I'm late in submitting my review due to the grief of the passing of my sweet Maltipoo Lili in July '24. It was such a blessing to have my vet refer Colette. She was so compassionate and kind throughout the whole process. There would have been no one else I would have wanted to handle the final stage of honoring my baby's final stage here on earth.

Colette was so wonderful to work with. She was so caring and accommodating in helping me preserve the remains of my sweet fur baby pup, Chloe. There was full transparency. We were able to see where she would be cremated and that she was the only pet in there, therefore receiving only her ashes. If knowing that you receive only the remains of your beloved is important to you like it was to me; you will want to use Pet Haven. Thank you again Colette. Bless you for being such a blessing to grieving pet parents.

Colette is an angel. Our beloved ferret, Bella passed away last Saturday. We were distraught, but Colette was extremely quick with her response and we were able to bring Bella in the same day, which is amazing as it was the weekend. Prices are very fair and affordable. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time easier for us. We were able to pick up our sweet Bella not even a week later. Thank you for allowing us to always remember our sweet girl. 💖

Colette is an absolute angel. She guided my family and I through the whole process and answered every question that I had along the way. I'm so glad to have met her. I know my Mia is forever resting in peace at this tranquil and caring sight. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to Colette, Oscar, and team for allowing us to have a beautiful memorial for our first fur baby.Pet Haven is unique from all the other pet cemeteries in DFW and will forever hold a special place in my heart.
