Google says open 24 hours. I called them Friday at 5p to request their services as our fur baby has passed. It’s Sunday and still no call. Thank goodness I was able to find a wonderful service who took care of us compassionately.If you don’t offer 24 hour service then don’t advertise it.

Having your dog laid to rest is always a hard process, no one wants to do it. By the end of their life, they’re like a member of the family. I found this place when I was looking for a place to help me with the process. Not only did they help me through every step of the process, but they did so in a manner that helped me know they really care. They treated me as they would someone losing a family member, as opposed to how someone might treat you if you’ve only lost a pet. I will always appreciative what eternal paws has done to help me feel more at peace with the loss.

My best friend lost her pet, and couldn’t handle the pain of taking her anywhere so I took care of everything for her. Everyone here was wonderful and helpful in this process. We both thank you for your care and support through this process!

My family had already been through a lot with the passing of Cookie. She had been with us in the family for 12 years, and as you can imagine the heart ache my family has felt. The eternal paws team could feel my families pain and really made us feel better about Cookies passing. They handled my baby with care and kindness while sympathizing with us. Thanks to everyone at eternal! My baby is now in doggy heaven and I’ll forever miss her. RIP COOKIE 🍪
