I can't say enough about Turner Pet Cremation! We had to put our 19 year old shihtzu down. I got her when she was 10 weeks old. She was my baby girl! They did a beautiful job with everything!! Thank you so much!

I paid cash in FULL in person for my dog to be sent to Georgia in 3-5 days!!! The exact date was 12-26-24 it is now 1-13-25 today !!!!!! and I haven’t received anything yet. I’m highly upset and it was way before the winter storm started. I even left a voice mail no call back. I’m HIGHLY upset with the service. I hope I RECEIVE teddy this week!!😡😡😡😭😭😭

This was the first time my husband and I cremated one of our fur babies. She was picked up from our Vet’s office and returned. I didn’t know what to expect but what we received was such a wonderful and very beautiful package. The carrying bag, the cover bag, the wooden urn with her brass name plate and the certificate. Such class! I want to thank Turner for treating our baby as a part of our family. We will definitely have Turner take care of our remaining babies when the time comes.

Such a beautiful experience for such a devastating time in my life. I spoke to Amber on a couple of occasions. She was so unbelievably kind and compassionate during this difficult time. She made sure to have everything I ordered in a timely manner. She also worked out a way to have my precious baby hand delivered to me since I live in Jackson. I cannot praise her and the delivery man enough.I knew the day would come that my poor baby would cross the bridge. It was so sudden and unexpected and truly world crushing. She was my sidekick, my love, and my best companion. She lived a short 12 years and passed due to diabetes complications. She suddenly stopped eating due to a mouth ulcer, went into diabetic shock and was gone within 4 days. It was something I have never done, as she was my very first furbaby. Our bond was something I never imagined could happen with a pet. She was the best cat I could've ever been blessed to have.Amber and the delivery man (unfortunately i cannot remember his name) at Turner Pet Cremation are wonderful. The products are also beautiful. Thank you for helping me get through such a dark time and for bringing my baby back home where she belongs. 💙

DO NOT use this company for your fur babies!! They are awful and insensitive! I waited over 6 hrs for them to pick up my deceased dog and no one ever showed up. I attempted to call back to inquire as to when someone would be coming since the agreed upon time passed and there was no answer. I had to call several times, leave a message before finally getting a call back and still no resolution was offered or an apology. Oh by the way....their services are double the price of some of the other places for the same service. They quickly charge your card but never show up for the service.TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TURNER FOR ANYTHING BUT TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

I was not happy with the product I picked to have my dog’s ashes in. I picked it out from a picture at my vet’s office with no description. It was cardboard. I called to have it replaced. They were going to charge me 3 times as much as amazon for the same product.

We lost my Dakota in 2021 and they were so sweet and respectful and got an urn and a certificate. We just lost our our sheltie Sadie that was 14 and they are doing the same job for us today. Thank you so much for all y’all do for us.

After 16 long years, it was finally time to let our sweet Cricket cross the rainbow bridge. We went with Turner cremation and it was overall a great, fast experience. Her urn was beautiful, paw print was nice and her ashes were ready the day after being put down. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Turner Pet Cremation always provides top-notch service. They are some of the kindest people we could have the pleasure of working with. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Cremations are always picked up and returned in a timely manner. All of the staff is so caring, and Mac is always so polite when picking up and dropping off and checking to see if he can do anything else to help. We highly recommend Turner Pet Cremation!

Hey Cole I just wanted to say Thank you. You did a great job and had time to call me a couple of times to reassure me that my best friend was in good hands. I have lost three dogs in 2019 (a 20 yr. old, a 16 yr. old and an 11 yr. old) and every time I've called, Bailey has been gentle, sweet and caring in my time of need. On one of my dog's urns, a mistake was made and Bailey assured me they would make it right and they did. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone who has lost a dear and faithful family member. I called around, and there's another pet crematorium closer to me in. Memphis, but they seemed "all business". Telling me when I called to "refer to their website" and let them know what I decided to go with. Turner was the exact opposite!Even though they're almost 2 hours outside of Memphis, they picked up my pups from my Veterinarian's office and returned their ashes. Thanks Turner for being there when I needed you.

This unexpected experience was one of the hardest experiences of my life. I knew one day it would be reality but it wasn’t something I had planned for. When I called for information I spoke with Bailey. She was so kind and explained everything and offered what felt like sincere condolences. I am in Southaven, MS and the place in Memphis, TN near me I called was cold and not personable, just told me to look at website and to call back when I picked what I wanted. As I am experiencing the worst experience of my life I just needed someone to listen I guess. Turner picked my baby boy up almost 2 hours away the next day and had him back almost 2 hours away 3 days later, on a holiday. I also had a special request. I have another fur baby and in addition to the cremation I bought a small heart for some ashes and wanted another for my other fur baby when it’s her time. It was all taken care of, one had some of his ashes and the other still new for later. They communicated with me every step and it all happened as promised. I will definitely use them again when it’s time for my female. They helped make a difficult situation go smooth.

Highly recommended. They were very sweet and caring. They communicated with me every step of the way and even dropped my dog's ashes off at my regular vet for me (she had died at an emergency clinic) even though they dont usually service that clinic. They picked her up and had her back to me much faster than I expected. The cost wasn't too bad either. I got my urn elsewhere but they gave me a temporary plastic one anyways. It was the best experience I could ask for after a very sudden and traumatic loss of a dearly loved companion.

If you are considering cremation for your beloved pet, I would highly recommend Turner. My husband and I knew a day would come when we would loose our precious Baby Girl. We were totally left in shock when all of sudden she was gone. She left us peacefully and so quick, showing once again what a wonderful dog she was. It was time to go and she did it on her own, no long drawn out painful suffering ordeal; which we thought would ultimately happen considering all her disorders.We also knew we would cremate her when that time came. She was an inside dog and was going to remain in the house with us. So we contacted our Vet (DAC) in Southaven, they gave us a few company names. One company they mentioned was Turner in Jackson TN. We contacted them and they gave my husband all the information and he selected an Urn from the website. We took our Baby to the vet and Turner picked her up.They also brought her back to the Vet, so one week later she was again home with us. Another week later Turner thoughtfully mailed a hand written, beautiful condolence letter. Thank you Turner Cremation for taking such great care of our Baby and being so thoughtful in the process. Also for making it affordable. Although no price can compare, we felt it was very reasonable for all they did for us. Also Thank You to DAC in Southaven for the recommendation and a lovely paw print keepsake.

Wonderful people with warm and caring hearts.I was so grateful for Turner Pet Cremation when we lost our family member and service dog "Buddy" Turner Pet Cremation took care of everything and even brought him back home. Losing your pet can be a devastating experience. We were heartbroken over our loss of Emily. From the moment I telephoned Turner Pet Cremation to receiving her flawless urn, I give Turner a million stars for their compassion. They could not have been more understanding or patient without being obsequious. Turner has a wonderful selection along with inexpensive cost. I cannot thank them enough for all they did.

Losing our 13 year old was devastating. Our vet recommended Turner's services and they took care of our boy Duff after he crossed the rainbow bridge. We certainly did not expect the time, effort, and quality that they put into their work. It brought us to tears to know how well his body was taken care of.
