Impeccable service. Valerie was wonderful through the whole process. She responded quickly when I contacted in regard to a deceased animal she came out a few hours later for the pick up. She handled my crying family with kindness and understanding. We had a skinny pig and she managed to even get some hair off her nose for us to keep, I was not expecting anything like that. I will be using her again when the time comes as I have 8 more animals. Highly recommend her and I’m sorry for your loss if you are reading this review.

DONT THINK TWICE !!! Valerie was an angel through the whole process my brother lost our childhood dog Friday night going in to Saturday. I was so worried we would not be able to find anyone to help us with him as we wanted to cremate him. Valerie drove all the way to Fort Worth to pick up our dog, on a SATURDAY was extremely supportive and empathetic. I CAN NOT thank you enough for helping us through this whole process. It is never a fun time to lose a furry member of the family but she went above and beyond and we hope to never have to use them again but we do have other pets and I can not see us using anywhere else when that dreadful day comes. Thank you a million.

Valerie was very professional. She took the time to explain everything I wanted to know and needed to know. They pick up your pet and drop off the ashes. Who does that ? I called 4 other places and not 1 could match Paws. I would recommend her highly.

I have used their services for my guinea pigs 2 times now. Each time Valerie has come to pick them up and returned them at our home. They do an excellent job and stay in communication. Extremely fair pricing and a blessing to work with during these times.

Valerie is amazing, we lost two of our dogs about a year apart from each other and she was absolutely the best when it came to giving us time to pay her. She made it so easy by bringing our dogs to us once she was finished and picked them both up from our house. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with this type of situation even though the circumstances were not good. I would recommend her to ANYONE. Thank you so much for making this experience easy and meaningful!

Absolutely blown away by the service received. Do not go through your vet give these people a call and you will get back something truly special. We got our beloved Ollie back in the standard box along with his paw prints, nose prints and packet of hair. The dog was something special and this is the kind of treatment you want for your pet. They are also water cremated instead of using fire. Highly recommend.

This place was wonderful. My niece called them and had lots of questions and they had the answers. My mom’s little 20 year old dog passed away on a Sunday and they came to my sisters house and picked little Dee Dee’s body up. My sister has had her since our mom passed away march 2022. This place would have 10 stars if we could give them. Not only did she get her ashes she received her foot print, nose print and a piece of her hair. They are so sweet

My sweet “heart” dog was traumatically killed a few weeks ago; the next morning I called Paws In Peace about cremation and they picked her up early the next morning. Originally I picked PIP because I loved the idea of aquamation over the traditional cremation via fire. However, throughout the whole process, I just know that I made the right choice. I felt so much empathy from the team and was confided as she took my sweet sister away to begin the process. They were very quick in returning her and honestly that’s what brought me so much peace. Valerie was absolutely amazing and such a kind soul, I love to know that Sister was laid to rest with someone who has such a good heart. Words cannot even describe how thankful I am to know that I got my sweet dog back to me and she was treated with love and respect the whole time. I am forever grateful for PIP for everything throughout this rough time♥️

Absolutely blown away by Paws in Peace pet cremation. I knew I wanted to have Macy cremated but was really struggling with the idea of traditional cremation. When I found Paws in Peace and read about their method of aquamation, I knew immediately that was what I wanted! Valerie was absolutely phenomenal from the initial communication to bringing Macy back home this afternoon! I am forever grateful for Valerie, her business, her service and the pride she puts in her work!

Valerie has always been beyond great to our family! Unfortunately we’ve had not one but two experiences ending in a call to her. And as unfortunate as it is, I don’t think I would want anyone else to take care of my pets final time.Everything and every moment has always been so special, and care filled. Beyond thankful to have found paws in peace! ❤️

I have to say this is very bitter sweet.🥺 My sweet little Halo, our nugget, passed unexpectedly on December 7th 2021. She was 10 years old, my very first dog ever, my best friend. I am so incredibly thankful for Valerie and Paws In Peace. Valerie is so kind, caring, and sweet. She and everyone who helped lay Halo to rest went above and beyond and I am forever grateful!❤ I really appreciate how payment was due at the end of the process. I unfortunately couldn't get her back right away, Valerie was so understanding and was more than accommodating! I also was not expecting her to be picked up and dropped back off at our house. I was so surprised and emotional to receive her fur.😭💕 I remember touching her for the last time and trying to memorize how her fur felt, so this was a well needed, sweet, and thoughtful surprise! The engraving is custom and so beautiful! Her Paw print keepsake is very glittery and the ribbon matches the color(s) of her fur!🥺❤ I also can not get over the quality of the certificate nor the impeccable handwriting. This is still hard for me but Valerie and Paws In Peace helped bring me some comfort. Having her with me, as morbid as it may sound, really helps my grieving. I will definitely be using her services again and recommending her to everyone, thank you so much Valerie and everyone at Paws In Peace. You are all so amazing!❤

Our little dog passed away last Saturday. It was a holiday weekend and many facilities were closed and not returning calls. We are glad to find Paws in Peace. Valerie returned my message and phone call promptly and explained to us the aquamation process. She provided warm, great and very friendly service. She drove more than 1 hour to come by my house to pick up my dog. She also promptly provided daily updates while we are we grieving. As promised, she delivered the urn to us after 3 days. We were delighted with the quality service and this means a lot to us, especially for my two children. We are glad and thankful to find Paws in Peace during a difficult time. We strongly recommend this company.

Our experience with paws in peace was wonderful. The service provided was excellent. They were understanding, empathetic, and reliable. We loved the idea that the process had less impact on the environment than traditional cremation. When we received our Penelope’s remains back, they were thoughtfully packed, along with clippings of her fur, some seeds to plant in the garden in her memory, with a certificate of aquamation. We opted to pay a small fee to get her paw print impressions and it was worth it.With the service came along their pick up and drop off, which really set aside paws in peace from other providers, who would offer it but at a very high price.Valarie was great to work with, and was very careful in handling our beloved pet and was very communicative through the process. We have many pets and would 100% come back when the unfortunate time comes of their passing. We absolutely recommend Paws in peace.

I can not begin to express how grateful I am for Paws in Peace. On August 14th I had to say goodbye to my best friend since 2007 and I can safely say that it's one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Leaving him at the vet to be picked up by a company I knew nothing about just so he could be treated like a number during his cremation process didn't feel right, so after looking at a few places I decided to call Paws in Peace and am so happy that I did.Valerie was so kind and understanding, and even though she was supposed to be off that day she picked him up directly from our house since the vet wouldn't allow a third party to come to their office. She was also the only one who handled him during the whole process, kept in touch with me every step of the way, addressed every question or concern I had no matter how silly, assisted me with picking out the perfect urn and even brought him back to us when he was ready. She even went beyond what I was expecting and not only delivered his paw prints in clay which I had requested, but also preserved some of his fur in a beautiful little card.My little guy meant the world to me, and Paws in Peace gave him the respectful treatment he deserved even in his passing. They are a one in a million company and I will be forever grateful that I called them.

Paws in Peace is a wonderful way to ease your mind about your pet. They offer a warm, friendly service while you’re in grief. From picking up your pet to the actual process and the thoughtful little things they do make it an experience you wont regret. The service cost is very reasonable. Bringing your pet back home to you in a peaceful, loving way is the way they care about you and your pet during a difficult time. Valerie is a sweet and kind lady and she guides you through the process. They take care of your pet and you! They are the best choice for us and our pet and we will use their services again when the time comes.

Our puppy unfortunately passed a day after Christmas, we’ve never had a pet pass away and I called and called everywhere it was a Sunday and nothing was open. When you have four kids under the age of 11 it’s hard having your deceased puppy at home and not knowing how to explain to them why he has passed. I finally got through and Valerie was so amazing and came within an hour and a half, she came and picked up our puppy and when they brought him back it was truly such an amazing memorial box she brought with the urn. We had a rainbow poem we red with the kids, and she included seeds for a memorial garden and a little patch or fur within a little small poem. She was very patient with us and even though we called under unfortunate circumstances she truly went above and beyond for not only my husband and I but our children. I truly recommend Valerie and her husband and I wouldn’t have asked for another person who had such amazing sympathy and patient when I couldn’t even talk.Thank you Valerie your amazing!

Valerie treated our little cupcake with such dignity and respect. She made it so much easier for us to let her go knowing cupcake was given so much care in her water cremation. Valerie brought us back the sweetest heart shaped paw and nose print along with a card with a clipping of her hair. These are all private cremations and an id tag stayed e with cupcake throughout the process. Valerie also brought a package of annuals that we can plant in the fall in cupcakes memory. It’s the little things this company does that makes it so much easier to say goodbye to our angel fur baby. I will always use this company when my other two leave this earth too. Thank you so much Valerie for everything.

I was stricken with grief when I lost my Mercury suddenly and tragically and having to deal with that heartbreak plus finding a way to cremate her was extremely difficult until I came across Paws In Peace. They came to my home quickly and wrapped her gently in a towel as if she was just sleeping and let me say goodbye to my sweet kitty before taking her away. When I got her back to me, I received a beautiful box with a clay paw print of hers and some fur in a beautiful remembrance that brought me to tears in a good way. Here it is over a year later and they sent me a hand written letter about my sweet Mercury and it once again brought tears to my eyes from the thought that they actually care. Thank you Paws In Peace for helping me through such a dark time.

Unfortunately, my senior dog passed away on a Saturday evening, within about 5 minutes after emailing, I recieved a response answering all my questions. Valerie came to my house and picked him up the very next morning, explained to my husband about the process and then let me know that she had picked him up (I was at the hospital with my grandmother). She delivered him back within 5 days and upon delivery, she explained about everything that was in the box which included his ashes inside a wooden box, hair swatches, seeds to start a flower garden, certificate of aquamation, and an ink paw print. The special touches just made me appreciate her that much more. This is not an easy business to be in but her demeanor, the ease of the service and the sincerity made me completely as ease with my decision. I hope I will not need her for a very long time, but I will tell anyone, that is looking into her service....it's absolutely the right decision.

Paws In Peace took such good care of us and our Tucker. We could not have asked or expected more. Paul and Valerie explained the complete process, were super compassionate, supportive and respectful. As pet owners, they sincerely understood our grief. We feel so blessed for them to help us in our time of need. We certainly recommend their service and would not hesitate to call them again. I had a wonderful experience with Valerie and her husband as they assisted me with my Germany. They stood by and patiently waited for me and my girls to finish our goodbyes. I did not feel rushed and that in itself was the best gift I could have received. I highly recommend Paws in Peace for anyone that is looking for a company that treats your family as their own.

I can not say thank you enough to Valerie. My daughter lost her first dog last week and we where able to get in contact with Paws In Peace to have him taken care of. My daughter has had a hard time adjusting to his death, but they have given her a little bit of closure which is a huge comfort to me.

Losing my four-legged best friend was devastating, and it has definitely left a scar on my heart. However, choosing Paws in Peace was the best decision I could have ever made. Valarie was so understanding, and caring. The process was smooth, which is very nice during such a hard time. My sweet Zod came home in a very nice wooden urn, along with his paw prints and a heart filled with his fur and other meaningful things. I really appreciate what Paws in Peace has done for me, and my best friend.

My dad lost his dog Tank tragically and unexpected. I was calling around in the evening and came across paws in peace. They didn't answer and I went to leave a message and it said we could also text. I sent her a text and she called back within minutes apologizing for missing the call. I asked about cremation for the dog and she went through all the details and pricing. She was actually the cheapest in the market and picked up my dad's beloved dog within an hour of talking to her! I was so impressed and it was such a relief in such a terrible time. She even sent us pictures that we requested. I cannot thank her enough. She came and DROPPED OFF the remains, letter of aquamation, pawprint and hair. They also add in some seeds if you want to plant a garden with the ashes or just in their memory. We didn't even have to leave the house. I seriously cannot recommend paws in peace enough. This experience has been the smoothest I've experienced and the kindness and love for our dog was definitely felt.

I don’t even know where to begin. We lost our beloved 14 year old maltipoo, Yogi, on Saturday. Valerie came and picked him up the same day. She was so kind and respectful of his remains in the delicate way she handled him. She told us everything to expect during the process and made sure all of our questions were answered. After keeping us updated along the way, she returned his remains to us on Thursday in a beautiful box, along with his clay footprint, a poem about the Rainbow Bridge, a lock of his hair in a paper frame shaped like a heart, flower seeds for us to plant in his memory, and even literature on dealing with grief after the loss of a pet. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this company. They far exceeded our expectations. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Devastation doesn't even describe losing my sweet Baby Girl. Valerie went above and beyond helping me and my husband during the process. I never got the chance to meet Valerie when she came to the house because I was too distraught. Grateful that this business popped up during my search the morning my baby girl passed. She was one month shy of her 15th birthday. She battled diabetes for 6 years actually outlived what the vet had said she would by a year. We miss our baby girl something awful but so grateful to Valerie for all she did for us. Thank you for everything. The Hudowalski Family..

Valerie and Paws in Peace were a real revelation, in terms of the manner in which you send your dog to pet heaven (that's where they all go, correct?). Our 18-year old Pomeranian ("Poofy") had been such a great dog, and had helped some members of the family get through great loss, that we did not want to send her off via pet hospital or other means. Valerie drove out to our home at night with her assistant, we carried Poofy to her van, and chatted a bit about pets and their great contributions to people's lives. One can tell that Valerie has great love and concern for animals, and her cremation service is water-based, meaning zero impact to air and environment. A week or so later, Valerie returned Poofy's ashes in a beautiful small urn, a really nice card and certificate, and - get this - a little package with a lock of Poofy's fur. Altogether, a most unexpectedly gracious and thoughtful send-off for a little dog that deserved it. A special thanks to Valerie and Paws In Peace.Paul and Jan Weber

I am very glad that I came across this wonderful service during difficult times. There is a very personal touch from Ms. Valerie, she goes above and beyond with her service. I would recommend not only aquamation to anyone looking for pet cremation services but specifically paws in peace. Your loved pet will be treated with dignity and respect.

I can’t explain in a review how awesome this company is. We woke up one morning and our sweet Maggie had passed. We weren’t prepared for this so it was time to start Googlng. When I came across Paws in Peace I was intrigued. When I talked to them I was impressed. They come by and pick up your loved one and then return them a few days later. I’m so happy I didn’t have to drive my baby around to drop her off. Everyone there is so sympathetic and understanding. They went out of their way to accommodate a quick transition. Before I knew it they were at my front door walking through the whole process and timeline. I didn’t expect to be a mess but I was. They were they to console and set my mind at ease and at peace. I received several cold calls returned that afternoon and most were treating it like a business and commodity. I know I made the perfect decision and I’m glad Paws in Peace was there for me. This is a business I don’t hope to use for a very LONG time but I know when I do Paws in Peace in Dallas aft. Worth will be the call I made. Thanks a million times Paws in Peace…

Thank you, Paws, in peace! When you think of a funeral, I didn't know I would do it for a bird. However, our bird was part of our family. It was our first animal death my daughter experience. Paws in peace made this as smooth as possible. They came and picked up our pet and went way above my expectations for a bird. I was amazed and in awe with the professional services and extra steps they took. I am glad I know I found them and when that sad moment happens with our older pets we will know they are in the best care.Thank you from the bottom of my heart from my whole family.

The amazing and caring experience with this company is beyond words. They gave me all the time I needed before having my sweet Kirbys service. She was communicating with us though it all. And delivered our furbaby back to us. The extra things like the memorial card, flower seeds and paw print are wonderful. The care and heartfelt time they give doing this is beyond words. I know my choice for having you do the service for my Kirby was the best one. Thank you from myself and my family.

I don't know if I've ever left a Google review before but I plan on getting on whatever review site I can to sing Paws in Peace praises after today. They are amazing and loving people. They had every right to be irritated with us because of some outside circumstances that forced them to have to wait almost 2 hours on us. They were incredible about it. They were loving with us and exactly the people we needed during this sad, devasting time losing our precious rottie Lana after 11 years. I can not recommend them enough. The process they use is very gentle and pretty awesome too and the prices are very reasonable. Truth be told, I'd pay extra just to deal with them again though because they are THAT amazing. So THANK YOU for today, from my whole family!

We lost our Abbi after almost 15 yrs. I found Paws in Peace while searching online for pet cremation. I can say that the services, and handling of our beloved friend could not have been any better, I would give them 10 stars if I could. We truly couldn’t ask for a better experience during that difficult time. I highly recommend them when that most difficult time comes to your four legged friends.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My beloved cat was treated like family and I received beautiful mementos of him. During such a terrible time for our family, it was a relief to know that he was safe and cared for. I am deeply grateful for Peace in Paws.

This place is incredible. The detail they put into the package that came with the ashes was beyond anything I could have imagined. The lady I dealt with was so compassionate and very kind to hang out with me when she delivered my baby back to me and comfort me. I would give this this place 10 Stars if it would let me.

Great service - lost 3 of my kitties in a short time. Valerie came and collected them and brought them back in beautiful little boxes. I like the idea of this much better than cremation. Thanks!

They made the process so simple. Amazing people in my opinion. When the process was finished and we got Dixie back we received so many little things that were above and beyond. When the time has come they have earned my repeat business.
