I cannot sing the praises enough about Scott, the owner of Harmony Hill.From the moment we first called to arrange services, he took the utmost care of us. When we arrived to drop off our precious fur baby that hadHe was he greeted us and we were welcomed into his facility where the service is performed. It is best and very clean and he is so professional.I felt like he truly understood out pain and the importance of getting our pets remains back home as quickly as possible then he shared with us his own story of how his family had lost a pet not so long ago. He was very empathetic through the whole process.When we picked up our fur baby’s remains the very next business day boy were we pleased! He’d done a BEAUTIFUL job and had done exactly as was promised. He’s taken extra time to do an ink paw print that I’d requested and even some fur clippings. The rosewood box that the remains were placed was just gorgeous! He even included a beautiful sympathy card that was so heartfelt.I took a chance and chose Harmony Hill through a Google search. These things are sometimes hit or miss. HARMONY HILL was definitely the perfect choice.

Above and Beyond. Scott came to my home on Thanksgiving morning to pick up my baby girl Luna, who unexpectedly passed away in the wee hours of the morning. Everyone was closed, even my vet wasn't answering but Scott did. I was able to have her back the next day. The Urn is beautiful. The card he sent along was perfect. Exactly what I needed to hear. And the paw prints he did for Luna was unbelievable. I never write reviews. However if anyone deserves a raving review, it's this man. I am not the easiest person, I can be a handful most days. Scott treated Luna and I with the utmost care and compassion, even following to my requests on how Luna had to be kept in her baby blanket and baby bed until cremation. Harmony Hill Pet Cremation went above and beyond. Thank you.

We had our 14 year old Anatolian Shepherd / great Pyrenees, put down due to internal issues immediately called Scott and he went above and beyond taking care of our needs and now we have her forever with us. Could not ask for any better service?

Small, loving, family-owned company who deals with people at some of their most emotional moments. I can't tell you how wonderful Scott treated my pet of 16 years. He even came to our home to pick him up for me. I will definitely use Harmony Hill for all my future needs. I just hope that it's not soon!

We had a very unexpected passing of our puppy Chance. Mr. Scott was responsive at all hours (literally working between time zones), compassionate, and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything and we were able to have Chance back home to us in such a short time. Harmony Hill Pet Crematory comes highly recommended, as a licensed Mortician I am thoroughly impressed with the level of compassion, care, and understanding of our family's unique needs during such a stressful difficult time.

My cat passed away 4/24 and this was the company used by the vet. I wasn’t prepared for her to pass so I didn’t have any research on where I wanted her to go. I was so pleased when the vet shared the name and I googled Hickory Hills and read the great comments. I got my girl back today in a beautiful urn with her name etched on it. They got her right away and cremated her the same day. I am so grateful for Hickory Hills.

We lost our Great Pyrenees, Pudge, after 14 years. I cannot say enough positive things about Scott at Harmony Hills. The open line of communication, the beautiful engraved urn, the turnaround time to have him back home the next day. Scott is the perfect mix between professional and caring. When my guinea pig unexpectedly passed on the first, no vets were open to help me find a place to cremate him. When looking around, everywhere else was extremely expensive, which was hard because we had already spent so much on the sudden illness that took him. But Harmony Hills is very reasonable and I got his urn engraved as well for a reasonable price. The urn itself is beautiful and matches both my dog's urns. He even took my piggie on the same day he passed, despite us being an hour away so late in the day, and gave us a little more time with him before we left him there. I got Thumper back in a short amount of time, and the overall process including Scott's kindness has surely made this grieving process so much easier than it would've been otherwise. I wish I could give so much more than 5 stars.

This place is first class! Our dog was a major part of our family and we had to part with her this past weekend. This has definitely been a time of major heart ache but Scott's professionalism and compassion come second to none. He was not contracted with our vet but picked her up for us. One of the major things we were worried about with cremation was if we truly were getting our girls remains back. Scott explained the difference between "individual" and "private" cremation and how private means that she is the only one in the chamber which is what we wanted. I still needed to know sure though that we were indeed getting our girl back and he informed me that it might be hard on me but I could be there when he put her in if I wanted the reassurance. It was one of the hardest things i have ever had to do but I did it. Scott set up a time that worked for me to be there and was very delicate and compassionate with the entire situation. He informed me before we walked in that she would be out so that I was prepared. He allowed me to have some time while he waited outside and even brought me some paper towels for the tears. He was very careful and delicate with her body and took care of our baby girl. I know this is a long review and some would not want to do this but I type all this to show just how much of a professional Scott is. He also made us clay prints of her paw prints and they turned out beautiful and prefect! Once completed, he drove her out to our house and delivered her back to us. I cannot explain how much easier Scott made this process and when the unfortunate time comes again, we will not hesitate to use him and Harmony Hill Pet Cremation. Thank you Scott!

Absolutely fantastic! When I had to have my little buddy put down, I planned on burying him in my back yard. The next morning large tree roots and lots of rock prevented me from digging the hole, so I called Harmony Hill. I was surprised they even answered the phone on a Sunday; even more surprised when Scott came within 2 hours of that phone call on a Sunday. They were quick, empathetic and very accommodating during a difficult time. I highly recommend using them.

Scott at Harmony Hill is great. He truly cares about your loss of a companion in your pet. He goes above and beyond to help and meet your needs in a difficult time. We always wish we never have to meet under these circumstances but its inevitable. I can't recommend him enough.

We just picked up our kitty's cremains. The urn is beautiful, the engraving is perfect, and Scott is courteous, professional, and genuinely sympathetic for our loss. Our boy is finally at rest and we have a beautiful way to keep him with us. Thank you so much for everything, Harmony Hills.

These people are the best around. I contacted them months before my pet's passing and they advised me with caring and empathy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Scott is one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. I've known him for over 20 years and he is the salt of the earth. Scott took care of two of my most loved pets who passed away this past year. I wouldn't want to ever use anyone else.
