They are where my fur baby was taken after he passed. I had him for 13 yrs. And it mattered extremely who handled this. They are so caring and compassionate. Thank you so much to all for caring. I received a beautiful wooden urn and his paw print in ceramic.

This is not a business that you look forward to having to use. However the kindness and respect that they showed to me was amazing. The sweetest part when I went in to pick up my dogs paw print there were a few dogs that came in sweetly greeted me. What a blessing that was but there was a puppy named Riley that stole my heart. I don't think that she is trained to be a service dog but her compassion was unbelievable! It was like she knew that I could stand a little puppy love. As I petted her she wrapped her paws around my arm like she was giving me a hug.

I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. How is it possible that they treat the ashes of my cat son as if he were an object? They sent him on January 10, 2025 and I will receive him today. It seems to me a huge lack of respect for Logan's memory and a great lack of respect for me and my family. (Update, the manager is a gentleman, he explained the situation for me, I appreciate the attention)

My cat Hope passed away recently after struggling with intestinal cancer. Her passing was traumatic and sudden. I wanted to honor her with a beautiful burial. Although it was a 1.5 hr drive, I love the Conroe area and scheduled with Fond Memories. The morning of I had not heard anything further from them, & after not sleeping the night before thinking again of her death and pending burial, I texted their afterhours number to make sure everything was on time for her 9am burial. Finally, they responded stating that it was cancelled due to the storm the day before. If I had not texted, I would’ve picked up Hope’s body and drove 1.5hr across town only to find out that there would be no burial. Leaving me with her dead body and nowhere to go. I was furious at the lack of consideration or communication. They then called me later in the day to inform me that I would be refunded while continuing to make excuses for why a burial scheduled 2 weeks prior was forgotten and disregarded. If you are looking for a memorable & professional experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

So much more than I had expected. Norma is so gentle and kind (who doesn’t go in there in a puddle of tears?) From start to finish, my beloved pup was treated with such dignity and respect. The way her remains were returned was simply classy, elegant and professional. Velvet lined urn, paw print with stand and a beautiful card with the pertinent info. For such a sad event, couldn’t be happier. Thank you Norma for the Fond Memories. Well done.

Given the situation, knowing your furbaby was cared for in such a compassionate way after their passing is heartwarming. Please give everyone involved my most sincere regards. We received a beautiful paw print w/a stand, a beautiful engraved box, a lovely card with information on how to grieve a furbaby loss, all encased in a lovely gift bag. It looked like care was really taken to be respectful of the presentation. There is also certificate of cremation included (but not pictured). In the unfortunate and sad event you lose an animal baby, don't hesitate to use their services. It's came through using BluePearl Emergency Pet Hospital, but I'm glad this is the company they use.

I just want to take the time and say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our pup passed away suddenly at the vet clinic, and y'all took him in and cremated our fur baby. We just brought him home yesterday, and we are so blessed to have him home, and the care that y'all put in for our baby was amazing! My heart still hurts, but having him home will make it start to heal. Thank you again 🥰

Fond Memories family, thank you so much. From my first experience with you in 2015 to present, I've had the misfortune of losing beloved pets throughout the years, but you all were there. Working in vet offices, I've had the pleasure of getting to tour your facility and attended presentations regarding the way you carefully handle our beloved family members and I got to educate clients on how our pets are treated with kindness and respect. Thank you all for your empathy and all that you do. 🙏

Very kind staff took the time to make sure I knew my options when I lost my beloved Cockatiel and best friend. It was my first time ever in such a place and I was impressed by how beautiful the inside is. The property itself is also very beautiful and peaceful. Thank you, Fond Memories, for helping me honor my Bowser Boy in a way he deserved. Thank you for everything.

It was a terribly dark day when my Girlie Girl passed after 19 years. The wonderful people at Fond Memories were amazing to us. They treated my poor baby with respect and gentleness as if she were our child it was well I'll say this God Bless them for everything. When I went to pickup her ashes they came out to me in the pouring rain to give her to me in my vehicle. They are professional, kind, compassionate and respectful I highly recommend them for your fur baby when the unfortunate time comes. Thank you Fond Memories from the very bottom of my heart

Hello there. I’m so thankful for my veterinarian clinic (Old Town Animal Hospital, Katy TX) using your services to provide some closure for me with my sweet cat, Lego. I received his paw prints today and I’m so endeared by the attention to detail and care in the paw prints. Wow! I was not expecting something so beautiful. I can tell the care and respect your facility has for what you do. Thank you!I chose the communal cremation and I loved reading on your website how you mention, “your pet is placed gently...”. I believe it is so! Just even reading that on your website gave me some peace of mind.Again, thank you for the care and respect and love too. The paw prints came so nicely packaged and even included a little easel. I included a picture with my review. In the event that anyone needs to cope with the loss of a pet. I definitely recommend this facility! I hope to not use your services soon again but in the event that it is needed, I would choose Fond Memories again for sure.

My first pup and at 5 years old he left suddenly. This was very difficult and Fond Memories was friendly and kind, until they were not! Since they hadn’t cremated him yet, I ask for a second paw print, just plain. When I picked it up, I noticed a hair on his paw and told the lady. She was so defensive and snapped back at me saying it was his hair. I told her that his hair is short and the strands are thick. She told me to sand it but I will just lose the detail. Annoyed, I just left. When I was outside I noticed that the hair was much longer then I originally saw it in the office. I called and she said she can’t do anything for me and if I wanted to remove it, to just sand it. So I am stuck with someone’s hair on his paw, I do not feel comfortable in sanding it. I wanted to give some time before sending this review. Still 4 months after this and I am still very sad and upset with how they treated me and my baby.

I had my Luke sent on his way on Feb, 10. My Vet made a house call and told me about a business that would come and get Luke from him and have a private cremation for him and give me a paw print…that’s really all I knew when I agreed to do that. It was also very reasonably priced. What I received on Feb. 20th was amazing!Fond Memories in Conroe did way more than I expected. I received a certificate on card stock sealed in a nice envelope with Luke’s name on it along with a brass plate with “Luke” engraved on it. HIS paw print in clay with his name and a display stand, a really nice purple velvet bag that held a beautiful polished wooden box that held my boy’s ashes. The presentation was mind blowing to say the least. The brass plate was so I could choose where to put it on the box which I thought was a nice touch. These people obviously know how much our pets mean to us and it shows.Absolutely HIGHLY recommend!!!

My rat, Venus passed away on Jan 27. I want to thank you guys for helping taking care of her. She had the tumor that is the size of the tennis ball and made her suffer so bad and I was so heart broken to see her go. I have decorated her urn a bit to give it a nice memorial designs. I'll put her memorial somewhere special. I'm from New Braunfels in Texas, thank you guys for bringing her home safely in her ashes.💕 R.I.P Venus.-Taylor A

We have used Fond Memories before and they will be taking care of our Ellie this week. She passed away 2 days ago at our Vet in Conroe (Stone Ridge). They have always been kind and helpful during these really sad times. Thank you Norma and your team.

I had my best friend, Dot, cremated with Fond Memories. The girl that helped us actually worked for a vet that helped me take care of Dot in the past. She has always been sweet. Fond Memories took good care of Dot, we’ll be using them for the rest of our cremation needs. They’re so sweet and so easy to work with during the difficult time we had.

There are not enough stars to convey my amazing experience and appreciation for Fond Memories in Conroe. Their willingness to go above and beyond is truly unmatched in todays world-and the beautiful way you receive your pet, well, it literally made me cry how lovely and what care was taken.

When my dog passed away today, I called and spoke with Norma. They were able to accommodate my pet immediately. I took him over and was very pleased with everything. She was kind and compassionate. We talked about Beaker for some time. I can't wait to see his paw print. Very caring, compassionate, & affordable.

I just wanted to say "Thank You" to the entire staff at Fond Memories for taking such good care of our Katy Marie. From the beautiful etched wooden box to the wooden paw medallion and sweet words of comfort. There are no words to express our sincerest gratitude to you and your staff for what you've done for our baby girl.14 years, 9 months, 23 days - My sweet Katy Marie - You have left paw prints on our hearts that will last a lifetime.

I wanted to say a special thank you to Fond Memories for how they treated our beloved Toby. Toby was our amazing, gentle and wonderful German Shepherd who blessed our lives for 11 incredible years. We lost him 2 weeks ago today. The wooden box and the paw print were beautifully made. It is a very special tribute to our sweet Toby whom we miss terribly but can now honor in a beautiful way.

Fond Memories went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my little Max. I cannot recommend them highly enough for all that they did for us! We held a viewing for Max, I was apprehensive at first, but Norma assured us that Max would look just like he was sleeping, and she did not disappoint, he was bathed, brushed, and he did truly look so peaceful, it brought much needed closure for myself and my family. I admit that between the unexpected loss of my best friend, and my chronic indecisiveness, I was probably not the easiest client, but they were very kind and patient with me and all my questions (and all of my changing decisions).Thank you Fond Memories team for all that you did for me and my little Maxie!

We lost our cat, Anya last week and was recommended to Fond Memories. It was the best decision we made. I felt like you guys showed tons of respect for our family and when I received her ashes and paw today it blessed us in so many ways. We had her 20 years and her loss is heavy but thank you for helping us preserve her memory well.

Hi, we lost our loving Nana (Feline) on 7/1/2019. Our vet introduced us Fond Memories Pet Cemetery for cremation. After 8 days or so, Vet called us up to pick up Nana, and my wife and I were very glad to find out their CARES toward us even though we never met. Letters and documents along with ashes were very precious. One day we would like to visit Fond Memories and give them our great thanks for their care!

We had to say goodbye to our "son" Bevo after a blessed 13+ years of a great life on January 23, 2015. Thank you Fond Memories for taking great care in what you do. You made the process so smooth! We want you to know how much we appreciated your kind, loving and sensitive attitude wrapping up our life together. You were so kind to take care of everything. We received Bevo's remains in a beautifully carved wooden box wrapped in tissue and placed into a matching bag. A beautiful poem and bookmark with blooming seeds included. So much thought went into this treasure. It is obvious that a lot of care, dignity and love goes into your work. We also got the paw print which we highly recommend, we only wish we got 2 instead of 1 and a gorgeous ring with a heart that holds a few ashes. A month has passed and we still miss our boy dearly. It was a wise decision choosing Fond Memories Pet Crematorium! We highly recommend Fond Memories after your pet has passed !!!

I lost my Chihuahua Peanut 7 months after he decided to live with me (he was a "neighborhood" dog that never had a home...until he broke into my backyard and I kept him)I rushed him one night to the Pet ER to find out nothing could be done. When I decided to cremate I was told I'd get his ashes in a little pine box. I had no idea it would be such a beautiful box with his name engraved. It feels so nice to have him memorialize this way. I was going to bury him...but the box is so pretty I decided to keep him in the house so I can see his little box daily. Thanks everyone. So special what you all do.

Amazing pet cremation services. I recently had to euthanize my Wiz and used Fond Memories. I ordered the picture frame urn which is absolutely perfect for a decently sized photo, and also received the cutest paw print that has seeds in it to grow a plant in remembrance of my fur baby. The two guys who picked Wiz up (Jason and another gentleman) were really nice and sympathetic about having lost a family member. Will definitely recommend and continue to use their services!

Last week, for the first time in my life, I had to put a pet, my 11 year old siamese, to rest due to cancer.I had her pawprint done in clay and her ashes returned to me.I want to thank you guys for helping me bring her back home. The pawprint and box with her ashes were beautifully done and I greatly appreciated the both the kind words on the card, and the care taken with her remains.

Diamond had developed cataracts over the past couple of months and could only see out of one eye minimally. Other than his eyes, he received a clean bill of health from his vet just two weeks prior when receiving his updated rabies vaccination. We booked a sitter while traveling for a few days. The sitter was made aware of this prior to us booking his stay and said she would be able to accommodate him. Diamond was left on her balcony on the third story of her apartment. Diamond, being mostly unable to see, approached the widely gapped railing and fell 3 stories.Due to the fall, he was initially in a coma. His skull was fractured in 3 places, he had broken femur, a fractured jaw, and severe and irreparable brain damage. He was delivered to the vet and kept in the critical care unit. I received a call from the Veterinarian and had to rush back home from vacation, completely devastated. My baby held on for one week and then went on to be with Jesus due to his devastatingly fatal injuries. Please be cautious and selective about who you trust your furr babies with. I lost my best friend of 12 years even after I felt I had done my homework. My life will never be the same.I did not want to have him cremated and pet cemeteries are few and far between. Many of the places I called wanted to charge an annual "maintenance fee" and I was told if I were ever to stop paying the fee they had the right to exhume the remains, which is just sick! Fond memories has been great in working with me and making it as easy as possible to get his burial completed and lay him to rest. They were even able to pick up my pet's remains from the vet clinic. Their facility is family run and the property is deeded as a "cemetery" so that is all it will EVER be, this fact brings me great comfort. The property is well kept and a peaceful resting place for my baby.A big THANK YOU to Tracy and Laura!

My family and I recently had to say goodbye to our cat, Achilles, and we made the decision to have him cremated. We are also in the process of moving out of Texas. Fond Memories worked with our vet to make sure that we got our cat's remains before we left town. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! We truly appreciate what you did for us!

I lost my cat Deek in late October 2014. He was very sick and I had to put him down. I decided to have him cremated and the vet told me they worked with Fond Memories. They had his ashes back at the vet a few days later for me to pick up. Earlier, I picked a lovely vase from their selection of urns. He was returned to me in the vase, which was boxed and included a beautiful card featuring a pencil drawings of three cats. One of them looked exactly like Deek. The card was handwritten by an employee at Fond Memories and I found the words very touching. They also enclosed a poem that was comforting to me. I cannot say enough about the special way Fond Memories treated the loss of this special "person". I was especially touched by how they took the time to find a card with a cat that looked very much like my Deek boy. I highly recommend Fond Memories to others who are considering cremation.

On 4/1 my best friend of 13 years died. I gathered myself took him to the vet and asked for him to be cremated. I got a call from Fond Memories and discussed my preferences made payment and was told he would be returned to me 4/10 via my vet. On 4/10 I heard nothing from the vet. As the weekend passed I grew anxious and could not sleep. On 4/13 I called and left a VM asking for some explanation. 2 hours later I was called back and told they didn't have the urn because of the corona pandemic. Which I said was fine why not call your customer and let them know. What followed was a litany of excuses all related to covid 19 but nine actually related to not following up with the customer. After a few calls back and forth. One from the owner pretending to be the regional manager I was told they would get my dog back to me 4/14. It's 4/14 still waiting. Learn from me don't be fooled by the paid testimonials.

Our dog, Sallie, passed away 4/20/2012. We received her remains 4/25/2012. I really appreciated how they packaged her remains. The wooden box is beautiful, then carefully wrapped in tissue and placed into a matching bag...all from recycled material. It is obvious that a lot of care, dignity and love goes into their work. Thank you for bringing Sallie home to us.

Buddy was 16 1/2 years old and died suddenly. The respect from the time the person from Fond Memories picked him up and laid him on the back seat of his truck to the time I received his ashes in the beautiful box, was amazing. The letter and certificate included with the final remains was touching and meant the world to me. What a God send this place was in a time of great sadness.

Our beloved Cerb passed away on 23 February 12. Fond Memories took our big boy away to be cremated and had him returned to us the next day. His ashes were carefully placed in a beautiful wooden box with a certification and a kind letter of condolences. Thank you for the kindness and dignity you showed our Cerb. You are great and caring people and our family wants others to know it. Fond Memories gave us the peace to start the healing process and helped bring our Cerb home.

This wasn't a service we expected to need so soon... but we're very glad we used them. Everything was very thoughtful and tasteful, and we appreciate their services. Hopefully it'll be a long, long time before we require their services again... but when the time comes, we'll certainly call them again.
