This was my first time using Eternal Waters and my first time aquamating a pet in general. It was for a rabbit under 4 lbs and the price is on par with what you get for a usual cremation but I liked that the process is gentler and I'm glad I'm able to get more ashes back given her tiny size. I got her back within a week. My photo shows all the items you get (**minus the book; that was my own creation**). Lilia was very sweet, attentive, and helpful in answering all my questions when I was still in the preparation/planning stages weeks before I needed her services, as well as on the day of too. She wasn't in the office yet when I called, but was very accommodating and came in to help me. The whole process was very easy and she was patient with me as I picked out the size and color of the urn I wanted. The room with all the pet photos is an extremely nice touch (my Bunny should be on there too). It was touching to see they aquamate dwarf hamsters, reptiles, and birds too. I asked if I could paint the urn but she was honest in saying it wasn't recommended as it's polished wood and she offered to give me an additional unpolished urn for free. I decided to decline and decorate the urn I got with stickers instead, but even the original, unaltered design is very nice. Overall, I'm very happy with the service.

I'm so glad I found Eternal Waters! One of our rats passed unexpectedly and it was too expensive to get him cremated at the vet, so I went looking around for other options. I came across Eternal Waters and had never heard of aquamation, but I immediately liked that it's gentler on both the pet and the environment. I reached out and Lilia responded right away, and was kind and empathetic from the start. We brought our boy in and were given time and space to say goodbye, and had a couple of choices for a pretty box for his ashes. Lilia explained the process and walked us through everything, and we just got him back today. We got his paw prints, aquamation certificate, a little tag that was with him through the whole process, some fur clippings and whiskers, a little wildflower seed heart to plant, and an additional little gift Lilia thought we would appreciate. The cost is fair, and I'm sure we'll end up bringing our other pets when they pass as well. Thank you so much to Lilia and Eternal Waters for making a painful loss as smooth and loving as possible, you helped more than you know!

We lost our beloved rabbit, Crusher, and are heartbroken. At every step of the way, Eternal Waters was kind, gracious, and exactly what we needed as we moved through this end-of-life process. We are so grateful for them and how they stayed late while we drove from Austin. We now have an altar to Crusher, complete with his ashes as well as the paw print impression and whisker and fur samples that Eternal Waters so thoughtfully collected for this. We felt so supported by them during the hardest time in our lives. Thank you!

I am so grateful to discover aquamation as an alternative to cremation. and very thankful I found Eternal Waters. Lilia was wonderful, very patient, attentive, and quite thorough in her explanation of the process. and i love the fact that the process is per animal. NO Way to get his remains mixed with another!! Knowing aquamation is an accelerated version of what occurs naturally, that it’s much gentler- (really there is no comparison) makes it an easy decision. it’s also much gentler on the environment! As for pricing, Eternal Waters was very affordable. Austin was almost doubled from some places and more than doubled with others, which almost felt out of reach. I amso so grateful I didn’t settle! When I saw their reviews, ALL (63) 5 star ratings and what they said, this was the right choice for me and my boy Jack. The warm welcome i received, the accommodating service, and knowing the gentle transformation of my baby, allowing me to get 95% of him back, made it all priceless.I can’t believe I’m just now learning about aquamation.Thank you Lilie and Eternal Waters for being there!peace and love to all

I am eternally grateful to Eternal Waters Aquamation! When I learned about this environmentally friendly, gentle method for handling my pets remains I was so grateful. My Labrador retriever Ziggy was a water loving dog, so aquamation was fitting for him as well. Lilia exuded compassion and care every step of the way. She stayed open late for us as we were traveling from Austin. I knew she would handle Ziggy’s body with respect and care. And when I went to pick up his remains he was beautifully packaged in a box with his paw print which had his name stamped into the back, sturdy cardboard tubes that contained his ashes for spreading (an option I selected), a smaller wooden box to keep some of his ashes in, the silver ID tag that followed him through the entire process, and a paper heart with flower seeds to bury. The attention to detail made the process that much more special. I built an altar when I got home with his ashes and paw print. Thank you for the sacred work you do to support families when they have lost a beloved pet!

It was a 2 1/2 hours drive but it was worth taking my little girl there to be cremated. They took her out of the bag and she looked just as beautiful as she did alive. They placed her in a pet basket and let us spend as much time with her as we needed. It was hard to leave her but I knew they would treat her body with love and care. Thank you for the care you took with my little girls remains.

Mrs. Fuller and the team did an excellent job taking care of our beloved Conchita. I was able to bring her in pretty quickly. I was given extra time with her before releasing her to them. I was given an approximate time frame and a run through of the process. We felt at peace knowing that we took this eco friendly and gentle process. Once we received everything that is in the package, her remains came in a beautiful wooden box, certificate of the aquamation process, the fur clippings and whiskers beautifully placed in a tiny jar, and her paw print and it even showed the print of her fur between her toes (that’s how we remembered her best, such a furry little girl). This is the best option for any beloved member, fur or no fur. They were empathetic, compassionate, and excellent customer service. I’m happy I was able to find them on google and open on a Sunday. I highly recommend Eternal Waters Aquamation.

We recently lost our family dog after 14 long beautiful years. During our time of grief we called nearly 10 places hoping to find a service available for a same day cremation. We just couldn't let our boy sit in a freezer for days or even week at some locations. One call to Lilia around 3pm and she put our heart at ease. She coordinated an arrival time despite being outside of her typical store hours. They set up a private space with couches, tissues, and our beloved Buddy. She never tried rushing us out the door. We all shared stories from his incredible life. We laughed, we cried, we reminisced. This service gives our pets dignity even after they pass. No fire, no smoke, no freezer. Each container is labled and used only once for your special pet. Lilia went above and beyond for us after that day as well. She, free of charge gathered and delivered a few special tokens for us to remember our boy by. I cannot recommend this service enough. Lilia and Chris eased our pain on that day. They understand that our pets deserve to be treated with dignity to the very end. I will be a forever customer when the next sad day arrives. Thanks so much Lilia & Chris!

Truly compassionate, understanding of the pain (loss) of a pet. The caring and support given willing to listen was not rushed or felt pressured. No sales pitch. I appreciate the beautiful solid wood box with remains a paw print, even the little bottle with trimmed hair belonging to my pet. I was also returned his collar and blanket. Highly recommend if your pet was truly a part of your family.

What a phenomenal service. ETERNAL WATERS Aquamation . We had 2 of our fur babies past just recently and we always have our pups cremated. Hearing about the more eco friendly Aquamation and to know we'll have more of our furbabies with us was enough for us to do it. The loving and caring way that Eternal Water handled both of our babies was way above and beyond we can never thank Lillia and company enough for making this time of heart break go so smooth and easy. THANK YOU a million times Thank you. The gorgeous boxes our babies were placed it were so perfect .The extras ie:paw print, hair sample. Just made everything extra special. I'm glad we did all of them.

Our little Maggie was old and sickly and we knew her time was near. During this very difficult time, Lily was very kind and comforting when making plans for Maggie’s departure. When the time came, Lily was there to pick her up and again , she was very comforting. Our entire experience was beautiful and made it a little bit easier to for us because we knew Maggie was treated with much care. We definitely recommend Eternal Waters to anyone who is looking for their beloved pet to be treated wit love and respect. Thank you so much Lily ❤️

My son’s hamster his first pet passed away in Sept. He was heartbroken, so I was looking for cremation services for pets when I came across Eternal Waters. I contacted them, and Lilly was super quick to respond. She was simply amazing to work with. She was compassionate, and caring. She made the whole process so easy to understand and gave me peace of mind. She kept good communication along the way. When my son got his hamster back, he was very happy. Everything from the paw impression, to the lock of fur was just amazing. So much thought and love went into the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend Eternal Waters to anyone that needs to have these services done. And I will definitely use them again in the future.

Lucy was the most loving dog I've ever had. Losing her was devastating. But it was deeply comforting to know how gentle and compassionate Eternal Waters Aquamation is in taking care of Lucy after her passing. Thank you for easing some of the pain we have from losing Lucy.

Lilia, many thanks for taking the time to explain the process. I know our Blackberry, will be well taken care of and he really loved his swimming pool and bath time. Without a doubt aquamation was the best choice for him.Thank you, so much, for your kindness and compassion during this difficult time!!

Outstanding service and careI was looking for a quality, affordable place to have my dog taken care of when he passed recently. Eternal Waters was recommended to me by a loved one so I decided to check them out. They offered everything I needed and beyond. Lilia was very helpful and communicative about the entire process of aquamation and replied to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The business is well maintained and has a very welcoming atmosphere when you walk into their waiting area. You're given the option to say any 'goodbyes' to your pet when dropping them off in the seating area and are assured that they will be cared for during the entire process. I knew when I left my dog in their care that he would be well taken care of.I opted for the individual aquamation service and can say I'm beyond satisfied with the service provided and what I got in return when my dog's remains were returned to me.Aside from getting my dog's remains returned to me in a quality urn, I was also given a clipping of his fur, a small clay ceramic with his paw print, a unique tag with his aquamation number, and a certificate of his aquamation and the date it was done. All those keepsakes were done with care and great detail in mind.I highly recommend Eternal Waters Aquamation to anyone looking for an affordable, quality service to have their pet's remains taken care of.

They aquamated my sweet little Guinea pig and were able to take her the day she passed away. Extremely professional and kind. And this process is better for the earth. 10/10

Eternal Waters was the perfect place to entrust with our Daisy. We were in San Antonio for the holidays, visiting family when she passed. They allowed us to drop her off during non-open hours and worked with us to ship her remains to Arizona. They were gentle, kind, and understanding during the entire process. We bring pets into our lives hoping that day never comes, but knowing it will. We were so grateful Eternal Waters was there for us. 🐶💔🌼

On one of the tough test days of my life, Eternal Waters provided me with comfort and kindness when I brought my beloved Charlie in to be cremated. I would recommend them to anyone for Aquamation. They handled my baby with such love and care. Now he sits in my living room in a beautiful wooden box. Their services are also reasonably priced for those of us who live on a tight budget.

My daughters cat passed away unexpectedly and after contacting other locations Eternal Waters Aquamation had a utube video that explained the process Lillia was kind caring and compassionate about our loss of our pet who we considered part of our family. The display was exactly as listed and the caring and compassion throughout the process exceeded our expectations I would recommend them for anyone's time of loss.

Earlier this year we lost our precious Viva. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through and we still have a hard time with her being gone. She was my whole world and it was the first time I had to deal with losing a companion that was mine. I knew I didn’t want to bury her because I could never leave her in case we were to ever move. I also had a hard time with the thought of cremation. I remembered a friend in Indiana had done aquamation with one of her dogs and she highly recommended it. I began my research on the process and quickly knew it was what I wanted to do. I then began my search on a place that offered this service. Eternal Waters stuck out and after a conversation with Lilia, the owner, I knew that was the place. Not only is the process so gentle and clean but Lilia was so incredibly caring and amazing to both us and our baby. She let us take all the time we needed, took her into her arms, kept us informed, answered questions after we left and even did a few extra things. We can not recommend this process or Eternal Waters enough. If you are looking to do aquamation look no further. If you are unsure give Lilia a call and ask questions. I also want to share proof of how gentle the process is and how sure you are to get every part of your baby back and only your baby. When we picked her up Lilia asked if she had ever had surgery. I answered yes and she handed me a bag with the tiny bone plate that was in her leg from a ccl surgery she had several years ago. It still had the string attached and you could still see what color the string was. Aquamation & Eternal Waters will forever be our choice to end of life care. This experience has also made my mind up that this is what I want for myself even if I have to go out of state because it is not available for humans in the state of Texas yet. Again I can not recommend or thank Eternal Waters enough for everything they did.

My precious dog died on a Sunday morning and I couldn't find anyone open on a Sunday to take care of her remains. I knew I'd spend the whole day grieving but was anxious to get some closure, so I could resume work on Monday without having to deal with the situation. Then I found Eternal Waters on a search and was relieved! Lilia was gracious and considerate and I was so grateful that she was there for me. I was also glad to hear of her gentler and more eco-friendly system. It's so difficult to lose a family member, so it helps to know in advance whom to call, when the need arises.

When we lost Bonita it was a very sad moment, deeply sad. It was a Saturday night when she passed away. It was hard to start thinking right away about what to do with her. We start looking Sunday morning but everything was closed or they charge you an extra fee to receive her body, just to receive it!.We found Eternal Waters Aquamation and we found it like more peaceful way to create her, no aggressive like burning her down to ashes, better slowly and peacefully be reduced with water. The support, help and handling of the situation by Eternal Waters Aquamation was top of the class and Lilia was so wonderful!Very gentle customer service, examining the entire process, all recyclable and minimum to no environment impact and with no extra charge or hidden fees.Losing our precious dog was hard but we were very thankful to find Eternal Waters Aquamation.I won't use another service and always recommended.

We lost our beloved Mozart on my birthday and it was one of my worst days ever to experience such a loss 💔 Lilia was very nice. She accommodated us on the time for us to bring our sweet Mozart in to the office. She allowed us some private time so we could say our final goodbyes. We didn’t feel rushed, and lilia was so gentle and caring. I would recommend anyone who has lost a beloved furbaby and is looking to cremate, aquamation is the best option. Thank you eternal waters aquamation for being so gentle and helpful in our family’s time of sadness and loss. Thank you

Eternal Waters is the only way to go when you loose a pet. Lilia went out of their way to accommodate me during that difficult time. Not only did she show great compassion for my loss, she also took quality, excellent, gentle care of my dog that passed away after a long illness. I have taken numerous pets to Lilia over the years. I would highly recommend not only this process but also this company. They are THE BEST IN TEXAS. THANK YOU LILIA for helping Huedo and me. The keepsakes were very special.

This was such a wonderful experience for us during a really difficult time losing our cat. Throughout the whole process the team was so kind and empathetic. They took fantastic care of our sweet girl's remains. We can't thank them enough for helping to preserve her memory.

I unfortunately had a few of my elderly pets come upon the end of their lives in just a short few years, and I’m so glad I found Eternal Waters to take care of their remains. I had a pet cremated through my vet’s contracted provider in the past, but it felt so impersonal compared to the services Eternal Waters provides. Besides the excellent customer service that answered all my questions and honored a couple of personalized requests, when my pets got returned, I not only got a memorial paw print, but a lock of fur and tiny container of whiskers, and in one cat’s case they even managed to save her microchip. I also love the fact that aquamation is so much more environmentally friendly than traditional cremation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants their pets treated like family in death as they were in life.

Second time using Aquamation, and they are just amazing! Will forever use with all my pets. Our Pepper is honored beautifully in the small chest, immortalized in perfect memory of her little paw print and lock of fur.

When my pet rat was diagnosed with cancer I started looking for options for cremation and I'm so glad I chose aquamation with eternal waters. They worked with us the whole way, we're incredibly kind and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. They even gave us keepsakes of his paw prints, whiskers and fur. It's been so healing to have that

Prices are reasonable and you can assure that you are doing better for the environment. The owner was able to show me photos of the location where my pet would be scattered. Thank you so much for taking care of Penelope

Extremely hard time for me family. This event was inevitable and I was not looking forward to it. Who does.. The hardest thing besides losing a pet we have had for 15 years was deciding when it was time to essentially end her life and also feeling like cremation was the only option. I absolutely do not like cremation and it was eating me up day and night thinking I would have to do that. So I googled and looked for other options. That is when I found Eternal Waters and learned about the Aguamation process. What peace I felt after connecting with them. I reached out to them and immediately got a response. At that, they continued texting and emailing me when they were closed. I had a lot of questions and I didn’t know when that time would come. They gave me guidance and provided such great care at a time my family needed it most. This was one of the biggest life events for us because we have had our pet for 15 long years. I cannot find the words to thank them enough for providing the peace that will live in my heart forever. Our dog passed at home in my arms. It was in the evening, and Eternal Waters was closed. They were there for me. They answered the phone, gave me my options and the instructions for the options I had.I highly suggest Aquamation versus cremation. Furthermore, I highly suggest Eternal Waters. Not only is this process a much more peaceful and calming way to have your pets remains, you also get to work with a company that felt more like a long time family friend. People that cared and respected the sad situation. I promise I would not have this peace in my heart if it was not for them.

I found this business over a year ago, because I knew my little Yorkie was getting up in age and wanted to have something special for keepsake when that time came as he was part of the family. It was a blessed 15 years we had with him. Lilia took good care of our beloved little Yorkie and is back home with us where he belongs. I highly recommend this service for your beloved fur babies.

Our 5 month old kitten died in my arms after a terrible illness. It was so painful! Because she passed at home, we didn't have anyone to help us with her final arrangements. We found Eternal Waters via Google search and gave them a call. Lilia was so kind and patient with us, making sure we knew exactly what would happen with our little kitty, and treating her and us with love and respect.

We had a great peace in using aquamation for our sweet babies remains. We are so thank for the heartfelt kindness we received from Lillie. And the package…from the box, to her foot print and the meticulous way they put her hair in a bottle … we will forever cherish these items.

Took very good care of my doggie. I still think about him every day and they were incredibly respectful and lots of love and care was clearly given when taking care of him. I really also love that his remains were JUST my dog. The hair, paw print, urn were all carefully packaged. Thank you <3

I had enjoyed each of my three dogs for many years. Carmelita(13), Truffa(16), and Pollito(11) were a huge part of our family. Sadly, all of them had medical conditions that had worsened as they aged so I lost two of them last May, and the last one died two weeks ago. I was so devastated for each loss, yet each time, in the midst of my pain and grieving Lilia, the Eternal Waters owner, was there to comfort me and ease the process after the final goodbye.. she herself would pick up each of my babies from the vet's office and take them with her and once the aquamation was done, she would give back to me a little box containing their ashes, some hair strands, their pawprint, and even their microchips... Everything was handled in such a delicate, compassionate, and respectful way just as my three little babies deserved it and for this I am very thankful. Thank you to Lilia and Eternal Waters, God bless.

It’s hard when we lose a part of our family, even the furry ones. When Mofiki our beloved monkey son passed way, I didn’t know what to do. I looked around at different options and found that normal cremation (unless you pay extra), does not give you all of your family members ashes back nor will they guarantee it will be just their ashes. When I found Eternal Waters Aquamation it was like GOD put them in front of me. After reading about their procedures and watching the videos I found, it seemed soooo much more humane way of cremation. Then to find out that each of their clients are tagged with their very own serial number to ensure no cross contamination with any other clients, so you will ashes back belonging to your family member only. This made me very comfortable in using this company, and when I reached out for help Lilia was so kind. Lilia, spoke with both over the phone and through text making a very very hard time super easy. I would recommend anyone who is going through such a loss to seek out Eternal Waters Aquamation, and let there hearts help you through your hard time. This will help your grieving process giving you one less thing you have to worry or think about.
