Mark at Lone Star Pet Services made the entire heartbreaking process easy. He was compassionate and understanding, patient with all the questions and never let us feel rushed while we (I) struggled to let go of our deeply loved pet. He met us there late on a Saturday afternoon, totally unplanned, and never let us feel he was bothered by the interruption of his own personal day. The personalized urn, paw print and card was well done and appreciated.We are grateful and pleased with the services we were provided. Thank you, Mark. You absolutely represented Lone Star Pet Services well. I will definitely recommend them.

They beat every other cremation places.They were the absolute best, so helpful and compassionate.. love how they referred to our big boy as our "baby" and not just our "Dog" because he was more than that to us.Thank you for handling our precious Ross.

On November 20, 2024, @ 11:10 pm , we lost our Fur Baby , Tiger unexpectedly leaving a HUGE hole in our hearts as we said our final goodbyes to him in hopes.of seeing him.again some day. so I reached out to Lonestar Pet Services to make final arrangements for Tiger to be cremated , never anticipating just how difficult it was going to be to truly let him rest in peace although I knew he had already crossed over the rainbow bridge, and Mark was there to give us the reassurance that we needed to find peace within ourselves ,knowing that Tiger was in the best hands and it didn't matter the time of day or night should I say , he was very empathetic and showed the utmost respect , love,and compassion ,treating our Fur Baby Tiger as if he were one of his own ,while taking the extra time to make sure everything was just as we planned ~ perfect !If you have recently lost a pet and cremating them is something you are considering , I can promise you that contacting Lone Star Pet Services will the best decision you will ever make because Mark will go above and beyond to ensure your fur Baby receives the same time and attention ,while treating each and every one as if it were one of his own ..Athough ,I miss my fur baby terribly I will forever be grateful and thankful for being given the opportunity to bring him home , where I can find peace knowing that he will remain close to me always ~ Thank you Mark ~ You are the Greatest !!

It is hard to write an extremely wonderful review on such a terrible situation. I have nothing but praise for Lone Star Pet Sevices and the efforts they provided our boy, Bear! I can’t say enough good things about Marq. He supported us compassionately, patiently and was so supportive the entire time. Marq is someone that I wish I would have never had to meet (due to his job), but we are so thankful and blessed that we did!

I used Lonestar Pet Services on my cat, my boy, my best friend, my baby back on April 29th, 2024, when I had to sadly make the decision to let him be put to sleep just an hour or so earlier, that same day. They went above and beyond with the level of care, compassion, and service they offered/provided...even meeting me up at their Offices after hours to receive my pet into their care!!! They even stayed up there, patiently waiting for about a good 20 - 30 minutes or so, until my daughters and I had the time to say all of our final goodbyes!!!!!!! That absolutely meant the world to me- MORE THAN THEY WILL EVER KNOW- that they did not rush us in saying goodbye to my best friend and *literal* constant companion of 7 years!!! (And when I say literal, I actually mean pretty much 24/7, as I was pretty much homebound, except for going to my Dr's appointments and the occasional trip to the grocery store). I will forever recommend them to anyone who I may come across, who may find themselves in need of the type of services they provide!!!

The employees at Lonestar Cremation are kind and compassionate. They allowed us time with our pet as we said our final goodbyes. The container for his ashes was nicely engraved with his name. We also received his paw print.

When my Fifi passed, we chose Lone Star for our pet cremation and I am glad that we did. The staff was excellent and helped me make the best decision for my family. They also very kindly and compassionately collected my dog after offering me extra time to say goodbye. It was a very, very good experience within such a heartbreaking circumstance. I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone.

I am so thankful for Lonestar Pet services. When you love and treat your pets like family, it's such a blessing have people that care and help take some burden off of you as you grieve. The entire staff is amazing, Highly recommend!

I received a call from the business, letting me know it’s time to pick up remains. I was not informed they were going to close early, and their answering service had no clue when I could expect to receive a call back from the business.I highly disappointed with the level of service. The staff has been friendly, but it could have been communicated that there was a small window for pickup.Luckily, the affiliated monument business next door was able to assist, so the trip wasn’t a complete waste of time.
