One of the most painful events in my life was losing my special girl, Dixie, to a horrible illness. A loving, gentle Pyrenees not even 9 years old. To be able to arrange such dignified and compassionate handling to honor her, and receive such kind, caring support, was absolutely phenomenal. I didn’t feel ok leaving her with the vet to handle cremation. I wanted her with me and to be involved in her aftercare. Words cannot express how comforting that was to call Faithful Companion while I was experiencing such tremendous grief and have them give me options to help. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely wonderful, both drivers were so caring, and I am very grateful. The driver ensured I knew my options and that everything was correct. I was able to place her in her casket and add a few fresh roses. Wrote a note on the inside of the lid to her. Helped carry her to the vehicle which was a nice minivan. Of course I can’t bear to think about losing another right now but when the time comes it’s incredibly helpful to know I now have a plan in place that really honors how much they mean to me, and allows me to focus on holding them, caring for them one last time and saying goodbye, rather than figuring out what to do or who to call. Can’t recommend Faithful Companion enough.

I originally left a positive review because I appreciated the care shown to me on the night I dropped off my dog. However, upon reflecting on my experience, I feel I must share my deep disappointment with the process. I had expressed how uncomfortable I was and mentioned that I was considering taking her home to delay the cremation. Brittany assured me she would begin making her paw prints at 8 a.m. the next morning, which gave me the impression I had time to see her again.When I called early the next morning, I was devastated to learn they had started the cremation process at 7 a.m., earlier than I was told. I was coming an hour and a half away from Kentucky and was only 5 minutes away when Brittany told me, ‘You do not want to see her in the state she’s in now.’ Her words shattered me—I broke down crying on the interstate, realizing I had lost my last chance to say goodbye to my heart dog of 15 years. This will never be possible now.While I understand their schedule may have been planned, my primary frustration is that it was not communicated accurately. I wish they had honored my hesitation and waited until the time they said they would begin. It was not about the money—I even told them to keep it. I just wanted to see my dog one last time, and they denied me that opportunity.Their dismissive response in the moment, particularly the comment about her condition, left me feeling traumatized and unsupported. I share this feedback in the hope that future clients, especially those grieving deeply, are met with greater compassion and clearer communication during such vulnerable moments.

We could never thank Faithful Companions enough for being there when we lost our kitten, Smokey. He was found in a field alone, cold, shivering, with his eyes crusted closed.We gave him the warmest, safest home we could until he passed away in our arms from, presumably, Fading Kitten Syndrome.They received his remains on Saturday morning and brought him home on Sunday. Kelsey was his escort, and she is one of the sweetest people we've ever met. She explained their process and how he was treated throughout the cremation. His cremaind were placed and brought to us in a beautiful little box.We are forever grateful for Faithful Companions, and our deepest appreciation to Kelsey, for the way she handled him, and for allowing me to share pictures and a video of Smokey as the handsome, playful kitten he had been.

This company was a subcontractor in my in-home euthanasia arrangement for my pug this summer. His remains were to be hand delivered to my home but they attempted to deliver him to the WRONG ADDRESS. They did not call me prior to delivery to confirm I was home nor a quick confirmation they had the correct address. I was informed his remains were refused by the stranger (thankfully!) and the driver would call with an ETA for a delivery on her return back to their office. She showed up without a call and did not request any form of identification from me or signature. This mistake is not okay and something that should never have occurred, especially due to the sensitivity of the delivery & irreplaceable value. I could have easily lost my dearly loved cremated companion due to them not implementing simple delivery protocols. I emailed them my concerns months ago & no response from them to date. This experience definitely made losing my pet even more difficult because of their negligence I could have lost him FORVER.

I tragically lost my baby girl. The only things I could scream was call Faithful Companion. This is our 3rd pup that they have cared for. I truly cannot express just how wonderful they are. The compassion, empathy, and care is amazing and it does make this process a tiny bit better. I wish I never had to know how great they are…but I’m so thankful that I do know. I don’t think I could handle this without them.

My daughter’s cat was hit by a car. We were all so devastated. She decided she wanted him cremated. I had no idea what to do, so I googled and found this place. I’m so glad I did! We opted to bring him in ourselves and when we arrived (even though it was just about 30 minutes until they closed), their staff greeted us with empathy, professionalism and respect. They took our boy into a private room where we talked with them about the options, and then they let us say goodbye to him on our own. We were heartbroken and a mess of tears and their patience demonstrated the kind of humanity that we all need in difficult times. They brought our boy back home to us the next day in a beautiful box, and again, with the incredible professionalism and kindness that seems to be the cornerstone of their business practices. I was referred to this company by a friend and this is the absolute best pet crematory. As a 20 plus year funeral director this company showed kindness, love, and compassion to my wife and I as we just recently lost our fur baby. They also were very welcoming to my other fur baby who wanted to wait on his brothers cremation. A special shout out to Dwayne and Weston, they are where God has put them for a reason. We lost our pet unexpectedly yesterday. We had never lost a pet at home so we did not know the steps to take. I contacted faithful companion and they were amazing. Zach was so sincere and helpful. He drove an hr to pick my baby up and then drove another hour today to bring her ashes to me. He seriously made this horrible situation easier for us. We will be forever grateful.

We had the painful decision of having to put our beloved cat down yesterday because of illness. He was a rescue cat that was given away because he was "old". Trunks was a faithful lap cat and great company to my elderly mother for 12 years.Faithful Companion made this painful, hard day as easy as possible. We opted for pick up service from the vet and delivery service to our home. We received Trunk's ashes today.Faithful Companion's service was quick and professional. We used faithful companion not by our choice but through lap of love. We said goodbye to our beautiful baby girl yesterday. I joined several pet grief support groups to prepare myself. So many of them mentioned waiting a month or longer for their babies to be returned to them. To my surprise I learned we’d have our girl back in 1-2 days. Last night (our first night without her) I cried myself to sleep thinking of her body all alone at the facility wishing I had kept her home with me. But not even 24 hours after her passing we got a very respectful phone call letting us know she was ready. 30 minutes later she was home. I held her close to me for hours. I feel much better. The cremation box and paw print I received for my cat is a beautiful memorial. They were concerned, considerate and understanding during a difficult time when my chihuahua, Petey, passed on.On the practical side, they are open on the weekend, as Petey passed on a Friday night. They offer pickup at your home or vet office and provide delivery to your home by the next day. All of this at a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the service and will recommend them to everyone. Our beloved Pepper passed away Saturday. She was about 18 years old. Got her when we moved from California to Tennessee. She stayed outside and lived a wonderful life. This is our second experience using Faithful Companion. Our first was with our beloved cat Nala and we couldn't have asked for a better service. This time, we unexpectedly lost one of our beloved dogs to metastasized cancer at 12 years old. We have been heartbroken. This week was a snow and ice nightmare and we didn't want anyone traveling...but our vet was there, went in to do the surgery for our girl Budgie, and called us with the bad news that the tumor he found was cancerous and had spread to all internal organs. We chose to let our girl go out with peaceful dreams and in no pain. Faithful Companion came to the vet office that day and picked her up. Due to the continuing snow and ice storm, we couldn't get there the next day or the next. We changed appointments several times. We received more snow on top of ice but Faithful Companion was there. We changed the appointment times again for our girl's private cremation. We wanted to be there but had other babies at home and didn't want to drive in bad weather. We were finally able to get to Faithful Companion on the fourth day. They were very accommodating as we were going to pick up roses for our girl and take our time getting to their facility in Nashville. Unfortunately, we were going to be a little late and I called them on the way and they were just so comforting and kind. We arrived and our girl was so soft and beautiful (she was a long-haired medium-sized dog). She looked so peaceful. They did not rush us and gave us all the time we needed to see our girl and put her roses with her in her crematory container. We stayed throughout the process and left with our girl's ashes. It has really helped my husband and I process the loss to have such kind and loving people handle the arrangements with Nala and our girl Budgie. When we got home, our boy dog, who is the flock guardian, came outside into the snow. My husband was taking a video of him. He was looking for Budgie, smelling around our vehicle for her and frantically still searching. He has never done this before but he began looking straight up into the sky like his eyes were following something not far overhead and then, flying around...and it seemed like he was looking at Budgie flying above him with her new angel wings. I feel at peace with losing our girl now and I will always go to Faithful Companion.

Kelsie was so attentive and empathetic from the phone call, acceptance of our pet's remains, as well as the explanation of services. She sat with us and welcomed us to share about our fondest time with our pup. She then allowed us time to say goodbye before discussing paperwork. My sweet dog, Coco passed away on Mother's Day this year. They took care of my family and gave us enough time to say good bye to our lovely Coco. Kelsey took her time in explaining the time process it would take to receive Coco's ashes, prices are very reasonable, they also have a variety choices of urns. I chose the upgraded one and I love it. Coco's urns came next day and the driver also took care of her and I received a text ahead of time.

I lost my kitty Suki at the very unfortunate young age of 11 months. Never having lost a pet before and my animals being my world, this whole experience has been traumatic for me. I didnt know how the process of what to do with her and cremation worked at all. My roommate called around to find a place to go and Faithful Companion was amazing. They were so so empathetic over the phone and communicative with every part of the process.When we got there, a worker whos name im pretty sure is David, was so helpful and sweet. He walked me through everything and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my baby. I felt so comfortable leaving her there that I was shocked how little time I ended up needing. I left feeling relieved and comfortable that she was in their care. Anyone who loses a pet close to them knows how hard the whole process can be. Having the compassion and respect the employee did, helped my grieving process so much and I was able to go get food and laugh a little for the first time since losing her.The most amazing part of it all was how fast the process is. They delivered her and all the paw prints I got this morning, and everything looks amazing. I only had to be without her for one night. They also included some extra stuff in the bag like a card, a rainbow bridge story, and a grief support mini book/journal that was surprisingly extremely helpful to me.Thank you all so much for helping me every step of the way through this and treating my Suki so well. Me and my cat Nova lost our best friend yesterday and today we have a beautiful memorial ❤️

Today we lost our best buddy at the age of 18 years old. Her name was Foxy and while I thought I was rescuing her 17 years ago, it was her who rescued us everyday. She saw me through the most difficult times in my life and always with unconditional love.We knew this day was coming this week and began looking for a service to honor and care for her as we have.This morning I called Faithful Companion and initially spoke to Russ. He was kind and empathic. Later when we knew the time for her to go to sleep I called back to let Faithful Companion know we would be bringing her over tonight. I spoke to Duane and he was very kind and thoughtful and expressed care for us at one of the most difficult times of our lives. When we arrived with Foxy, Davey greeted us and immediately showed smypathy for our loss. We had Foxy in our car and he got the right size box for her and brought a cart out and offered to help me lift her into the box. He took time with us, never tried to upsale any service or product, he allowed us time to think and grieve. He was knowledgable and kind. We asked if we could get some fur from her and he was most helpful. He allowed us to write messages on the box that she will remain in until the cremation tomorrow. He was not pushy and gave us all the time we wanted with Foxy to say our final good byes. I do not wish this day on my worst enemy. Our experience with Russ, Duane and Davey helped and at this point that is all there is. Thank you for your services. We hope to bring Foxy home tomorrow for the last time, no more pain or suffering and with dignity.Today we spoke to Weston about the engraving on the urns and he was so kind. Thank you Weston for being patient with us.John called to let us know they were bringing Foxy's remains to us and they were on time when they said they would be. Everything was first class and full of dignity, just how Foxy lived her life. All the staff were professional, kind and thoughtful from the first call to just now the knock at the door with Foxy's remains. No detail was too small nor kindness too much.This process is so emotional and difficult and Faithful Companion were so helpful, patient and kind. Thank you to Faithful Companions for making this process easier on us. My husband and I have never had to go through anything like this before, and we felt at peace that Gabriel was handled with respect and care. Everyone had the perfect comforting words as we were at a loss. Our precious cat Gabriel was 16 years old, and we will never forget the amount of caring and respect that we received. A huge thank you to Russ for calling me back early before they were open and explaining the process to us. Our beloved dog Timmy passed away from cancer in his sleep. We'd never dealt with figuring out cremation services for a pet ourselves, having had all our other dogs euthanized at the vet's. Unfortunately my 12 year old loyal companion, goofball, baby boy Dino passed away last night. To say it was an emotional day was an understatement. We recently lost our 13 yr old Babygirl exactly 2 months ago. It was difficult watching them both age and decline but I know they are up in Heaven... likely laying on the couch and eating excessive treats and peanut butter. I found this facility online and called around 830 last night. Westin was patient with me when clearly I was an emotional wreck. He had everything arranged in less than 15 minutes and gave me an ETA of pickup and vehicle description and driver name. Brittany arrived within 30 minutes. She clearly loves animals just as much as we do. She told us to take as much time as we needed to say goodbye then retrieved a stretcher and gently assisted my husband getting him loaded in the car for one last car ride. Westin called me a short time later to let me know Dino had safely arrived at the facility. Today I believe his name was Josh called me to deliver his remains. He offered me his condolences and my husband stated he also did the same when he arrived to drop Dino off at his final resting place. This has been a difficult 24 hours but I felt compelled to recognize these individuals. It has truly touched me and made this difficult process a little bit easier. My dog unfortunately passed away on a Sunday morning and they were the only pet cremation places I could find that was open at the time. They took amazing care of me, my mom, and my dog during such a hard time. I brought my dog wrapped in a blanket in her bed and when I got there they brought a cart out to wheel her in so we wouldn’t have to carry her. They let us take are time saying goodbye and walked us through the process without pushing to sell anything. You can tell they genuinely care about the pet and the pets family! With everything that’s included and how well they took care of me and mom mom during a emotional time and how respectful they were with my dog I’d agree is was well worth the price!

I can not express how well this facility and its employees handled my Cooper (great dane) . They were very kind and compassionate during the whole process . We had our sweet boy back in out home within 24 hours. That is a big help in the grieving process. They even pulled into our driveway and picked Cooper up after we had in home euthanasia by Lap of Love Nashville. Great people , great service and I am thankful they are there for it.I 100 percent reccomend this place for all of your unfortunate and devastating live of a fur baby.

I found my dog had passed when I woke up one morning, and I was truly devastated. I didn’t know who to call, so I quickly googled some places that offered cremation services. I began calling around, but I couldn’t hide how distraught I was. Most places that answered the phone coldly rattled off their cremation prices, but when I called Faithful Companion in Nashville I had the pleasure of speaking with Dwayne. Out of all of the places I called, he was the only one who said he was so sorry for my loss and asked what my dog’s name was. He referred to him by name the entire phone call, and his reverence meant the world to me during one of the worst mornings of my life. We opted to deliver our boy to them, and Dwayne was waiting on us with a casket and a cart. He quietly helped my husband unload our dog, Samson.We were taken to a private room where we discussed options quietly. After we selected the services, Dwayne didn’t leave. He sat with us and asked about Sam. He asked how long we had him and what his favorite treats were. He asked what he liked doing, and laughed as we cried through our stories. In the end he told us he was going to take care of some paperwork, and that we could take all the time that we needed to say goodbye. He provided coloring books for my two children to help them work through pet loss, took pictures of his nose and paw in case we wanted jewelry made later, and honestly just went above and beyond to let us know that he cared.The next day Faithful Companion delivered Samson home. We had him back in less than 24 hours, and the urn and clay paw print they provided were beautiful. The paw print preserved every indention of our boy’s big old paw. The driver called me when he was ten minutes away and said he was bringing Samson home, offering to work around my schedule if need be, then humbly delivered his ashes. He too told us that he was sorry for our loss.This company blew us away with their empathy and compassion during such a heartbreaking time. I can’t speak highly enough of them. We have two more older pets, and although I dread thinking about it, I know exactly who we will be turning to when their time comes.

I had never used or know of an at home euanasia service prior to this, but it was one of the best decision and last day experience for my sweet cat sage, after 10 yrs. She doesn't like to leave the home and was in her favorite place by my side on her last day. The vet' were SO above and beyond empathetic, professional, and loving to Sage and me on her last day. They gave us all the time we needed and thought of little touches ( a lock of her hair and a paw print hand delivered days later). Can't say enough about how great they were to us - it was 110 % worth the extra money to get this service done vs going to a dark damp scary place for her last days on earth. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this company by a friend and this is the absolute best pet crematory. As a 20 plus year funeral director this company showed kindness, love, and compassion to my wife and I as we just recently lost our fur baby. We used faithful companion not by our choice but through lap of love. We said goodbye to our beautiful baby girl yesterday. I joined several pet grief support groups to prepare myself. So many of them mentioned waiting a month or longer for their babies to be returned to them. To my surprise I learned we’d have our girl back in 1-2 days. Last night (our first night without her) I cried myself to sleep thinking of her body all alone at the facility wishing I had kept her home with me. But not even 24 hours after her passing we got a very respectful phone call letting us know she was ready. 30 minutes later she was home. I held her close to me for hours. I feel much better. My husband and I cannot be more thankful for this company than we are. There really are no words to describe how compassionate, kind, and caring the employees and this company truly are with your pets. Our pug of 13 years tragically passed away a little over a week ago and Julie and David were completely wonderful during the whole experience. They did nothing, but try to take as much care and effort with our baby that we could ever ask for, especially with how important he was to us. We decided to send him off for Necropsy and Even though that makes it hard for them to do aftercare on the pet, they were able to accommodate getting his paw prints done for us, which turned out perfectly. The urn is perfect and their willingness to work with us as much as possible was absolutely perfect. It will never bring our baby back, but it at least gives us kindness and some closure, knowing that he was taken care of so well by such wonderful people. We thank them so much and if you have to use anybody for aftercare services for your fur baby, we highly recommend this company. They will do nothing, but go out-of-the-way for you and your fur baby.

It's never a pleasant experience when your pet dies. I had a very unexpected death of a pet. Due to the freeze the ground could not be dug to bury the cat. I was also busy working. The staff arranged to pick up my pet from my home and then return my pet after he had been cremated so that we could spread his ashes. We were offered other keepsake items such as a storage box, paw print, we declined as we knew we wanted to spread the ashes. But they were lovely gestures. Everyone was polite and professional and went above in dealing with me when I was probably a bit of a challenge due to my availability. I really was so grateful for the service and customer service they provided. Especially during a time of grief.

Our sweet dog, Lenore, passed away unexpectedly this past weekend. We had never been through the experience of the sudden death of a pet nor had we ever considered cremation. The staff at Faithful companion made the experience a lot easier to handle.For starters, they showed us so much compassion and empathy both over the phone and in person. They walked us through all our options, including some available keepsake add-ons…we got the paw print keepsake which has an imprint of her actual paw molded in clay…it’s absolutely beautiful and we’re so happy to have that little piece of her with us. They thought to include little meaningful details, like allowing us to write our final words to her on her casket with a market, things that made it so much more of a personal process.They were incredibly respectful of not only us in our time of sadness but to our sweet girl as well, handling her gently and with much thoughtfulness and care as they loaded her into the casket. They were also very respectful with regard to our wishes, asking questions about what our level of comfort was through certain steps of the process, especially when they came to pick her up from our home.Faithful companion are incredibly time efficient and a lot more affordable than I was anticipating. And again, I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff members. I have already begun to recommend them to other pet owners we know. I am incredibly grateful to this company for all they do and how much more meaningful they have made this very difficult experience.

The vet set up a private cremation service with faithful companions for our beloved 15 yr old pet at his passing. This was on a Saturday around 1 pm and the very next day our sweet boy was back home with us. I can not be more thankful for the compassionate employee who delivered him back to us. This is our second experience using Faithful Companion. Our first was with our beloved cat Nala and we couldn't have asked for a better service. This time, we unexpectedly lost one of our beloved dogs to metastasized cancer at 12 years old. We have been heartbroken. This week was a snow and ice nightmare and we didn't want anyone traveling...but our vet was there, went in to do the surgery for our girl Budgie, and called us with the bad news that the tumor he found was cancerous and had spread to all internal organs. We chose to let our girl go out with peaceful dreams and in no pain. Faithful Companion came to the vet office that day and picked her up. Due to the continuing snow and ice storm, we couldn't get there the next day or the next. We changed appointments several times. We received more snow on top of ice but Faithful Companion was there. We changed the appointment times again for our girl's private cremation. We wanted to be there but had other babies at home and didn't want to drive in bad weather. We were finally able to get to Faithful Companion on the fourth day. They were very accommodating as we were going to pick up roses for our girl and take our time getting to their facility in Nashville. Unfortunately, we were going to be a little late and I called them on the way and they were just so comforting and kind. We arrived and our girl was so soft and beautiful (she was a long-haired medium-sized dog). She looked so peaceful. They did not rush us and gave us all the time we needed to see our girl and put her roses with her in her crematory container. We stayed throughout the process and left with our girl's ashes. It has really helped my husband and I process the loss to have such kind and loving people handle the arrangements with Nala and our girl Budgie. When we got home, our boy dog, who is the flock guardian, came outside into the snow. My husband was taking a video of him. He was looking for Budgie, smelling around our vehicle for her and frantically still searching. He has never done this before but he began looking straight up into the sky like his eyes were following something not far overhead and then, flying around...and it seemed like he was looking at Budgie flying above him with her new angel wings. I feel at peace with losing our girl now and I will always go to Faithful Companion.

I lost my kitty Suki at the very unfortunate young age of 11 months. Never having lost a pet before and my animals being my world, this whole experience has been traumatic for me. I didnt know how the process of what to do with her and cremation worked at all. My roommate called around to find a place to go and Faithful Companion was amazing. They were so so empathetic over the phone and communicative with every part of the process.When we got there, a worker whos name im pretty sure is David, was so helpful and sweet. He walked me through everything and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my baby. I felt so comfortable leaving her there that I was shocked how little time I ended up needing. I left feeling relieved and comfortable that she was in their care. Anyone who loses a pet close to them knows how hard the whole process can be. Having the compassion and respect the employee did, helped my grieving process so much and I was able to go get food and laugh a little for the first time since losing her.The most amazing part of it all was how fast the process is. They delivered her and all the paw prints I got this morning, and everything looks amazing. I only had to be without her for one night. They also included some extra stuff in the bag like a card, a rainbow bridge story, and a grief support mini book/journal that was surprisingly extremely helpful to me.Thank you all so much for helping me every step of the way through this and treating my Suki so well. Today we lost our best buddy at the age of 18 years old. Her name was Foxy and while I thought I was rescuing her 17 years ago, it was her who rescued us everyday. She saw me through the most difficult times in my life and always with unconditional love.We knew this day was coming this week and began looking for a service to honor and care for her as we have.This morning I called Faithful Companion and initially spoke to Russ. He was kind and empathic. Later when we knew the time for her to go to sleep I called back to let Faithful Companion know we would be bringing her over tonight. I spoke to Duane and he was very kind and thoughtful and expressed care for us at one of the most difficult times of our lives. When we arrived with Foxy, Davey greeted us and immediately showed smypathy for our loss. We had Foxy in our car and he got the right size box for her and brought a cart out and offered to help me lift her into the box. He took time with us, never tried to upsale any service or product, he allowed us time to think and grieve. He was knowledgable and kind. We asked if we could get some fur from her and he was most helpful. He allowed us to write messages on the box that she will remain in until the cremation tomorrow. He was not pushy and gave us all the time we wanted with Foxy to say our final good byes. I do not wish this day on my worst enemy. Our experience with Russ, Duane and Davey helped and at this point that is all there is. Thank you for your services. We hope to bring Foxy home tomorrow for the last time, no more pain or suffering and with dignity.Today we spoke to Weston about the engraving on the urns and he was so kind. Thank you Weston for being patient with us.John called to let us know they were bringing Foxy's remains to us and they were on time when they said they would be. Everything was first class and full of dignity, just how Foxy lived her life. All the staff were professional, kind and thoughtful from the first call to just now the knock at the door with Foxy's remains. No detail was too small nor kindness too much.This process is so emotional and difficult and Faithful Companion were so helpful, patient and kind. Yesterday, I experienced one of the worst pains I’ve ever felt in my entire life. I lost my best friend of 17 Years. I received the news of her passing while I was at work. I felt every emotion a person could possibly feel at once, and I truly didn’t know which direction to go. But I knew that I wanted to do the best I could do for my beloved friend. I am extremely happy that I was able to discover faithful companion. Kate came to me and my family, to perform the services for our lifelong companion. However I didn’t know what to expect, I didn’t know if someone was coming to just pick my dog up and take her away without a care in the world, I questioned who exactly would be arriving. I am extremely grateful and appreciative to have had met Kate, and to have had her be the one to properly lay my best friend to rest. She was EXTREMELY compassionate, she didn’t rush us through the process, she allowed us time to grieve and even consoled us as much as she could throughout her short but seemingly long time with me and my family. She even personally brought my dog home to me earlier today. And I truly appreciated that. I hate that I had to meet such a human being due to the nature of the situation, but I truly appreciated it. Losing a pet/ companion is one of the worst feelings that I’ve ever felt. And I know that anyone who has felt the same pain will agree. However Kate & Faithful Companion managed to take some of the weight away from me and my family just by being compassionate humans. I can not put into words the outstanding job they did for my family and the loss of our companion of 11 years. Unfortunately we lost our buddy late at night and unexpectedly. We called around until we found faithful companions and with little hesitation minimal questions they showed up late at night and helped us arrange and set up the whole process to have him cremated, at half the cost of other companies. In this awful time of grief they showed us care and compassion. Insured us that our baby would be handled with the utmost respect and love, the information they provided and the options were amazing. With all the darkness of losing our baby they held a candle and showed us what way we could go forward, Even gave us a small book on grief support guide, with the suicide prevention hotline number, it's nice to know that they handled it as seriously as it was. My fiance even watched the delivery driver handle the vehicle with care, coming to very slow turns and a very slow stop knowing he was handling someone's baby. Thank you Faithful companion❤️

I didn't get employees name, but the gentleman that delivered our precious baby girl to us this morning was so nice and caring!! I recommend this place for anyone that loses a precious fur baby! They did amazing job! They picked our baby girl up from the vet. I truly believe they handled our baby girl preciously as they did what they had to do with her. My husband and I have never had to go through anything like this before, and we felt at peace that Gabriel was handled with respect and care. Our beloved dog Timmy passed away from cancer in his sleep. We'd never dealt with figuring out cremation services for a pet ourselves, having had all our other dogs euthanized at the vet's. Unfortunately my 12 year old loyal companion, goofball, baby boy Dino passed away last night. To say it was an emotional day was an understatement. We recently lost our 13 yr old Babygirl exactly 2 months ago. It was difficult watching them both age and decline but I know they are up in Heaven... likely laying on the couch and eating excessive treats and peanut butter. I found this facility online and called around 830 last night. Westin was patient with me when clearly I was an emotional wreck. He had everything arranged in less than 15 minutes and gave me an ETA of pickup and vehicle description and driver name. Brittany arrived within 30 minutes. She clearly loves animals just as much as we do. She told us to take as much time as we needed to say goodbye then retrieved a stretcher and gently assisted my husband getting him loaded in the car for one last car ride. Westin called me a short time later to let me know Dino had safely arrived at the facility. Today I believe his name was Josh called me to deliver his remains. He offered me his condolences and my husband stated he also did the same when he arrived to drop Dino off at his final resting place. This has been a difficult 24 hours but I felt compelled to recognize these individuals. It has truly touched me and made this difficult process a little bit easier. My dog unfortunately passed away on a Sunday morning and they were the only pet cremation places I could find that was open at the time. They took amazing care of me, my mom, and my dog during such a hard time. I brought my dog wrapped in a blanket in her bed and when I got there they brought a cart out to wheel her in so we wouldn’t have to carry her. They let us take are time saying goodbye and walked us through the process without pushing to sell anything. You can tell they genuinely care about the pet and the pets family! With everything that’s included and how well they took care of me and mom mom during a emotional time and how respectful they were with my dog I’d agree is was well worth the price!

I can not express how well this facility and its employees handled my Cooper (great dane) . They were very kind and compassionate during the whole process . We had our sweet boy back in out home within 24 hours. That is a big help in the grieving process. They even pulled into our driveway and picked Cooper up after we had in home euthanasia by Lap of Love Nashville. I found my dog had passed when I woke up one morning, and I was truly devastated. I didn’t know who to call, so I quickly googled some places that offered cremation services. I began calling around, but I couldn’t hide how distraught I was. Most places that answered the phone coldly rattled off their cremation prices, but when I called Faithful Companion in Nashville I had the pleasure of speaking with Dwayne. Out of all of the places I called, he was the only one who said he was so sorry for my loss and asked what my dog’s name was. He referred to him by name the entire phone call, and his reverence meant the world to me during one of the worst mornings of my life. We opted to deliver our boy to them, and Dwayne was waiting on us with a casket and a cart. He quietly helped my husband unload our dog, Samson.We were taken to a private room where we discussed options quietly. After we selected the services, Dwayne didn’t leave. He sat with us and asked about Sam. He asked how long we had him and what his favorite treats were. He asked what he liked doing, and laughed as we cried through our stories. In the end he told us he was going to take care of some paperwork, and that we could take all the time that we needed to say goodbye. He provided coloring books for my two children to help them work through pet loss, took pictures of his nose and paw in case we wanted jewelry made later, and honestly just went above and beyond to let us know that he cared.The next day Faithful Companion delivered Samson home. We had him back in less than 24 hours, and the urn and clay paw print they provided were beautiful. The paw print preserved every indention of our boy’s big old paw. The driver called me when he was ten minutes away and said he was bringing Samson home, offering to work around my schedule if need be, then humbly delivered his ashes. He too told us that he was sorry for our loss.This company blew us away with their empathy and compassion during such a heartbreaking time. I can’t speak highly enough of them. We have two more older pets, and although I dread thinking about it, I know exactly who we will be turning to when their time comes.

I had never used or know of an at home euanasia service prior to this, but it was one of the best decision and last day experience for my sweet cat sage, after 10 yrs. She doesn't like to leave the home and was in her favorite place by my side on her last day. The vet' were SO above and beyond empathetic, professional, and loving to Sage and me on her last day. They gave us all the time we needed and thought of little touches ( a lock of her hair and a paw print hand delivered days later). Can't say enough about how great they were to us - it was 110 % worth the extra money to get this service done vs going to a dark damp scary place for her last days on earth. Highly recommend!

Very professional staff and wonderful experience. At one of the hardest times in life having people like this is a blessing. My husband and I cannot be more thankful for this company than we are. There really are no words to describe how compassionate, kind, and caring the employees and this company truly are with your pets. Our pug of 13 years tragically passed away a little over a week ago and Julie and David were completely wonderful during the whole experience. They did nothing, but try to take as much care and effort with our baby that we could ever ask for, especially with how important he was to us. We decided to send him off for Necropsy and Even though that makes it hard for them to do aftercare on the pet, they were able to accommodate getting his paw prints done for us, which turned out perfectly. The urn is perfect and their willingness to work with us as much as possible was absolutely perfect. It will never bring our baby back, but it at least gives us kindness and some closure, knowing that he was taken care of so well by such wonderful people. We thank them so much and if you have to use anybody for aftercare services for your fur baby, we highly recommend this company. They will do nothing, but go out-of-the-way for you and your fur baby.

It's never a pleasant experience when your pet dies. I had a very unexpected death of a pet. Due to the freeze the ground could not be dug to bury the cat. I was also busy working. The staff arranged to pick up my pet from my home and then return my pet after he had been cremated so that we could spread his ashes. We were offered other keepsake items such as a storage box, paw print, we declined as we knew we wanted to spread the ashes. But they were lovely gestures. Everyone was polite and professional and went above in dealing with me when I was probably a bit of a challenge due to my availability. I really was so grateful for the service and customer service they provided. Especially during a time of grief.

Our sweet dog, Lenore, passed away unexpectedly this past weekend. We had never been through the experience of the sudden death of a pet nor had we ever considered cremation. The staff at Faithful companion made the experience a lot easier to handle.For starters, they showed us so much compassion and empathy both over the phone and in person. They walked us through all our options, including some available keepsake add-ons…we got the paw print keepsake which has an imprint of her actual paw molded in clay…it’s absolutely beautiful and we’re so happy to have that little piece of her with us. They thought to include little meaningful details, like allowing us to write our final words to her on her casket with a market, things that made it so much more of a personal process.They were incredibly respectful of not only us in our time of sadness but to our sweet girl as well, handling her gently and with much thoughtfulness and care as they loaded her into the casket. They were also very respectful with regard to our wishes, asking questions about what our level of comfort was through certain steps of the process, especially when they came to pick her up from our home.Faithful companion are incredibly time efficient and a lot more affordable than I was anticipating. And again, I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff members. I have already begun to recommend them to other pet owners we know. I am incredibly grateful to this company for all they do and how much more meaningful they have made this very difficult experience.

The vet set up a private cremation service with faithful companions for our beloved 15 yr old pet at his passing. This was on a Saturday around 1 pm and the very next day our sweet boy was back home with us. I can not be more thankful for the compassionate employee who delivered him back to us. I lost my dog Emmy in June after finding out she was sick with a heart problem back in December. We unexpectedly found out that she had developed cancer in multiple spots during a routine heart check up. It broke my heart but, I had to make the appointment sooner than we were expecting to. Even knowing since December that she was sick, I still wasn’t prepared and knew nothing about how private cremation processes work either. I must have called faithful companions at least 3-4 times from the day I made the appointment with my vet, up until the day following it. Yesterday, I experienced one of the worst pains I’ve ever felt in my entire life. I lost my best friend of 17 Years. I received the news of her passing while I was at work. I felt every emotion a person could possibly feel at once, and I truly didn’t know which direction to go. But I knew that I wanted to do the best I could do for my beloved friend. I am extremely happy that I was able to discover faithful companion. Kate came to me and my family, to perform the services for our lifelong companion. However I didn’t know what to expect, I didn’t know if someone was coming to just pick my dog up and take her away without a care in the world, I questioned who exactly would be arriving. I am extremely grateful and appreciative to have had met Kate, and to have had her be the one to properly lay my best friend to rest. She was EXTREMELY compassionate, she didn’t rush us through the process, she allowed us time to grieve and even consoled us as much as she could throughout her short but seemingly long time with me and my family. She even personally brought my dog home to me earlier today. And I truly appreciated that. I hate that I had to meet such a human being due to the nature of the situation, but I truly appreciated it. Losing a pet/ companion is one of the worst feelings that I’ve ever felt. And I know that anyone who has felt the same pain will agree. However Kate & Faithful Companion managed to take some of the weight away from me and my family just by being compassionate humans. My sister works for a pet cremation company back home (in NY) and our hope was to have her handle our Luna's cremation. Unfortunately, that didn't work out, but thankfully Faithful Companion was there. Their professionalism, kindness, and compassion was greatly appreciated and definitely needed when it was time to say goodbye. The urn and vessel necklace are so beautiful and they also got some great ink prints or her paws and nose. They also added a booklet on grief that is very relevant and helpful during such a difficult time.

Jason personally drove 45 minutes out of the way to come pick up our 200 pound baby from our house and was very kind and caring. Besides doing I think he said 200 cremations before, he was patient and thorough with my questions that he has probably been asked a hundred times before. I picked my dog up the next day and he Kindly showed me all of the process while I was there. My dog was too big for the standard urn so he upgraded us for no charge. They treat every pet with the respect of any human cremation. They were very helpful. I highly recommend their services.

They are the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They were so compassionate and just tried so hard to make sure I was happy with everything I was getting with my baby. This was by far the worst day of my life and them being so sweet and caring really helped. I just want to say how much I appreciate Faithful Companions and especially Russ. He was so sweet and professional during the whole process. The main thing I will always remember is as soon as he heard my baby had passed he wanted to know his name and he never called him anything but Roscoe the whole time. Very professional staff and wonderful experience. At one of the hardest times in life having people like this is a blessing. Our sweet dog passed away at home, he hated when I left him and I didn't want to leave him at a strange place and wait for days to receive his ashes. After falling ill, our precious baby Rocky was needing to be put down. He was my certified ESA. He helped through some of the hardest times. We adopted him after someone had given up on him after declawing him. He was my baby. We decided to have him cremated to forever hold him and to never leave him. We dropped him off on Sunday and received the call on Monday that his ashes were ready to be picked up. They made sure to get his little paw print and get him back to us quickly! I wouldn't have had it any other way. They included a sweet bookmark on the rainbow bridge. This place is caring, efficient and they truly care about you and your furrbaby. I would give 100 stars if I could. I had to make the heart shattering decision to say goodbye to my 14 year old cat Rufus today. I can’t even begin to express how forever grateful I am to have found Faithful Companion. Everyone I talked to at the Nashville TN location was simply amazing. We lost our 4 month old baby Sphynx kitten, Ike. I can’t say enough good things about them. I called the number at like 12am on the night he died, sobbing and hysterical, trying to get it together, thinking I was going to leave a message for them to call me in the morning. I guess they forget to send the phones to night mode, so a man answered, and I explained what happened and I never did get it together so I was still sobbing, and I felt bad that I had probably woken him up, but he listened and had amazing empathy. He could have just said, hey, we’re closed, I’ll take a msg, but he was a stranger that listened to me sob. I hope it’s a million years before I ever need their services again, but I would definitely recommend them.

We lost our baby after 15+ years this Memorial day, and we are still trying to live with the fact that our baby is no longer here with us in the flesh.Faithful Companion Pet Cremation has made the mourning process more bearable for our family this time around.I wish I knew this place existed when we had to have Nolla's life long partner and our other baby Zeus cremated about 5 years ago.After reading the reviews of FCPC I told my wife that I wanted Nolla's procedure to be done by them when it was time.My wife handled making all of the arrangements, and said that the gentleman she spoke with as well as the young lady who came to pick Nolla up were amazing to deal with.The gentleman who brought our baby home while we didn't have a long conversation was very friendly, and It seems that the people who are running FCPC really care about your loss.My wife initially called around 2 a.m Monday morning, and left a message of our situation. I believe it was 8:05 Monday morning when we received the return call that's about 5 mins or so after they open on a federal holiday mind you. By 8:45 a.m our baby was being picked up by a caring young lady who transported her in a very humane and caring manner. Just over 24hrs later we had our baby back home with us, and that is a blessing from God in our opinion.I say all that to say this. If you ever find yourself in need of pet cremation services do yourself and anyone else grieving the loss a huge favor and call Faithful Companion Pet Cremation you will not be disappointed.Our family is forever grateful for the way this company, and the 2 amazing people we dealt with has helped us through this very unfortunate time.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I lost my dog Emmy in June after finding out she was sick with a heart problem back in December. We unexpectedly found out that she had developed cancer in multiple spots during a routine heart check up. It broke my heart but, I had to make the appointment sooner than we were expecting to. Even knowing since December that she was sick, I still wasn’t prepared and knew nothing about how private cremation processes work either. I must have called faithful companions at least 3-4 times from the day I made the appointment with my vet, up until the day following it. They answered all of my questions with genuine care and support each time, she was picked up and brought back to me in a day. She came back in a wooden box urn, with a matching stand for her clay paw print, grief support material and the rainbow bridge poem. I would absolutely trust them with any of my pets in the future.

Faithful Companion are by far the best experience I've had concerning the loss of a pet. They were so compassionate from start to finish in handling my ferret baby, Gidget. From the initial phone call, to the in-person assurance that she would never be left alone, to the delivery of my baby back to my home, their service is exemplary, and I will not even consider using anyone else for future needs. At 3:30am on Christmas Eve morning my precious Lily passed away in my arms. She was 14 years old. Lily is my first pet that has passed away and I had no clue about the cremation process. Later that morning I called Faithful Companions, who I had found online. John answered the phone and was one of the nicest people. He answered all of my questions, assured me they would be open all day (Christmas Eve) and to take my time. When we got to the office John met with us and explained everything in detail about the process that would take place. He informed us of all of the options if we chose to upgrade but that it was not necessary or a decision that would have to be made right then, which to me is customer service at it's best. I never felt pressured. I knew they had a 24 hour return policy, however I never dreamed they would offer to bring her home on Christmas Day. We insisted that was not necessary that the day after Christmas would be more than ok. Mark called on the way to bring Lily back home, when he arrived he to was just as nice and respectful as John. I honestly cant say enough nice things about my experience with them during this difficult time. They were polite, sincere, compassionate, and empathetic. I hope to not need their service again for many years but will trust them with my fur babies when the time comes.

When my sweet hedgehog passed, I didn’t know what to do. I thought I’d be laughed at calling about a hedgehog rather than a dog or a cat. However, the people here took great care of us and were very sympathetic through the process. We were in an out within 30 minutes, and then they brought her back to us early the next morning. They have an urn that comes with their cremation package so you don’t have to deal with trying to pick an urn on the spot, but they also have beautiful options that you can purchase in addition. They gave us time to privately say goodbye and to write a note for Luna. I hope I never have to recommend pet cremation to anyone, but if I do, this is where I’ll send them.

Our beloved cat Simon passed away on February 18th, we knew the day was near as he had been battling a tumor behind his left eye since October 2018. It was still very difficult for our family because he had been with us for 17years! My son called and spoke with John and he was very caring and compassionate and explained everything to him. He made arrangements for Simon to be picked up . Jocobi arrived at our house and he was very caring and we knew that Simon was in good hands for his final journey. When I found out my cat had to be put down the next morning, it was rather late in the day. I live in an hour south of Nashville so I tried to call the local places first but none of them answered. I didn't think faithful companion would answer either but to my shock they were still open and walked me through the whole process and they were very understanding and sweet. When we went in the next day and it was a beautiful atmosphere the staff was very sweet and compassionate everything was very professional. And I got to take my baby back home in an hour or so. We lost our sweet redbone, Der Hund. We called Faithful Companions, and they were at our house ASAP. Jon, was who arrived to get our sweet boy. They put him in a cardboard cremation casket. He didn’t rush us in any way, and he treated our pup like one would treat any loved one, with the caring and respect they deserve. We received Hund’s ashes, 24 hours later, in the Nashville rain. We just had to let our big girl Lexi go and it was one of the saddest days of my life. I cannot thank John enough for making the whole process so smoothly during such a hard time. I have had lots of dogs cremated before but this was the first time I had actually taken a dog to the crematory , usually they were picked up at the vets. I was so impressed by how everything was handled from the moment I walked in John was there waiting and so caring about my loss. The place was immaculate, dog signs on the wall & just a very calming atmosphere. After loosing our precious toy poodle while traveling the verternarian recommended Faithful Companion for our request of her remains. It was difficult as we were traveling to trust strangers and a company you have not aware of with our fur child of almost 18 years. They drove to pick up our girl immediately after being called by the vet. They drove from Nashville, TN to Spring Hill, TN. Later that same day she was cremated. Same day. That was huge. As requested by us, they communicated during the entire process. You call and a real person answers the phone. In fact Jason Santeiu the President of the company was in direct contact regularly. Since we were not local they took proper care to ensure we received our girl by reputable shipping company as we requested.They are the very best we have encountered and extremely compassionate.

Late afternoon at work I have got heartbreaking news over the phone. My 17 years 8 months old black Siamese Michael "Happy Feet" fell asleep and didn't wake up on November 21st, 2019 around 3pm. He has been with me since he was born and it was a devastating news for me. After saying goodbye to my furry baby I called to Faithful Companion around 6 pm. After falling ill, our precious baby Rocky was needing to be put down. He was my certified ESA. He helped through some of the hardest times. We adopted him after someone had given up on him after declawing him. He was my baby. We decided to have him cremated to forever hold him and to never leave him. We dropped him off on Sunday and received the call on Monday that his ashes were ready to be picked up. They made sure to get his little paw print and get him back to us quickly! I wouldn't have had it any other way. They included a sweet bookmark on the rainbow bridge. This place is caring, efficient and they truly care about you and your furrbaby. I would give 100 stars if I could. I had to make the heart shattering decision to say goodbye to my 14 year old cat Rufus today. I can’t even begin to express how forever grateful I am to have found Faithful Companion. Everyone I talked to at the Nashville TN location was simply amazing. We lost our 4 month old baby Sphynx kitten, Ike. I can’t say enough good things about them. I called the number at like 12am on the night he died, sobbing and hysterical, trying to get it together, thinking I was going to leave a message for them to call me in the morning. I guess they forget to send the phones to night mode, so a man answered, and I explained what happened and I never did get it together so I was still sobbing, and I felt bad that I had probably woken him up, but he listened and had amazing empathy. He could have just said, hey, we’re closed, I’ll take a msg, but he was a stranger that listened to me sob. I hope it’s a million years before I ever need their services again, but I would definitely recommend them.

We lost our baby after 15+ years this Memorial day, and we are still trying to live with the fact that our baby is no longer here with us in the flesh.Faithful Companion Pet Cremation has made the mourning process more bearable for our family this time around.I wish I knew this place existed when we had to have Nolla's life long partner and our other baby Zeus cremated about 5 years ago.After reading the reviews of FCPC I told my wife that I wanted Nolla's procedure to be done by them when it was time.My wife handled making all of the arrangements, and said that the gentleman she spoke with as well as the young lady who came to pick Nolla up were amazing to deal with.The gentleman who brought our baby home while we didn't have a long conversation was very friendly, and It seems that the people who are running FCPC really care about your loss.My wife initially called around 2 a.m Monday morning, and left a message of our situation. I believe it was 8:05 Monday morning when we received the return call that's about 5 mins or so after they open on a federal holiday mind you. By 8:45 a.m our baby was being picked up by a caring young lady who transported her in a very humane and caring manner. Just over 24hrs later we had our baby back home with us, and that is a blessing from God in our opinion.I say all that to say this. If you ever find yourself in need of pet cremation services do yourself and anyone else grieving the loss a huge favor and call Faithful Companion Pet Cremation you will not be disappointed.Our family is forever grateful for the way this company, and the 2 amazing people we dealt with has helped us through this very unfortunate time.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This is quite obviously a service that pet parents never want to use. Because we have to face the inevitable, though, Faithful Companion is the place to go. I toured the building weeks prior to our kitty's final day. The facility is purpose-built and clean and the owner is completely transparent. He showed me the entire operation, from the furnace room in which you can witness your beloved's final journey all the way to the garage and after-cremation processing equipment. He furnished a cardboard casket, which made taking our precious kitty out of the vet's office on her final day a little easier. Jason was so kind and encouraged and allowed us to witness as much of the process as we felt comfortable doing. Knowing that her body was handled with care and seeing the cremation from start to finish provided some comfort on that terrible day.

Our four legged family passed away and used them to cremate. It was heavy snowed day, so we decided to request them to come pick "family" to cremation service. Within few hours of making a phone call, the lady came to home with little casket. She let us have our time to say good bye to her and she cried for our "family", she was not just picking up my "family" just because it is her job. They let us send with her toys and other little memories in casket. Very next day, she came back with little wood urn. It was very difficult for us to say good bye, but very satisfied about their service, and because of them it made us little easier for us to say good bye.

No name engraved or name plate or anything, and it just kinda bothered me considering how much it was.Review update:This place has excellent customer service! I will say anyone that chooses this option should make sure with the vet they are going to 100% get what they want. At 3:30am on Christmas Eve morning my precious Lily passed away in my arms. She was 14 years old. Lily is my first pet that has passed away and I had no clue about the cremation process. Later that morning I called Faithful Companions, who I had found online. John answered the phone and was one of the nicest people. He answered all of my questions, assured me they would be open all day (Christmas Eve) and to take my time. When we got to the office John met with us and explained everything in detail about the process that would take place. He informed us of all of the options if we chose to upgrade but that it was not necessary or a decision that would have to be made right then, which to me is customer service at it's best. I never felt pressured. I knew they had a 24 hour return policy, however I never dreamed they would offer to bring her home on Christmas Day. We insisted that was not necessary that the day after Christmas would be more than ok. Mark called on the way to bring Lily back home, when he arrived he to was just as nice and respectful as John. I honestly cant say enough nice things about my experience with them during this difficult time. They were polite, sincere, compassionate, and empathetic. I hope to not need their service again for many years but will trust them with my fur babies when the time comes.

When my sweet hedgehog passed, I didn’t know what to do. I thought I’d be laughed at calling about a hedgehog rather than a dog or a cat. However, the people here took great care of us and were very sympathetic through the process. We were in an out within 30 minutes, and then they brought her back to us early the next morning. They have an urn that comes with their cremation package so you don’t have to deal with trying to pick an urn on the spot, but they also have beautiful options that you can purchase in addition. They gave us time to privately say goodbye and to write a note for Luna. I hope I never have to recommend pet cremation to anyone, but if I do, this is where I’ll send them.

Our beloved cat Simon passed away on February 18th, we knew the day was near as he had been battling a tumor behind his left eye since October 2018. It was still very difficult for our family because he had been with us for 17years! My son called and spoke with John and he was very caring and compassionate and explained everything to him. He made arrangements for Simon to be picked up . Jocobi arrived at our house and he was very caring and we knew that Simon was in good hands for his final journey. When I found out my cat had to be put down the next morning, it was rather late in the day. I live in an hour south of Nashville so I tried to call the local places first but none of them answered. I didn't think faithful companion would answer either but to my shock they were still open and walked me through the whole process and they were very understanding and sweet. When we went in the next day and it was a beautiful atmosphere the staff was very sweet and compassionate everything was very professional. And I got to take my baby back home in an hour or so. I would recommend them to anybody looking for this kind of service. I would say it's even worth the drive

We lost our sweet redbone, Der Hund. We called Faithful Companions, and they were at our house ASAP. Jon, was who arrived to get our sweet boy. They put him in a cardboard cremation casket. He didn’t rush us in any way, and he treated our pup like one would treat any loved one, with the caring and respect they deserve. We received Hund’s ashes, 24 hours later, in the Nashville rain. Jon drove him to our house and handed our sweet boy to us. We also opted to get his paw print and it is a treasure.They made our heartbreaking situation way easier to handle. they deserve more than five stars honestly. to start off, i lost my very best friend, my fur baby— eevee, on may 14th. i was torn into pieces (still am). he was more than just an ‘animal’, more than a pet, he was my child. i didn’t want for him to be buried, i wanted to have a piece of him that i could have forever and cherish, so i decided to look up services like this one. after all of the positive feedback i’ve read, i’m really glad i chose faithful companion. i was talking to joe, and he was really nice and very patient with me. he had arranged a meeting for them to pick up my baby on the 15th around 8 am and just this morning around the same time, kate had delivered eevee’s remains to me. she was very sweet, kind, and professional. the packaging was very neatly set up, and it came along with a card and a poem and i couldn’t stop crying. i cannot thank them enough, i really appreciate everyone there and everything they have done for me and for my eevee. thank you all so much for helping during this difficult time 🖤

We decided to ease the suffering of our big man. After 13 1/2 years he has lived a full life. We trusted Faithful Companion with the services after. They take special care and have many options available to you for remembrance. We live out in Clarksville and they drove all the way out to pickup and drop off our boy. Great service and will use in the future again. Thank you guys again for such a wonderful service you provide for the community.

This is quite obviously a service that pet parents never want to use. Because we have to face the inevitable, though, Faithful Companion is the place to go. I toured the building weeks prior to our kitty's final day. The facility is purpose-built and clean and the owner is completely transparent. He showed me the entire operation, from the furnace room in which you can witness your beloved's final journey all the way to the garage and after-cremation processing equipment. He furnished a cardboard casket, which made taking our precious kitty out of the vet's office on her final day a little easier. Jason was so kind and encouraged and allowed us to witness as much of the process as we felt comfortable doing. Knowing that her body was handled with care and seeing the cremation from start to finish provided some comfort on that terrible day.

Caring, compassionate and respectful through the entire process, just like the other reviews stated. However, I want to add they delivered the ashes to our home, over the weekend. That was unexpectedly, and pleasantly fast, and in my opinion was above and beyond. So thankful for this place during this difficult time.

My beloved Scooby passed away today unexpectedly and I was an absolute complete and utter mess. Still am and am just shaking while I write this. But I need people to know who end up going through this heartache to know to use this company. Zach took care of me and my beloved Scooby today and I have never felt in better care than I did today for me and more importantly with my Scooby. From the second I got there to the moment I left. Zach made today the easiest for me he possibly could and he absolutely did that beyond words. Thank you Zach. Thank you so much for the level of care you gave to me and my Scooby. Do not give this company a second thought when choosing a cremation service for your beloved pets. They are incredible

Our four legged family passed away and used them to cremate. It was heavy snowed day, so we decided to request them to come pick "family" to cremation service. Within few hours of making a phone call, the lady came to home with little casket. She let us have our time to say good bye to her and she cried for our "family", she was not just picking up my "family" just because it is her job. They let us send with her toys and other little memories in casket. Very next day, she came back with little wood urn. It was very difficult for us to say good bye, but very satisfied about their service, and because of them it made us little easier for us to say good bye.

they deserve more than five stars honestly. to start off, i lost my very best friend, my fur baby— eevee, on may 14th. i was torn into pieces (still am). he was more than just an ‘animal’, more than a pet, he was my child. i didn’t want for him to be buried, i wanted to have a piece of him that i could have forever and cherish, so i decided to look up services like this one. after all of the positive feedback i’ve read, i’m really glad i chose faithful companion. i was talking to joe, and he was really nice and very patient with me. he had arranged a meeting for them to pick up my baby on the 15th around 8 am and just this morning around the same time, kate had delivered eevee’s remains to me. she was very sweet, kind, and professional. the packaging was very neatly set up, and it came along with a card and a poem and i couldn’t stop crying. i cannot thank them enough, i really appreciate everyone there and everything they have done for me and for my eevee. thank you all so much for helping during this difficult time 🖤

Everyone that helped my girlfriend and I say goodbye to our cat Tummy was extremely empathetic and kind during the process. The procedure was explained in detail and his remains were returned to us within 24 hours as promised. I would encourage others in the same situation to use their services.
