I honestly wish I could give them a higher rating than a five star! These people are AMAZING humans who truly understand our pets are our family. The made a horrible couple of days so much more bearable for our family. Our sweet Jax was found at 9:00 (no prior health conditions) and it was very unexpected. They picked him up for us and took care of everything! 100% recommend their services and they will always have my business!! Thank you, all of you!! Our sweet Jax will be so missed.

The vet that came to handle my dog when he was disabled and needed to be put down was great at doing her job. My dog got treated with the utmost respect and made the process as painless for my dog and my family. I highly recommend using this service again.

My sweet Jinger passed away suddenly and I didn’t want to bury her in a shoe box out on the property so I contacted Furrever. The customer service was amazing. Taking her in was a quick process. Getting her back was just as quick. I really appreciate how efficient they were in getting her back to me so quickly. Losing her has been extremely painful because she passed away in my lap but thanks to Furrever I will always have her with me. Having her paw print means the world to me because I loved rubbing her little paws. Thank y’all for making this hard time much easier to navigate.

Unfortunately we lost our babygirl Tiny and they helped us right away. We drove from Dumas, so it was great that they are open 24/7. Forever Pet Crematory was the ONLY one that answered the phone when I called on April 24, 2023, the day I arrived home to find my 130 pound pet-child pit bull lifeless, at the rightful age of 10 years old. The amazing woman that answered the phone was PERFECT. She was so understanding and empathetic to my horrible situation I was in at the moment I called them. They are very professional and offered to go above and beyond to help me in the very sensitive situation. They explained their services and the financial part very clearly and offered to set up and appointment for me to come in and pick out the package I'd like for my baby. They treated me with such love and tender kindness as well as my mama's baby boy. I am very thankful for these women that are true blessings to offer the services that they offer. They understand how difficult losing a furrbaby can be for most people. I will forever recommend these lady's to everybody I know that has any pets. I know Danger, my mama's boy, was treated with dignity and respect just like i was. I appreciate all they have done for my family and myself and most of all my precious furrbaby. Our family dog of 17 years passed away recently, we were so heartbroken over it, and we weren't sure what to do, so I called up Furrever Pet Crematory and spoke with a really nice lady on the phone about the options they offer, and brought him in. They were so nice and gentle throughout the entire process, explaining different types of crematory options and all of the urn options, plus the extras that come with the crematory (paw prints, nose prints, you can get necklaces, etc.) It usually takes a couple days for the process, they don't rush you to pick out anything and they don't try to sell you more, they want what's best for your family and your pet! They tell you when your pet is ready for pick up & you can either pay up front or whenever you're ready to pick them up.I will come here again and again when the time comes. Thanks so much for taking great care of our departed fur babies and the family.R.I.P. Andre 💙

i loved this place, they were so patient with me and my fiancé. they have the sweetest workers and the nicest people. they helped me with copping of the passing of my sweet baby azel, if you ever need to cremate a animal, this is definitely the place to go!

We had to put our beloved Miley down this past Friday. We were referred to Furrever by our vet and were very thankful they were open 24/7 for pickups and drop-offs since we live over an hour away. Everyone was very sweet and handled our girl with care. 2 days later, we got the call she was ready. We were able to pick her up on a Sunday which was very appreciated. They put such thought into our girls box. We got a clay paw print, ink paw print, seed pack to plant in her memory, and more. We will definitely be using them when needed in the future.

Unhappy. Poor, indifferent customer service. More care and consideration shown to a customer in the check out lane of your loval grocery store. Emails ignored or overlooked. Questions about memorial urns dismissed. Hoping we did not receive firepit ashes. On a positive note, lots of tattoos on all staff very prominently displayed. We cannot recommend. We won't be repeating this poor experience.

This company was incredibly professional. Taking my pet there was difficult for me until I arrived and they made me feel completely at ease. They didn't give me much information because I told them I looked up pricing online but they answered every question I had. When I went back, they had included way more than I had anticipated with the package I purchased. I was so grateful and felt like they really honored my pet and my love for my pet. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a way to memorialize your pet. They do a wonderful job.

I had been looking for the perfect people to cremate my fur baby. After searching through the phone book and talking to so many crematories it felt hopeless....all of them seemed more concerned about the money. I stumbled across Furrever Pet and knew they truly cared. They worked with us on payments and have so many choices for your pet. When I went to go pick up my baby they had included so many personal touches with her urn and box. They put so much care into it. We will be using them again with all our pets.

we had to put my cat, leche, to sleep on tuesday due to kidney stones. after the whole process my mom wanted to check out this business. she first came across the building by driving around the neighborhood and thought it was so pretty than a week ago, she saw an ad or commercial like thing for their business. when we first got there, we were immediately helped by this nice lady ( wish i caught her name but i was too overwhelmed), she took us to room that had different ash holds like urns, jewelry and etc: she then explained all the things they offer. we went with the standard cremation and the packaging with it. my mom was happy with what was being offered even with prices. i’mglad i left my leche in their hands.
