Absolutely perfect. Eric is a kind and gracious person who obviously loves animals and the pain from their loss. My order came packaged so well there was no way any carrier was going to cause it harm. The way the urn is both built and the granite is etched is very impressive. I can truly recommend this company and the work that they do.The picture doesn't do this piece of beauty any true justice.

I wanted something special for my beloved Moe. I am very happy with my urn from StoneArtUSA as it came out lovely. A nice wood box and beautiful, smooth granite with a custom photo on top.Customizing it was easy and working with the artist is pleasant during a difficult time. He offers sympathy for your loss which I thought was very nice. Shipping was timely and arrived wrapped carefully.If you want something creative and unique to honor a loved pet, I highly recommend this website.

I've used his services 3 times. Once for a friend and twice for myself. I have never been let down. He is compassionate, professional and works with you every step of the way. The first time I used him was for my black lab. He shared his love for the breed because of his past dog, and even made two markers for me so I could choose what one I liked. I will always recommend him and most likely be calling upon his services yet again in the future

It has been very hard for us to lose our best friend, our only "child", Perry. I lost my beloved dog late last year and a friend recommended I contact Stone Art USA about a marker for his remains. After emailing with Eric, we came up with a design for a marker that also included a receptacle to hold my dog's ashes. Eric was great - very patient and sensitive to my loss. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I ordered. I've now decided to order a second marker from him for my cat. I lost my dog, Bud, to cancer after having him for 13 years. Needless to say it was a tough time for me. I found StoneArtUSA and knew this was how I wanted to memorialize my best friend. The customer service from Eric is top-notch. Eric responded very quickly to any question/changes and was sure to let me know when it shipped. The urn is extremely well made and it's unbelievable how well they captured Bud on granite. The customer service and detail in the work is worth every penny if you want to memorialize your pets.

I ordered my Ladybug’s urn from Stone USA Art . I am amazed what a job Eric done. He makes the picture of my Ladybug so real I could see the twinkle in her eyes. I texted and emailed Eric a dozen times. Every time he would reply quickly and very kind. He wanted me to have the perfect picture and verses. Always asking if I needed anything changed. If you have a special pet as my Ladybug you have to use Eric. He has so much compassion and kindness when doing his work.Thank you Eric

Losing my Cosmo so suddenly left me devastated and heartbroken. I wanted the perfect urn for him. I decided on the Oak and Granite urn. Cosmos picture and inscription would be etched on the granite. Eric was so patient with me, as I was a little indecisive, he helped me, offering different options. Once I got the preview and approved it, from there it when to production. Eric kept me in the loop as to when it was done and shipped.When it arrived it was packaged amazingly!! Excellent! When I opened it tears were running down my face, it was exactly what I envisioned. Eric is wonderful and very caring to work with. The stone was ordered for a very special cat at Blind Cat Rescue and Sanctuary in St. Pauls, NC. He was our Vampurr with his adorable fangs. Elizabeth and I were extremely attached to Jamie and thanks to Stone Art his memory is eternal. Thank you so much Eric for the beautiful stone, we are forever grateful. Due to COVID we are not able to see the stone in person, but once it is time to visit again I will take an actual picture of the stone.

We have been StoneArtUSA customers for many years. The passing of a beloved pet is a sad experience, and it’s certainly helped us to get through the loss of several of our pets by having a special urn prepared for each of them with their photos etched in granite. Suzie was my parents' cat and was very near and dear to them. Eric came up with a perfect marker and it looks great. It will be outdoors in South Dakota so the granite aspect is ideal. The extreme weather should really not be a problem for it.

I can't say how much true closer the Amazing head stone we got from eric for my wife's my wife's 18 yr old puppy. it got here faster then we could have guessed, we have now been back 4 times and sent muti others. True love
