My beautiful dog, Teddy, passed to the Rainbow Bridge. I took him to Dallas URGENT Care Clinic but it was too late. The vet was amazing! She was very empathetic and so niceSince he passed I utilized the services of Peaceful Pets for cremation. I was very happy with whole process. Yesterday, Peaceful Pets delivered his ashes to our home. His ashes are in a beautiful wooden box with a gold plate which bears his name, Tenacious Teddy. In the event of another loss, my only choice would be Peaceful Pets. Thank you for treating my BFF with dignity and respect.

This is an amazing place that took the utmost care when my cat Apples passed. They took one of the hardest days I’ve experienced and made it into such a smooth transition when I couldn’t think beyond my own grief. They truly go above and beyond to not only take care of your fur baby but to also take care of you. They gave her the dignity she deserved and treated her remains with so much kindness and compassion. It means so much to know your fur baby is in good hands and that they’re not just another animal passing through. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

They hand delivered the last of my beautiful Alex’s this past weekend. The vet’s office was horrible but my experience with Peaceful Pets made me feel better! Thank you for reading my initial review and acknowledging how things could be done better; for taking active initiative to make the changes that were needed so that grieving pet parents can make the best choices for themselves. While the circumstances were initially upsetting, I ultimately feel at peace with how things were worked out and how my girl has been memorialized. We are happy to have Zuko home and my son and I both took the afternoon off work to receive him and go through all the emotions together.We had never heard of aquamation before and after doing some reading about it and watching several videos, are at peace with our decision to use Peaceful Pets.Their services have been very kind and I appreciate the texts and communication. But above all that, hand delivering our boy was such a kind and thoughtful thing. Brian was kind, and had a gentleness Kyle and I both appreciated. I can only imagine how difficult his job is. Handing over a beloved pet to grieving family. They are all very special people.A 10 is certainly deserved. Thank you so much for what you do.

I lost one of my pets on thanksgiving this year I had never lost a pet before so I didn’t know what to do or who to call but thankfully I found peaceful pets online and even on the holiday they assisted me, they were very kind and extremely helpful. When I went to drop off my boy the next day the young lady who helped me was very respectful and made sure to give my family and I some time to say goodbye. She walked me through the whole process. I got my boys paw prints from here too & they came out amazing. I am so grateful for this place! I’ve been at peace knowing my boy is in good hands! Thank you Peaceful Pets 🐾💙

My Babu passed of cancer and they took amazing care of him. They were so amazing and patient and understanding even when I started crying while making arrangements. We have his hair and prints and his ashes in a very beautifully made box. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to have their baby treated respectfully and with kindness when they cross that rainbow bridge. I can only give 5 stars but they deserve 100+ thank you for everything you did for my baby again, it meant about to my family and I.Rest in peace sweet Babu, you are loved and will never be forgotten. Peaceful Pets is incredible. Never heard of water cremation til them. I lost both my babies months apart. Water seems so much more peaceful than fire. Everyone is so nice and genuinely sympathetic and empathetic to our losses. They go above and beyond and delivered the urn to my house. Thank you.

It was great that Wyatt was taken from the vet but delivered to us instead of us having to get him. We initially were less than thrilled with the services we were being provided but after speaking with the owner and staff members, we were given a really thorough explanation and an apology. The staff showed consistent compassion after talking to several different people several different times. They were very thorough in explaining things to us, as far as what the process entailed. It did take a little longer than we were told to get our baby home, but we were happy to get her home today right before the Christmas holiday. Great place and would would recommend. There are not words available to me to express how truly amazing this place is. Losing a family pet is not something you typically think about until it happens. We had so many questions and Cat at Peaceful Pets was able to answer them all. I cannot express how truly amazing the staff is here. There are NO WORDS to express how Amazing my Experience was with Peaceful Pets! I really feel I was led to them during our difficult time! Amanda was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From the 1st Call I made to her to the Delivery of my Sweet Brownie Home…She went ABOVE & BEYOND for us! She kept me update on my Brownie’s Journey from start to finish, I knew she was in Excellent Hands! Amanda made it possible for me to have my Brownie Girl back JUST IN TIME FOR MOTHER’S DAY and she even added HER SPECIAL TOUCHES for us as my mom is on Hospice and things are very tiring and OVERWHELMING. best possible experience i could’ve hoped for on the worst day of my life so far. thank you to everyone at peaceful pets for being so kind, understanding, and gentle (with my baby and with me). they answered every question i had, never made me feel like a burden, and communicated with me as much as i needed. they let me come for extra visitation before Lacey started her journey, and they took so much care when they transferred the ashes to the urns i brought in with me to pick her up. from start to finish 10 out of 5 stars.

We tragically lost 3 of our doggies at the same time and went through alot to try and get them buried then cremated. Peaceful Pets was recommended to us by the vet and they were able to help us get our beloved babies cremated. In times of immense grief, having a little bit of loving kindness goes a long way. I will forever be grateful for the loving kindness Peaceful Pets gave to me when I lost my sweet Iggy. The people that work there are clearly animal lovers, and they took time to answer all of my questions. When I picked up my kitty to bring her back home they gave me the time I needed to grieve for her again. The small extras I got to remember my Iggy were handled with immense care which tells just how much they cared for her in this whole process. From ensuring the words on her heart would look perfect to taking great care of Iggy the whole time she was there meant the world to me. During such a difficult time I honestly didn't think it would matter who I chose to take care of this for us but the staff was extremely friendly and there were no hidden fees that I found with other companies. They were open on the weekend which eased my mind as well so that I could handle the situation then and there. It was a streamlined process and they made it as easy as possible. I give Peaceful Pets a 10. This is the highest number on the scalePeaceful Pets has been there for me 2 Times. With my baby Smoky they were unbelievable. They actually prepared everything for me. Because little did they know I only had them. The care they show at Peaceful Pets is real. They made sure I will have a beautiful remembrance of Smoky. I had know why to pick my baby up they where there even to bring him back home to me. They leave no stone unturned to make sure you have a very beautiful remembrance of your love one. We lost our 18 yr old dog the day before christmas eve. My vet has recently started using peaceful pets instead of the traditional creamation. My dog was sent out to them, they immediately requested payment from me and sent an email stating they would contact to hand del8ver her remains to me within 14 days, which is crazy but ok. So about 3 weeks passed and I began calling i was given no details during the two calls except my pet had been recieved someone would reach out. I ended up having to call the vet and have her call, they then lied to the vet about having been trying to reach me since the third, mind you I had called them twice since the 3rd. Still no one called me, I called them again the lady goes "oh yeah shes ready" so I asked when she would be delivered, the lady said Is Tuesday between 12:45 & 1:45 good for you, I said yes. Tuesday I recieved an email stating they were notifying she would be hand delivered between 12:45 and 1:45 , at 2pm I called was told oh she wont be there until 4:00...nobody called me to change the time or update me of this, and then at 330 someone called to say our driver is running 15 minutes behind, she should be there at 4:15...this has been a horrible experience and I do not reccomend this place to handle your pets final arrangements..Updated.. I was very impressed however within an hour or so of me posting this, The owner, Robert reached out and apologized for the whole situation. He did his best to make it right and make sure to let me know he cared about his customers and their pets. My experience with them was not good at all, however I appriciate the effort to make it right.

We tragically lost 3 of our doggies at the same time and went through alot to try and get them buried then cremated. My love left for the stars on April 30th, but I knew long before then that I wanted to have him cremated. My brother had to make the call for me as I was unable to speak, but I could hear the lady on the phone and she was so sweet and told us to bring my love in. Upon entering the building, I could just feel that I made the right decision by bringing my love here for his cremation services. I spoke to the lady (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) and she explained to me how the cremation process works and she verified with my brother that I wanted a copy of my loves nose and paw prints. I asked her if she’d play Zach Bryan’s version of “You are my sunshine” while doing his service and she said yes (I even showed her the video on YouTube to make sure she’d play the correct version.) I wish I remembered her name but the woman working with us was so patient and made me feel like my voice mattered and she really made me feel comfortable with trusting them with my love. (The woman let me come see him one last time before the cremation process started and that meant so much to me — my love looked so peaceful and I really needed to see that to help with closure.) My love was ready for pick up on May 4th which also happens to be national Star Ways Day. I took that as a sign from my love since he was named after Yoda from Star Wars. Thank you for bringing me comfort and peace during the worst time of my life and for treating my love with such kindness and love. I hope I never have to experience that kind of heartbreak again, but if the day ever comes there’s no doubt in my mind that I will choose this place again. Thank you again for everything you guys did for us. ❤️ 🐾 🌈

In times of immense grief, having a little bit of loving kindness goes a long way. I will forever be grateful for the loving kindness Peaceful Pets gave to me when I lost my sweet Iggy. The people that work there are clearly animal lovers, and they took time to answer all of my questions. When I picked up my kitty to bring her back home they gave me the time I needed to grieve for her again. The small extras I got to remember my Iggy were handled with immense care which tells just how much they cared for her in this whole process. During such a difficult time I honestly didn't think it would matter who I chose to take care of this for us but the staff was extremely friendly and there were no hidden fees that I found with other companies. We lost our 18 yr old dog the day before christmas eve. My vet has recently started using peaceful pets instead of the traditional creamation. My dog was sent out to them, they immediately requested payment from me and sent an email stating they would contact to hand del8ver her remains to me within 14 days, which is crazy but ok. So about 3 weeks passed and I began calling i was given no details during the two calls except my pet had been recieved someone would reach out. I ended up having to call the vet and have her call, they then lied to the vet about having been trying to reach me since the third, mind you I had called them twice since the 3rd. Still no one called me, I called them again the lady goes "oh yeah shes ready" so I asked when she would be delivered, the lady said Is Tuesday between 12:45 & 1:45 good for you, I said yes. Tuesday I recieved an email stating they were notifying she would be hand delivered between 12:45 and 1:45 , at 2pm I called was told oh she wont be there until 4:00...nobody called me to change the time or update me of this, and then at 330 someone called to say our driver is running 15 minutes behind, she should be there at 4:15...this has been a horrible experience and I do not reccomend this place to handle your pets final arrangements..Updated.. I was very impressed however within an hour or so of me posting this, The owner, Robert reached out and apologized for the whole situation. He did his best to make it right and make sure to let me know he cared about his customers and their pets. My experience with them was not good at all, however I appriciate the effort to make it right.

When Our sweet and sassy 12 year old chihuahua Pebbles passed away, I got on Google right away for a 24 hr pet cremation service. I found peaceful pets and their 24 hr phone service put us at ease for taking careOf her. We live about 30 minutes away so we chose to drop her off. Lupe made everything so easy and was there for all our questions. Even though it’s not easy to lose our little fur babies, it just helps that there are people out there that also care about pets and are willing to help. It’s been 3 weeks since I lost my little loved one, Aiko. Even though he was nearly 12 years old, I wasn’t ready to let him go. And, I didn’t have any after life care plans for him. I was distraught at the idea of burying him. And, I didn’t like how violent fire cremation was. In my research to figure out what to do, I came across Peaceful Pets and it is probably the best thing that could have happened to me while grieving. Tessa and all the people at Peaceful Pets are so compassionate towards pet owners. And you can see the pride and integrity and passion they take in their service to pet owners and their pets’ bodies. I am eternally grateful that my Aiko was in Tessa’s care.I’m still grieving. Some days are better than others but Tessa has been such an integral part of me on this journey and life after Aiko. There aren’t enough words in the history of mankind that can express the gratitude I have for Tessa and Peaceful Pets. I don’t care what your faith and value system are. You could not possibly be in better care than with Tessa and the rest of the team. And I’m so glad that I could find an after life care for Aiko’s body that was respectful and gentle. I had never heard of Aquamation until I encountered Peaceful Pets. And I’m shocked that it isn’t more widely available.I’m so very blessed and fortunate that I came across Peaceful Pets. I rarely review anything. But I had to share my 5 star experience with Tessa and Peaceful Pets. If you are lost and grieving, you have to at least give them a call. If nothing else, the compassion you will receive in this very sad time will be more than worth the effort of the simple phone call.Tessa and Peaceful Pets, I just want to say thank-you. This company in my opinion is the absolute best pet care company in Dallas and possibly the US. I highly recommend this place. It was a first time for me and my daughter when we lost her cat "Pip". After calling a couple of places at first I got a very good vibe from peaceful pets. This was very new to us and they made it very easy and very comforting in helping us with this process. The price was reasonable and the staff are very kind and very understanding. The people that work there are animal lovers and take every pet to heart. We are very grateful to have found this place and have them help us have our cat with us again. R.I.P -"Pip" 5/30/2024

Definitely made everything easy. Picked up our sweet Samantha ( Doberman ) that we had to put down due to cancer. They picked her up from the vet and hand delivered her back to us within 2 weeks in a nice wooden box with her name on it. We will definitely go this route for future pets

We absolutely love, Peaceful Pets. We sadly have had to use their services three times now on each time the care, love, and support they give us amazes me. When the time comes again we will use them every single time. I can not say enough great things about them. The ONLY reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I'm grateful Peaceful Pets is open 24/7 and when we were able to talk to someone they were pleasant.That being said... I feel like all I paid for was for them to be available 24/7. My pet rabbit of 8 yrs. passed on Sunday, 12/27. We were told 7-10 days and on Friday, 1/8 after not hearing from anyone I asked my husband to call and he had to leave a message because no one answered. On Tuesday, 1/12 we still had not received a call back so called again finally being told we could pick our Bunny up.To say I am upset with what was brought home is an understatement... I knew the "urn" would be generic but it is a white plastic box with a Peaceful Pets sticker slapped on it. There's NOTHING to indicate that my pet is in there; not even his name.I paid the extra $15 for his paw print and was given it with his name written in pen on a piece of white paper.I am just very disappointed and sad. We have 5 other pets and will not be using this company in the future.

It’s been 3 weeks since I lost my little loved one, Aiko. Even though he was nearly 12 years old, I wasn’t ready to let him go. And, I didn’t have any after life care plans for him. I was distraught at the idea of burying him. And, I didn’t like how violent fire cremation was. In my research to figure out what to do, I came across Peaceful Pets and it is probably the best thing that could have happened to me while grieving. Tessa and all the people at Peaceful Pets are so compassionate towards pet owners. And you can see the pride and integrity and passion they take in their service to pet owners and their pets’ bodies. I am eternally grateful that my Aiko was in Tessa’s care.I’m still grieving. Some days are better than others but Tessa has been such an integral part of me on this journey and life after Aiko. There aren’t enough words in the history of mankind that can express the gratitude I have for Tessa and Peaceful Pets. I don’t care what your faith and value system are. You could not possibly be in better care than with Tessa and the rest of the team. And I’m so glad that I could find an after life care for Aiko’s body that was respectful and gentle. I had never heard of Aquamation until I encountered Peaceful Pets. And I’m shocked that it isn’t more widely available.I’m so very blessed and fortunate that I came across Peaceful Pets. I rarely review anything. But I had to share my 5 star experience with Tessa and Peaceful Pets. If you are lost and grieving, you have to at least give them a call. If nothing else, the compassion you will receive in this very sad time will be more than worth the effort of the simple phone call.Tessa and Peaceful Pets, I just want to say thank-you. You came into my life when Aiko and I needed you most. And I will forever sing your praises. I hope you will always be around for other pet owners who need the gentle, compassionate after life care that provide.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Peaceful Pets is. I so appreciated that they had someone available on call even on weekends when we needed them, and they were so compassionate and sensitive and helpful on the phone. The cremation itself was very smooth and they were very thoughtful about timing of pick up and drop off so they could make sure they were attentive to each client’s needs. I hope to never need their service again but I sure am appreciative of how wonderful they were interpersonally and professionally when I needed them!

Whenever a pet passes, its hard to think about what place to choose to help you with your loved one. I was very grateful that this place was open 24hrs and even when I called them at 3am, they picked up the phone quickly and answered all the questions I had. If you don't have pet insurance, cremation or aquamation can be costly. Unfortunately in my case I did not, and since my doggo was a very chunky boy, it was very expensive. Thankfully they did have the option for a payment plan, which requires 50% up front and were flexible on when I could make the payments. Throughout the whole process I worked with Eden and Cheyenne. Even from the drop off, I was always informed about what was going on in the process and assured of how Joker would be taken care of. There are no words to express just how grateful I am for this place

Unfortunately, we lost our precious family member, Milo, after an unknown tumor had burst… this was quite a hard loss to deal with because he was only 8 and we recently welcomed our newborn into the world and was expecting him to be by her side for the rest of his years. We’re very blessed to have found Peaceful Pets and were able to schedule an appointment just a couple hours after calling. Tessa and Katherine are amazing human beings and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better during tough times like these. Tessa greeted us as we came in, and from that moment till the moment we left, there was nothing but genuine commiseration for the loss of our fur baby. Tessa is quite the compassionate and empathic individual and allowed us to grieve and never once rushed the process. As we sat down with her to design Milo’s urn, she asked us questions about Milo and listened as we poured out story after story about him. We showed both her and Katherine multiple photos of him and our other pups and not only did they take the time to view them intently, they were ecstatic to see more. Tessa ended up shedding some tears with us! They made the process that much easier. To have people there who are genuine animal lovers and know how you’re feeling and what you’re going through, makes a big difference. I have met too many people who work with animals that end up being desensitized to the death of another persons pet, that meeting them was the biggest breath of fresh air. Seeing how much they cared warmed my heart; I felt some type of peace knowing they are the ones who helped lay my Big Cutie to rest. Hopefully I won’t have to see them again for a long, long time, at least not in these circumstances!

Everyone was very nice and respectful. They were patient in letting me look through all their options. I bought the urn off Etsy, but they were able to put him in it when I brought it up. I was afraid they might not because it uses screws, but they were perfectly fine with it.

AMAZING!!! I cannot express how truly genuine and kind hearted these people are peaceful pets are. I was in a bit of a financial bind and they were kind enough to just say “merry Christmas” I had already lost my baby and Tessa was the best most kind hearted lady I have ever encountered. Cat was also very very kind and genuine. You know a lot of these animal crematoriums aren’t there for the animals. And these people are. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff at Peaceful Pets. I had made arrangements with a different cremation service to take my sweet dog to when the time came to have her put down. However, after I had her put to sleep I couldn’t get hold of them and they never returned my calls. I was frantic and frustrated at what to do. My sister found Peaceful Pets on Google and called. They were not only close by but told us to come right over and would help us. They were so kind and treated me and my sweet Dixie puppy with respect and care. It meant the world to me at such a hard time. They truly cared and explained everything that would happen. I received her remains back in a timely fashion as well. I will definitely use Peaceful Pets in the future if needed.

These guys were awesome and amazing. They took very good care of my cockatiel when I brought her in back in october. They let me show lots of pictures and videos of her too which helped me a lot. It was so much less expensive than normal pet cremation too. It was a third of the price. And I got to chose what memorial things I wanted for her too instead of being stuck with a bundle like at other places. I only wanted an urn and feet prints and I was able to do just that and they both came out lovely. When the time sadly comes for my other birdies to pass I'm definitely coming here without a doubt. These guys were amazing and it felt like friends comforting me in my time of need. Thank you for all that you guys did for me. It means so much. Keep it up 💖💖💖💖💖

We lost Outlaw on a Saturday our fur baby of 13 years Peaceful Pets were open on Sunday and we spoke with Cat she was so kind and we took him over.They were very respectful of our feelings. We also got him back quicker than expected he's now home. I highly recommend them.

I was passed on Dallas emergency care to Peaceful pets it didn't matter I had had a bad experience from Bryan County animal clinic in Durant Oklahoma they gave me my baby back in a little cardboard box and a sandwich bag and I won't tell you what they charged me for that I explained my difficulties with them to Peaceful pets after they had prepared my Max in a manner above and beyond what I would have ever expected and they even made good on something they had nothing to do with from Bryan County animal clinic and gave me a box to put my other baby in and got her out of a sandwich bag these people are amazing I would use them for my two-legged family members as well they were there and they say they will always be there if I need them which means the world to me❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰❣️

The lady who I first spoke with and who also accepted Cheese when I dropped her off was incredibly nice, and so was the one that called me for pick up. Other places that I called were rude and insensitive. The communication was also great. I’m very happy with the choice I made of trusting them with my little girl.I would also like to add that our girl was a bearded dragon if this helps anyone with making a choice.

Everyone was very nice and respectful. They were patient in letting me look through all their options. I bought the urn off Etsy, but they were able to put him in it when I brought it up. I was afraid they might not because it uses screws, but they were perfectly fine with it.

AMAZING!!! I cannot express how truly genuine and kind hearted these people are peaceful pets are. I was in a bit of a financial bind and they were kind enough to just say “merry Christmas” I had already lost my baby and Tessa was the best most kind hearted lady I have ever encountered. Cat was also very very kind and genuine. You know a lot of these animal crematoriums aren’t there for the animals. And these people are. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff at Peaceful Pets. I had made arrangements with a different cremation service to take my sweet dog to when the time came to have her put down. However, after I had her put to sleep I couldn’t get hold of them and they never returned my calls. I was frantic and frustrated at what to do. My sister found Peaceful Pets on Google and called. They were not only close by but told us to come right over and would help us. They were so kind and treated me and my sweet Dixie puppy with respect and care. It meant the world to me at such a hard time. They truly cared and explained everything that would happen. I received her remains back in a timely fashion as well. I will definitely use Peaceful Pets in the future if needed.

Very respectful and helpful place. We lost our sweet baby girl Daisy this week. It was so unexpected we did not know where to turn or go for services to get her ashes done. We woke up on Saturday, April 29, 2023, and our precious Maxamillion “Max” was gone. Peaceful pets is truly heaven sent. They comforted us and walked us through the entire process of Max’s journey. Cheyenne sent a loving text daily. After picking Max up, Cheyenne still followed up with us and stated they are here if we needed to talk. Lupe was amazing as well. It’s been exactly a week since my cat that I’ve had since I was 10 years old had passed away suddenly, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go with cremation or not because I wasn’t ready to make a decision so soon. When I looked it up Peaceful pets was the first to show on my recommendations for aquamation, which is healthier way for the planet then regular cremation. I did a quick call because I had my baby with me and I needed to make the decision that day. They were able to see me right away. They are wonderful people with a passion for pets, and reassuring that your pet is safe with them. Even though I wasn’t ready to leave my cats side I knew I had to, and I entrusted them with her. They did a fantastic job and got her paw prints perfectly for me and I knew they took good care of her for me. They were able to provide me with several different options on the box and how I wanted to get her back, they also offered biodegradable options for the urns. They are wonderful and I would recommend this place to anyone who may be going through the same. I cried the whole time I was there and they where very patient with me. These guys were awesome and amazing. They took very good care of my cockatiel when I brought her in back in october. They let me show lots of pictures and videos of her too which helped me a lot. It was so much less expensive than normal pet cremation too. It was a third of the price. And I got to chose what memorial things I wanted for her too instead of being stuck with a bundle like at other places. I only wanted an urn and feet prints and I was able to do just that and they both came out lovely. When the time sadly comes for my other birdies to pass I'm definitely coming here without a doubt. These guys were amazing and it felt like friends comforting me in my time of need. Thank you for all that you guys did for me. It means so much. Keep it up 💖💖💖💖💖

Nothing but praise for this place. My bearded dragon of almost 14 years unfortunately passed recently and although we knew it was coming I was devastated. I talked to the manager, Lupe the night it happened and the amount of comfort she provided was amazing. I knew after our conversation my sweet Cleo would be in good hands. I was able to drop her off and pick her up in about a week. I’m having her ashes made into a crystal so I didn’t have to wait for an urn to be delivered but even if I did I have a feeling it would have still been a quick turnaround. Such a sweet and caring staff! I didn’t realize they contacted me to pick up my baby and when a called a couple weeks later I was scared maybe they disposed of the ashes. THEY DIDNT, they held them for me, even a few more days, until I could pick her up. TY for making a painful situation so comforting and easy ❤️

First off I will say they get five stars because Lupe and Cheyenne did everything to make it right and treated me and my dad with respect.I’ve never wanted someone to lose their job before but the guy that’s working there gets 0 stars and honestly should be fired in my opinion.We originally had our pet scheduled to be picked up at home on a Friday. Unfortunately my pet didn’t make it through Tuesday. He passed around 8pm. My dad called up because according to the website they were 24 hours. The guy that answered said they close at 9 and he was making every excuse in the book to avoid us having to drop our pet off. He was super rude and point blank said he didn’t want our business. What it really was is it was his Friday and he didn’t want to stay a little bit longer and felt super inconvenienced by my pets death.After my dad ended the call Lupe called us up immediately because I guess he immediately went running to his supervisor with some made up story saying we were rude to him and whatever else he made up. She knew when we met with her earlier we were as respectful as we could be with her and she didn’t believe what the guy said so she called us to get our side of the story. We found out they aren’t 24 hours because they are short staffed which I do believe that should be updated so it would easily be known for anyone looking for these types of services.After explaining it. She profusely apologized for his actions and we decided to still use their services. Lupe and Cheyenne went above and beyond for me and my dad regarding my pet and made sure that guy had nothing to do with my pet. I thank y’all for helping me out with this difficult time of my life.I will say again that guy has no empathy or respect for other people…when you have me fearing and feeling so anxious he might do something to my pets remains because of his past actions he really shouldn’t be there.Lupe & Cheyenne thank you for everything. Y’all made it as easy and were as quick as y’all could be about getting me back my pet.

Great fast and easy service. Friendly and understanding staff helped to best of their abilities to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted for my pet. If you do order a print make sure you’re clear on what kind of print you would like as soon as possible because the standard is on a card stock not clay or ceramic so make sure you ask for that before the process starts.

Honestly, this place is great and what beats the rest is that it's 24 hours. My 1 year old, Great Dane puppy passed away unexpectedly on a Sunday, the team at Peaceful Pets were really great and because my boy was so heavy, another person came in to help handle him. We all know that losing our pet is heartbreaking and equivalent to losing a family member. You won't be disappointed, thank you for making my boy peacefully go over the doggy rainbow.

Nothing but praise for this place. My bearded dragon of almost 14 years unfortunately passed recently and although we knew it was coming I was devastated. I talked to the manager, Lupe the night it happened and the amount of comfort she provided was amazing. I knew after our conversation my sweet Cleo would be in good hands. I was able to drop her off and pick her up in about a week. I’m having her ashes made into a crystal so I didn’t have to wait for an urn to be delivered but even if I did I have a feeling it would have still been a quick turnaround. I’m so thankful I found this place, everyone I talked to was nothing but sweet. 10 stars if I could!!

When I lost my dear baby and friend for over 13 years Ms Sophie on March 21, 2023, I was so hurt and didn't know what to do. But when I got on the phone and spoke with Tessa at Peaceful Pets DFW, she gave me comfort in knowing my Sophie will be in good hands. Tessa, Lupe, and Cheyenne gave me a moment to talk to them about all the things my Sophie meant to me and my family. My sweet Chandler suddenly passed away on a Thursday night. The staff who was there was very kind and gave all the information needed at the time. I was told he would be ready in about 8 to 15 days and would contact me when he was ready to be picked up. I was surprised when I received the call on Tuesday morning he was ready to be picked up. I did the paw print with picture option and I say while a little pricey for that service I’m glad I did it. I plan on using them in the future when that time comes again.

My babies were only 5 months old when they passed away within 2 days of each other unexpectedly. The staff at Peaceful Pets DFW are absolutely wonderful!! They put their hearts into what they do and they will help you in any way that they can. I couldn't afford to pay for everything upfront so they allowed me to pay a down payment and then pay out the rest. They truly go above and beyond!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Yes it was expensive but it all to my baby girl weight but It was worth it the staff worked with me I just had to pay with what I had on me at the time and just had to pay the rest when I picked up my baby girl. It helps me to know my baby girl will be back home. But I recommend this place it's worth they dont charge tax like other places do. When I wanted to do a paw print the lady brought out the paints they use and let me pick a color I like for my baby girl.

Such a sweet and caring staff! I didn’t realize they contacted me to pick up my baby and when a called a couple weeks later I was scared maybe they disposed of the ashes. THEY DIDNT, they held them for me, even a few more days, until I could pick her up. TY for making a painful situation so comforting and easy ❤️

First off I will say they get five stars because Lupe and Cheyenne did everything to make it right and treated me and my dad with respect.I’ve never wanted someone to lose their job before but the guy that’s working there gets 0 stars and honestly should be fired in my opinion.We originally had our pet scheduled to be picked up at home on a Friday. Unfortunately my pet didn’t make it through Tuesday. He passed around 8pm. My dad called up because according to the website they were 24 hours. The guy that answered said they close at 9 and he was making every excuse in the book to avoid us having to drop our pet off. He was super rude and point blank said he didn’t want our business. What it really was is it was his Friday and he didn’t want to stay a little bit longer and felt super inconvenienced by my pets death.After my dad ended the call Lupe called us up immediately because I guess he immediately went running to his supervisor with some made up story saying we were rude to him and whatever else he made up. She knew when we met with her earlier we were as respectful as we could be with her and she didn’t believe what the guy said so she called us to get our side of the story. We found out they aren’t 24 hours because they are short staffed which I do believe that should be updated so it would easily be known for anyone looking for these types of services.After explaining it. She profusely apologized for his actions and we decided to still use their services. Lupe and Cheyenne went above and beyond for me and my dad regarding my pet and made sure that guy had nothing to do with my pet. I thank y’all for helping me out with this difficult time of my life.I will say again that guy has no empathy or respect for other people…when you have me fearing and feeling so anxious he might do something to my pets remains because of his past actions he really shouldn’t be there.Lupe & Cheyenne thank you for everything. Y’all made it as easy and were as quick as y’all could be about getting me back my pet.

Great fast and easy service. Friendly and understanding staff helped to best of their abilities to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted for my pet. If you do order a print make sure you’re clear on what kind of print you would like as soon as possible because the standard is on a card stock not clay or ceramic so make sure you ask for that before the process starts.

Honestly, this place is great and what beats the rest is that it's 24 hours. My 1 year old, Great Dane puppy passed away unexpectedly on a Sunday, the team at Peaceful Pets were really great and because my boy was so heavy, another person came in to help handle him. We all know that losing our pet is heartbreaking and equivalent to losing a family member. You won't be disappointed, thank you for making my boy peacefully go over the doggy rainbow.

Cheyenne was one if the most compassionate young women I have had the pleasure of dealing with In one of the worst situations I have been found myself in . I was so sad and unable to release my baby to have him processed , I cancelled at least twice in tears, as I could not go through with it. She was so kind and understanding, made me feel that I was no problem. and told me when ever I was ready. Upon my arrival I found it a calm pretty atmosphere, private and very heart felt. She assured me from the time I left my beanie , she would take care of him as if he was hers . I believe she did just that and that somehow brought me comfort . I took my bearded dragon in some time last week. Lupe, who I spoke with over the phone, was very professional and kind. I was able to get in the next day to drop off my pet and it was a very pleasant experience given the circumstances. They told me to expect an almost 2 week wait, which I was totally fine with but I ended up getting her back in just over a week! I'm very happy with peaceful pets and when the time comes I will be using them again.

Wonderful service. Even though our dog passed away on a weekend in late August last year, we called Peaceful Pets that same day, and they still were able to respond to us immediately. We decided to go through with the aquamation and receive the ashes with a nice pet house urn. Overall, they were very kind and patient people to work with, so we recommend Peaceful Pets.

Our chihuahua, Meg, of 13 years sadly passed this past Friday. Initially, we decided to bury her but after a family discussion we made the decision to have her aquamated instead and called Peaceful Pets the next day. They were very helpful in getting an appointment set up for us and did not mind at all of the previous burial. We arrived a bit too early the next day as my sister got the appointment time wrong but the woman at the front desk saw us earlier than our appointment time without an issue. The process of dropping her off, payment and arrangements was VERY smooth and met with such kindness/empathy for our loss. We couldn’t decide on an urn so they let us know that if we wanted to purchase one of theirs later or from another place they will gladly place Meg’s ashes in it for us. We were told Meg’s ashes should be ready by July 9th at the latest but we got the call today that they were ready which was so quick!! When my sister arrived for pick up they even remembered she was there for Meg. It’s definitely hard losing a pet but the kindness, care and empathy made us feel so much love. We got the complementary urn for now until we purchase the one we actually want (which again they stated they’d put her ashes in it for us) and got Meg’s paw prints which they are available for both paint on paper and a clay mold. Sadly we can’t remember the woman’s name who helped us but to the woman who did, thank you so so much for your kindness and help through this entire process. We greatly appreciate all the work you and Peaceful Pets do!!

Appreciate the service they provide. We had a heart breaking final three months with our furry baby. And even knowing that her last days with us were near we were still very unprepared with what to do with our dog when she passed at home in my arms. The process at Peaceful Pets DFW was very straight forward and uncomplicated, which was very much appreciated after a long day of grieving for our baby. I loved the idea of the water cremation and we were very pleased at the final presentation of the dog’s remains. We will eventually do a burial but it is nice to know that we can wait until we are ready to do that. Thanks for helping our family.

During an extremely difficult and emotional time Cheyenne was very helpful and explained everything and didn't rush me. She let me know when to expect to receive my babies ashes back and they ended up being ready a week early. Extremely helpful and open on Sunday which was a plus for me.

I don't have words to express how grateful and happy I'm after cross path with this amazing place, the two girls who take care me and my dog , was the most beautiful humans I ever meet , the words of encouragement, the way how those two ladies toke me and help me get through this hard situation. I was very satisfied with how attentive and kind both Lupe and Mike were in helping me and my family during this very trying time in our lives. Lyric was my first and only dog; I was not very sure of what the process was after a beloved furry family member passes, but Lupe explained everything to me and what their process of aquamation was and it made me feel like I could trust them with my little one's remains. Mike was very respectful and understanding of our grief when he came to pick up my little one's remains. I appreciate him for that. And last but not least, they had my little one's ashes back in my care in a timely manner. I really appreciate how smooth they made this whole process for us. We knew Minnie was going to die, but we didn't know when. Tess found this company online and sent it to me so we were ready. Within thirty minutes of Minnie's passing, the people from Peaceful Pets met me at their office, even though it was after 7 PM. Minnie's ashes came home 7 days later. Everyone I spoke to was unbelievably empathetic, and considering the shape my daughter and I were in, it was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Peaceful Pets.
