With a heavy heart I write this review with so much love. I had to put my Frenchie Maverick James down and I was able to come across Pet Passages Collin County. Every step of the way Rene and Alan were able to answer any questions I may have had and they were so helpful. They provided a lot of comfort during such a difficult time. I know they treated my Maverick with such care and compassion. They put Maverick and I in such a beautiful viewing room to say our final goodbyes. They also allowed me all the time I needed. Overall they had such a beautiful facility. The process to plan the services was easy. Everything is as done online and communicating via text was nice.Those keepsakes like paw prints and the nose stamps are very special to me and is something I will cherish for the rest of my life.I was treated with such compassion and love. They even went above and beyond to stay a little late for me to go pick up Maverick’s ashes on my birthday. It was the best birthday gift I could ever receive! Putting a pet down or making that call is never an easy one. I would highly recommend Pet Passages Collin County to anyone who would want their pet to treated like family. If I ever have to make this decision again I will allow Pet Passages to take care of all of the services. Thank you Alan and Rene so much for making making me feel like my boy and I were family! Thank you so much for making this process so easy. I will forever be so grateful for you!

Jan ,19 we lost our big baby girl, I wanted to just lay on the floor with her and let it all out. My daughters were with her when she passed and were freaking out. I never got to morn her really because I have to be in Dad mode and quarterback this thing because at this point, mamma bear is starting to lose it. Pet Passages on a Sunday when they were close took care of our pup within an hour. What means the most to me aside from the amazing service and treatment, on top of treating you like family and actually caring about how my 5yr old was taking it, was the fact that Renee "hope I spelled it right" rubbed and petted her spent time with her because we could not. They let me know that they thought that Our Marly was one of the most beautiful Dog they ever seen and we agreed!! Allan and Renee Thank You guys for my family and with all of my heart. I'm really happy that I chose you guys and got to meet you guys

We lost our big boy, Winston, on January 30 after a short illness with cancer and seizures . It happened all so fast that there was little time to plan. We had scheduled a vet to come to the house to euthanize him, but he passed peacefully on his own a few days before that could happen. Heartbroken and grief stricken we had to figure out what to do next. The euthanasia vet would have handled this part for us.We looked on the vets website and found a cremation center in Rockwall and drove there with Winston. When we got there, neither of us got a good feeling about the place or the people working there and we knew this was not where we were going to leave our big sweet boy. We literally sat in our truck outside this place, looking for somewhere else to go.We found Pet Passages on the Internet and thank goodness we did! The moment I spoke to Allen there was some relief. He was caring and understanding and waiting for us to get there, even though it might be after 5 o’clock. Once we got there, He was even more kind. He explained all our options while watching us grieve, and he genuinely cared about our heartbreak. You can tell he is a true animal lover, and understood how much our pets are our family and they should be treated with dignity and respect in working with their remains. Their office is so nice and it has beautiful rooms where you have privacy and time to say your last goodbyes.When we went to pick up Winston‘s remains to bring him home, which was only three days later, we got to meet Rene. She too, was so nice to us about our loss. Rene and Allen both made our terrible heartbreaking time somewhat more bearable.No one wants to think about needing their service, but this is a great place, run a wonderful people.

They have a quiet, peaceful room available to say your last goodbye privately.Renee talked with me about my little old lady after I said goodbye. I don't know where to start. I had a 14-year-old Shih Tzu who I found out had a large tumor. I was able to spend a week with her. In that process, I found Pet Passages. I called and talked to Rene. She answered all my questions and asked if I would like to tour the facility. The inside is very relaxing and peaceful. The Rainbow Room is peaceful, with a water fountain.They also have a vet who comes in that can help your fur baby cross the Rainbow Bridge. The vet and his wife are amazing and the sweetest. They made the experience the best it could be during this very stressful and sad time. I'm so glad I used them instead of the vet's office. My baby was at ease the whole time.When it came time for the cremation, Allen and Rene were so amazing. I used to work in a funeral home, so I know most of the process. I asked if I could be more involved with my sweet baby's cremation. It helps with my grieving process. The way they do everything is just how we would do it at the funeral home. They have metal tags that stay with your fur baby throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a place that truly cares about your fur baby, this is the place. They truly do this for the right reason. Thank you, Allen and Rene, for making one of the hardest decisions of my life so much easier.

Words can’t even fully express how grateful we are for Renee and Alan with Pet Passages. My partner lost his best buddy of 15 years last week and was one of the hardest experiences of his life. Thelevel of care and compassion they showed us brought so much comfort to my partner and family. They treated Loki with such tenderness and respect, treating him like he was a member of their own family and even treating all of us like family too. They explained the process so that we knew exactly what would happen from the moment they left our house. When we received his ashes back, they were presented in a beautiful wooden box with a sweet rainbow bridge saying on the pouch inside. They included a surprise for my partner that he absolutely loved. They did a wonderful job capturing an ink print of his paw print and nose and a clay imprint of his paw as well. You could absolutely tell they pour their full heart and souls into what they do. I wish I could leave more than a 5 star review. We would absolutely recommend using them if you ever lose a furry family member because they will treat them like one of their own. Thank you guys again so much for all of your kindness and compassion!

My cat of seven years suddenly passed away and it hit me really hard. I wasn't sure what to do. I was referred to Pet Passages and I called and spoke to Rene, and made arrangements. When I arrived I was greeted by Alan, and he went and got Lil bit out of the car, placed her in the viewing room. When I went to say my goodbyes I immediately had a sense of calm. She looked as if she were snuggled under her blanket napping. Alan and Rene are the kindest most thoughtful and caring people during your time of sadness and grief. They honestly, from their hearts care for your pets passing as if it were their own. And after talking with Alan about the process, I was comfortable and felt at ease with everything. His kind and gentle words explaining the process and procedure really left a positive impression and comfort knowing she would be in good hands. And when it was time to bring her home, I arrived and met Rene. She was very kind and thoughtful. I can't thank them enough for everything. They are definitely pet people who understand pet people and honestly care about your pets passing.

When our old girl Lily passed away, Alan at Pet Passages was amazing at taking care of not only her, but our whole family. We didn't have any experience with having a pet pass away. I called around to a few local crematoriums, and I called Pet Passages on a whim knowing it would be a further drive for us. I was blown away when I called and spoke to Alan. His compassion was immediately evident, even over the phone. We made the drive from South Ft Worth (about an hour each way) to bring our Lily to them. Alan carried her into the building for us and set her up for a viewing to let us say good bye. He never rushed us, tried to upsell products, or pressured us in any way. He let us take as long as we needed to say good bye to our old girl. Not only that, but their website is incredibly user-friendly and comprehensive, and their prices are better than any other crematorium that I spoke to. The turn around to bring her home was very quick, and the entire process was beautifully done. We have several other pets at home, and we will someday be making the drive back to Pet Passages when they inevitably pass away. Thank you for taking care of us, Alan. We will never forget the kindness and compassion you showed our family.

We had a situation with our cat where we thought it was his time to cross the rainbow bridge. We decided to go ahead and make the arrangements with Pet Passages for when that exact time would come within the following week. A miracle took place and our Cat was given a second chance. The staff at Pet Passages was understanding and accommodating. Even though we have not used their services, the tact that was displayed is unmatched. I can see why all their reviews are 5 stars.

Alan and Rene are the sweetest people you could ever meet, the way they greet you when you walk into their business and the peaceful well decorated office. I didn’t get the chance to use their rainbow bridge room but they do offer that! I had to put my pet Shakira down on Sunday and was looking around for a place to pick up or drop off since I wanted to get her ashes I came across pet passages and called them they reassured me they were able to pick her up since they were around the area. Once they got to the vet the way Alan presented himself to us and asked permission to see my pet was amazing because he was giving us closure that she was going to be very well taken care off when the time was right he got her ready to transport and his exact words were “ready for a trip” just the perfect kind words to hear, their turnaround time was 72 hrs but did ended up getting her earlier than I anticipated and their presentation on the way I received my pet was outstanding, how everything was set up and they explained every detail. Do recommend this facility to anyone! 10/10 service.

I promised myself when I could I would come and thank this place for the kindness they showed during the passing of our pup, Mixson. He passed unexpectedly one early morning, and when I spoke to Alan over the phone as soon as they opened I was so grateful for his thoughtfulness in that conversation. Everything was discussed upfront, and we were able to bring Mixson in on our own and say goodbye in the viewing area they have. It was a hard morning, but both Alan and Renee (I think that was her name) were amazing and kind and the facility was wonderful. My husband and I can't imagine the hearts they must have to do this difficult work- but we are forever grateful to have them in our time of need. The location itself is a little odd at first, but inside is welcoming and calm.It is hard to write this without much emotion, but for the sake of others that might be considering cremation- Pet Passages delivered on exactly what was promised. We received a lovely velvet pouch and a nose and paw print (we ordered and received an extra). We were walked through all our options, I received an email outlining what we had asked for, and I could check in on the process every step of the way if I wanted. We really are forever grateful and will return when our other pup passes as we know we can trust them with our loved ones.

They were so kind when I needed to have my Snoop cremated. The place is beautiful and so perfect. It's an actual funeral home for your furry family, complete with private, calm and peaceful viewing rooms. Various cremation packages from simple to completely customized. Prices are affordable as well. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that I was not here for the loss of a pet. I was brought in to assist in some of the technical set up for engraving pet memorabilia. The care and thought that Rene and Allen put into how each item needs to turn out for the best memory for pet parents is astounding. Down to the millimeter of perfection. They TRULY care about you, your pet, and your memories.I also had the opportunity to tour the facility, and all I can say is wow. I have several fur babies of my own that I plan to outlive me. Should my plan fail, I know Rene and Allen will be there to help me through it and care for my best friend with respect.

I lost my sweet Autumn kitty on 9/15/2024. From the moment my mom and pulled into to their parking lot, we were met with kindness and compassion. Rene came out to our car and brought us inside when I was crying over my sweet boy. I got to spend some time saying goodbye to my sweet, sweet baby Cheeto puff in a special room. The entire experience was calming and I couldn’t asked for better service at this facility! I bawled when I received his ashes and sweet paw prints!!! Saying goodbye to a beloved fur baby is never an easy thing to do. My family and I experienced this very recently. We knew we could let our vet take care of the cremation, but we wanted something more and not so clinical for our special girl Addie Mae. From the very first call, Rene & Alan, showed such compassion and kindness to us and our baby. They are very affordable and have many beautiful options available. Alan met us at the clinic, sat with us, and even offered a moment of silence before very compassionately wrapping our baby up. We felt very comfortable entrusting her aftercare with him. Her box is absolutely beautiful with her name engraved on it. We chose a few extra items to remind us of our sweet girl as well. If you are like us, your baby is not just a 'dog', but a beloved member of your family. Rene and Alan treated her as such, and we are so thankful! They are truly angels in a time of need.

It's hard to deal with a loss of a pet but Pet Passages made it such a beautiful process. Unfortunately our family lost our dog Wookiee during the recent snow storm and we couldn't take him anywhere. In our search to find a vet that might be open we came across Pet Passages. They answered right away and went through everything with us and came out in the snow to meet us at the facility. When we arrived they took us to a beautiful calming room and allowed us to say goodbye. You can tell in every detail of the facility they want you to have a feel of calmness and peace as you say your goodbyes to your beloved family pets. The cremation process was quick and we now have his ashes in a beautiful box with his name on it and they offered a very special suprise which was having his pawprint and his nose print...it was such a sweet touch. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place and for making a tough situation slightly easier. I would recommend Pet Passage to everyone...10/10.

Our elderly cat passed away and we need to find a place to help with cremation. We found them online. The information for Services provided and prices were easy to find on their website.I called to make an appointment and they were genuinely compassionate and empathetic for your lose. We were able to go in same day.The establishment was easy to find. Once we went inside, they offered us a room where we could spend a few more moments with your pet if needed. They walked us through the process all without any pressure or sales tactics.We received a call a couple days later. Your pet's remains were ready. The package we received by far surpassed our expectations. It was a true blessing to find them in out time of need. The made the process much easier on our family. I highly recommend their services.

I want to start off by saying that Alan and Rene both are incredibly warm heartfelt people. The compassion these two have during a sad, depressing time when you have a family pet pass away is so nice to see. From the moment I brought in my Chesapeake Bay Retriever in "Scout". Alan and Rene both met me outside with a blanket to bring Scout into their building. The calm environment that they have and the comfort that they give, made my saying Good Bye to my 15 Year Old family pet a lot easier.So I want to say thank you so much for being there for me in my time of need, you both are amazing.

I can't speak highly enough of Pet Passages in Blue Ridge. They were so kind and compassionate on the phone when I called and Alan came that very morning and was so very kind. They took care of our boy so quickly and with love and care. I recommend them highly!

They are so caring and responsive to our needs. The sudden passing of our beloved Maggie left us not knowing where to turn or who to call. All other companies never answered our calls nor did they return them. Pet Passages answered the call even though it was a couple of hours before they even opened and came to pickup our precious baby not long after. They treated her respectfully and with tender loving care. They also completed all required services within a few days. Loosing a pet is always a traumatic experience and I do not look forward to the next time they are needed but Pet Passages is the only one I would even consider. Thank you very much for everything you did for us.

Staff was extremely professional and truly kind to us after the passing of our lab. Our sweet lab was loved by many and they were kind enough to separate her ashes for us to spread among the family. It was a sweet extra step that I don't believe a lot of companies would have done.

I used Pet Passages of Collin County to cremate by sweet Pacino. I had so much anxiety about the process but they kept in touch with me during every step and even allowed him to be cremated with his favorite ball. He was returned to me the next day with so much compassion and care. Its so incredibly difficult to lose a pet and I'm so thankful this brought such kind people into my life to help me get through it.

I truly have no words to express how amazing and wonderful pet passages was to paris! I lost my best friend due to cancer and he passed and knowing the peace of mind that pet passages took care of my baby i just have no words! My family and I found ourselves in the uncomfortable and heart wrenching position of having to say goodbye to our beloved Bingo. Rene and Alan were not only empathetic, caring, and thoughtful, but tremendously available for any questions or concerns we had. The kindness, thoughtfulness and care shown by Rene and Alan Blakemore at Pet Passages was beyond compare. After raising Labradors for 30 years I have never had a crematory show any care and compassion at the loss of a companion until now.Thank you both very much for everything!

Alan and Rene are the sweetest people you could ever meet, the way they greet you when you walk into their business and the peaceful well decorated office. I didn’t get the chance to use their rainbow bridge room but they do offer that! I had to put my pet Shakira down on Sunday and was looking around for a place to pick up or drop off since I wanted to get her ashes I came across pet passages and called them they reassured me they were able to pick her up since they were around the area. Once they got to the vet the way Alan presented himself to us and asked permission to see my pet was amazing because he was giving us closure that she was going to be very well taken care off when the time was right he got her ready to transport and his exact words were “ready for a trip” just the perfect kind words to hear, their turnaround time was 72 hrs but did ended up getting her earlier than I anticipated and their presentation on the way I received my pet was outstanding, how everything was set up and they explained every detail. Do recommend this facility to anyone! 10/10 service.

I promised myself when I could I would come and thank this place for the kindness they showed during the passing of our pup, Mixson. He passed unexpectedly one early morning, and when I spoke to Alan over the phone as soon as they opened I was so grateful for his thoughtfulness in that conversation. Everything was discussed upfront, and we were able to bring Mixson in on our own and say goodbye in the viewing area they have. It was a hard morning, but both Alan and Renee (I think that was her name) were amazing and kind and the facility was wonderful. My husband and I can't imagine the hearts they must have to do this difficult work- but we are forever grateful to have them in our time of need. The location itself is a little odd at first, but inside is welcoming and calm.It is hard to write this without much emotion, but for the sake of others that might be considering cremation- Pet Passages delivered on exactly what was promised. We received a lovely velvet pouch and a nose and paw print (we ordered and received an extra). We were walked through all our options, I received an email outlining what we had asked for, and I could check in on the process every step of the way if I wanted. We really are forever grateful and will return when our other pup passes as we know we can trust them with our loved ones.

They were so kind when I needed to have my Snoop cremated. The place is beautiful and so perfect. It's an actual funeral home for your furry family, complete with private, calm and peaceful viewing rooms. Various cremation packages from simple to completely customized. Prices are affordable as well. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that I was not here for the loss of a pet. I was brought in to assist in some of the technical set up for engraving pet memorabilia. The care and thought that Rene and Allen put into how each item needs to turn out for the best memory for pet parents is astounding. Down to the millimeter of perfection. They TRULY care about you, your pet, and your memories.I also had the opportunity to tour the facility, and all I can say is wow. I have several fur babies of my own that I plan to outlive me. Should my plan fail, I know Rene and Allen will be there to help me through it and care for my best friend with respect.

I lost my sweet Autumn kitty on 9/15/2024. From the moment my mom and pulled into to their parking lot, we were met with kindness and compassion. Rene came out to our car and brought us inside when I was crying over my sweet boy. I got to spend some time saying goodbye to my sweet, sweet baby Cheeto puff in a special room. The entire experience was calming and I couldn’t asked for better service at this facility! I bawled when I received his ashes and sweet paw prints!!! I highly recommend pet passages who are grieving over the loss of a furry family member! Rene and Alan, thank you so much!

Saying goodbye to a beloved fur baby is never an easy thing to do. My family and I experienced this very recently. We knew we could let our vet take care of the cremation, but we wanted something more and not so clinical for our special girl Addie Mae. From the very first call, Rene & Alan, showed such compassion and kindness to us and our baby. They are very affordable and have many beautiful options available. Alan met us at the clinic, sat with us, and even offered a moment of silence before very compassionately wrapping our baby up. We felt very comfortable entrusting her aftercare with him. Her box is absolutely beautiful with her name engraved on it. We chose a few extra items to remind us of our sweet girl as well. If you are like us, your baby is not just a 'dog', but a beloved member of your family. Rene and Alan treated her as such, and we are so thankful! They are truly angels in a time of need.

It's hard to deal with a loss of a pet but Pet Passages made it such a beautiful process. Unfortunately our family lost our dog Wookiee during the recent snow storm and we couldn't take him anywhere. In our search to find a vet that might be open we came across Pet Passages. They answered right away and went through everything with us and came out in the snow to meet us at the facility. When we arrived they took us to a beautiful calming room and allowed us to say goodbye. You can tell in every detail of the facility they want you to have a feel of calmness and peace as you say your goodbyes to your beloved family pets. The cremation process was quick and we now have his ashes in a beautiful box with his name on it and they offered a very special suprise which was having his pawprint and his nose print...it was such a sweet touch. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place and for making a tough situation slightly easier. I would recommend Pet Passage to everyone...10/10.

The facility itself exudes comfort, and the viewing room was nicely prepared for us to view. Our elderly cat passed away and we need to find a place to help with cremation. We found them online. The information for Services provided and prices were easy to find on their website.I called to make an appointment and they were genuinely compassionate and empathetic for your lose. We were able to go in same day.The establishment was easy to find. Once we went inside, they offered us a room where we could spend a few more moments with your pet if needed. They walked us through the process all without any pressure or sales tactics.We received a call a couple days later. Your pet's remains were ready. The package we received by far surpassed our expectations. It was a true blessing to find them in out time of need. The made the process much easier on our family. I highly recommend their services.

I want to start off by saying that Alan and Rene both are incredibly warm heartfelt people. The compassion these two have during a sad, depressing time when you have a family pet pass away is so nice to see. From the moment I brought in my Chesapeake Bay Retriever in "Scout". Alan and Rene both met me outside with a blanket to bring Scout into their building. The calm environment that they have and the comfort that they give, made my saying Good Bye to my 15 Year Old family pet a lot easier.So I want to say thank you so much for being there for me in my time of need, you both are amazing.
