We were devastated when our dog crossed over the rainbow bridge. But we decided to get her remains sent to us. We had never done that before. When they arrived, we were very pleased with the work Texas Pet Meadow had done. They were in a very nice box with her name on the front. They also sent a nice card and a paw print. Thank you for taking such good care of her for us!!

Had to say goodbye to our cat Dec 30. Texas Pet Meadow was wonderful to work with and handled everything smoothly so we had the space to mourn, instead of worrying. Shortly after the vet visit, I received a text and email about ordering ashes and other items. We ended up getting her ashes, a nose print, a paw print, and a custom ring. The website didn’t let me pay, so I reached out to their support with my concerns. They called and texted me within 30 minutes to resolve everything. The ashes & nose/paw print arrived about 4 weeks later (Jan 28) and the ring arrived yesterday (Feb 4). Very fast turnaround time and the whole experience was very professional. Thank you so much for the great customer service during a very hard time.

The staff is extremely nice and sympathetic under my circumstances. They kept close contact with m me regarding my little peanuts ashes were, and when I can expect the keepsakes. Strongly recommended craftsmanship.. very well designed wonderful pendant, I got with the resin mixed in. True blessing.

Thank you, this has been a difficult time for us but Texas Pet Meadow was wonderful to us, gave us our time and respect with our little one in our goodbye's.I had a prior experience somewhere else in the past where they had lost one of my pups ashes for 2 weeks so I was worried about leaving him, but here the peace and respect and every step was beyond expectations. We could bring our Rex back home in less than a week, everything was explained clearly and never once did it feel like they were doing this without a heart. Thank you for understanding our loss. We forgot to get our dogs collar and pet meadow was so kind they sent it back to us with our baby's cremains (in a beautiful wooden box), a nose print, and a paw print. And they were so kind anytime I talked to anyone they expressed how sorry they were for our loss and were very helpful. Thank you all so much for taking such care in situations like this...nothing can take away the pain of losing a loved one but you all at pet meadow definitely helped us a lot and we're so greatful. Rest in peace Trooper, u were loved by literally everyone even down to ur final moments on this earth.

I lost my first pet recently and it’s been the hardest grief I’ve ever had to endure. Pet Meadows really delivered on their memorabilia. They partnered with the emergency vet office I was attending, Austin Veterinary Emergency & Speciality, and both areas made the after care an easy process. Pet Meadows has high quality products for your pets ashes and they did very well on paw prints/nose prints both ink and clay items. These are items I will keep forever thanks to Pet Meadows.

I am a long time pet owner of rescued animals. As we all know with aged dogs and cats, they are subject to disease as they age. Invariably, things happen on the weekend, when the only resort is the emergency clinics, which by the way were full, and could not help me with my Cici, as a result she passed early on Sunday morning, at home, results of a terminal disease. Thank goodness for Texas Pet Meadows , which were open on Sunday. They were wonderful in accepting her remains, and scheduling the cremation. By the way, the only one open on the weekend. All remembrance was selected, and was returned to me within a week beautifully done, including paw print. The cost was lower than through my Vet, and I was impressed, as this was not my first rodeo, I have a closet shelf full of my deceased fur babies. Please keep these people in mind for your fur babies end time. Exceptional!

Words can't describe how Texas Pet Meadow went above and beyond taken care of my 15y/o lab daughter Mina like it was their own. I called them around 4AM and leave a voice mail. Within an hour someone called me back, I told them what happen. They say someone will call me at 9AM when they open and someone sure did! Robin personally went and pick up my baby girl. She asked me very details questions and take pictures of how I would like my daughter to be. Overall it was a very professional and compassionate working with them. I strongly recommend them to anyone I know. Will definitely use them again.

Man, this is really hard to write, but my boy Milo passed away after a very quick bout of cancer. I’ve had him since he was 9 weeks young until he passed at 12.5 years. He has been with me though 2 states and many breakups. He loved my daughter and food even more. He was sweet and loving and just a good dog. I miss him so very much everyday. When he was taken to the hospital and succumbed to the cancer, I knew he would be taken care of. When pet meadow reached out to find out what I wanted for my boy to cherish and remember him forever. Their heart, kind words, and them taking care of my boy afterwards made the pain on my shoulders and my heart at ease. I appreciate everything have done for me and my family and especially my sweet Milo. I couldn’t thank them enough.

The conatiner is perfect as is the paw print with my pup's name. I couldn't have asked for better. Arrived in the time frame expected too! She is prominently placed in the living room on a shelf my Dad made always within eye shot. My beautiful 9 year old German Shepherd Hannah passed unexpectedly at home on a Sunday afternoon while we were on vacation. Texas Pet Meadow & Nicole immediately took over all the arrangements with the ER clinic and helped my son deal with his grief and sudden loss. Nicole & Sheila kept me informed every step of way with amazing compassion and even set up a viewing so I could say goodbye when we got home. Everything was handled beautifully, with love and respect for Hannah and us. They went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful.

Man, this is really hard to write, but my boy Milo passed away after a very quick bout of cancer. I’ve had him since he was 9 weeks young until he passed at 12.5 years. He has been with me though 2 states and many breakups. He loved my daughter and food even more. He was sweet and loving and just a good dog. I miss him so very much everyday. When he was taken to the hospital and succumbed to the cancer, I knew he would be taken care of. When pet meadow reached out to find out what I wanted for my boy to cherish and remember him forever. Their heart, kind words, and them taking care of my boy afterwards made the pain on my shoulders and my heart at ease. I appreciate everything have done for me and my family and especially my sweet Milo. I couldn’t thank them enough.

They were so patient and understanding as we were grieving. Even offered a free ink paw print and nose print so we could remember our little girl. Truly so kind and thoughtful.

We used Pet Meadows as that's who our Vet uses for pet cremations. We were given a link to make the arrangements for our senior dog upon her passing. There were several small details that were missed, or changed that disturb me. First, we ordered a medium wooden urn - based on the size recommendation from their arrangements form for a 55 lb. dog. The urn we received was a small, and the ashes barely fit. The 2nd item was the wording on the paw print. Although the wording is correct, it was spaced very oddly with one word on a line by itself. The phrase was "Run Fast, Run Free." Rather than split the phrase evenly, the put the last word Free on a line by itself. It may be small, but the lack of attention to detail is upsetting in a situation where details matter.

It's unacceptable.!!UPDATE: I received my paw print back and IT ISNT MY DOGS PAW PRINT and they didn't even put his name on it either!!

The conatiner is perfect as is the paw print with my pup's name. I couldn't have asked for better. Arrived in the time frame expected too! She is prominently placed in the living room on a shelf my Dad made always within eye shot. We will always love and miss Beasley but this memorial container is a big help during our adjustment time to a quiet home.
