I never wanted to have to use services like this, but sometimes it’s in evitable. They truly care about you and take the time to talk with you and make you feel at ease, knowing that they are taking care of your beloved pet. This is the second time I have had to use them For one of my babies and Jenna was so polite and helpful. I highly recommend anyone needing a service like what they offer to. Please give them a call. A wonderful service during a time of heartbreak. Jenna and Phillip were both so kind, sensitive, and compassionate to my sadness and in the process of caring for my precious Willow’s remains upon her recent unexpected passing. We had walked in to check them out a few weeks before our sweet boy was ready to pass. He has a very progressive cancer, and I needed to be prepared. I talked to Phillip about the options and everything they do. He was very kind, sincere, and has empathy for the situation. I knew then they were my pick. Fast forward to July 26th when my world ended. My jink was 15. I've had him for 14 years. He wasn't just an animal. He was my heart. He'd been with me through so much. He was loving, always confident, and never met a stranger. He really was the bestest boy. I called petcare while we were at the vet. It was quick! They picked jinkx up that day. I would have had his remains back the next day, but I just couldn't mentally handle going to the next day. I called to see if that would be fine, and they said absolutely. I'm also not ready to commit to a urn , so having that little metal box was amazing. They also told me that when I get one, bring it in, and they'll move him. They are 100/100 they treat your pet like it's theirs. I'd like to give a special thanks to Phillip and Jenna, who went above and beyond.

They were the amazingly kind and empathetic when discussing the cremation. They offer other services like paw prints, keeping a cut of their hair. Great overall customer service, if you get ur pet cremated here you're able to come back anytime if you need the ashes moved to another urn and/or necklace container. And from what I saw, they're also the least expensive in the area. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to remember their pet forever.

My cat passed away and Airport Emergency Vet recommended I have her cremated here. It cost $159. She was ready to be picked up 2 days after she passed away and when I got there, the room was very peaceful and I was handed over a bag with her urn. When I went to the car to see, I saw a little purple bag with some of her fur in it. I started to cry after seeing that because I found that very meaningful and sentimental.

Thank you to the Staff for handling my furbaby with love and care! The urn is absolutely beautiful. They give you a locket of your fur baby’s hair to keep along with the urn & a thank you card. This was really sweet, thank you again for making sure Ash was handled with care! 🩷

My dog was more than an animal. He was my best friend for 17 and half years. What you all did was amazing. The container was adorable. And giving me some of his fur was great too. And the certificate and card was very appreciated. I wake up each morning and see that container and go to bed seeing that container. It gives me memories of all the good times we had and somewhat a closure.

Phillip was kind and respectful during the sudden loss of my Marshall. I had used another place previously 4 times over the years and the last time was upsetting at best. This was my first time at Petcare and went because of friends past experience with them. I didn't have time to do research because it was so sudden . I am well pleased with the way we were treated and the fast return of Marshall to me. Phillip did everything he said he would do and sooner than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to take my fur babies there when the time arises. I am very satisfied.

My fur baby Lily Rose passed away Saturday called the Pet Care Crematory the managers Phillip and Jenna Williams told me to bring her down there to Kingsport and they would meet me there they took Lily Rose in and treated her like it was their own fur baby they let me say goodbye to her and we were treated with the most respect and I got a beautiful shadow box with Lily's remained and a little purple pouch with some of her fur and whiskers they gave me a footprint to put in the shadow box I will forever be grateful for what they did for me and my baby Lily Rose

My pup had been having trouble standing and my family made the tough decision late one night that it was her time to go. I emailed them to ask about the process. They called me within five minutes to discuss options and what happens after. We ended up having to put her down in the morning and made a call to them as we left the vets office. They were extremely caring and sent someone to pick her remains up within minutes. My pup was back in her house within 24 hours. They even have a pet hearse to pick them up with. I will use them again if I need to..

I truly want to thank, Phillip at Petcare Cremations. When it was time for my Sheila to be picked up from the Vet's office he presented an extremely caring demeanor. When we went to the crematory I had the pleasure of meeting Jenna. My wife and I will also use their "human". side of the funeral home when it is our time to go. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

In March my fur baby, Sheila, passed and through all the sadness of that day Philip with Petcare cremations was kind and compassionate from explaining the details to myself and my husband and caring for my precious dog on this part of her last journey. It made a very bad day so much simpler. Then, yesterday, we had to say good bye to a second fur baby, Sarah, We knew immediately that we would take her to the caring and compassionate stars of Petcare Cremations, Philip and Jenna. They remembered us from March and took just as great care of Sarah. Saying good bye to your loved pet is made so much easier by the knowing in my heart the love and respect they gave my babies. I do not wish anyone to ever need these services, but if you ever do I cannot say enough great things about the employees here. We brought Lady in and they didn’t rush us out. They let us say our goodbyes. It felt like they were mourning her too. They work on payments too. Even with no credit line or anything, we just couldn’t pick her up until the balance was paid in full. She’s home now and I am so glad she was somewhere people handled her with love and care.

We have used PetCare Cremations on 3 different occasions. Each time they have been so kind compassionate and courteous. The staff openly shares their love for all pets. They understand your loss and the desire to have your pet back home with you as soon as possible to help with the grief and healing process. They always have your pet ready to pick up within 24 hours and sometimes even the same day. It’s also nice they will even come to your home to pick up your pet if they pass at home, to the vets office or even at the facility at any time if you are bringing your pet to them. I recommend PetCare Cremtion to all of my friends and family that are pet owners and will continue to use their services. I can’t say enough good things about the staff

They really cared about our loss, and went above and beyond, even letting us know that if we found cremation jewelry on our own, that we were welcome to bring it in and they would fill it for us - even though they sell some jewelry there. I lost my 18 year old Princess Autumn Rose yesterday, May 31st. The staff here are amazing and very caring and made this process if her cremation less stressful to handle. Losing our baby girl was a shock to my husband and I, but PetCare Cremations was so incredibly kind and helpful in this difficult time. Fettuccine was hit by a car right outside our driveway, and we didn’t know what to do. As renters, we didn’t have the option to bury her. We found PetCare Cremations on google this morning. Sage came out to our home and moved sweet Fettuccine into the pet hearse. She was so kind and thoughtful, even though I was an emotional wreck. We were called a few hours later to pick up Fettuccine’s ashes. They were even able to save a patch of fur from our sweet girl. Phillip and Jenna left the sweetest note in the bag. All staff were so loving and kind towards us. I hope that our need for this service will be few and far between, but I intend to return to PetCare Cremations for any future needs, and will recommend them to family and friends. I don’t know where we would be without you guys, and I truly can’t thank you enough.

We have had both of our Chihuahuas cremated here and each time they have been friendly and compassionate and make sure to get our doggies back to us in a timely manner. They even stayed past closing to cremate our dog so we could pick her up the same day due to us living an hour away, and they gave us her paw print as well as her nose print. I am in awe at the services I found here. My sweet doggie passed away on New Years Day. The thought of having to keep him through the holiday broke my heart so I called around anyway. Everyone in town was closed, of course. So was PetCare Cremations. But when I called, Brad (the owner) answered. He asked me if I would be avail to meet him at 1p that same day, even though they were closed.When I brought my sweet pup in I was greeted with kindness and empathy. I was too broken up to fill out the forms so Brad's Wife (I'm so sorry, I'm terrible with names) offered to fill everything out for me. She sat and reminisced with me, offered an array of urns and also told me if I'd like to get an urn elsewhere they would be happy to transfer the ashes over for me. I opted for the clay and ink paw prints. When I picked him up, they had also included an ink nose print. I never would have thought to ask for that but his nose was ADORABLE, I'm so glad I have a print of it.Thank you, Petcare Cremations, for making a very difficult day so much easier. 13/10, would recommend.

Absolutely amazing. They treated me with the upmost respect. I would not recommend anyone else. My Harley was picked up around 730 pm & she was back home with me by noon the next day. Invoice was sent by text, & I paid without even needing to get my billfold out. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I would give 10 stars if I could, for the money spent you cannot go wrong. For extra fees they offer 24/7 services whether it is you bringing your pet after hours or them coming to pick up. Done individually, and your pet is back to you usually within 24-48 hours.(mine was ready a couple hours after dropping off) They are professional and courteous. I highly suggest you come here to take care of final arrangements for your pets.

In March my fur baby, Sheila, passed and through all the sadness of that day Philip with Petcare cremations was kind and compassionate from explaining the details to myself and my husband and caring for my precious dog on this part of her last journey. It made a very bad day so much simpler. Then, yesterday, we had to say good bye to a second fur baby, Sarah, We knew immediately that we would take her to the caring and compassionate stars of Petcare Cremations, Philip and Jenna. They remembered us from March and took just as great care of Sarah. Saying good bye to your loved pet is made so much easier by the knowing in my heart the love and respect they gave my babies. They got her back to me so fast. Highly recommended.

I do not wish anyone to ever need these services, but if you ever do I cannot say enough great things about the employees here. We brought Lady in and they didn’t rush us out. They let us say our goodbyes. It felt like they were mourning her too. They work on payments too. Even with no credit line or anything, we just couldn’t pick her up until the balance was paid in full. She’s home now and I am so glad she was somewhere people handled her with love and care.

We have used PetCare Cremations on 3 different occasions. Each time they have been so kind compassionate and courteous. The staff openly shares their love for all pets. They understand your loss and the desire to have your pet back home with you as soon as possible to help with the grief and healing process. They always have your pet ready to pick up within 24 hours and sometimes even the same day. It’s also nice they will even come to your home to pick up your pet if they pass at home, to the vets office or even at the facility at any time if you are bringing your pet to them. I recommend PetCare Cremtion to all of my friends and family that are pet owners and will continue to use their services. I can’t say enough good things about the staff

They really cared about our loss, and went above and beyond, even letting us know that if we found cremation jewelry on our own, that we were welcome to bring it in and they would fill it for us - even though they sell some jewelry there. We did take them up on that offer, and I'm so grateful for the kindness in that visit as well!

They were wonderful. Friendly, understanding and professional. Having to say goodbye to my best friend late on a Saturday at the local 24hr vet (who was also fantastic, btw), I was a little worried about what would happen and when I would hear from the facility. No need to. They only do private cremations. They get a lock of hair. Reasonable price. No pressure to buy a thing, but they have a whole bunch of keepsakes and urn choices if you want something. Annie helped me and was awesome.

A very kind and thoughtful place to have your pet cremated. Our Zoey passed away on the 5th and we were called on the 6th to let us know we could pick up her remains. They included a certificate and a little bag that included some of her fur. Her ashes, in a little bag inside the tin, were sealed with a small metal heart with her name on it.

Absolutely the best experience we could have had. Our beloved pet passed at 1AM. We live in a remote area of Virginia and they met us in the middle of the night to make arrangements as we were absolutely not burying her. They were kind and made the process easy to get through at a hard time. I will recommend this beautiful place to everyone with an animal they love.

Clearly recognizable bones in ashes of both pets I have had cremated here. This is not an appropriate way to return a beloved pet. There was a suspiciously large amount of cremains returned to me. I am not sure if it is even possible for a small bird to have ashes that weigh that much. The way they cut the feathers was rushed and messy. They were hardly in the plastic bag I was given. Let's not forget the tin can they return the ashes in.

Our sweet girl crossed the rainbow bridge early this morning at 12:25am. In a panic I called Petcare cremations and spoke to Phillip. He assured us and had comforting words. I took her in this morning at 9 and Phillip was so incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease about the process. I spent some time with our girl not feeling rushed at all for my final goodbye. He called later this afternoon saying our girl was ready to come home. I picked up her remains. Beautiful urn, a velvet bag with a lock of her fur and beautiful framed cremation certificate. I also purchased an urn necklace that was ready to go and packaged beautifully. I would give them twenty stars if I could, honestly. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our animals. You guys are awesome. Thanks for making us feel like family.

I do not believe I could have found a better place to take care of my Rebel. Phillip was very kind and compassionate. He made sure that I got my baby back as quickly as possible so I could still leave in time for school. I could not tell you how incredibly welcoming I felt when I had to go pick my baby up. You can truly tell that they want nothing more than to make your time of processing and grieving easier and less stressful for you. Not to mention, the prices are affordable and kept in contact with me through the whole thing. I cannot thank him enough for his treatment of Rebel and myself.

They had done a wonderful job on my little Chase when he crossed the rainbow bridge 2 weeks ago today that when my sweet little Bear passed, I wanted to incorporate their services again. I paid extra for Bear to be picked up from my home which I was fine with. I told the person on the phone that I wanted just exactly what Chase had which was 2 ink paw prints, 2 small velvet bags of hair, the clay print and his ashes. What I received when I got Bear was a clay paw print, no ink prints, one small bag of hair and his cremation certificate. The person handling everything was new. I think at these prices we are paying and trusting these people to carry out our wishes, we should be able to trust that is carried out correctly in times such as this. They can’t bring him back to do his paw prints as I wanted. They can’t do anything to fix this. My baby is ashes. There are no do overs in this circumstance so I advise when you have new people, do not let them fly solo until they know what they are doing with our babies.************************************************************************+*****************++**********I thank you for refunding me. You didn’t have to do it but I appreciate you.

We had our beloved German Shepherd cremated here and the whole process was simple and easy. When you are already grieving a loss of a pet that was taken away too soon the last thing you want to worry about is the details of cremation or what steps to take. Petcare Cremations was able to give us the help we needed and were truly a blessing, they explained everything to us including answering our 5 year olds questions. They did not push any unnecessary sales on us and just let us grieve as they handled the next steps. From drop off to pick up of the urn everything was done in about 4 hours. We truly appreciate your compassion and support through this time especially for our kids.

Losing our baby girl was a shock to my husband and I, but PetCare Cremations was so incredibly kind and helpful in this difficult time. Fettuccine was hit by a car right outside our driveway, and we didn’t know what to do. As renters, we didn’t have the option to bury her. We found PetCare Cremations on google this morning. Sage came out to our home and moved sweet Fettuccine into the pet hearse. She was so kind and thoughtful, even though I was an emotional wreck. We were called a few hours later to pick up Fettuccine’s ashes. They were even able to save a patch of fur from our sweet girl. Phillip and Jenna left the sweetest note in the bag. All staff were so loving and kind towards us. I hope that our need for this service will be few and far between, but I intend to return to PetCare Cremations for any future needs, and will recommend them to family and friends. I don’t know where we would be without you guys, and I truly can’t thank you enough.

We have had both of our Chihuahuas cremated here and each time they have been friendly and compassionate and make sure to get our doggies back to us in a timely manner. They even stayed past closing to cremate our dog so we could pick her up the same day due to us living an hour away, and they gave us her paw print as well as her nose print. I am in awe at the services I found here. My sweet doggie passed away on New Years Day. The thought of having to keep him through the holiday broke my heart so I called around anyway. Everyone in town was closed, of course. So was PetCare Cremations. But when I called, Brad (the owner) answered. He asked me if I would be avail to meet him at 1p that same day, even though they were closed.When I brought my sweet pup in I was greeted with kindness and empathy. I was too broken up to fill out the forms so Brad's Wife (I'm so sorry, I'm terrible with names) offered to fill everything out for me. She sat and reminisced with me, offered an array of urns and also told me if I'd like to get an urn elsewhere they would be happy to transfer the ashes over for me. I opted for the clay and ink paw prints. When I picked him up, they had also included an ink nose print. I never would have thought to ask for that but his nose was ADORABLE, I'm so glad I have a print of it.Thank you, Petcare Cremations, for making a very difficult day so much easier. 13/10, would recommend.

They even made a nose print for me when asked which meant the world to me. My girl was back home with me within a day and I could not have asked for more. Very very disappointed in our experience overall. After our pets passing we decided to cremate her. It began with us having to contact a man named Brad who GUARANTEED us 2 ink paw prints and a Clay paw print over the phone saying "I'm putting them down right now you'll for sure get them" also saying they'll be available Tuesday. No call Tuesday so again we have to reach out to him. He tells us everything will be ready to pickup Wednesday after 12. We live about two hours away so figuring out a time and day to be there was important to us. We arrive Wednesday and are greeted by Hanna, who was so kind and helpful through the whole ordeal she's the only reason we kept call through this situation, who tells us our prints were never mentioned or wrote down on the contract sheet. It's very upsetting and just wrong to be promised something that can never be redone and then it being handled as poorly and coldly by Brad as it was. If you have to deal with them try your best to get in contact with Hanna as she seems to be the main person there who cares or knows how to treat their clients properly. Otherwise I would avoid them. Nothing but empty promises.

I am mind blown at how amazing our experience was. We had our baby Ellie put to sleep due to unexpected bad news from the vet. I called Petcare cremations in tears asking prices. The gentlemen on the phone was so overwhelmingly nice and reassured me that Ellie was in good hands. We picked her ashes up literally the next day. The ashes were so neatly placed, the container was beautiful, the paw print was beautifully done, the shadow box that we added was so gorgeous, the silk pouch with her fur made me cry in my car. If I could give these people 10 stars I would. Even my father that had his pets cremated at another facility was astonished at how nice everything was put together for us. I absolutely have no regrets trusting this place during a vulnerable time for my family.

I am heartsick. My beloved Cat that lived with me for 16 years, and was 18 years old. Was picked up for $75.00, for a ONE WAY RIDE to the Petcare Cremations home,(In Florida, they picked up your loved one, and brought him or her back to you) I was charged $159.00 for the cremation...and then my fur-baby had to be pick up and when my husband got her home, in an URN....the URN was a TIN CAN MADE IN THAILAND! Not one offer of an urn that my beloved pet should have been kept in. A piece of her fur was in a small black bag. The biggest thing in the bag was a BEAUTIFULLY FRAMED COPY of the cremation certificate. This is the third baby I have had to have cremated and I have never been so sick at the treatment my baby received. I suggest that if you need cremation service for your beloved fur-baby, you find a place that will treat your pet as a member of your family. Offer you an array of urns that you will be proud to have your pet rest in for eternity, and NOT A TIN CAN. We are new to Tennessee, and assumed, yes our fault for assuming that our beloved pet would be treated like our other pets were treated in Florida. In Florida they give you a beautiful sympathy card, and on the certificate of cremation are the names of the loving family members left behind that loved their fur-baby. I am absolutely sick about this treatment of my beloved pet. And Petcare Cremations, you should be ashamed!!

Called Petcare at around 2am for help after my large dog passed. They were prompt, professional, and very kind. We met them at the facility within the hour with our pet and picked him up that afternoon.We received our pet's ashes in a pretty tin container- a bit flimsy compared to the wooden boxes I've gotten other places, but serviceable. They do have several upgrade options available but we didn't go that route since we plan to scatter him. We opted for a paw print and that was nice; they put it in a shadow box for us that had space for a photo.Overall: 5 stars as they are available 24/7 and that's a big help.

I would give 10 stars if I could, for the money spent you cannot go wrong. For extra fees they offer 24/7 services whether it is you bringing your pet after hours or them coming to pick up. Done individually, and your pet is back to you usually within 24-48 hours.(mine was ready a couple hours after dropping off) They are professional and courteous. I highly suggest you come here to take care of final arrangements for your pets.

We were in the near area staying with family as we had evacuated from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida when one of our dogs unexpectedly passed. We were in shock and devastated and found Petcare Cremations. They fit us in on a Holiday weekend and met up with us on a day they were closed as we were heading back home to New Orleans. On June 29th my sweet Dexter (Oppossum)passed very unexpectedly. My heart was and still is breaking . I called Hannah at petcare creamation. I have never talked to such a caring person like Hannah. We had our beloved German Shepherd cremated here and the whole process was simple and easy. When you are already grieving a loss of a pet that was taken away too soon the last thing you want to worry about is the details of cremation or what steps to take. Petcare Cremations was able to give us the help we needed and were truly a blessing, they explained everything to us including answering our 5 year olds questions. They did not push any unnecessary sales on us and just let us grieve as they handled the next steps. From drop off to pick up of the urn everything was done in about 4 hours. We truly appreciate your compassion and support through this time especially for our kids.

Took my fur baby/son here. Dj was very very nice professional. I will highly recommend any one to bring there beloved fur baby here. Dj will handle your baby with respect and they don't put your beloved furbaby with any other beloved babies. They are handled with cate and love. Plus they your beloved fur baby is cremated alone in a private cremation. Thank you much Dj for handling our beloved fur baby with respect.

Talking with Aslyn today made me really feel more at piece about my puppy passing of parvo. For not knowing me or Joey our little German Shepard she went above and beyond to comfort me in this time of dispare. She was very knowledgeable and directed me to other locations in the area to help with the care of my other dogs aswell if needed. I will recommend petcare cremation to anyone going thru the tragic lose of a family member!

I wish I could give 10 stars. The amazing staff took such great care & love with my precious Mable. She was my whole heart and they treated her with such dignity and respect. They even made a nose print for me when asked which meant the world to me. My girl was back home with me within a day and I could not have asked for more. In such a tragic time I immensely appreciate good people like this.

Very very disappointed in our experience overall. After our pets passing we decided to cremate her. It began with us having to contact a man named Brad who GUARANTEED us 2 ink paw prints and a Clay paw print over the phone saying "I'm putting them down right now you'll for sure get them" also saying they'll be available Tuesday. No call Tuesday so again we have to reach out to him. He tells us everything will be ready to pickup Wednesday after 12. We live about two hours away so figuring out a time and day to be there was important to us. We arrive Wednesday and are greeted by Hanna, who was so kind and helpful through the whole ordeal she's the only reason we kept call through this situation, who tells us our prints were never mentioned or wrote down on the contract sheet. It's very upsetting and just wrong to be promised something that can never be redone and then it being handled as poorly and coldly by Brad as it was. If you have to deal with them try your best to get in contact with Hanna as she seems to be the main person there who cares or knows how to treat their clients properly. Otherwise I would avoid them. Nothing but empty promises.

I am mind blown at how amazing our experience was. We had our baby Ellie put to sleep due to unexpected bad news from the vet. I called Petcare cremations in tears asking prices. The gentlemen on the phone was so overwhelmingly nice and reassured me that Ellie was in good hands. We picked her ashes up literally the next day. The ashes were so neatly placed, the container was beautiful, the paw print was beautifully done, the shadow box that we added was so gorgeous, the silk pouch with her fur made me cry in my car. If I could give these people 10 stars I would. Even my father that had his pets cremated at another facility was astonished at how nice everything was put together for us. I absolutely have no regrets trusting this place during a vulnerable time for my family.

I am heartsick. My beloved Cat that lived with me for 16 years, and was 18 years old. Was picked up for $75.00, for a ONE WAY RIDE to the Petcare Cremations home,(In Florida, they picked up your loved one, and brought him or her back to you) I was charged $159.00 for the cremation...and then my fur-baby had to be pick up and when my husband got her home, in an URN....the URN was a TIN CAN MADE IN THAILAND! Not one offer of an urn that my beloved pet should have been kept in. A piece of her fur was in a small black bag. The biggest thing in the bag was a BEAUTIFULLY FRAMED COPY of the cremation certificate. This is the third baby I have had to have cremated and I have never been so sick at the treatment my baby received. I suggest that if you need cremation service for your beloved fur-baby, you find a place that will treat your pet as a member of your family. Offer you an array of urns that you will be proud to have your pet rest in for eternity, and NOT A TIN CAN. We are new to Tennessee, and assumed, yes our fault for assuming that our beloved pet would be treated like our other pets were treated in Florida. In Florida they give you a beautiful sympathy card, and on the certificate of cremation are the names of the loving family members left behind that loved their fur-baby. I am absolutely sick about this treatment of my beloved pet. And Petcare Cremations, you should be ashamed!!

Called Petcare at around 2am for help after my large dog passed. They were prompt, professional, and very kind. We met them at the facility within the hour with our pet and picked him up that afternoon.We received our pet's ashes in a pretty tin container- a bit flimsy compared to the wooden boxes I've gotten other places, but serviceable. They do have several upgrade options available but we didn't go that route since we plan to scatter him. We opted for a paw print and that was nice; they put it in a shadow box for us that had space for a photo.Overall: 5 stars as they are available 24/7 and that's a big help.

Petcare Cremations is absolutely wonderful and words cannot express how much my family and I appreciate them! We were in the near area staying with family as we had evacuated from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida when one of our dogs unexpectedly passed. We were in shock and devastated and found Petcare Cremations. They fit us in on a Holiday weekend and met up with us on a day they were closed as we were heading back home to New Orleans. They made the experience as painless as possible and the staff really went above and beyond anything I could have asked for.
