I have never written a review before but I felt compelled to write one after my experience here. My wife and I lost our cat suddenly on Memorial Day. I called and spoke with Michelle and she was so compassionate and helpful. My mind was racing 1000 miles per hour and she was so calm and patient with me. When I arrived at the facility, Alexis helped take care of us. She was amazing as well. She was so patient with me, allowing me all the time I needed, even though I know I was taking up her holiday. Thank you to everyone at Mission Pet Memorials for making one of our worst days a little bit brighter with your kindness and patience.

I was devastated when my Kitty boy died unexpectedly after 18 years together. I was so torn up, bawling on the phone and Michelle talked me through everything. Michelle and the rest of the staff were so compassionate, respectful, helpful, genuine and understanding. They took amazing care of Kitty and clipped some hair which they put in an amazing little box with his engraving. It looks so similar to one I already have and it warms my heart. Thanks to the crew over there for doing what they do. It can't be easy.

My dog, Keira, passed a while ago now but i'm finally getting around to leaving a review. I had taken her to an emergency vet and she could not be saved. It was such a terrible and traumatic end to our time together only to find that having her cremated at the vet was very expensive on top of so many other vet bills. I left with my dog's body in a daze and couldn't be more grateful for finding Mission Pet Memorial. I was greeted with warmth and sympathy, something I didn't receive at all from the vet I just left. They offered superior services for a reasonable price and the wooden memorial box is beautiful. Thank you for making a really hard time a little bit easier♡

Losing our Poseidon was such a sad time. But, when I called I was received with so much compassion. They cared for him the way they would take care of any loved one. I received him back in a beautiful box and I am so happy to be able to bring him home. I don’t want to have to use them again, but if the time arises, I will be using mission again. Thank you for helping me through this tough time.
