Please come here over going to your vet. it is so much more of a personal experience and I know that putting your baby to rest shouldn’t have a price tag on it, but they are so affordable and reasonable. They were so amazing they have amazing jewelry that you can put your baby in. I found this beautiful piece of jewelry that they offered for me and my sisters and all of my family so we can all have a piece of her and they’ve just do a beautiful beautiful beautiful job. We were so lucky to have found them because we were gonna go another method Like going through our vet and after finding them we felt so comfortable. they’re 24 hours and so they always answer your calls and we got our baby back in less than three days my vet said that I wouldn’t have my dog back for over two weeks. They also give you a certificate which is a nice add-on. They do a phenomenal job here I cannot rave about this place enough and for this to be my baby’s last spot on earth. I’m happy that she went here. Also when I’m referring to baby, I mean my fur baby. 5 STARS

My husband and I can’t thank yall enough over at Four Paws Pet cremation for making this process go so smoothly. 5 stars hands down. Brandon came to our house and waited for an extended period of time due to the mobile Vet running behind trying to get through traffic to get to our house. Then he waited some more (waited almost a hour and a half total) to allow us to spend our last moments with her as we said our goodbyes one last time. He was so kind, thoughtful and patient with us and I can not thank him enough. He also had her back to us in a day and a half. We had a clay paw print made and she was placed in a beautiful wooden box. I’m so glad we have her home again with us. Blessed to have a coworker who runs this business. I will always recommend Four paws Cremation for anyone needing something special for their fur babies.. Thank you all at Four Paws! ❤️

It's has been a little over a month since I brought my pet (Rosalie) in, her passing was very unexpected so I was very glad I was able to bring her somewhere that would be taking care of her. I brought her in right before a hurricane beryl, and I was a little worried, but I had nothing to worry about, the moment I dropped her off, I felt the weight off my shoulder. I got the works for her, and we were so happy with it. I would 100% recommend them 🩷 (still need to print out her pic)

Michael and Brandon are absolutely the best people. They are so caring and compassionate. They did a great job with our little Mazie. Their professionalism is beyond compare. They not only met but exceeded our expectations. At pick up, Michael was so caring as if he was going through the grieving with us. Yesterday our pet Guinea pig Oliver crossed the rainbow bridge :( my poor daughter was devastated as were we all. After searching for somewhere to get him cremated we finally decided on Four Paws. It was an hour and 20 minutes from where we live but the reviews were all so great so we chose to make the drive. And it was worth it! Brandon was amazing and so compassionate. He stayed open later for us to get there. He allowed my daughter to sit with Oliver for as long as she needed and he didn’t rush her at all. He let her pick out his urn and the ribbon to go on his clay footprints. Because we lived over an hour away and getting back for pickup during the week would have been rough, he was able to rush it so we could pick Oliver up this morning. The small details and little extras that were included brought us all to tears again. We received Oliver in the small blue box urn that my daughter picked, a clay heart with his footprints and blue bow, a certificate of cremation, a card with a touching poem, and the sweetest remembrance seed for my daughter to plant in memory of Oliver. I am so thankful to have found Brandon and Four Paws. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of cremation services. Thank you so much Brandon and Four Paws, we are forever grateful.

This company is nothing but the best! They answered every phone call and text within minutes. My baby was laid to rest very unexpectedly and Brandon made arrangements to pick her up within hours of her being laid to rest. I can’t thank him enough for this wonderful work and getting our baby home so fast ❤️ please use this company for all of your pet cremation needs. They do more than just dogs and cats! They show a lot of love and compassion for what they do. I never felt rushed or judged. The front office is clean and organized to ensure you get your baby back as soon as possible.

I'm so sorry if you are having to find this kind of business, I'm sorry for your loss, but be glad you picked this place. Not only are they super kind and empathetic when they come pick up your sweet fur baby, but the presentation of getting that fur Baby back is hands-down the best I've ever seen. We picked ashes returned lock of fur and a paw print and they went above and beyond. The lock of fur is in an adorable glass jar with charms the wood box that we received with the nameplate is beautiful and classic looking. The paw print has an adorable pink bow on it, everything in the bag was really sweet and comforting. I picked them because they were close I forgot to even look at reviews, (being sad and tearful) but I feel as though God stepped in and helped guide me to this place and I'm truly thankful. The gentleman that was there to give me my baby back was super kind and went over everything with me I'm so thankful that I chose this place.

Our Duke made it back home to us so quick it almost surprised us because we are used to waiting weeks if not MONTHS for the vet to get ashes back. We used Four Paws Pet Cremation Services time and are forever grateful for their devotion to this line of work. The love and care they put into it all is incredible. They drove all the way to our home in Crosby, TX late Friday evening to pick him up after we put him to sleep, gave our kids a chance to say final goodbyes and send their pictures/letters with him, and had him cremated and drove him back to us by Sunday evening. The box holding his ashes is absolutely gorgeous, and we even got his paw print and a bottle of his fur along with a certificate, a prayer, and some seeds to plant. I will forever use Four Paws when we lose a pet. Absolutely amazing in every way. Thank you again!!!

Their business card says it perfectly “It’s better to know us and not need us than to need us and not know us”. So if you’re in the same position as my family was, googling and looking for someplace to take your baby after they’ve crossed the rainbow bridge, look no further than Four Paws. Their staff are absolutely amazing, sincere and helped us get through this process as simple as possible. So glad we left our Bella girl in such caring hands. Upon arriving to their location we were greeted at the car and assisted with pulling our baby girl out. Afterwards he showed us the many options they offered from custom urns to remembrance jewelry and so much more. We chose our options, he answered our questions and our girl was back home to us very quickly. Highly recommend their services!

Brandon and his wife are absolutely amazing. Our (my brothers and I) sweet Bella lost her fight with cancer. We were devastated. Four Paws made the experience so much easier. First off they offer 24/7 service and are so compassionate. I chose them because of all the wonderful reviews and it was worth it. There was no pressure or upsale from them. The prices were very modest with the products being outstanding. My brothers and I each got our own urn, three in total, three necklaces, and a paw print. Brandon understands what our pets mean to us and treated our baby girl as if she was his own. They handled talking with the clinic, pick up, cremation and delivery. Brandon personally delivered Bella to us in our own home. He kept us updated through texts and calls. My brothers and I are so very grateful to have found Brandon and his wonderful service. Thank you so much Brandon, and your wife too! Thank you for taking care of our sweet girl Bella with dignity and respect. Bella was very much loved and will be missed tremendously. She loved sunbathing and playing with her friends. Bella had the send off she deserved.

Our dog Mel(Portuguese for Honey), unexpectedly lost her battle with health problems on a Friday night, watching movies with the family. She was an angel who helped put an old soldier back together after a long war. We all melted emotionally, I didn't know what to do. But Four Paws did. They took care of everything with such compassion and treated her with honor as they made the late night drive to our home for her. Every interaction with them has been amazing, professional and compassionate beyond compare. My family and I will be forever grateful for Four Paws helping us hold it together and get past the worst.

We picked up Brantley’s ashes today. The people at 4 Paws Pet Cremation in Bacliff are the best. They are very caring people and helped make a sad time very comforting. They picked him up from our home on Sunday. and were very professional. When we went to pick him up Brandon was very compassionate and talked with us for a bit. Brantley was my daughter’s baby. They gave Mandy a seed to plant a wildflower for Brantley and a certificate and a prayer card. His paw print and box are beautiful. We miss you BOG. Watch over Mandy she really misses you.

My cat Louie passed away suddenly during a holiday weekend. I’ve never been in a situation where a pet has died in my home and I live alone. Being too afraid to pick him up as his body was hidden under the dining table, I required someone to pick him up from my home. I called around and many places were unavailable. Four Paws came within 40 minutes to Upper Kirby and picked my baby up. They were very respectful and kind. I have another cat and a dog. Inevitably, they will one day pass…Four Paws will be the place that I trust.

Our baby girl Breeze crossed the rainbow bridge Sat. March 19. We were blessed to have her for 11 great years until cancer took her from us. I was having a very hard time with these difficult decisions looming and from the moment I contacted Brandon, he was so compassionate and understanding. With it being after hours I was worried about what we would do; he made it clear he would accommodate our needs whatever they may be and whatever time day or night. If you’re looking for a cremation place for your beloved best bud then I highly recommend you come to four paws cremation service. Brandon was extremely professional, very understanding and kind about our situation and our grief. He made every very easy to understand and got our wonderful baby Darlene of 15 years back to us super quick. I’ve used another cremation service, but this place goes far and beyond for u. They have multiple options so that way your baby will look its best once they come back to you with boxes, urns and engraving’s to saved paws prints there is definitely something for everyone!!! I will 100% be coming back for any future cremations and I 100% recommend them to anybody who is looking for a pet cremation service!!!

I came here when I needed to cremate my Great Dane Thomas. They took care of my precious baby. They made me feel comfortable and comforted me in my sad moments. They brought him back out one last time so that I could say my final goodbye. The box his ashes were laid in was beautiful.We also opted to get his paw print in clay. They also provided a certificate of authenticity. There’s even have an option to get a lock of fur from your baby! They provided some comforting words and made me feel that my baby would be taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this for their fur baby. Top level care and compassion. Would give them 10 stars if I could 😊

Our puppy wall-e passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I called and the spoke with Brandon and he was very nice. I was shocked that they treated wall-e just like a person. Brandon came to the house and picked wall-e up. My wife and I both rr hives text updated about what was going on each stepOf the way. Brandon returned the ashes back to us himself at our home. Wall-e was ashes were in a nice box with a death certificate and a paw print. The death of a family was hard but my wife and I were both very pleased and happy with 4 paws service. They took bather care of a dog than most crematories take care of a human. I hope I don’t needs their services again but when My other pets pass I will be giving them a call.

Four Paws did an amazing job with my late furbaby Casper! He would've been 13 on August 30th, I had rescued him as an 8-9 week old kitten in 2011. Sadly on 4/24 we had to end his suffering from a medical condition, I just got his ashes today along with a beautiful container filled with some of his fur. I'm so grateful to the staff at Four Paws for their swift and dignified handling of his Earthly remains!

After 9 years with her we had to put our cat Rosie to sleep for health issues. I got in touch with Four Paws to have everything ready for the time to come. When we went to the vet with Rosie for the last time, the vet said they had already called with arrangements. Here we are 48 hours later and we already have our Rosie home. Brandon and his team were amazing and I highly recommend them. They were caring and professional with every step.

There are not enough words to express the amount of gratitude we feel for Brandon and everyone at Four Paws. We lost our 17 month old fur baby suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday afternoon. One phone call and Brandon was on his way to our home to pick up our sweet Rooster. The compassion, concern and care that they have at Four Paws is beyond words. We were updated every step of the way, as promised and Rooster was back home with us today, Tuesday evening. We stood with him and look at his lock of hair beautifully encased in a glass jar, his perfect footprint forever cast in plaster, this incredible wood urn with his name perfectly placed in the center and we just sobbed together. As painful as this is, Brandon and Four Paws made it a process that we will always treasure because of their compassion. If anyone ever experiences the loss of a pet, I highly suggest using Four Paws. They are absolutely incredible people.

I was held with the responsibility to look for a cremation service to take in our 14 year old Chihuahua, Bombón after he passed away recently. I came across Four Paws and decided to call them because they seemed very promising. My family and I are very satisfied with the way Mr. Brandon and his team took care of us and our Bombón. I went ahead and recommended Four Paws to my friends, hoping they won’t have to worry about finding an amazing service alike this one when it’s their turn. We had 11 awesome years with our most special and interesting dog, The Bruce. He was a friend to everyone and a valued member of our family. Brandon and his team were absolutely amazing. This is our first time considering pet Cremation and we're glad we did. Brandon and team came to our home in the middle of the night with very little notice and took care of our Bruce with absolute respect. We knew this would be a hard loss when we found out he was sick many months ago, but Four Paws really took a lot of the hard part off our plate and made the grieving process much more manageable. We felt relieved when we witnessed their respect for The Bruce. We quickly received our Bruce back in a beautiful wooden box along with a very nice paw print and beautiful documentation. Seriously, thank you Brandon and the rest of the Four Paws team for making this tough time in our lives a bit easier.

We appreciate the courtesy and professionalism by the staff over at Four Paws. They were above and beyond of whatever we could expect.I first spoke with MJ and she was great, being that the situation to call and speak is hard as a pet owner. She was very thorough on the details and options. As promised once we hung up the phone, I got the follow up text for the link to fill out the online form. I filled out the form and then had a quick follow up by Brandon.We decided to go with their pick up service. They were able to come the same day or when we were ready. Brandon arrived to our home. He was very polite light on words, which was great since it’s a hard situation losing a family pet especially with attachment from the family especially the children. He handled our pet with extreme care. It was amazing the level of service I had gotten up to this point. Also I spoke with Brandon about getting the nameplate during the pickup and rest assured it would get done. Even though it wasn’t originally submitted on the online form. Then as next steps were occurring we got follow up text along the way. Very kind for this type of communication. Helps the process in grieving for your family pet, knowing they are in good hands.We had made some additional last minute changes and they were able to adjust those additional changes even though the online form had already been submitted and we had made a verbal change on pickup.As our pet was transitioning, we were contacted by Brandon. We then requested another change from the original online form plus the verbal change on pickup. We decided on the drop off service. Since my wife and children were probably not ready to go and do a pick up at their location. We are so glad we did. Brandon once again handled the return of our pet in such amazing handling and care. Upon arrival, Brandon, explained the certificate then proceed to present the rest of the items, along with our pet.I cannot say enough of Four Paws and their professionalism and respectful care with the way they handle the process from the beginning to end. I am so glad we chose them. I highly recommend them for the service they provide and the level of care with a family pet.Highly recommend Four Paws!!!Thank you MJ and Brandon for everything.

If I could give this place 100 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough to express the gratitude my family and I feel towards Brandon and his company.If you are reading this, you are probably looking for a way to honor your pet because they have taken their last breath here on earth.Look no further. You have found the best able hands.Just 3 days ago, we found ourselves grieving the loss of our dog, of 12 years, Goose.We searched the internet high and low and came across Four Paws. They sympathized with us, and assured us that they would come and take the utmost care of our pet. A few hours later, Mr. Brandon showed up, greeted us, paid his respects, and explained the process. He assured us he would be in communication with us every step of the way.Less than 3 days later, he was in our driveway with our Goose, and a few trinkets of memorabilia. What a wonderful man and company.If you ever find yourself in this difficult situation, I hope you call Mr. Brando from Four Paws. You will NOT be disappointed.

My dog, Pocky passed away on Thursday after his battle with cancer. I immediately called Laps of Love to see if I could bring him in for a cremation. Laps of Love recommended that I google search "pet cremation" in my area.So, I did that and found Four Paws Pet Cremation of Houston. To my surprise, they were in my neck of the woods just 30 minutes away. I immediately called them and was told that they were open 24 hours and to bring my dog in to be cremated (as he passed away in the yard that same day).I was told to fill out a form via a link to be sent to my phone, but I don't have a smartphone so therefore I couldn't do that. I asked if I could fill out a form in person and was told that I could.So, we placed my dog in a padded box to make sure his body was comfortable to transport to Four Paws. When we arrived, their front door was locked, with their vehicles out front. I didn't understand why the door was locked on a 24-hour establishment, so I knocked on the door. I was greeted by an elderly man with glasses. He greeted me with a smile and told me to retrieve Pocky from the vehicle.The waiting area was very small with two chairs to sit on. My whole family came to see Pocky off as he has been in our family for 15 years. Pocky lived to be 15 years old. I had him since he was a puppy.The elderly man gave me a paper form to fill out. I filled it out and requested a paw print with a special urn, but decided against the special urn as the complimentary box was a nice option. The elderly man kept asking if I wanted private. He asked me three times back to back at which I told him yes each time. My sister and I even discussed with him that we wanted a paw print and he agreed to make us one. He said that it was popular.However, when I went to retrieve Pocky's remains. I walked into the establishment and the elderly man was there again. He remembered my dog's name and we joked about his age as he wanted me to guess. He asked me again, "Did you want private remains?" Even after the fact. However, I did not see the paw print that I requested originally.I asked him, "Where's the paw print?" The elderly man said, "You didn't order one". I told him, "Yes, I did. I checked the box on the paper form." My sibling came into the establishment and agreed that we requested one.So, the elderly man walked to the back of the establishment puzzled. I guess he was trying to search for one. Then, he came back to the front and was looking through his sketch pad. He said, "Oh, I didn't write down that you requested one". I said, "Well, you can see on the paper form that I did." So, he found the paper form. He is analyzing the form and looking directly at the form, he says again, "You did not check the box."I said, yes I did. So, low and behold, he sees that I marked an "x" to a paw print. He admits that I did request a paw print and he appeared to be disappointed. That's when the owner, Brandon walks in. The elderly man tells him his mistake. Brandon appeared to be more apologetic than the elderly man! Brandon tried to make things right by offering a refund or even a necklace. I was already disappointed since I trusted them through this process.Brandon refunded me $30 in cash and apologized for the elderly man's mistake. He said that he wouldn't just give me any ol' paw print which I appreciate, but at the same time, it sucks that Four Paws did not honor what I requested.To anyone considering Four Paws to avoid what I went through, please bring with you a yellow highlighter when filling out the paper forms if the elderly man is at the reception. Mark and even circle what you are requesting. This business would be 1000X better if they didn't have the elderly guy working the reception.Absolute disappointment and a letdown. I won't be recommending this business to anyone and will not return in the future.

Our longtime companion Suga went to doggie heaven on January 20th. We were blessed to have her for 17 years and 3 month. She was the most loving dog. She gave us love, she never questioned or judged us. All she did was love us unconditionally. We gave her the same love back in return. Congestive heart failure took her from us, and left us empty. That’s where Brandon and his team came in for us. We received her ashes in no time. It was like she never left. The young man Brandon sent to deliver Suga’s ashes was very sympathetic to us. Our dog Mel(Portuguese for Honey), unexpectedly lost her battle with health problems on a Friday night, watching movies with the family. She was an angel who helped put an old soldier back together after a long war. We all melted emotionally, I didn't know what to do. But Four Paws did. My cat Louie passed away suddenly during a holiday weekend. I’ve never been in a situation where a pet has died in my home and I live alone. Our baby girl Breeze crossed the rainbow bridge Sat. March 19. We were blessed to have her for 11 great years until cancer took her from us. Brandon was extremely professional, very understanding and kind about our situation and our grief. I came here when I needed to cremate my Great Dane Thomas. They took care of my precious baby. They made me feel comfortable and comforted me in my sad moments. They brought him back out one last time so that I could say my final goodbye. The box his ashes were laid in was beautiful.We also opted to get his paw print in clay. They also provided a certificate of authenticity. There’s even have an option to get a lock of fur from your baby! They provided some comforting words and made me feel that my baby would be taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this for their fur baby. Top level care and compassion. Our puppy wall-e passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I called and the spoke with Brandon and he was very nice. I was shocked that they treated wall-e just like a person. Brandon came to the house and picked wall-e up. My wife and I both rr hives text updated about what was going on each stepOf the way. Brandon returned the ashes back to us himself at our home. Wall-e was ashes were in a nice box with a death certificate and a paw print. The death of a family was hard but my wife and I were both very pleased and happy with 4 paws service. Very caring and accommodating, we were late to drop off and pick up due to how crazy things had been from losing our fur baby and they were very understanding about it. It only took them about a day or 2 before we could pick up which was really nice. Very compassionate people. It is heartbreaking to loose a fur baby, especially one that has been part a family for a long time. When my cat passed away I called them the lady was so sweet, and they stayed late so that I could bring my kitty in. The gentleman that helped us was caring and took the time to answer our questions. When I got the message to pick up my kitty, the other gentleman was so wonderful and showed me my baby cat in her urn. There are not enough words to express the amount of gratitude we feel for Brandon and everyone at Four Paws. We lost our 17 month old fur baby suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday afternoon. One phone call and Brandon was on his way to our home to pick up our sweet Rooster. The compassion, concern and care that they have at Four Paws is beyond words. We were updated every step of the way, as promised and Rooster was back home with us today, Tuesday evening. We stood with him and look at his lock of hair beautifully encased in a glass jar, his perfect footprint forever cast in plaster, this incredible wood urn with his name perfectly placed in the center and we just sobbed together. As painful as this is, Brandon and Four Paws made it a process that we will always treasure because of their compassion. I was held with the responsibility to look for a cremation service to take in our 14 year old Chihuahua, Bombón after he passed away recently. We had 11 awesome years with our most special and interesting dog, The Bruce. He was a friend to everyone and a valued member of our family. Brandon and his team were absolutely amazing. This is our first time considering pet Cremation and we're glad we did. Brandon and team came to our home in the middle of the night with very little notice and took care of our Bruce with absolute respect. We knew this would be a hard loss when we found out he was sick many months ago, but Four Paws really took a lot of the hard part off our plate and made the grieving process much more manageable. We appreciate the courtesy and professionalism by the staff over at Four Paws. They were above and beyond of whatever we could expect.I first spoke with MJ and she was great, being that the situation to call and speak is hard as a pet owner. She was very thorough on the details and options. As promised once we hung up the phone, I got the follow up text for the link to fill out the online form. I filled out the form and then had a quick follow up by Brandon.We decided to go with their pick up service. They were able to come the same day or when we were ready. Brandon arrived to our home. He was very polite light on words, which was great since it’s a hard situation losing a family pet especially with attachment from the family especially the children. He handled our pet with extreme care. It was amazing the level of service I had gotten up to this point. Also I spoke with Brandon about getting the nameplate during the pickup and rest assured it would get done. Even though it wasn’t originally submitted on the online form. Then as next steps were occurring we got follow up text along the way. Very kind for this type of communication. Helps the process in grieving for your family pet, knowing they are in good hands.We had made some additional last minute changes and they were able to adjust those additional changes even though the online form had already been submitted and we had made a verbal change on pickup.As our pet was transitioning, we were contacted by Brandon. We then requested another change from the original online form plus the verbal change on pickup. We decided on the drop off service. Since my wife and children were probably not ready to go and do a pick up at their location. We are so glad we did. Brandon once again handled the return of our pet in such amazing handling and care. Upon arrival, Brandon, explained the certificate then proceed to present the rest of the items, along with our pet.I cannot say enough of Four Paws and their professionalism and respectful care with the way they handle the process from the beginning to end. You have found the best able hands.Just 3 days ago, we found ourselves grieving the loss of our dog, of 12 years, Goose.We searched the internet high and low and came across Four Paws. They sympathized with us, and assured us that they would come and take the utmost care of our pet. A few hours later, Mr. Brandon showed up, greeted us, paid his respects, and explained the process. He assured us he would be in communication with us every step of the way.Less than 3 days later, he was in our driveway with our Goose, and a few trinkets of memorabilia. My dog, Pocky passed away on Thursday after his battle with cancer. I immediately called Laps of Love to see if I could bring him in for a cremation. Laps of Love recommended that I google search "pet cremation" in my area.So, I did that and found Four Paws Pet Cremation of Houston. To my surprise, they were in my neck of the woods just 30 minutes away. I immediately called them and was told that they were open 24 hours and to bring my dog in to be cremated (as he passed away in the yard that same day).I was told to fill out a form via a link to be sent to my phone, but I don't have a smartphone so therefore I couldn't do that. I asked if I could fill out a form in person and was told that I could.So, we placed my dog in a padded box to make sure his body was comfortable to transport to Four Paws. When we arrived, their front door was locked, with their vehicles out front. I didn't understand why the door was locked on a 24-hour establishment, so I knocked on the door. I was greeted by an elderly man with glasses. He greeted me with a smile and told me to retrieve Pocky from the vehicle.The waiting area was very small with two chairs to sit on. My whole family came to see Pocky off as he has been in our family for 15 years. Pocky lived to be 15 years old. I had him since he was a puppy.The elderly man gave me a paper form to fill out. I filled it out and requested a paw print with a special urn, but decided against the special urn as the complimentary box was a nice option. The elderly man kept asking if I wanted private. He asked me three times back to back at which I told him yes each time. My sister and I even discussed with him that we wanted a paw print and he agreed to make us one. It's hard enough when your dog passes away. It feels just as hard to figure out what to do next. Four paws helped my family to have some peace of mind by coming all the way to our house in the middle of the night to pick up our little buddy at a moments notice. They were very professional and considerate. They took care of everything beginning to end and all I had to do was come pick up my little friend after they were done with the cremation. We were able to just focus on mourning and moving on. I also appreciate the extra mile with how they boxed the remains and how they even included a flower seed to plant in our dog's memory.

It is hard to wake up and find that your beloved pet dog who has been part of your life for 15 years, has died. Now what do I do with her body?After a few minutes of internet research, I came across Four Paws Cremation services, which was located in Bacliff, about 15 minutes from me. I called the phone number and got a woman on the phone, who told me I needed to fill out an online form and get a reservation. I filled out the online form, thinking I could probably find a different company. Within 45 minutes, I got a call back from the lady, asking if I could be there within the next 1/2 hour. I have chosen to do the delivery, instead of pickup on the form. I arrived at their Baytown location within about 20 minutes and there was the nicest gentleman there to greet me and take my dog. He was compassionate and so understanding. It had been less than 2 hours since I discovered her dead. I ordered the paw print. Several days later they called me and said her paw print was ready. Again, that same gentleman was there and once again, offered his condolences.If you are in a situation similar to mine, I would highly recommend you use Four Paws. Yes, you do have to fill out the form and get the appointment, if you are dropping off, but Four Paws is on top of it. They advertise that they are available 24/7, which explains their whole process and it makes sense.Thank you Four Paws for your compassion, efficiency, and professionalism. I really hope not to need your services again for a long time, but I will recommend you to friends that may need you!

I normally wouldn't write a review but four paws pet cremation took care of me and my Zoey when I needed help the most. Arrived at my home early on a Sunday morning and picked Zoey up. Our poor baby Wingwing passed away early this morning. We were full of sadness and pain and did not know what to do. We decided we wanted to cremate him. We searched for pet cremation services, and after reading the reviews we decided to go with Four Paws Pet Cremation Service and we’re so glad that we did.We wanted Wingwing cremated as soon as possible so that we can spread his ashes in the ocean. Amazing Customer service! We unexpectedly lost one of our babies and were searching for someone who was 24/7 and also cremated exotics. We found Four Paws and immediately called to see when they could fit us in. Thankfully it was same day! Very caring and accommodating, we were late to drop off and pick up due to how crazy things had been from losing our fur baby and they were very understanding about it. It only took them about a day or 2 before we could pick up which was really nice. Very compassionate people. It is heartbreaking to loose a fur baby, especially one that has been part a family for a long time. When my cat passed away I called them the lady was so sweet, and they stayed late so that I could bring my kitty in. The gentleman that helped us was caring and took the time to answer our questions. When I got the message to pick up my kitty, the other gentleman was so wonderful and showed me my baby cat in her urn. Would definitely use again although I would hope not too. My sons small poodle mix tragically passed unexpectedly. I don't recall exactly but I think we found them on google and called based in the good reviews. Best choice I made that night as they were amazing. They took our small doggy and the man treated his little body with so much care and were so compassionate to us. I called several times and the lady on the phone was so patient with all my questions and having to get back to her bc my son wanted a paw print, a necklace etc. They delivered everything when they said they would. It's hard enough when your dog passes away. It feels just as hard to figure out what to do next. Four paws helped my family to have some peace of mind by coming all the way to our house in the middle of the night to pick up our little buddy at a moments notice. They were very professional and considerate. They took care of everything beginning to end and all I had to do was come pick up my little friend after they were done with the cremation. We were able to just focus on mourning and moving on. I also appreciate the extra mile with how they boxed the remains and how they even included a flower seed to plant in our dog's memory.

It is hard to wake up and find that your beloved pet dog who has been part of your life for 15 years, has died. Now what do I do with her body?After a few minutes of internet research, I came across Four Paws Cremation services, which was located in Bacliff, about 15 minutes from me. I called the phone number and got a woman on the phone, who told me I needed to fill out an online form and get a reservation. I filled out the online form, thinking I could probably find a different company. Within 45 minutes, I got a call back from the lady, asking if I could be there within the next 1/2 hour. I have chosen to do the delivery, instead of pickup on the form. I arrived at their Baytown location within about 20 minutes and there was the nicest gentleman there to greet me and take my dog. He was compassionate and so understanding. It had been less than 2 hours since I discovered her dead. I ordered the paw print. Several days later they called me and said her paw print was ready. Again, that same gentleman was there and once again, offered his condolences.If you are in a situation similar to mine, I would highly recommend you use Four Paws. Yes, you do have to fill out the form and get the appointment, if you are dropping off, but Four Paws is on top of it. They advertise that they are available 24/7, which explains their whole process and it makes sense.Thank you Four Paws for your compassion, efficiency, and professionalism. I really hope not to need your services again for a long time, but I will recommend you to friends that may need you!

I normally wouldn't write a review but four paws pet cremation took care of me and my Zoey when I needed help the most. Arrived at my home early on a Sunday morning and picked Zoey up. Our poor baby Wingwing passed away early this morning. We were full of sadness and pain and did not know what to do. We decided we wanted to cremate him. We searched for pet cremation services, and after reading the reviews we decided to go with Four Paws Pet Cremation Service and we’re so glad that we did.We wanted Wingwing cremated as soon as possible so that we can spread his ashes in the ocean. Amazing Customer service! We unexpectedly lost one of our babies and were searching for someone who was 24/7 and also cremated exotics. We found Four Paws and immediately called to see when they could fit us in. Thankfully it was same day! We drove over an hour away to meet up with Brandon and he was SUPER professional and awesome to talk to in general! I had to make the toughest decision and put my 13.5 year old Boxer to sleep. I called and Mr. Brandon was very empathetic and made the hard process easier by letting me fill the form out in advance. Just picked up my sweet little dog’s remains and immediately wanted to write a review for Brandon and Four Paws once I got home. My dog was my best friend for 12 years, and losing her more suddenly than I expected was heartbreaking. She was so full of life and I wanted to make sure I had keepsakes of her, including her ashes. First of all, not every place will cremate remains with additional items, and I was able to do this with Brandon. Her body was cremated with her favorite toy, tennis ball, ribbon with sunflower around her neck, and wrapped in her towel. Brandon remembered ALL these details and made sure I knew she had these items with her. He even took the time to describe the sunflower attached around her ribbon. I made a special request to have a nose print, and he gladly accommodated. Not to mention, the print still had the ink from her nose at the ER, so there’s no denying it’s her’s. I’m so glad I got this, I always touched her “little nose.” Finally, I wanted an additional set of my keepsakes for my mom, who watched my baby in her final years. This was not a problem at all for Brandon.Please don’t go anywhere else. Brandon is a caring person and will make sure your baby is taken care of when already in a hard situation. I felt I was a bother by constantly making sure he had all the details, but he listened to everything and makes sure you feel heard and cared for. We were heartbroken when our Sweet little Tink passed suddenly during Christmas holiday. I called Four Paws and spoke to Brandon and he was so kind and compassionate and didn’t hesitate to say….we will come pick up your baby and bring her back Home after cremation. I contacted four paws after my dog was put down. Lech was his name. That dog and I shared 16 yrs of his life together. To say I was in morning is a fair statement. Brandon and his staff were kind and very patient. The pick up and drop-off service they have is amazing. The urn was amazing. Name plate is just right and paw print really helped me hold on to what I have left of my man. I also had a blanket that I wanted returned. It was his and smelled of him. They did that. When I dropped my sweet 15 year old baby off I asked for a few special things, which I was told would be no problem. One of those requests didn’t happen which was devastating. I was also told there would be communication between Brandon and myself all along the process, which didn’t happen. Unfortunately these mistakes made by Four Paws can’t be changed or fixed. It’s bad enough when you lose you baby then add the disappointment of things being done incorrectly. You only get to lay your Fur Babies to rest once and you can’t re-do it. This definitely doesn’t help the grieving process. Very unhappy.

I am so grateful to Four Paws. They were so compassionate when I lost my Catherine, eldest cat last weekend. Very respectful and sympathetic. They picked her up at my apartment and were so gentle and caring. They kept me informed through text messages and were so thoughtful.The small box urn is so beautiful and intricate. I am very thankful for these wonderful and caring people. My baby passed away in the middle of the night, and they were available to help me take care of his final arrangements at 2:30 AM. They kept their word and immediately notified me when he was in transition and when everything was completed. He was placed in a beautifully carved wooden urn that comes with the service. His name was engraved on a plate securely attached to the urn. The details really do matter to them and I believe that demonstrates genuine compassion and care, so it's not just a job or a process to them. The owner's wife was very comforting in this difficult time, and even surprised me with a paw print of my baby. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who suffers the loss of a beloved pet.

We had to put our dog down after 12 years and the events of that day are kind of a blur. The memories I have are my family and I gathering around our sweet boy saying goodbye, watching the pain disappear from his eyes as it found it’s way deep in our hearts. Working on the road has many challenges. When my 16 year-old chihuahua passed in the middle of the night, I googled pet cremations and found Four Paws. I called around 3 am and the lady that answered the phone was pleasant and understanding. I was so distraught. I wasn't even sure of what town I was in. I was also concerned because I had to leave town in 3 days.They came and got my dog and took care of everything. Last week, we had to say goodbye to our funny little fellow, Mr. BoBo. He was the runt of a litter of 4 boys to a young stray girl that just showed up one day in 2008. He lived a very full and adventurous 13.5 years and outlived all his siblings, even though he had FIV for over half his life. I was overwhelmed by the loss of my mother and then shortly after, the loss of my golden retriever Daisy. I had used other services for pets but the cost was so high and I had to drive them to the other side of Houston to drop off and pick which was so upsetting. When I found Fourpaws. I had to make the toughest decision and put my 13.5 year old Boxer to sleep. I called and Mr. Brandon was very empathetic and made the hard process easier by letting me fill the form out in advance. Just picked up my sweet little dog’s remains and immediately wanted to write a review for Brandon and Four Paws once I got home. My dog was my best friend for 12 years, and losing her more suddenly than I expected was heartbreaking. She was so full of life and I wanted to make sure I had keepsakes of her, including her ashes. First of all, not every place will cremate remains with additional items, and I was able to do this with Brandon. Her body was cremated with her favorite toy, tennis ball, ribbon with sunflower around her neck, and wrapped in her towel. Brandon remembered ALL these details and made sure I knew she had these items with her. He even took the time to describe the sunflower attached around her ribbon. I made a special request to have a nose print, and he gladly accommodated. Not to mention, the print still had the ink from her nose at the ER, so there’s no denying it’s her’s. I’m so glad I got this, I always touched her “little nose.” Finally, I wanted an additional set of my keepsakes for my mom, who watched my baby in her final years. This was not a problem at all for Brandon.Please don’t go anywhere else. Brandon is a caring person and will make sure your baby is taken care of when already in a hard situation. I felt I was a bother by constantly making sure he had all the details, but he listened to everything and makes sure you feel heard and cared for. 10/10 recommend these guys, so caring, so sweet and always have a smile on their face. Took my boy dopey in to get cremated they told me 2-5 days a day later they called and told me he was ready. Highly recommend using four paws!! I had my beloved bearded dragon cremated here, and they took such good care of myself, and my beardie. We were heartbroken when our Sweet little Tink passed suddenly during Christmas holiday. OMG!!!! From the beginning to the end, we felt welcomed and cared about. This was so hard for us cause our fur baby passed unexpectedly. When I found the website it was very professional and the customer service was even better when the nice lady picked up the phone. Four Paws is the most amazing service. When my dog Gizmo passed away in an accident I was so upset that I could hardly speak. My experience with Four Paws has been wonderful. They are affordable, and also will come to you to collect your pet, as well as bring them back to you afterwards, which was wonderful for us, as it probably would not have been a good idea to drive.I lost my 8 year old cat on Friday in a horrible accident that occured while I was at work; Brandon was so kind and compassionate while helping my partner and I through our sudden and tragic loss. He was so helpful and handled everything with grace and tact, and offered grief counseling as well when he brought Haku home. I contacted four paws after my dog was put down. Lech was his name. That dog and I shared 16 yrs of his life together. To say I was in morning is a fair statement. Brandon and his staff were kind and very patient. The pick up and drop-off service they have is amazing. The urn was amazing. Name plate is just right and paw print really helped me hold on to what I have left of my man. I also had a blanket that I wanted returned. It was his and smelled of him. They did that. When I dropped my sweet 15 year old baby off I asked for a few special things, which I was told would be no problem. One of those requests didn’t happen which was devastating. I was also told there would be communication between Brandon and myself all along the process, which didn’t happen. Unfortunately these mistakes made by Four Paws can’t be changed or fixed. It’s bad enough when you lose you baby then add the disappointment of things being done incorrectly. You only get to lay your Fur Babies to rest once and you can’t re-do it. This definitely doesn’t help the grieving process. Very unhappy.

I am so grateful to Four Paws. They were so compassionate when I lost my Catherine, eldest cat last weekend. Very respectful and sympathetic. They picked her up at my apartment and were so gentle and caring. They kept me informed through text messages and were so thoughtful.The small box urn is so beautiful and intricate. I am very thankful for these wonderful and caring people. My baby passed away in the middle of the night, and they were available to help me take care of his final arrangements at 2:30 AM. They kept their word and immediately notified me when he was in transition and when everything was completed. He was placed in a beautifully carved wooden urn that comes with the service. His name was engraved on a plate securely attached to the urn. The details really do matter to them and I believe that demonstrates genuine compassion and care, so it's not just a job or a process to them. The owner's wife was very comforting in this difficult time, and even surprised me with a paw print of my baby. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who suffers the loss of a beloved pet.

We had to put our dog down after 12 years and the events of that day are kind of a blur. The memories I have are my family and I gathering around our sweet boy saying goodbye, watching the pain disappear from his eyes as it found it’s way deep in our hearts. We lost our big girl Aries the night before Labor Day and we were distraught and worried that we weren't going to be able to get her cremated until after the holiday. This was the first time we've ever considered pet cremation, but since this was my son's first pet; we decided it would be special to have this done.Brandon and MJ were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. The service was outstanding, they offered many options for a personalized experience, and they even pick up and deliver your loved one!We received a beautifully designed certificate of death, complimentary urn with storage case, and our pet's paw prints in a clay mold with his name on it.This cremation was for our Hamster "Crispy". Although he was a smaller animal, they treated our little guy with the same care as everything else that came in. Working on the road has many challenges. When my 16 year-old chihuahua passed in the middle of the night, I googled pet cremations and found Four Paws. I called around 3 am and the lady that answered the phone was pleasant and understanding. I was so distraught. I wasn't even sure of what town I was in. I was also concerned because I had to leave town in 3 days.They came and got my dog and took care of everything. They do the job they say they will do. Including the religious card was not a good idea, not everyone in Bacliff Texas is a Christian. Maybe ask in the questionnaire where owner information is given if the owner is religious. The amount of branding all over every product is insane, I would think they want to give us our pets and not slap a FOUR PAWS sticker that won't come off across all of our items.

OMG!!!! From the beginning to the end, we felt welcomed and cared about. This was so hard for us cause our fur baby passed unexpectedly. When I found the website it was very professional and the customer service was even better when the nice lady picked up the phone. She has such a soothing pleasant voice and was very attentive to our needs and wants. They came out immediately at 8:30pm and were very professional when picking our baby up and dropping off his remains. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Four Paws is the most amazing service. When my dog Gizmo passed away in an accident I was so upset that I could hardly speak. Brandon with Four Paws came out instantly to get Gizmo and didn’t even ask for me to complete any paper work until the next day. They texted to check on me throughout the cremation process. My experience with Four Paws has been wonderful. They are affordable, and also will come to you to collect your pet, as well as bring them back to you afterwards, which was wonderful for us, as it probably would not have been a good idea to drive.I lost my 8 year old cat on Friday in a horrible accident that occured while I was at work; Brandon was so kind and compassionate while helping my partner and I through our sudden and tragic loss. He was so helpful and handled everything with grace and tact, and offered grief counseling as well when he brought Haku home. It is clear that they put care into every aspect of this process; the urn and ornament we received are beautiful and a wonderful reminder of my sweet boy.I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Four Paws, knowing that Haku was handled with such care and respect after his passing; I truly felt comforted through the whole process, and it is something I will never forget.

We lost our big girl Aries the night before Labor Day and we were distraught and worried that we weren't going to be able to get her cremated until after the holiday. Well after a Google search we saw that Four Paws was open 24 hours so we just hoped that included the holiday and surely Mr. Brandon answered the phone and was there to get her in just a couple of hours. This was the first time we've ever considered pet cremation, but since this was my son's first pet; we decided it would be special to have this done.Brandon and MJ were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. The service was outstanding, they offered many options for a personalized experience, and they even pick up and deliver your loved one!We received a beautifully designed certificate of death, complimentary urn with storage case, and our pet's paw prints in a clay mold with his name on it.This cremation was for our Hamster "Crispy". Although he was a smaller animal, they treated our little guy with the same care as everything else that came in. My dog of 16 years died on 4/1 at night. I called Four Paws that very next morning on 4/2. Brandon came out within an hour to my house and talked to me. He was explaining that it takes 2-5 days for the process. I explained how I got Mojo on my 21st birthday and my birthday was that very next day. He immediately said he would have Mojo to me on my birthday. I told him if he didn't I would not be upset. Man, Brandon came through. The next day on my birthday Brandon texted me and said he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He came was caring, went through everything, gave me condolences again and wished me a Happy Birthday. I have never had such amazing service in my life. I will always use this company anytime I have a pet cremated. The price was better than expected for them picking up Mojo and bringing him back. I’m grateful to have found this place. I had to lay my baby of 17 years to rest because he had a lot of health problems and wasn’t comfortable to go on but I didn’t know what to do couldn’t stand the thought of burying him in the yard or anything else so I looked up options and came across this company and called them little did I know I wouldn’t have to worry about anything else afterwards they said they will get my baby from the vet after I had him laid to rest and they’d let me know when they have him after that they took care of him so fast and kept me updated the whole time but he was ready to come home in a day and a half which they brought him to my home they also put him in a beautiful wooden box with his name on top and I got a heart ornament with his paw print on it I couldn’t be happier with everything they did for me and my baby they’re very affordable as well

I cannot begin to express the emotions and the thankfulness that I have for this Animal Crematory. I feel a little bad for even calling it that because it is so much more. They went above and beyond to ease the pain that my children and I are feeling over the loss of our babygirl, Daisy. They included some extras that I was not expecting, and it made my heart melt. One thing I was not able to take a picture of is the ornament that is in the shape of a paw print, with Daisy's picture in it. 😭😭😭😭 I have it hanging on my rearview mirror so that she can ride in the truck with us, which was her favorite thing to do.

I had to lay my baby of 17 years to rest because he had a lot of health problems and wasn’t comfortable to go on but I didn’t know what to do couldn’t stand the thought of burying him in the yard or anything else so I looked up options and came across this company and called them little did I know I wouldn’t have to worry about anything else afterwards they said they will get my baby from the vet after I had him laid to rest and they’d let me know when they have him after that they took care of him so fast and kept me updated the whole time but he was ready to come home in a day and a half which they brought him to my home they also put him in a beautiful wooden box with his name on top and I got a heart ornament with his paw print on it I couldn’t be happier with everything they did for me and my baby they’re very affordable as well

Brandon and his staff were very comforting when we dropped off our 20 yr old Roxie off for cremation. They were always in communication with us during the entire process. I highly recommend their services.

I cannot begin to express the emotions and the thankfulness that I have for this Animal Crematory. I feel a little bad for even calling it that because it is so much more. They went above and beyond to ease the pain that my children and I are feeling over the loss of our babygirl, Daisy. They included some extras that I was not expecting, and it made my heart melt. One thing I was not able to take a picture of is the ornament that is in the shape of a paw print, with Daisy's picture in it. 😭😭😭😭 I have it hanging on my rearview mirror so that she can ride in the truck with us, which was her favorite thing to do.

They could not have made it any easier for us during such a difficult time. Picked up my baby, Jeff, from my home on a Tuesday and I had him back Friday morning. Definitely recommend their services.

My wife and I both cried as we read the beautiful note Ruby left us with her remains, artfully presented in a hardwood jewelry box nicer than most human remains.are returned.Very caring people they do what they promise. Great job!!!

The owner is a wonderful person. He was able to take care of my pup when we lost her. They went over and above in-service and understanding. I will always use this service for my animals.
