Unfortunately, that is no longer available. We have, this year, used two other local facilities. They were not acceptable. We are saving our money, time and heartache by using only Heaven's Rainbow in the future. Good luck if you go elsewhere.

Absolutely outstanding place to do business with. They were so caring and helpful with the whole process of cremating my sweet dog. They went above and beyond with customer service and email updates with each step they took with her in each process. The letter in the mail, and little heart to plant to watch grow was also such a sweet gesture during a sad time. We will highly recommend this business to all of our friends and family.

Cheryl the owner was so gentle with Zues. When we walked in, I was petting Zues in the cover from Veterinarian. Cheryl took him in her arms and started petting him. We knew he was in good hands. That was 4 years ago Zeus was 15 years old. This year we lost Chica, she was almost 17 years old. And Zena 19 1/2 years old. All three had the same respect from Cheryl that she had showed with Zues. I would not trust anyone else with my precious dogs. Picked up their ashes, they were in beautiful wooden box and their hair was in heart shaped clear container.. We would highly recommend Heaven’s rainbow bridge. Thank you for the loving care and cards with their footprint.

Thank you for the card I received in the mail that was so thoughtful! How sweet of yall to have captured my little boys paw print! Your services were greatly appreciated. I got my son back in such a beautiful bag and urn box that I wasn't expecting the beautiful quality and care yall showed him! The turn around time was less than a week! He was my baby since I was 11 years old and he was 6 weeks old. Elementary, high school, college, a husband and 2 daughters later he has been with me through everything! My 13 yr old lab passed away, when I called this business, they were so caring, patient and helped explain the process to us. We paid the extra fee for them to come and pick up rather than going through the emotions of us bringing her to them. When we went to pick her ashes, everything was done so beautifully, and the grief cards for our children were an added touch and we are so appreciative of them. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We just had our precious pet put down on Monday. We left the vet and went straight to Rainbow. They were so caring and said that our baby would be taken care of with dignity. And I liked receiving emails through each step of the process all the way from picking up at the vet's office to ready to go home. And even through we were told it would be about 4 days it was actually 24 hours. I am very pleased with their handling of our pet and the nice container we received with her ashes. I would recommend Heaven's Rainbow Bridge. Thank you guys for your compassion during this very difficult time for us.

Unfortunately we had to put our precious 13yr old Yorkie Brody down yesterday because he was attacked by a neighbors dog and was unable to recover from his injuries and so we brought him here today and Berkeley was so kind and informative helping us with cremation for our beloved family dog and giving me advice about what to do because of this senseless tragedy. Her new rescue puppy Priscilla helped me deal with his death. I would recommend this business when your pet passes. THANK YOU ❤️ Berkeley for your kindness it means alot to myself and my family.

From the moment I made arrangements on the phone to the moment I had to go pick up our beloved Baby I got no compassion from this place! Not one time did I hear I’m so sorry for your loss! Brittany was cold and jaded on the phone and in person. When I showed up she handed over my sweet Baby like a bag of potatoes and then quickly left the room. Not once did anyone offer any sympathy . Shame on you! Get another job! This job requires human emotions and sympathy for others. This made our whole experience even more painful than it already was. Makes me question how they even handle our beloved fur children when in their care. Not even worth one star! Don’t take your beloved fur children here if you want to be treated like a human.

Cheryl and her staff made a terrible day for us much more bearable. They were so compassionate and caring as we had a little Labrador, Ellie, cremated. We literally cried on their shoulders as we just lost a long time member of our family. I will always go this route if we ever lose another fur baby. Recently we had to help our English Bulldog Sammy-Bo cross the rainbow bridge. We knew we wanted to use Heaven’s Rainbow Bridge for the cremation. We had used them for Sam’s momma (Miss Pickles) a couple of years earlier. They did such a great job with both Pickles and Sam. The owner’s daughter Beckley is such a sweet soul and could not have been nicer. We would highly recommend Heaven’s Rainbow Bridge if you ever need a family pet cremated.

We just moved out to Canyon Tx a few months ago, we don't really know anyone or anything, My dog of 13 years passed away suddenly and we were beside ourselves. There are a few different options for cremations in the area, initially we decided on Heaven's rainbow bridge because it was by far cheaper for there services. From the moment I called and talked with them on the phone I felt comfort, I felt like family, They took care and made us feel as if it was there loved one that had just passed. They let us know every step of the way what was going on. Very professional. We dropped our dog off on Thursday and got him back on Saturday morning. I am so thankful for them. I couldn't say enough good things about there services.

We had scheduled a drop off of our precious baby max after him having to be put down, they were completely understanding, compassionate and emphatic. They made it easy the day we dropped off and helped our daughter since max was her pup and best friend. I just had my dog put down yesterday and of course it was such a terribly sad day. I dealt with Cheryl twice on the phone before my dog was put down and once in person after he was put down. She was so cold and uncaring. She may not actually feel like that but to me I felt 10 times worse after dealing with her. She seemed like it was just a business transaction, another dead dog - who cares. There was absolutely no compassion, no kind words, and nothing that made sense with the web site about how caring these people are. I wish I had gone back and cancelled everything and taken my baby somewhere else. I say all this not just to be a complainer but to make the business better. If you’re going to deal with grieving families, then get someone who will at least fake like they care. I’m very disappointed about all of it.

Two out of three people there were very nice. There was an older woman and a man who was very sweet to me but one other woman who answered my call seeming very annoyed I was asking for services and today picking up my cat was very rude. She lacked compassion and acted like I was putting her out for this service. I loved the other two so I gave 2 stars and I appreciate all they did to help me with getting my baby's remains back but I definitely wouldnt go back with that other woman there. I would go somewhere else honestly.

Very animal oriented people work here. I felt that they truly understood my heartbreak in the loss of my 19 year old companion. I felt that they handled the ordeal with professionalism and compassion. They had the widest variety of options and were true to their word on price and timing. Losing a pet is difficult and having a company that can be trusted to honor their life as this company did made our loss a little easier. We will continue to use this company's services again when the need arises.

This sham of a local business was left a few messages about help with cremation for our beloved Jane. She passed away on a Sunday evening which made things a little more difficult. We called the after hours number and left a message which was never returned. We ended up having to take her to the Small Animals Emergency clinic to be kept over night. At the clinic, they assured us that Rainbow Bridge is prompt about callbacks on Mondays if a message was left on a Sunday. And that they have worked with Rainbow Bridge a lot and it has always been an easy pleasant experience. Monday is here. No callbacks happen. We called several times and left more messages. Still no callbacks. My girlfriend finally got through to talk with someone. The woman on the phone claimed that she had been trying to call all day and could not get a hold of her. This cannot be true because she received no missed calls from them. And it was most definitely not due to her phone service. She had talked with family and friends on the phone several times throughout the day. Then the woman from Rainbow Bridge tells my girlfriend that they do not pick up animals from Small Animals Emergency Clinic whom had told us the night before that they do all the time. And to finally polish off an experience that was already terrible, the woman hangs up on her! They lie, have no empathy or compassion, and clearly have no concern for conducting friendly, loving business with their would be customers. I strongly suggest using another service over theirs.

She was very precious to me and this place took all of that into consideration.Not only that, but they were very prompt and courteous, with a very impressive turn around time for the private cremation that I requested. They treated us, as family and they understood our pain from losing our old dog. They even send us email and mail with their condolences. We felt very happy to take him there. Our dogs are our babies and I never leave them alone and this was our first lose. I will definitely recommend them.

Heavens rainbow bridge is the most amazing people and company to go to when you’ve lost a loved family pet member. I’ve never cremated a pet before so I was unsure where to go and I didn’t want to leave my little sweet parrotlet Morty buried somewhere. Cheryl Robertson was very kind and understanding with answering all my questions. She was kind enough to email me when I was working to figure out all the arrangements. She explained everything in detail even when I was a mess in her office. She went above and beyond to save us some of his beautiful feathers! They sent me emails on grief and a website to go to for coping and sharing my story of my sweet Morty. Even two weeks after we cremated him; they sent us seeds for flowers to plant for him. No question about it they are the best in Amarillo to go to. If you lost a loved one then take them here because they will take care of you and your pet. 💜💚❤️ Thank you for helping us through a hard time!

Cheryl treated me like I was a dear friend and was so understanding and sympathetic to my pain over the loss of my fur babe. I received my babe girl’s ashes the next day. She was inside a pretty bag that said "till we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge" inside a beautiful box. With it was the Rainbow Bridge poem and a certificate of cremation. I was very impressed with the over the top service and quality I received. Thank you, Cheryl and Heaven’s Rainbow Bridge for making this tragedy a celebration of my babe's life.

I woudn't go to this place. I had to make an emergency call to make accommodations for my dog while I was at the vet's office and the woman I spoke to was as very unsympathetic. She insisted on taking my Credit Card info while I was in the waiting room. If you are reading this, you HAVE been to a vet's waiting room and know that not only are they noisy but you also MUST stay with your pet AND must be present when they call you back.Also, if you've ever been in situation to have to look for a place like this (pet crematorium), you know that sometimes things happen quickly and you need time to digest and be a little more calmer than when you're in the midst of putting your pet to sleep. THIS PLACE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THIS!All she could have said was, "please call us back when you are able."Customer service is neither a skill set, nor a priority here!When she asked for my dog's weight, I tried to be as accurate as possible and asked her to hold while I got that for her... I heard her mumble something about all the noise on my end. It sounded like she said "put me on HOLD while you do that with all that noise."After I put my dog down, I called her back and cancelled my request. I went to the other place. I'm not here to endorse the other place, but their initials are CC.Heaven's Rainbow personnel need Jesus in their life. Don't let the name fool you.

I had two pets pass within a week of each other, it was devastating. Cheryl was so loving and helpful towards our grief. Her treatment of the animals is amazing and so gentle. I never actually got to deal with them face to face. I called on a Friday to get information as I was putting my baby down Monday afternoon. I was told I didn't need an appointment just to bring him in when I needed to. The whole day was a horrible experience starting at the vet's office (Hope Rd.). I am aware I got there 5 minutes before closing time but when they show to be open until 4:30 they should be there. When we arrived the door was locked and not a car in sight. I started calling at 4:15 to let them know we were on our way and hurrying but 5 calls went unanswered. I left a voicemail from their parking lot at 4:28 and it is now 10:19am the next day and still haven't received a call back. I hope I never have to go through this again even though with 3 other pets I know I will have to but I won't be giving them a 2nd chance.

Exact same comments as Lilly Porterfield and Shan, the woman who answered my call was very blunt and cold. She was almost rude asking if I had the pamphlet. She acted like I was bothering her. I was in the middle of a question and was hung up on. I called back and same treatment. People are calling and using this service because they lost a “family member”. I would at a minimum expect a little compassion and respect when phones are being answered and questions asked.

This past week was a disaster and the lady there was not a help at all. I will just post what it was to my sister who suffered the loss of her pet to cancer.These are my sisters words to a family chat. Please consider them before bringing your loved one here. "I got Po back from Heaven's Rainbow Bridge today. I am glad she is back home where she belongs and not sitting at that awful place with that rude lady and her dog aggressive dog. I am so traumatized by how she handled my baby and my guests who were there to be part of the viewing. She belittled me and made me feel worse than I already did which I didn't know was possible. The only decent thing she did was offer to let Po go next if we waited but, when my sister and friends tried to thank her for it, she gave them a horrid attitude and told them how wrong we were for jumping in front of 8 other clients who were waiting. I understand that she didn't feel right about offering that to us, so if she had such a problem with it she had no buisness offering it. She kept trying to kick my guests out too so her less than trained dog could roam free. She had absolutely no people skills, which shocked me based on everyone else's reviews! She also did not let us watch her go in the machine as per requested and made me feel bad about wanting that. She asked if we wanted to watch and I said no not watch her burn just go into the machine and she just left us and started the machine. She also told us she would be ready the next day and when I asked if we just call or come by to get her and she said she wouldn't be ready for possibly 4 buisness days. I'm still having nightmares and the only peace of mind I have is that my friend went back in and asked to see her just to make sure she was the only dog in the machine and again she was rude and said we weren't even allowed to view that process only to be put in the machine! SHE TRIED TO SCARE ME LIKE THAT WASN'T THE CASE IN THE BEGINNING! Even so far as to attempt and describe how gruesome the process was. She consistently contradicted herself and her attitude was horrible. She had no concept of how to deal with me while grieving and made me feel awful!! I'm devastated and traumatized...and I really just don't know what to do." If you’re going to deal with grieving families, then get someone who will at least fake like they care. I’m very disappointed about all of it.

Two out of three people there were very nice. There was an older woman and a man who was very sweet to me but one other woman who answered my call seeming very annoyed I was asking for services and today picking up my cat was very rude. She lacked compassion and acted like I was putting her out for this service. I loved the other two so I gave 2 stars and I appreciate all they did to help me with getting my baby's remains back but I definitely wouldnt go back with that other woman there. I would go somewhere else honestly.

Very animal oriented people work here. I felt that they truly understood my heartbreak in the loss of my 19 year old companion. I felt that they handled the ordeal with professionalism and compassion. They had the widest variety of options and were true to their word on price and timing. Losing a pet is difficult and having a company that can be trusted to honor their life as this company did made our loss a little easier. We will continue to use this company's services again when the need arises.

This sham of a local business was left a few messages about help with cremation for our beloved Jane. She passed away on a Sunday evening which made things a little more difficult. We called the after hours number and left a message which was never returned. We ended up having to take her to the Small Animals Emergency clinic to be kept over night. At the clinic, they assured us that Rainbow Bridge is prompt about callbacks on Mondays if a message was left on a Sunday. And that they have worked with Rainbow Bridge a lot and it has always been an easy pleasant experience. Monday is here. No callbacks happen. We called several times and left more messages. Still no callbacks. My girlfriend finally got through to talk with someone. The woman on the phone claimed that she had been trying to call all day and could not get a hold of her. This cannot be true because she received no missed calls from them. And it was most definitely not due to her phone service. She had talked with family and friends on the phone several times throughout the day. Then the woman from Rainbow Bridge tells my girlfriend that they do not pick up animals from Small Animals Emergency Clinic whom had told us the night before that they do all the time. And to finally polish off an experience that was already terrible, the woman hangs up on her! They lie, have no empathy or compassion, and clearly have no concern for conducting friendly, loving business with their would be customers. I strongly suggest using another service over theirs.

This place was wonderful to deal with during one of the most difficult times of my life after losing my feline friend of 16 years. She was very precious to me and this place took all of that into consideration.Not only that, but they were very prompt and courteous, with a very impressive turn around time for the private cremation that I requested. Finally, their follow up was very thoughtful and appreciated.I highly recommend this place should you ever need the services they provide.

They treated us, as family and they understood our pain from losing our old dog. They even send us email and mail with their condolences. We felt very happy to take him there. Our dogs are our babies and I never leave them alone and this was our first lose. I will definitely recommend them.

Heavens rainbow bridge is the most amazing people and company to go to when you’ve lost a loved family pet member. I’ve never cremated a pet before so I was unsure where to go and I didn’t want to leave my little sweet parrotlet Morty buried somewhere. Cheryl Robertson was very kind and understanding with answering all my questions. She was kind enough to email me when I was working to figure out all the arrangements. She explained everything in detail even when I was a mess in her office. She went above and beyond to save us some of his beautiful feathers! They sent me emails on grief and a website to go to for coping and sharing my story of my sweet Morty. Even two weeks after we cremated him; they sent us seeds for flowers to plant for him. No question about it they are the best in Amarillo to go to. If you lost a loved one then take them here because they will take care of you and your pet. 💜💚❤️ Thank you for helping us through a hard time!

I have never met someone who instantly treated me like family. She treated us with so much respect and honored the life of my baby no different than if he had belonged to her. The process seemed so much easier after meeting her. And the outpouring of love after getting my baby back was amazing.

Heaven's Rainbow Bridge was so kind and understanding when I had to put my fur babe down. Cheryl treated me like I was a dear friend and was so understanding and sympathetic to my pain over the loss of my fur babe. I received my babe girl’s ashes the next day. She was inside a pretty bag that said "till we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge" inside a beautiful box. With it was the Rainbow Bridge poem and a certificate of cremation. I was very impressed with the over the top service and quality I received. Thank you, Cheryl and Heaven’s Rainbow Bridge for making this tragedy a celebration of my babe's life.

I woudn't go to this place. I had to make an emergency call to make accommodations for my dog while I was at the vet's office and the woman I spoke to was as very unsympathetic. She insisted on taking my Credit Card info while I was in the waiting room. If you are reading this, you HAVE been to a vet's waiting room and know that not only are they noisy but you also MUST stay with your pet AND must be present when they call you back.Also, if you've ever been in situation to have to look for a place like this (pet crematorium), you know that sometimes things happen quickly and you need time to digest and be a little more calmer than when you're in the midst of putting your pet to sleep. THIS PLACE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THIS!All she could have said was, "please call us back when you are able."Customer service is neither a skill set, nor a priority here!When she asked for my dog's weight, I tried to be as accurate as possible and asked her to hold while I got that for her... I heard her mumble something about all the noise on my end. It sounded like she said "put me on HOLD while you do that with all that noise."After I put my dog down, I called her back and cancelled my request. I went to the other place. I'm not here to endorse the other place, but their initials are CC.Heaven's Rainbow personnel need Jesus in their life. Don't let the name fool you.

I had two pets pass within a week of each other, it was devastating. Cheryl was so loving and helpful towards our grief. Her treatment of the animals is amazing and so gentle. I never actually got to deal with them face to face. I called on a Friday to get information as I was putting my baby down Monday afternoon. I was told I didn't need an appointment just to bring him in when I needed to. The whole day was a horrible experience starting at the vet's office (Hope Rd.). I am aware I got there 5 minutes before closing time but when they show to be open until 4:30 they should be there. When we arrived the door was locked and not a car in sight. I started calling at 4:15 to let them know we were on our way and hurrying but 5 calls went unanswered. I left a voicemail from their parking lot at 4:28 and it is now 10:19am the next day and still haven't received a call back. I hope I never have to go through this again even though with 3 other pets I know I will have to but I won't be giving them a 2nd chance.

Exact same comments as Lilly Porterfield and Shan, the woman who answered my call was very blunt and cold. She was almost rude asking if I had the pamphlet. She acted like I was bothering her. I was in the middle of a question and was hung up on. I called back and same treatment. People are calling and using this service because they lost a “family member”. I would at a minimum expect a little compassion and respect when phones are being answered and questions asked.
