This is still very hard for me to post for me the kindness of this gentleman. As I pulled up with my friend that I asked to go with me earlier this year. I asked a gentleman do give me a cutting of her hair from the top of her head. He said yes I could do that. A week later I went back to pick her up it was raining, before I even got the door open he brought her out to me. Is he left and went back inside I looked, something very unexpected happened to be that made me feel so warm it's so joyful. He did what I asked of him and then he went beyond by expectations. She is in a beautiful cherry wooden box. That was so beautiful. And something else very unexpected. A paw print a little white tile with her name on it add the year she passed away in my arms. Sorry I just got very emotional and I will highly recommend this place to friends and family. He doesn't know how much this meant to me. I'm so grateful that I found this place. She was born around Easter time 2011 to 2024. I miss my Samita . Are dedicated this tree to her. It's all my place I wake up to her everyday I go and see her everyday.

We lost our outdoor cat, Gordon, on the 4th of July. He came with the house we purchased almost three years ago. I was pretty tore up about it because as a child I never experienced the natural death of a pet. As a kid, I always remember them running away, or being sold or given away… Gordon was about 16 or 17, so he lived a long life. We loved the hell out of him, as did our other pets. Mark was nothing short of completely awesome and super compassionate! I didn’t mean to vent when I was dropping him off… But he let me. Now Gordon can be home with the rest of us where he belongs! If you have trouble reaching him, leave a message! He gets a ton of spam calls. He will get back to you!Thanks Mark!

Very caring people. They drove to Hubbard to pick up my Sadie. She was rather large I was unable to lift her. They returned her remains in a beautiful wooden box, with her pawprint on a tile. I treasured my Sadie, and now I have her pawprint to treasure as well. Thanks to all of y'all for the care you gave my furbaby.

Our cat, Cocoa, passed while traveling in Waco Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. We called and left a message not expecting to get a return call but Mark called back and we took Cocoa right out to have her cremated. He was super nice and took care of her remains. Very nice guy and very understanding. Thank you.

Our experience was nothing short of AMAZING! He made a very difficult time much better. Very caring and convenient. We were not prepared for the mementos that come with the service. A paw print on a ceramic tile with Mallory's name along with a display stand, and a beautiful wooden box that is far nicer than an urn. Thank you so much for your help.

Just received our beloved Aquila back from them, & everything was absolutely perfect. The card they sent had us in tears all over again. The paw prints were absolutely beautiful & they even included a nose print on the card. So grateful for everyone here.

My experience was terrible. Dixie died on a Monday and didn't hear from this man who knew what my ES baby meant to me. I read these reviews and now really am upset. Never met the man. Paw print was terrible. Box is all scratched up. Actually, I had to call him just for a status that a grieving person shouldn't have to do. Tells me he delivers them all back at the same time. So where was the private part of this, and how am I to believe you after the terrible paw print and scatched up box? I got back 4 days later. I am ashamed of myself for making choices while grieving, trusting someone who never made himself present for me to look in the eyes with my Dixie. Terrible service and all-around terrible experience. Never will recommend him to anyone I care about for sure. I just want to know how all these reviews state such good experiences of a man I never met. You all do realize he does all the dogs from the pound, so why did I pay what I did feeling i was lied to. My Dixie & I had a connection, and I would have felt it just being her in the box if it were true. Paying for a private and knowing you got pound dogs back is just very upsettling with me. Don't know where all these good experiences happened, but they sure did not with me. My baby is dead, and making money off grieving people that you never can look in the eyes is just beyond wrong. He knew I wasn't happy and did not even apologize for his bad business manner nor any type of credit. How did he even get 1 star from me. No email, no answering machine, no cell phone and you all think his business is legit and honest.

Such a neat experience and blessing to work with Mark! He’s so compassionate and you can tell he has a true calling for what he does. My kids were devastated when we lost our lab, but felt a sense of closure and acceptance when we got him back in a beautiful box with an unexpected paw print as well! 🐾 It was a 2 day turn around and now only time and God will heal our broken hearts.

I only had my puppy Dallas for a few months when she was hit by a truck. I was looking for a place to take her. something just told me to take her to God’s Creatures Pet Crematory. I can’t say enough how much my wife and I are thankful for Mark and his business, God’s Creatures. He is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have met in Waco. We loss are Maltese, Bella. It completely took us by surprise the depth of pain and mourning we experienced. My best friend was well cared for and the kindness shown to me in my sorrow was genuine. I never felt as though my Rusty Boy was “just” a dog...all the care as clearly a cherished family member!! Rusty was returned in the same (actually better) than when my Dad’s ashes was returned. I recommend God’s Creatures in the time of the loss of a loved four-legged family member!!

Mr. Sims showed us such compassion in helping us with the death of our fur baby. I’m glad we made the choice to cremate and to use God’s Creatures. Although we told him that we hope to not see him again for a very long time (we have 3 other pets), we highly recommend his services.

Mark was and is so kind and patient. I brought my cat Louis Arthur and he understood my situation and still offered to help take care of Louis. I will when her time comes be bringing Louis' sister Mirella(me-ray-ah) as well.

If I could give it this guy ZERO stars I would!! I don’t know where this nice person named Mark went because, he ain’t there anymore!!! He is condescending, and rude. I will NEVER recommend this guy to anyone, and will be telling everyone I know of my experience, as well as the rescues I am involved with. He made a bad day absolutely horrible!

Won't even answer the phones. I called multiple times throughout the morning and evening today and no answer. Made a heartbreaking experience worse just for that.
