Andrew was very kind, compassionate, and patient while walking me through the options. I was able to pick her up the next day. Today, October 27th, of 2024, I lost my best friend of 14 years. I had my sweet girl Chloe since I was 9 years old. This is the first loss I’ve ever experienced and it’s really devastating for my myself and my family. I’ll forever love and miss her so very much. Andrew was amazing and very comforting. He showed me so much compassion and made me feel like she was going to be well taken care of. I love that they also offer you a clay paw print and lock of hair. I’ll never forget the compassion Andrew showed me and my sweet baby Chloe.

Our sweet Layla crossed the rainbow bridge July 26th. Continental was at the vet in 45 min to get her. Communication with them was awesome because we ordered a couple necklaces. They worked around our schedules to bring her back home. I Highly recommend them.

My dog Precious passed Oct. 5 2024. She had a good long 12 years fighting cancer in her later years.. When all other places were closed I found these wonderful people and got her in yesterday, Oct. 6. They are very compassionate and understanding people. Listened to my final request for her, which was to be cremated with the shirt i gave her to have my scent when I was gone.. they took good care of my pup. Very nice people. Ashes were secured in a baggie in the urn to ensure theyre safe. I will be sure to visit them again.

My vet and I helped my sweet Georgie boy crossed the rainbow bridge on July 24th. Continental Pet Cremations picked Georgie up from the vet's office the same day and delivered his remains to me on Saturday morning. Our sweet, silly Oakley crossed the rainbow bridge very unexpectedly on Saturday, June 01,24. After another business never returned my call, I spoke to Jerry. He let me know he would call back when he got in. He called and made plans to pick up Oakley before his scheduled day began on Sunday. He made this difficult time so much easier by showing so much respect when picking up Oakley. We had just lost our family member and this took so much stress off of us. We purchased the clay paw print and am so happy we did. So nice. We will definitely use Continental again.

If you’re reading this because your pet passed away and you’re trying to figure out which crematory to go with- look no further.I can’t recommend this business enough. Nothing about losing a pet is easy, but this company made it more pleasant and simple than I could have ever imagined. Miley was more than a dog to me and I believe they treated her just as I would have.I called later in the evening, John answered right away and picked her up an hour later. He was very empathetic and understanding- a safe presence for such an emotional time. He dropped her back off to me the following morning before noon. The whole experience with them was something that I’ll never forget- they turned an already difficult situation into something so peaceful and loving. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the compassion they showed for my sweet girl. The gentleman answered and assured me he would be there upon arriving with my baby. On April 29th 2024 we lost our family pet in a tragic way. Completely devastated, unable to speak without crying, we called continental pet creations. It was 230 in the morning and Jerry answered the phone. He was kind, compassionate and full of sympathy. He offered to do whatever we needed, to pick her up or to meet us at the business at 3 a.m. We decided to drop her off. When we got there he helped us get her out of the car and allowed us time to say our final goodbyes. He did not rush us out the door even though it was insanely late. I could tell thay he was grieving with and for us. He treat our precious Jade with such dignity as well as our family. This place has been the best reflection of God's love through a very hard time for us. I will forever be grateful for Continental Pet Cremations. It takes someone with a huge strong heart to loves our pets in their last moments. Thank you so much for everything you have done, it has truly been such a blessing to us. our beloved baby, Nave, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Nave was our “best boy” — the sweetest, friendliest cat who was so smart, he could solve complicated puzzle treats despite being totally blind. we’re devastated and shocked, so we had a necropsy done at UTK to try to get some answers. The folks at Continental Pet Cremations have been a god-send during this. Alan did fur clippings, ink paw prints, and a clay paw print — which means so much to me. Our local crematorium in Cleveland refused because of the necropsy, and I will be forever grateful that we have that memorabilia thanks to the gentlemen at Continental Pet Cremations. I lost my poor Precious a few weeks ago. They were so kind and thoughtful. Even when I accidentally went to the wrong building, instead of just pointing the way, the nice lady walked me to where I was supposed to be and made sure I found the right person. The kind man who took care of us, Jerry, did such a good job. He gave me time to say one last goodbye. He even washed her blankets that I brought her in so they wouldn’t smell bad.

15/10 would recommend - amazing customer service and results! So happy I drove the extra distance to come here for my baby’s passing.I bought the paw print cast separately and they even gave the clay paw print for free with it and some clippings of his hair in the other closed container. (Not shown is the certificate of his cremation that they provide as well and ink presses of his paw prints (also free))They were so nice the entire process, and very understanding when it took me extra time to come pick him up because we were in the middle of a move. I had an extremely large Great Pyrenees. Continental pet cremations came out, and even though I knew he was already gone, it would be a struggle with his weight for anyone to get him. They treated him with such tenderness and care.They provided clippings of his hair, a paw print picture and his Ashes. That, especially with the size of my dog, was worth the price alone. They came all the way from Maryville to my location in powell to deliver his ashes back to me. 5 stars!!

My precious baby Gizmo passed on Friday, 12/8/2023. I called John and he answered after 1ring. When we dropped him off he let us spend extra time with Gizmo saying goodbye. Continental handled my sweet Oliver with such love and care after we lost our sweet boy from complications from a treatable illness. He passed suddenly on Saturday and Linda was there picking him up within an hour and a half of our phone call. She carried him to her car with such care as though he were her own beloved pet. I couldn’t be happier with the results when I got him back and with the overall service. We researched on web before making a decision. Continental was affordable and offered paw print and hair clipping included in price. They were flexible with times to fit our schedule. We ask that bones be left intact after cremation. They were kind, caring and respectful. We are heartbroken 💔 over the loss of our sweet girl Fiona, but lucky to have had 14 precious years of memories with our baby.

When my dad’s dog passed, in our grief we suddenly realized we had no idea what we were supposed to do next. I had heard good things about Continental and called them, and I’m so glad I did. They arranged to pick up our sweet boy and return his ashes the next day. Not only that, but fur clippings and several paw prints were included in the base price.Businesses could easily take advantage of grieving pet parents and charge crazy amounts, but Continental made it affordable and convenient to lay our pup to rest. The entire process was professional and dignified and we HIGHLY recommend them.Thank you, Jerry!

Our puppy, Chester, met his untimely end July 2nd 2022. He was only about 6 months old. We were absolutely heartbreak. (Still are)It was the weekend. Most places were closed. I had no idea where to turn. John answered the call, and was available within 30 minutes! He was there to walk me thru it all when I couldn’t even speak thru the tears and sobbing. Everything was affordable. Even on such short notice. He had Chester back home with us in less than 24hrs! I highly recommend his services!! He is very compassionate and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place!We couldn't have ask for anything more through such a difficult time.From the moment we pulled in with our precious Princess Amy we were greeted with compassion and condolences.We've used another pet crematory in the past and (paid more) and didn't even receive paw prints or fur collection of our animal.This place is so informative and handle everything to take the additional stress off.I felt very comfortable knowing she was left in such caring gentle hands! We researched on web before making a decision. Continental was affordable and offered paw print and hair clipping included in price. They were flexible with times to fit our schedule. We ask that bones be left intact after cremation. They were kind, caring and respectful. We are heartbroken 💔 over the loss of our sweet girl Fiona, but lucky to have had 14 precious years of memories with our baby.

Unfortunately I have had to visit this business 3 times in like 4 months . Each time I’m met with sympathy, kindness, and understanding. They are very communicative during the whole process. My nieces gecko was killed last night by a cat. We called as soon as they opened this morning and they had little Dandy ready to go within 3 hours. My niece was able to pick out a beautiful box and they did tail and foot prints of him before they cremated him. When my dad’s dog passed, in our grief we suddenly realized we had no idea what we were supposed to do next. I had heard good things about Continental and called them, and I’m so glad I did. They arranged to pick up our sweet boy and return his ashes the next day. Not only that, but fur clippings and several paw prints were included in the base price.Businesses could easily take advantage of grieving pet parents and charge crazy amounts, but Continental made it affordable and convenient to lay our pup to rest. Our puppy, Chester, met his untimely end July 2nd 2022. He was only about 6 months old. We were absolutely heartbreak. (Still are)It was the weekend. Most places were closed. I had no idea where to turn. John answered the call, and was available within 30 minutes! He was there to walk me thru it all when I couldn’t even speak thru the tears and sobbing. Everything was affordable. Even on such short notice. He had Chester back home with us in less than 24hrs! I highly recommend his services!! He is very compassionate and easy to talk to. I called because my dog got hit by a car. I’m in west Knoxville and he is in Blount county. I called and they came immediately to pick him up. He brought my dog home and was at my house 15 minutes before promised time. tpricing was on par with all the other cremations. They brought Buddy home and were able to get his paw prints. Continental Pet Cremation was awesome when my parents dog Zoey passed almost 5 weeks ago. My mom didn't want to have her cremated and I talked her into it and she found Continental Pet Cremations. She called them and they told her how long it would be before they got to their house. When the guy got to the house he brought a blanket to put her in not a bag or box. He was very professional and nice. They were even able to bring back her ashes later on that same evening. We also got 3 ink paw prints, a tin with her hair clippings and a certificate where she was cremated alone. I would highly recommend Continental Pet Cremations.

Our dog sadly passed away while we were camping in TN. Continent Pet was responsive and quickly helped with the cremation. I was able to see the facility and I know my dog had an individual cremation. There have been times in the past where you’re never really sure if you’re getting your dog’s ashes or a group of cremated pets. We also got a certificate of individual cremation. They were able to handle everything within a few hours and also took ink prints of each paw and a clay paw impression. I was very impressed compared to other services I have had when pets has passed away in the past. I’m grateful to have found this company.

These people have been so wonderful during this difficult time. I had to put my 11yo Chihuahua down and I'm devastated, but they have made a horrible time a little easier. It's hard to find a pet crematorium that will do individual cremations with smaller pets and not charge an outlandish amount. I was able to have my sweet fur baby cremated, picked up from the ER and delivered to my house, and a wonderfully sweet package of ink paw prints, clay paw print, and fur trimming for much less than other places I found. This is such a great service especially for people who have had to spend so much for emergency services on their pet just to have to say goodbye. I can't thank you all enough for what you do.

We had one of the dogs we were watching over Memorial Day Weekend passed away unexpectedly. It was Friday night at 9 pm and needed to find a place that would be willing to meet me so I could drop off our little girl that had become part of our extended family. I was upset over losing Deliliah, I called and spoke to the owner who was so sweet. I told him my dilemma that this wasn’t my pet and the owner wanted to say Goodbye. He was willing to meet me at his business location when I was ready to meet him. I had to drive from Cedar Bluff to Rockford. We were both greeted with what fell like open arms. I was able to place Delilah in a box and say my goodbyes and shed a few tears. The owner went over prices and my requests. It was the easiest process I have ever done. He let me know that he would be gone for the weekend but there was someone available 24/7 if I needed anything. Linda called me on Saturday to let me know Delilah was ready to go home. I have never had an animal come home in less than a week. I let Linda know I worked all weekend and I wouldn’t be able to pick her up late Sunday almost 9pm. She was willing to meet me without any hesitation. I have never had such amazing service from anyone, especially anything to do with my fur babies.

Our sweet boy passed away this morning. We chose to get him cremated. I was nervous because our last experience with cremation wasn't a good one with (Seymour location). Continental pet cremations were amazing. They came to pick up our sweet ol' Grizzly, or Grizzwald, Grizz, Grizzy, Grizzyboy, Wesley, Christopher, 🤗 Grizzly, my best boy, he had many names, and loved our kids. My little guy Trooper had to be put to rest this week and he has been with me almost 17 years. I had a place in mind and called them and due to the fact it was almost 5 they said they close at 5 but would wait on me, I called and never got an answer. Not sure what to do took him home. Googled and found Continental, called them around 6 and they met me before I went to work. I also was able to pick him up by the end of the day. They was so thoughtful and caring. Would recommend them. Very thankful for them.

Fantastic, caring service. I called at 3:30 am and arranged for someone to come by our home at 7:30 am and he arrived promptly. For a large dog, the pickup service was really a help.

This place was there for my husband and I when we unexpectedly lost our siamese furbaby in April. It was very late at night but they told us to come on in and we were greeted with open arms. They were very caring and understanding. Would highly recommend.

We lost our beloved Daisy this morning. The staff where very friendly, caring, and courteous. They where empathetic and it felt as if they felt our loss too. I couldn't recommend them enough. Our baby was treated with such dignity and grace.

Very respectful! Very professional! They made a very sad situation easier to deal with. Our family friend of 13 years was treated with respect and dignity. Nice urn and they even gave us a clay paw print. I know it is hard to lose a furry friend but they made the process much easier by sympathizing with us and they understood the hurt that we were feeling.

Very thankful for this company. My dog got hit by a car around 11pm at night, we called Devastated around 1am to see about getting him cremated, the gentleman I spoke with was super friendly and offered to come in so we could drop our dog off... he did not rush and was very friendly and understanding. The woman who called the next day and gave us back his ashes was also great. Thank you guys so much for what you do.

Our sweet boy passed away this morning. We chose to get him cremated. I was nervous because our last experience with cremation wasn't a good one with (Seymour location). Continental pet cremations were amazing. They came to pick up our sweet ol' Grizzly, or Grizzwald, Grizz, Grizzy, Grizzyboy, Wesley, Christopher, 🤗 Grizzly, my best boy, he had many names, and loved our kids. Such a missed guy already 😭 Linda was very nice, very understanding and neat. She came prepared and was very gentle. She arrived in a reasonable time limit, and I will always choose continental pet cremations in the future!!! I recommend them highly! Thank you for all your help and support.
