Our beloved Ella had recently been diagnosed with lymphoma. Within a week, her condition drastically deteriorated . Not wanting her to suffer, we chose to have her humanely euthanized. This was our first experience using Toothacres. They did such a respectful and beautiful job with our Ella. ππͺ½β€οΈ

Overall a really good experience. Upon my dog's passing I did have a little bit of a hard time reaching anyone/getting a call back, but it didn't surprise me with their shortened weekend hours. Unfortunately my pup passed on a Friday night.Don't know the name of the gentleman that helped me pick out the cremation package, but I appreciated his businesslike manner. I was a mess and that's exactly what I needed; to just focus on the decisions I needed to make so I could get it done, and go be a mess in the privacy of my own home.

This place is so amazing definitely helped me get through my 17year old Chihuahuas passing. They were so understanding I recommend this place to anyone that needs to bury or cremate their animal. Thank you so much toothacres I appreciate your staff so much meant the world to me.

Toothacres had been my go to for cremation of my precious babies since about 1996. They have always treated my babies with kindness, compassion and respect. I've also had foster kitties pass (stillborn babies to older adults) and they helped me though that process as well. Now I also utilize the boarding facility for my larger dog. She loves coming there and feels she's having a vacation just like I am. Always excited to get out of the car and run (pulls me behind her!) to her room.Everyone in the staff is so wonderful & go over everything thoroughly & are patient with me trying to make decisions. I'm a lifetime Toothacres pet parent for all my fur babies. β€οΈ I wish there were more stars to give.

I wish I could give more stars to Toothacres. Our chihuahua was tragically shot in our backyard and toothacres allowed us to grieve while they took care of picking her up and cremating her. They picked her up on a Thursday and she was ready right away. When you drive up to the office it feels so peaceful and you see the cemetery and itβs so beautiful how owners can bury their pets there and visit them. We had to take my sweet dog for cremation today and the gentleman helping us was wonderful. I was a little worried to ask for a paw print in addition to her cremation because of the shock of losing my girl so suddenly I just didnβt know what was normal. He offered me a paw print and made us feel comforted during a horrible situation. Thank you ToothAcres!

I have used Toothacres for cremation for years. I usually take our pets and deliver them personally so that he/she is handled less and just for my own piece of mind. Toothacres is close by, convenient, and family owned so I figured they would be great. They were for a long while, but over the last two years, I have had some instances that were "off putting" in a sense and those instances started to slowly build up over time.I run a rescue. When asked for the name, I reply with the rescue name. On more than one occasion, Kelly has quickly replied back; "just because you're a rescue doesn't mean you get a discount". I explain each time that I am not looking for nor asking for a discount, but I am using the rescue account to pay for their services, therefore I need the rescue name on the paperwork... He asks for the name at the beginning, not when I'm paying, so no idea why he would assume I was trying to get a discount.Another time, I went to pick up a cat's remains and when handed the bag, I noticed it was super light so I checked inside. It was my pet's cremation certificate, but in an eco friendly box when I had requested a specific urn. They went to the back and were out in no time with an urn. How do I know which cat was even mine? If either were? The last time was the last time. I'm done and will never use their services again. In March, I took a pet we had recently rescued and tragically lost only 10 weeks later to cancer. I had bonded thick with this dog and his loss devastated me.Kelly said the same thing as always when I said the rescue name for the paperwork... whatever, he's a dry individual, I roll my eyes and continue... but this time there was more. I almost ALWAYS get an upgraded urn with a photo frame, and I always send a photo for the name plate which is something they do for free. This time, he questioned me very condescending like; "Why would you want a picture on a picture?" When I told him it's something that I always do, he said "well you're one of the very few that ever does that...I don't know why you would want that when the urn has a picture" He questioned me using a "free service" they offer, but he didn't bother asking me "why" before that when I asked for FOUR individual, $30ea paw prints. I bet very few people do that either, probably less people than those that do "a picture on a picture", but since it was $120 added to the tab, he didn't bother to question that at all.I know that this is a family owned business so Kelly likely won't go anywhere, no matter what he does, but maybe consider someone a little more gentle spoken and compassionate to speak to the people who just lost their family member. No one is expecting a hug or a song but they are grieving and shouldn't have to be spoken down to by someone they are trusting to handle their pet's aftercare.

My parents had my childhood dog buried at Toothacres in 1984 and when I stopped by this week, they still had a record of and we were able to find Heidi's resting place. The caretaker realize how important pets are and treats all with respect.

My beloved Snoopy dog of 17 years passed away yesterday in our house early in the morning. I emailed then and Bryan emailed me back and was just Awesome. And once we arrived the lady at the counter not sure what her name but she was very helpful and took good care of us until Henry came in and talked to us. Henry was so Awesome. I prayed for a place that was good and very affordable and God provided for us. These people are absolutely Angels. This place is so Awesome and I highly Recommend this place to anyone that is looking to cremate their pet or to bury their pet. They have a lovely pet cemetery on site. I can not express how thankful I am for this wonderful staff a truly a God sent. I highly highly recommend this place. God bless yβall. And thank yβall with all of my heart.

Honestly, I have no complaints! The affordable price was well worth it and my pup came back a different dog. I was super nervous because this was my first time using a boarding service. She was really anxious when I first picked her up but as soon as she calmed down she has been a LOT more playful, energetic, and social than before. The way she plays with other dogs is different, and I attribute this to the unique layout at Toothacres where the dogs can interact with each other through a chain link fence (Townhouse layout) without getting too close. She used to snap and growl at other dogs that came up to sniff her but after her 12 day stay, she seems to be a lot more comfortable and acclimated with other dogs and actually initiates play! They also have a phone number listed on their website to text. I messaged three times throughout the stay and they replied and sent out back a photo each time. That was super nice and reassuring. They handled my mealtime request without fuss (1 cup dry food and 1/2 a pouch wet) and also took care of her heartworm medication correctly. I also did an add-on - grooming session and she came back super soft, smelling nice, and nails neatly trimmed. Knowing how anxious she can get, it probably wasn't easy to get her all cleaned up.For $27 a night, a discount for a 10+ day stay, and a grooming session, I paid $250. Not too shabby π

I canβt say enough good things about Toothacres! All of the staff is excellent. I boarded my dog Bailey there many, many times and I always felt so secure as the level of care that everyone exhibits is so wonderful. He just went to the Rainbow Bridge and again, Toothacres was there for him with their cremation services. Toothacres provides such exceptional care during a petβs life and beyond β I highly recommend Toothacres!

I went here to have my little dog cremated. They were very caring and sympathetic with my feelings. They were very informative and explained how my pet would be cared for. My dog was my baby and I was very distraut over her passing. They were comforting and caring. I would certainly recommend them.

I would give Toothacres 10 stars if I could. Our little Princess Jazz cat was over 19 yrs old when we lost her. She gave us so much love, laughter & joy. I was incredibly touched, & emotional with their cremation process & care. Her box & all the beautiful & sentimental things that came with her ashes wrte unexpected. It's a very kind & loving touch. Thank you Toothacres.

I'm not sure why this place has gotten some bad reviews because my experience was everything but bad. The only issue I had was our GPS led us in the wrong direction and we didn't realize we needed to make a U-turn from where we were coming to get there. I called in about 30min prior to ask about how their Eco packaged worked and if I would still have my cat's ashes given to me separately. The director was very professional and nice to talk to and really made me feel more confident about going with them for my sweet baby's cremation. I got there with my mother, paperwork and picking out a box with everything I wanted -- including a free engraving of my cat's picture on the box -- within 10min. He even went to our car to pick up the cat himself. I did all of this on Monday and I was told to call by Thursday if I didn't receive any sort of news about my cat's ashes. What was really neat was they were able to deliver it to my local vet (my vet is about 5min away, but this place was about 20min away), so it saves us the trip back there! I got my ashes back on Wednesday and everything came in looking so professional and handled with care. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to get your pets cremated.

We love them. The very best boarding. JoJo, my husky always comes home happy and healthy from Toothacres vs other places where kennels are too small or not climate controlled.

I was disappointed with Toothacres communication. We have worked with them for years and did not doubt their services. My cat's remains did not show up for almost a week and no one reached out to give me more information on why. His remains were returned, but I question if they are his with the lack of information. The pawprints do not look like his paws. I don't understand how you can get his paw stretched out after they have been dead for several days. They look more like racoons paws. Anyway, using this as a last resort to get information on your cremation process, any explanation on why his remains took longer than a 75lbs dog to return when they were euthanized/picked up way after my cat. Thank you in advance.

I havenβt received my fur babies ashes back yet, but the amount of professionalism and sympathy Iβve received just in ordering and scheduling our Enochβs cremation is undeniable! From the moment I called I knew Toothacres was the place Iβd choose to give my baby boy his last goodbye!! I will review again once I get his ashes returned which I have no doubt will be perfect. Thank you for helping our family in this Extremely difficult time!

We have been using toothacres since 2016 to care for our Spock while we are away. We have boarded him anywhere from 10-14 days at a time. We like leaving him here because we feel that he is cared for. Staff has always updated us with photos of my pup in a timely manner. Itβs the only place we trust with our angel. I appreciate the service that is offered by them.

Today, we cremated our very much loved Boston Terrier. Sadly, the second dog in a year we have needed Tooth Acres. We wouldnβt go anywhere else. We love the history behind this pet cemetery & the seriousness in which our wishes are carried out. As owners of a local funeral home, we can appreciate the respect they offer. Today, Henry helped me., He was so kind & so lovely. We are grateful to Henry today: Thank you!!

Our precious bulldog Winnie was 12 when she passed away. We decided to have her cremated. Our vet used Toothacres and I could not be more pleased. Upon return she was in a beautiful bag. In the bag was a death certificate, candle, pin. How to deal with your pets death, a rosemary candle. A wonderful velvet bag that say until we meet again at the rainbow bridge, a beautiful cedar box with her name and her remains inside. When my mother in law passed she was handed to us in a cardboard box with her name. Toothacres is an absolute pro. Our youngest grandson took it very hard and the dignity given to Winnie eased his heart. Thank you again

I just put my dog down Friday, April 30th.I was able to pickup her ashes and everything ordered by Wednesday, May 5th. I was surprised at how efficient Toothacres is. It probably wouldβve been even less time had she passed on a weekday instead of having to wait the weekend for her to be picked up. But regardless, Iβm very impressed.I was able to go online to the Toothacres website and search for various mementos and her specific urn. Of which, they already had in stock at their facility.I was able to get her paw print stamped into clay and her urn with her ashes inside. They also went above and beyond and added a pin, a few letters and a Rosemary candle. Just to show how they were thinking of my pet and also myself in getting to honor her after her passing. All it took was a single phone call, and they answered very quickly. I called and said she was at the colony animal shelter and that she needed to be picked up from there and cremated. Very professional. Verified details over the phone and made all of the arrangements. It couldnβt have been any easier.Thank you Toothacres, for taking pride in your work and taking care of my fur baby of 13 years. You have a forever customer here and I will recommend your company to my family and friends.

I lost my dog today and I was looking for information on their cremation services. I was having trouble getting through to them and sent an email (itβs Labor Day weekend and I was worried I wouldnβt find someone to help take care of our dog). Iβve attached the email I sent to them and their response to me. Before they responded I tried calling again and the women in the cremation/burial services kept cutting me off and wasnβt kind either. Out of all the places to be treated poorly and without empathy, this is the last place I expected. I think it goes without saying I did not take my companion here, why would they treat her any differently? Regardless of what kind of services you offer as a company/brand, no one deserves to be spoken to like thisβ¦ especially when you are going through loss.

We recently had to say goodbye to both of our dogs. One was terminally I'll, and the other was quite old and in pain. Toothacres provided us with beautiful wooden boxes (urns), with their names. The urns were each put in a velvet bag, and we were provided with a Rainbow Bridge pin and a rosemary "remembrance" candle. We dealt directly with our vet who coordinated everything with Toothacres. I'm sure they are very nice people, but it was an immense weight lifted when we didn't have to make the arrangements.Toothacres treated us with dignity and respect, and I have no doubt whatsoever that our babies were treated the same.

Boarded our two dogs on the recommendation of our vet. When we picked up our dogs (two playful, friendly 60 lb lab mixes), they were traumatized. They had been boarded at other facilities previously and never had issues. When we arrived to check them out, we asked for a report. We were told nothing bad was written down so I guess everything went well. We loved the confidence. We went back to the kennel area to pick them up and it's basically dropping your dog off at a city shelter when you are on vacation. There were so many dogs in the one kennel building and the barking made talking impossible. I had to yell questions and the employee escort to the kennel could not still hear me. Then seeing dogs trembling and absolute fear in the corner of the kennels was enough for me. They weren't normal for 2-3 days after we picked them up. If you want to drop your dogs off at a city shelter, then go here.

I recently lost my souldog, the vet I use had a cremation service that was not Toothacres. The urn they provided was beautiful but the plaque that went on top was very in personable, it did my baby no justice. My friends referred each to Toothacres and I stopped in to speak with Kelly and show him what I had received versus what I would like to have, he said he could see what we could do, a few days later the new plaque was ready and it did not disappoint, Kelly and Bryan went above and beyond to make a better plaque for her urn, showing care and compassion during the entire process. Thank you. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future should I need their service β€οΈ

We have taken our dogs to Toothacres multiple times and are pleased with the care provided. The staff is friendly, caring and always responsive (even with a texted picture) when we call to check on them. The facility is clean and well maintained. The kennels are large and the dogs are much less stressed upon pick up.

I am grateful that people and businesses like this exist. Top notch service. I have never used the boarding portion but I wouldnβt hesitate to trust them with my babies should the need arise. This is a good place. You can feel it as soon as you turn off Parker Rd. Thank you to the caring staff.

Toothacres Pet Care Center was a God send during a very, very, difficult time for my family. I lost my baby bird and my senior dog in the span of one week right before the holidays. The grief was and still is immense. From the minute I called Toothscres the staff treated my family and I with dignity and respect. Nothing can ever take the pain away of losing a pet that you love but the services you get here can at least take away some of the heartache of having to make arrangements for pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge. There are not words big enough to convey my gratefulness. Lastly, the prices here are fair and are such a value for everything you get. Thank you Toothacres for being there and helping me memorialize my babies in Heaven β€οΈ.

The vet (Valley View Pet Health) I took my guinea pig too used this company for cremation. I was shocked at the care, and sentiment they put into the cremation of my little pet. All the little extras really meant a lot too me. Now instead of just memories I have tokens of love. Thank you so much.

The staff is very nice and professional. The care of all the dogs was great. The up keep of the location and the cameras to make sure everything is secure was the best to know I don't need to worry about anything. The value for what you pay for, was great. I will always bring my dogs here. Reliable and professional business. Thank you, staff

I like Toothacres but, when I picked up my dogs they were really dirty. I just donβt think thatβs necessary. Their bedding was wet as well and who knows how long their bedding has been wet. They also did not have their bedding, it was wadded up on top of their kennel. I think they could do better at keeping the dogs and the bedding away from the water hose. The workers do not wear a mask. I did not feel comfortable going to get my dog with the person that escorts you to your dog. I did not feel comfortable in the office either where no one was wearing a mask there either. This is during a time when the Dallas county COVID-19 cases are above 1000 a day. I realize Toothacres is in Denton county but, theyβre only about what, a mile from Dallas County. You guys are a little on the expensive side so I expected a little bit more and the people that take your dog, are just young male adults. Iβm sorry to say but, In my experience, young men do not always make the best decisions and they are the ones that are taking care of your furry children.

Absolutely horrible if I could give zero stars I would first off during my pups stay we were told we could receive pics and updates on him which we NEVER received which is understandable to be honest because I get that it can be busy and you may not have the time to send every client dog pics I can understand that but what I donβt understand and I find extremely unprofessional is the fact my dog had several surface injuries and they werenβt even mentioned so far Iβve counted up to 4 different scrapes and scabs on my pup that were not there before he was dropped off these scans were. A couple were even Bleeding and leaking puss and the grand finale of it all is the fact that we opted in for a nail trimming however we were told upon pick up they werenβt able to do it once we got home I realized why they said that.. they in fact DID attempt to trim his nails ,they cut one nail and cut it so far back they cut all the way to the nerve my theory is they messed up so bad on the first nail they just gave up altogether. And then when we called and asked them about it they claimed it was caused by him running on the concrete like we are idiots, you mean to tell me a dog can wear a singular nail down to the nerve on concrete? (Note this was his far left nail a nail that rarely if ever even makes contact with concrete) Like do you hear yourself it was a blatant lie and by this point my blood was boiling if it wasnβt for the fact that my mom was the one who handled the transaction it woudnt be a google review Iβd be up there now giving the whole staff a piece of my mind this is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable spare your dog the stress and abuse and donβt bring them hereEdit: they responded saying my pet was aggressive and stand offish yet when we arrived to pick him up and asked about him they said he was perfectly fine and that their was no issues, so which is it? Yall say one thing when it fits your narrative but itβs a different story once a customer has an issue, my dogs never shown aggressive behavior to anyone ever so I donβt believe that at all, again even less so considering we asked and no one said a word til AFTER this review was left and again his nail was grounded to the NERVE no dog is gonna do that to themselves it simply would hurt to much

Absolutely the Best in DFW! We have been boarding here for years. The indoor/outdoor runs are large in size allowing our dog to run in and out during the day and comforted in a climate controlled environment at night. Our pet is a large breed pit mix and the staff has never hesitated to accept or handle her. The facility is very clean and they have a large staff willing to accommodate. Thanks and Hats off to Toothacres Pet Care!

The employees at Toothacres went above and beyond my wildest expectations. I was worried about leaving my dogs for the first time, but with the webcam, text updates, and amazing employees I was at peace of mind the entire trip. I will definitely bring my dogs here again when we travel. LOVE this place.

I am not impressed. The staff failed to follow simple instructions regarding my dogs. We brought our own dog beds to avoid the risk of having to pay needlessly excessive charges for damage in case one of the dogs chewed up the kennel provided bed (nothing but a cheap, vinyl/plastic covered mattress). I gave instructions to leave the beds in the kennel throughout the day as one of our dogs likes to sleep a lot. When I picked the dogs up, the beds were outside sitting on top of the kennel. I'm assuming they took them out during the day and put them back in at night, but regardless, I specifically instructed them to leave the beds in the kennel all day.Even more concerning was the total disregard of my specific feeding instructions. I brought my own food since one of our dogs has a special diet due to skin issues. I precisely measured out the food in separate containers and included enough extra food for two extra days (just in case). We actually ended up returning one day early from our trip, but I found that ALL the food had been used up. They overfed the dogs, giving them SIX days worth of food in just THREE days. Further, the food had just been dumped in the bowls and not measured out AT ALL. Because of this, there was food spilled all over the kennel, and the dog with skin issues ended up eating our other dog's food since it was all just dumped together in the kennel. To make it worse, the one of our two dogs that needed the special diet has had diarrhea ever since she came home. Also, I don't know if they ever cleaned out the kennel. Both dogs came home smelling like feces, and the smaller dog (longer hair) had it matted all through the hair. Not only did we have to give both dogs baths after getting them home, we also had to wipe out the car from all the fecal matter in the dogs fur. I understand that dogs aren't clean animals, but I also understand that the staff told me that they sprayed out the kennels daily to remove waste.I am very disappointed and upset. I chose this place after reading good reviews on yelp and other sites, but my experience could not have been more different. I cannot recommend this kennel to anyone.

They were very sweet and sensitive to our time of heart brake

I boarded my cat at toothacres for five days during the christmas holiday. The staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable, cheaper than I expected. However I was disappointed with the boarding area for the cats. The website gives an impression that your cat will have their own room, specifically a "kitty cottage" and that is what I was expecting once I got there. Instead, he was placed in a much smaller area, a cage specifically with little room. The kitty cottage mentioned on the website is actually a play area that the cats go in for about an hour a day, not something they can stay in for the majority of their stay. I was thankful they get to get out and stretch but I wish I would've known this information prior to boarding. The website felt very misleading and does not show you where they actually stay at.

My husband & I had our cat, Rufus, put down last Monday due to health issues at our veterinary office. This is where they sent our precious fur baby to be cremated & we got the ashes back today. We were both blown away by the beautiful box that ashes are stored in, along with the name tag on top of the box. But what we were not expecting was the little box with Ruβs paw print with the βRainbow Bridgeβ Poem on the side, along with a little bit of his fur in a baggie.

I trust tooth acres to offer my dog a safe and happy experience every time we board. The staff is very friendly and helpful in picking the right size space and package for your pets needs. Always clean!!! There are packages available for your dog to exercise, nice beds provided for sleeping. The staff will also accomodate meds and special food needs. A great home away when your away from home. We love tooth acres.

Very kind and professional people here. They took care of our Delilah after she passed away and made us feel very much at home when we went in. A big thank you to the whole team there.

We just picked up the remains of our sweet pup today. Iβm so sad because they didnβt send (or do) her pawprint that we requested. I double checked with my vet just to make sure, and the request was on the paperwork. Henry offered me $20 off my bill, but that doesnβt fix this. I would have paid MORE just to make sure we got the pawprint. This isnβt something you can just go back or fix.ETA: I was very emotional when I wrote this review. I wanted to come correct it to say that I found out later this actually was a mistake on the vets side, not Toothacres fault.

My dog lost over 20 pounds in 3 months with them. I'm pretty sure they were either under feeding her or not at all. Don't trust them. It's a glorified pound and your dogs will come back traumatized. Hope this place shuts down.

*pictures are VERY misleading*! Needed a last minute place to board our dogs and this was the first one that was available and from the pics seemed good. We wanted a suite so both dogs could stay together and not be in a dog pound type environment. In the pictures they make it look like a nice private room so you can imagine my shock when I get there thinking Iβm getting a top level suite and I walk into a basic dog pound setup that has a bed and tv in. Still chain link kennels and lots of other dogs all around them, not walls and doors like I was expecting. Also note that the place has a very bad flea problem so if you take your dogs make sure they are treated first!

I was sincerely touched by the service provided here. The sweet engraved box that my Ozzy came back in, the remembrance candle, his paw print, a certificate, and a pin! I canβt forget the engraved bag his beautiful box sat in. My heart is absolutely broken but all of these sweet mementos will help me get through this new life without my buddy. Thank you for providing a touching service. π

Always feel happy leaving our jack Russell, Lucy . . .She gets a chance to run and bark which is what she loves. She never minds it when we drive up. The staff is helpful and good with the dogs. We are headed there again today and we feel comfortable in our choice of kennels when we leave town . ..Lucy is happy, so we are comfortable!

Two dogs three day stay $126, tried to use the $10 Facebook "Like" discount but was denied due to the discount was applied many years earlier. There is no onetime use disclaimer posted on the special. Both the managers and even the owner were unyielding. Business must be good that they are willing to lose a repeat customer for $10

I've been coming here since 2008, I love the place, everything about it.....EXCEPT for the fact that they've been consistently raising their prices. Back in 2008 I was paying $17 a night to board my dog, they would send you free night stay coupons all the time....Now, I'm paying $25 a night and they no longer send out free night stay coupons. I'm very disappointed and will more than likely now try and find another place. I have referred many people here, but I will no longer do that and I will also be telling them to pay attention to how much their nightly stays have increased.

They have taken care of three pets for us now, one burial and two cremations. The staff has been compassionate and professional and have done what they promised to do. Quite satisfied with Toothacres. Would highly recommend.

Great experience! Nice staff and warm home like feel. Kennels are clean and nice to see folks visiting the neatly groomed cemetery to remembering their loved ones. I will definitely be going back.

I would have given 5 stars but my babyβs name was crooked on his final resting place. Attention to detail, especially in situations like this is important. Itβs not a big difference, but as his mama I notice.

Used them a year ago. We needed a casket and they were the only ones in the Metro area that was reasonably priced. My wife drove 90 miles one way to pick it up. The staff was very helpful and sympathetic when she arrived. Thanks for not overcharging in a time of grief.

I called this facility to board my bulldog because it was recommended due to his temperament and because it was an indoor facility. I explained to the person on the phone that my bulldog had previously suffered a heatstroke and that I needed a place that has Ac and that was cautious with the Texas heat! the person on the phone had the nerve to tell me that it wasn't hot enough in Texas to turn the Ac on just yet, he proceeded to check the weather for the dates of my request and says he still wasnt sure . At that time I checked the weather and it said it would be 90. How in the hell is this an indoor boarding facility in TEXAS with no guaranteed AC???!!! That was all I needed to hear. I told him if he need to contemplate on whether or not his place of business was going to use the Ac I needed to find another place. I DONOT recommend Tooth acres. Texas gets way to hot in the spring and summer for anyone dog, cat or human to be without Ac! Especially a bull dog!

Last Sunday was a very hard day for me and I lost my 17 year old Chihuahua Lola she died at home in my arms and being new to Denton I didn't know what to do and it was a Sunday so it was even harder because a lot of places were closed but tooth acres pet cemetery call me back and let me know that I could bring her there and they would provide the cremation services for me . Being that I just moved States and I wasn't financially able to do anything bigger I chose the least expensive package which gives us her ashes in a biodegradable box for us to scatter when I got there Sunday right before closing Brian was amazing he made me feel so calm which is not an easy thing because my dogs are my life and I adore them they're my children and it I couldn't stop crying but he made me feel at peace he made me feel like he was going to take care of her and I couldn't have asked for a better person to to assist me in that difficult time

This is a big outdoorsy place. Their βMAINβ business is pet boarding. Their other business is after care when your beloved pet passes away. ABSOLUTELY under NO circumstance EVER go there to have your pet buried! They only perforn 2 burials a day...ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS! They also book in advance for pets who are still living. That is a bit sketchy in my oppinion. By performing ONLY 2 burials a day and booking in advance can lead to a 2-4 week delay is laying your loved one to rest. Im sorry but that really is just stupid!

Called to no avail and emailed for information in April as I was planning a heartbreaking situation. I received an email saying there was too much to go over in an email. Kept calling more and never getting through over days, emailed again and asked for a callback and got nothing. Then over 2 months later (today) I received a reply of the attached email from Kelly Clem. Obviously not for me. Largely lacking customer service and attention to detail. Glad I was able to work with another company.

Their customer service was excellent. My pet was returned the day it was promised and their presentation was perfect. They did a great job with packing. The poem, notes, and card was so cute. Totally recommend them.Positive Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism β¦More

I emailed them with questions about specific urns and the process. They were very helpful. They do such a wonderful presentation of the urn and name plate and paw print. I will definitely recommend them.

This is where I entrust my fur baby when we go on vacation. The kennels are clean. And she always looks happy when I do a Skype call. Very affordable and a family owned.
