared no doubt saved us additional grief by allowing us to focus on her final days and being able to say our goodbye's. It was comforting to know and understand the process the Gibson's would follow for her cremation and how they're able to keep her identity intact throughout. We absolutely knew, a few days later when the urn was handed to us, it was our sweet girl coming back home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our girl was 19 years old and lead a full (and spoiled) life. There is no doubt they treated this member of our family with all the dignity she deserved and earned with all the love she gave us over the years.

My parents home burned down and my mom’s fur baby was in there & I explained to them the situation and they have been so accommodating to our needs regarding our pet. They were full of sympathy and understanding I recommend them 100%. Corpus Christi is very blessed and very fortunate to have Mr. Gibson (and his staff) opening and operating this wonderful facility. The care and detail they gave my 18 year old kitty Skillet is incomparable. She was my girl, my kitty. Thank you for your kindness when I dropped off Heimer, and when we picked him up. Everything was as expected, and the quick turnaround time was something I’ve never experienced for cremations before, usually it would take a week when I lived in San Antonio!It was a great feeling to have my cat back in our home as soon as possible, and the experience couldn’t have been better. I would definitely recommend CC Pet Memorial Center, and plan on using them in the future for as long as I am in the Corpus area.

I first used Corpus Christi pet memorials service back in 2018 when my 2 year old cat named Poe became ill and passed away all of a sudden. It was the very first time I had a furbaby pass away on me. I was absolutely devastated and couldn’t bear the thought of burying him in the dirt and not having him with me anymore. So my parents helped me look online to see if there was anywhere here in corpus where we could have him cremated and we discovered these amazing people. They’re very kind people they talked us through a the entire process and assured us that our baby would be cremated by himself and let us know when he would be ready and even gave us a grieving packet. He was ready to be picked up the very next day. He was placed inside a beautiful urn with a ceramic plate his paw prints and a lock of his fur where included and they even gave us some wildflower seeds to plant in his honor. The second time I used their services was when one of my outside strays that I cared for more than a year passed away and once again, we couldn’t bear the thought of having him buried and so we took here and they treated him with so much dignity and respect. I even had a job interview there once and when I was waiting, I saw how gentle they treated the ashes and they were even talking to them by name. It really touched my heart. And recently I had my cat named Vivi pass away from FIP just after 2 months of adopting him and it was sad that I had to visit the memorial center once again in a 4 year span hoping I’d never have to come back again until one of my cats passed peacefully from old age years and years from now. Vivi had passed away at night and we called and a very nice young man named mike answered and told us he would be there in 5 minutes. When we arrived he was super patient and kind to us, allowed us to say a final goodbye to our baby boy and he was ready to be picked up the very next day. I highly recommend this place and The prices are very reasonable in my opinion. What these people do for our precious furry loved ones is truly a wonderful thing and I will always be grateful for them and everything they do.

I made the difficult decision to help my 15 year old Cammie to the Rainbow bridge 2 weeks ago. It was late and I called CC Pet Memorial and spoke with Helen. I explained to her I was on my way to the vet and would need her services afterwards. She was so kind and sweet in my time of heartbreak. She offered to come to the vet and pick her up or if I could handle it emotionally I could meet her at the Center. She was waiting for me when I got there with a huge hug. They have a really nice set up at their office. They have an area to lay your pet out, to say your last good byes. Their prices are cheaper than others in this area. Its unfortunate that the vet offices don't highly recommend them, I guess when they don't make money off their services as they do on others in the area ( or even a company from San Antonio) they don't want to give them business. Its a shame, Helen and John are the most kind and compassionate animal lovers you can find. They will treat your pet like they would treat their own pet, like family. Thank you both for your compassion in my time of need and heartbreak.

John was so great when our beautiful Raven passed away in Sept. of 2017 after being sick for months. He was so compassionate and comforting, he took great care of our baby. The wooden urn and name plate that he provided us with is breathtaking. You will not be disappointed when going to CC Pet Memorial Center. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. The Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center offers a great service and delivers on a great product. From the moment I contacted them, their team was prompt and courteous. Who rushes to the aid of distraught fur parents at 6 p.m. on a Sunday? Mr. and Mrs. Gibson did, and we will forever appreciate them for doing so. Losing our beloved 18 year old puppy was crushing for more reasons than just losing him. John and Helen seemed to understand and treated us with such compassion. I couldn't have asked for a more comforting goodbye. We paid for services but received so much more. We received comfort and solace. I highly recommend them to all who love their furry family members.

John is a genuine, caring and sincere gentleman. I had a wonderful visit with him today as he cared for my 13 year old cat whom had passed. He came out of retirment to provide a caring and needed service to our community. If you lose a pet, please, for the best treatment of your baby contact John and know that your special friend is getting the best possible care. He provides a range of services so look into it now and plan ahead. You can even have a funeral. Not only is he serving our pets but he has served our country. At a time like this it is nice to feel like a friend is helping you and caring for pet.

Helen is an angel. You don’t realize how much you need this place until your pet passes away. The way she treated our cat was proper and dignified. We truly felt a small sense or closure because of her. Our pet died in a parking lot outside of the ER clinic and she met us at 11 pm on a Saturday night. She beautifully placed our cat in a viewing room and gave us time to privately mourn and say our goodbyes. She then took over an hour to speak with us and help us make arrangements. Every step of the way she has been sympathetic and checking in to make sure we are okay. Thank you Helen.

The Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center is run by some of the kindest people I know. As soon as I knew that we were going to have to have our dog put to sleep, I called them and they were there to pick her up at the vet's office. I had her ashes back the next day along with her little paw prints in clay. Everyone was compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend if you want a private cremation for your pet.

This place was a God send at one the roughest times in our life. We made the call shortly after our Jada's passing and John was there in about an hour. We handled all of the arrangements from the comfort of our own home. He took the stress out of the way in order for us to be able to just grieve. He was so sweet and gentle with Jada and it gave us comfort knowing we made the absolute best choice in trusting CC Pet Memorial Center to perform her cremation. They are amazing and truly care. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who loses their fur baby.

We were making our way down to Corpus for small beach vacation and unexpectedly our 10 year old cocker/chihuahua passed away in my arms. Our realtor called John and we then called John and John met us at the crematorium and took Goldie’s body from us only 2 hours after she passed. He went above and beyond his duty by cremating her the next morning and then calling me by 1030. I am extremely pleased with my service from John at CC Pet Memorial Center. John was very compassionate and professional, and I felt good leaving our furbaby in his care. My son lost his beloved Tiger yesterday. Mr. Gibson waited for us to return from the vet and waited when my son couldn’t let go. His facility made it easy because he had a beautiful mourning room. My son finally put Tiger down. He had refused to put him anywhere but home. Thank you for providing a beautiful facility to offer a peaceful goodbye. When we left, a huge rainbow was awaiting my son. We know it was Tiger crossing The Rainbow Bridge.

My mom and I first learned of CC Pet Memorial through a grapevine from our neighbor who, when one of our two sweet dwarf hamsters, Orbitty, developed what appeared to be a tumor or cyst on her belly, pointed us towards one person who pointed us to CC Pet Memorial. My blood froze as I am especially close to Orbitty and I was ready to give my own life that she may live or otherwise sell my soul as I was beyond desperation to heal her. When I phoned in distraught, Patsy responded and was sweet enough to listen through my tear-strained voice to my woes while my mom and I struggled to find a church, or any religious person of any faith, to bless our precious little baby in a desperate attempt to heal her. Patsy heard my desperation and connected me to a friend of hers named Susan who had brought her own dear and precious pup here for his final journey across the Rainbow Bridge. Susan happens to love all animals and was willing to bless our Orbitty and indeed all of our other furry, finned, and winged family (of which there are many). I phoned Susan instantly and she swiftly set about praying for Baby Orbitty over the phone with my mom and I. As she did, Orbitty, who was once struggling to move with pain, began to move normally again. The next day she was playing in her runabout ball, her wheel, and drinking water and eating on her own wheareas before, I had to hand-feed her both. Prior to this, I had put out a call for help to whatever Gods, Goddesses, Providence, and cosmic entities that be who possessed love and compassion for the most innocent of beings to heal Orbitty that she may continue to be a beacon of light in an otherwise dismal world. The following day, Patsy's friend Susan and Susan's friend Tod came to our house and blessed Orbitty and our other little ones. Whether through magick, miracle, or perhaps both, precious Orbitty was completely healed and is still blessing this world with her cuddly presence today. This was in January.Fast-forward to this week and my mom and I faced the devastating loss of one of our infant ghost shrimp (we have three currently functioning aquariums of various sizes), who passed while in the process of molting his carapace, and one of our parakeets named Seamus who passed after choking on bird seed on Tuesday night at 8 PM. Despite all attempts to save him, the poor little fellow didn't make it. He is survived by his brother Clyde. We buried him and the little ghost shrimp on Wednesday in our backyard. Stricken with grief and to make matters worse Orbitty's sweet sister Penelope (affectionately referred to henceforth in this testimony by her nickname of "Pea-Pie") passed away unexpected at 4:30 PM that afternoon as I put her into her runabout ball to prepare her and Orbitty for their daily storytime (every afternoon at 4 PM my mom reads to them and her service pup Skippy-Doo children's books that I grew up reading.). Our grief put well over the top and not wanting to bury another beloved baby sibling, the decision was made to bring Pea-Pie here to CC Pet Memorial where we presented her fragile little body to John. John listened to us even as we broke down in tears (particularly me) and assured us that our little Pea-Pie would be treated with the utmost respect and care to receive only the best departure to Paradise which is entirely what she deserved. We received her remains today in a wooden box, a ceramic keepsake of her little paw-prints, some wildflower seeds to plant in her honor, and most unexpectedly, a little bag with her fur which set about an unstoppable wave of tears.John, Patsy, and their coworkers are the epitome of decency and compassion. They are wonderful stewards of love and kindness for those most innocent beings nearing the end of their journey. To do what they do day in and day out...to me, that is what heroes are made of. In your darkest hour, rest assured that your beloved furry/winged/scaled/finned little one is in the best of hands with these fine people. Thank you for taking good care of our precious little Pea-Pie.

Charlie was my Heart Dog. Losing him was absolutely devastating. He was probably 10 years old and less than a year ago was rescued from CCACS, blind, heartworm positive. The life of neglect he lead before just was too much on his little body and he developed a quick-growing, large mass on his lungs.John and everyone at Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center were wonderful and compassionate. I did not expect to have Charlie's cremains returned so quickly. John texted that "Charlie was ready to go home." After picking him up, I buckled him in his seat one more time and had a tearful ride home.I couldn't give Charlie the entire life he deserved, but we gave him a good death.Thank you guys for everything, I'm so grateful for you and your services.🐾❤️

We were referred to Corpus Christi Pet Memorial by the vet who helped us say goodbye to our precious 16 year old lady, Mercedez. When we went to pick up her remains, we were provided a tote bag, a certificate, and wildflower seeds to spread in her memory. I called John yesterday morning just prior to us taking our Abby to her final vet visit. She was nearly 15 years old and needed final rest. John was so kind over the phone as I choked up making arrangements. We drove straight from the vet to Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center where John met us and gently took her body. Helen patiently explained the process and prices to us. We chose the Remembrance Package which we felt was very reasonable. Today John called and said Abby was ready to be picked up. We picked her up and talked with John a few minutes. He and Helen were so compassionate! We highly recommend their services if you desire compassionate care for your pet.

It's a blessing to the Corpus Christi community to have a place such as this to not only handle the disposition of their beloved pets remains, but to take care of it so professionally with the utmost care and dignity possible. I am a funeral director myself, and to see a place that takes care of animals as we do humans is comforting. I spoke with John and instantly knew he cared when he did not hesitate to accommodate my requests. The entire staff who took care of my baby, "Wednesday", was great. The Gibson's have brought to Corpus Christi a much needed and compassionate service. When our sweet girl, Chloe, was sick and things were not looking good for a recovery, we decided to check out the Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center so that we were better prepared for when the time came. We did so because we knew we would be pretty distraught and wanted to get our questions answered and better understand what our options were in case she didn't make it. Well, sadly, that day came a couple of days after our initial visit but, thanks to the Gibson's, we knew what we wanted to do and how to handle it. Being prepared no doubt saved us additional grief by allowing us to focus on her final days and being able to say our goodbye's. It was comforting to know and understand the process the Gibson's would follow for her cremation and how they're able to keep her identity intact throughout. We absolutely knew, a few days later when the urn was handed to us, it was our sweet girl coming back home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our girl was 19 years old and lead a full (and spoiled) life. There is no doubt they treated this member of our family with all the dignity she deserved and earned with all the love she gave us over the years.

CC Pet Memorial let me have my time, and when I was ready, he came in with the cutest basket with a lid. He opened the lid and inside blankets and pillow with doggie prints. 😭I got to lay Patchy in in it. And the lid was closed. When I went to pick up his remains, I received his dog print, and a tuft of his hair, 😭 which I did not expect 😍. Pet Memorial made a tough experience very Very Special.

We're so glad John took care of our pup. He came to pick him up less than an hour after I had first contacted him which was great for my family since my kids (2 and 4) were still napping and I didn't want them to see what was going on. John was so very friendly, calming and supportive and explained the different options we had. We ended up picking the simple package which was perfect for us.We got to pick up our pup less than 48 hours later. The urn is beautiful and it means a lot to us that it has our dog's name on it. We also got a certificate and a little bag of wildflower seeds to plant in our pup's honor.All around John made a very painful experience as painless as it could be. This place is so wonderful. They took such good care of my Rex. John met me at VCA animal hospital for my dear Rex cause he was severely sick. He met Rex and treated him like his own. John gave a big hug after everything. Just what I needed. I couldn't of asked for anyone better than John and his wife to take care of my baby boy. They are amazing people who are very passionate about what they do. They called me in two days to tell me Rex was ready to come home. He was in a beautiful urn and I got his paw print and a fur clipping, along with a bag of wild flower seeds to plant in Rex's honor. They helped me so much, through the hardest time in my life. Our miniature dachshund passed away on Sunday and John came about twenty minutes later. The loss of a pet is never easy, but Helen Gibson was amazing with us during this time. We were a mess bringing in our furbaby to CC pet memorial center, and yet Ms. Gibson had the utter most compassion in her eyes. She cared for my furbaby as though she was her own. This was my first time ever going through this process of cremating, and I can honestly say that I left there a bit more at ease. Yes, the death of my furbaby still hurt me more than I can express, but to be able to say goodbye to her meant so much. We were able to have a moment with her looking at peace. Mrs. Gibson explained EVERYTHING to us and made it known that our furbaby will be handled with caring hands. I am so glad to know that there is a place like CC pet memorial center that allows pet owners to say their good byes or until then moments with their furbabies.

We lost our family cat of 13 years on the 16th. We were there when she was born and we were there when she passed. We rent a house so we couldn't bury her and felt she needed to be by her brother (who passed 3 years earlier due to cancer), we drove in from Kingsville and were very impressed with the place. The level of compassion was out of this world. The price was beyond affordable and the turn around time exceeded expectations. If ever your loved pet crosses the rainbow bridge, this is the place to go.

Our beautiful Blue (mini schnauzer) was extremely ill. When it was her time, John met us at the vets office and picked her up in a basket with a baby pillow and baby blanket. My last memory was her asleep peaceful no longer in pain. She was treated well even in death . John was very understanding and patient. The cremation packaged was beautiful. Thank you for your kindness when I dropped off Heimer, and when we picked him up. Everything was as expected, and the quick turnaround time was something I’ve never experienced for cremations before, usually it would take a week when I lived in San Antonio!It was a great feeling to have my cat back in our home as soon as possible, and the experience couldn’t have been better. I first used Corpus Christi pet memorials service back in 2018 when my 2 year old cat named Poe became ill and passed away all of a sudden. It was the very first time I had a furbaby pass away on me. I was absolutely devastated and couldn’t bear the thought of burying him in the dirt and not having him with me anymore. So my parents helped me look online to see if there was anywhere here in corpus where we could have him cremated and we discovered these amazing people. They’re very kind people they talked us through a the entire process and assured us that our baby would be cremated by himself and let us know when he would be ready and even gave us a grieving packet. He was ready to be picked up the very next day. He was placed inside a beautiful urn with a ceramic plate his paw prints and a lock of his fur where included and they even gave us some wildflower seeds to plant in his honor. The second time I used their services was when one of my outside strays that I cared for more than a year passed away and once again, we couldn’t bear the thought of having him buried and so we took here and they treated him with so much dignity and respect. I even had a job interview there once and when I was waiting, I saw how gentle they treated the ashes and they were even talking to them by name. It really touched my heart. And recently I had my cat named Vivi pass away from FIP just after 2 months of adopting him and it was sad that I had to visit the memorial center once again in a 4 year span hoping I’d never have to come back again until one of my cats passed peacefully from old age years and years from now. Vivi had passed away at night and we called and a very nice young man named mike answered and told us he would be there in 5 minutes. When we arrived he was super patient and kind to us, allowed us to say a final goodbye to our baby boy and he was ready to be picked up the very next day. I highly recommend this place and The prices are very reasonable in my opinion. What these people do for our precious furry loved ones is truly a wonderful thing and I will always be grateful for them and everything they do.

I made the difficult decision to help my 15 year old Cammie to the Rainbow bridge 2 weeks ago. It was late and I called CC Pet Memorial and spoke with Helen. I explained to her I was on my way to the vet and would need her services afterwards. She was so kind and sweet in my time of heartbreak. She offered to come to the vet and pick her up or if I could handle it emotionally I could meet her at the Center. She was waiting for me when I got there with a huge hug. They have a really nice set up at their office. They have an area to lay your pet out, to say your last good byes. Their prices are cheaper than others in this area. Its unfortunate that the vet offices don't highly recommend them, I guess when they don't make money off their services as they do on others in the area ( or even a company from San Antonio) they don't want to give them business. Its a shame, Helen and John are the most kind and compassionate animal lovers you can find. They will treat your pet like they would treat their own pet, like family. Thank you both for your compassion in my time of need and heartbreak.

I just can't say enough about this place. Our fur baby of 13 years passed away in his sleep and they offered to open up after hours to take care of us. My animal hospital uses John for all our services of pet cremation, however, recently, he did something that made him family. He had already brought us all mugs with our names on them, but during Hurricane Harvey, we had no electricity and no way to handle animal remains. Without prompting, JOhn came by and picked up every single pet and removed them from our facility since we had no way of keeping them safely. He did this without asking and he did this without pay!!!! That is one amazing person who understands how important our pets are to all of us! We had a sudden loss of one of our furbabies, we called John, who was very helpful and patient during our grief and shock of the day. John lent an ear and caring voice when my wife and I needed it the most. Even though it happened after hours and we were grieving he provided great care and service and respect to our furbaby. A small private ceremony and even allowed her to take her toy and snacks on her trip across the rainbow bridge. We are greatful for John and his caring and how they treated us and our baby.

I was disappointed on the way I was treated. I went to cremate my baby I walk in no one was at the front. My daughter kept saying hello even though we heard a conversation going on in the back yet no one appeared. It took the man at least 10 to 15 minutes to get to us. Then he says my deposit ok I took partial which was requested I was told by a sister who had already cremated 3 of her babies she assured me that they would take the down payment I'd give there was no amount set so I took 50 total was 150. Well the man says no the baby wouldn't be cremated till the rest was paid I'm so worried that my baby would be placed in the freezer. But yet they text me the following day to say that she was ready to be picked up. I'm like wow which was it. I did go pick up my baby with the balance of 100. Oh my sister had asked if I was allowed to say goodbye to her in a room but No I wasn't at all. The man was heartless. Faked the oh we're here for you and your baby. I felt so bad for the way I was treated. At that moment of the paper signed concerning what to place on her plack I couldn't my daughter did it for me. Why? Because a seizure was beginning on me. I'm sorry for such a long review but it's just so cold and heartless of this man. A faker when he noticed he had been busted conversating not placing notice to us in the front.

Who rushes to the aid of distraught fur parents at 6 p.m. on a Sunday? Mr. and Mrs. Gibson did, and we will forever appreciate them for doing so. Losing our beloved 18 year old puppy was crushing for more reasons than just losing him. John and Helen seemed to understand and treated us with such compassion. I couldn't have asked for a more comforting goodbye. We paid for services but received so much more. We received comfort and solace. He came out of retirment to provide a caring and needed service to our community. Helen is an angel. You don’t realize how much you need this place until your pet passes away. The way she treated our cat was proper and dignified. We truly felt a small sense or closure because of her. Our pet died in a parking lot outside of the ER clinic and she met us at 11 pm on a Saturday night. She beautifully placed our cat in a viewing room and gave us time to privately mourn and say our goodbyes. She then took over an hour to speak with us and help us make arrangements. The Corpus Christi Pet Memorial Center is run by some of the kindest people I know. As soon as I knew that we were going to have to have our dog put to sleep, I called them and they were there to pick her up at the vet's office. This place was a God send at one the roughest times in our life. We made the call shortly after our Jada's passing and John was there in about an hour. We handled all of the arrangements from the comfort of our own home. He took the stress out of the way in order for us to be able to just grieve. We were making our way down to Corpus for small beach vacation and unexpectedly our 10 year old cocker/chihuahua passed away in my arms. Our realtor called John and we then called John and John met us at the crematorium and took Goldie’s body from us only 2 hours after she passed. My son lost his beloved Tiger yesterday. Mr. Gibson waited for us to return from the vet and waited when my son couldn’t let go. His facility made it easy because he had a beautiful mourning room. My son finally put Tiger down. He had refused to put him anywhere but home. Thank you for providing a beautiful facility to offer a peaceful goodbye. When we left, a huge rainbow was awaiting my son. We know it was Tiger crossing The Rainbow Bridge.

Sadly, I had to put my beloved cat Snoop to his forever sleep due to illness. I thank my lucky stars for my local vet, he asked me what I wanted to do, I told him and he recommended John at Corpus Christie Pet Memorial. I live out of town and within 2 hours I met with John who was very friendly, compassionate and understanding. He made me feel everything was going to be ok and my beloved cat Snoop will be treated with the upmost of care and dignity he deserves. This week I lost my cat of 13 years to cancer. It's a hard time and much like with humans you're not sure what to do afterwards. I knew I couldn't bury her so I decided to have her cremated. CC Pet Memorial let me have my time, and when I was ready, he came in with the cutest basket with a lid. He opened the lid and inside blankets and pillow with doggie prints. 😭I got to lay Patchy in in it. And the lid was closed. When I went to pick up his remains, I received his dog print, and a tuft of his hair, 😭 which I did not expect 😍. Pet Memorial made a tough experience very Very Special.

We're so glad John took care of our pup. He came to pick him up less than an hour after I had first contacted him which was great for my family since my kids (2 and 4) were still napping and I didn't want them to see what was going on. John was so very friendly, calming and supportive and explained the different options we had. We ended up picking the simple package which was perfect for us.We got to pick up our pup less than 48 hours later. The urn is beautiful and it means a lot to us that it has our dog's name on it. We also got a certificate and a little bag of wildflower seeds to plant in our pup's honor.All around John made a very painful experience as painless as it could be. Thank you so much for your support and help, it meant a lot to us to not have to go through this alone!

This place is so wonderful. They took such good care of my Rex. John met me at VCA animal hospital for my dear Rex cause he was severely sick. He met Rex and treated him like his own. John gave a big hug after everything. Just what I needed. I couldn't of asked for anyone better than John and his wife to take care of my baby boy. They are amazing people who are very passionate about what they do. They called me in two days to tell me Rex was ready to come home. He was in a beautiful urn and I got his paw print and a fur clipping, along with a bag of wild flower seeds to plant in Rex's honor. They helped me so much, through the hardest time in my life. Our miniature dachshund passed away on Sunday and John came about twenty minutes later. The loss of a pet is never easy, but Helen Gibson was amazing with us during this time. We were a mess bringing in our furbaby to CC pet memorial center, and yet Ms. Gibson had the utter most compassion in her eyes. She cared for my furbaby as though she was her own. This was my first time ever going through this process of cremating, and I can honestly say that I left there a bit more at ease. Yes, the death of my furbaby still hurt me more than I can express, but to be able to say goodbye to her meant so much. We were able to have a moment with her looking at peace. Mrs. Gibson explained EVERYTHING to us and made it known that our furbaby will be handled with caring hands. I am so glad to know that there is a place like CC pet memorial center that allows pet owners to say their good byes or until then moments with their furbabies.

We lost our family cat of 13 years on the 16th. We were there when she was born and we were there when she passed. We rent a house so we couldn't bury her and felt she needed to be by her brother (who passed 3 years earlier due to cancer), we drove in from Kingsville and were very impressed with the place. Our beautiful Blue (mini schnauzer) was extremely ill. When it was her time, John met us at the vets office and picked her up in a basket with a baby pillow and baby blanket. My animal hospital uses John for all our services of pet cremation, however, recently, he did something that made him family. He had already brought us all mugs with our names on them, but during Hurricane Harvey, we had no electricity and no way to handle animal remains. Without prompting, JOhn came by and picked up every single pet and removed them from our facility since we had no way of keeping them safely. He did this without asking and he did this without pay!!!! That is one amazing person who understands how important our pets are to all of us! We had a sudden loss of one of our furbabies, we called John, who was very helpful and patient during our grief and shock of the day. John lent an ear and caring voice when my wife and I needed it the most. Even though it happened after hours and we were grieving he provided great care and service and respect to our furbaby. A small private ceremony and even allowed her to take her toy and snacks on her trip across the rainbow bridge. We are greatful for John and his caring and how they treated us and our baby.

I was disappointed on the way I was treated. I went to cremate my baby I walk in no one was at the front. My daughter kept saying hello even though we heard a conversation going on in the back yet no one appeared. It took the man at least 10 to 15 minutes to get to us. Then he says my deposit ok I took partial which was requested I was told by a sister who had already cremated 3 of her babies she assured me that they would take the down payment I'd give there was no amount set so I took 50 total was 150. Well the man says no the baby wouldn't be cremated till the rest was paid I'm so worried that my baby would be placed in the freezer. But yet they text me the following day to say that she was ready to be picked up. I'm like wow which was it. I did go pick up my baby with the balance of 100. Oh my sister had asked if I was allowed to say goodbye to her in a room but No I wasn't at all. The man was heartless. Faked the oh we're here for you and your baby. I felt so bad for the way I was treated. At that moment of the paper signed concerning what to place on her plack I couldn't my daughter did it for me. Why? Because a seizure was beginning on me. I'm sorry for such a long review but it's just so cold and heartless of this man. A faker when he noticed he had been busted conversating not placing notice to us in the front.

So amazing we had to put our beloved Zeus down over the weekend on Saturday an he helped me with everything I needed to know an he was was there at the vets by minutes after calling, had our big boy ready by that Monday highly recommend them to anyone

These people are amazing .They treat you as if you were thier personal family they WELCOMED ME IMMEDIATELY WITH A GENUINE AND COMFORTING HUG THEY TOOK MY PRECIOUS BABY NASHVILLE FROM MY ARMS AND SET HIM UP IN A BEAUTIFUL ROOM WHERE HE WAS PLACED IN A PET TYPE BED VIEWING with A BLANKET COVERING HIS BODY SURROUNDING A VERY PEACEFUL AND COMFORTING SETTING WITH FLOWER ARRANGEMENT AND A RAINBOW BRIDGE POEM HANGING ON THE WALL AND A QUITE AND COUCHES FOR SITTING AND ALLOWED US TO BE WITH HIM TO SAY OUR GOODBYES .THEY OPENED UP THIER FACILITY AT 11 AT NIGHT THEY WERE CLOSED I WAS DEVASTED AND HAD NEVER LOST A PET BEFORE I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO HE WAS MY BABY AND I COULDN'T JUST BURY HIM IN THE YARD OF WHICH WAS NOT MINE I RENTED THIS WAS A MEMBER OF MY FAMILY AND I LOVED HIM DEEPLY .. I WAS SO BLESSED THAT GOD LEND ME TO THESE VERY SPECIAL PEOPLE THEY HELP US THUR THE WHOLE PROCESS AND TOOK THE TIME TO CALL US TALK TO US OFFERED ANYTHING AT ALL TO MAKE THIS DEVASTING LOSS AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE THEY TOOK THE TIME TO SIT WITH ME DAYS AFTER TO TALK ABOUT MY LOSS AND WHAT I WAS GOING THUR AND THEY HAD THIER OWN STORIES OF HOW THEY CAME UP WITH THE IDEA TO OPEN THIS BUISNESS .IT REALLY TOUCHED ME AND WE WERE SO VERY THANKFUL THAT THIS PLACE WAS THIER FOR US .I WILL GO ON TELLING EVERYONE THAT I KNOW OR SEE ABOUT THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND THE BEAUTIFUL AMAZING PEOPLE THAT OWN IT I TOTALLY 100 THOUSAND ENFINITY PERCENT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ITS WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY AND THEN SOME . THANK YOU IS JUST NOT ENOGH WORDS OR ENOUGH PERIOD TO SAY OF WHAT THEY DID FOR US THE NIGHT MY NASHVILLE WAS TAKEN FROM US I WILL NEVER EVER FORGET JUST HOW SPECIAL TGEY TREATED US AND MY NASHVILLE . Love it,very understandable caring loving people .this place truly touches my heart with the variety of things they do for a creature that is significant to you and you can also bury your own pet behimd the place if you don't have a real home where you can go and meet and talk

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH AN OUT OF TOWN SERVICE SO I CHOSE THE ONE WITH ALL THE STARS. DON'T WASTE TIME GOING ANYPLACE ELSE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE CARE, UNDERSTANDING, QUALITY OF SERVICE, AND THE BEAUTIFUL THINGS I GOT BACK. NO CHEAP PINE BOX. MY "BULL" GOT A STAINED AND VARNISHED HIGH QUALITY CASE TO CHERISH--APPROPRIATE FOR MANTLE OR PLACE OF REVERANCE. DON'T GO ANYPLACE ELSE--PURE CLASS ACT HERE AT REASONABLE COST!
