It’s been a little over a month since we had to very unexpectedly say goodbye to our precious girl Lucky! It was the worst decision my family and I have had to make. We live 2 hours away from the hospital and my husband didn’t think he could mentally handle burying her. So, we decided we would do cremation, so if we ever moved, we could always have her with us! When handed the brochure with the different options of crematories, the one that caught our eye first was Patriot Pet as we LOVE America, and so it felt right! The owner Dean is a retired Army Veteran, and from the moment he first answered the phone, he was so polite and respectful and explained everything in detail while doing his best to not upset me more than I already was. Knowing my girl was being handled with such care and respect and the fact that we were able to support a Veteran in his business made this process easier to handle. I knew we made the right decision and my family, and I will forever be thankful for Dean and how he treated all of us. And the cherry on top- when we pulled up, he was waiting outside and took his hat off and bowed his head in respect that we had lost our precious dog. I highly recommend him if you ever find yourself needing such services. Your animal will be treated with the utmost respect and dignity! Thank you, Dean! 🐾

My precious dog Presley died this week.I called Patriot Pet Cremation and spoke to the owner and operator “Dean Achord “and knew he could be trustworthy through this sorrowful time.He picked up my girl at my home, texted when he was close-right on time when he said he would be, and was extremely caring and a well-mannered gentleman.I made arrangements to pick up my girl’s ashes and Google brought me right there to his establishment no problem.The drive was pleasant and I had time to reflect on memories.When I was there, I wasn’t pushed to buy any extras and there are a lot of beautiful plaques, urns, slate, roadside memorials, and custom signage you can purchase.I would not trust any one else to pick up and hold a private cremation for any of my pets except Patriot Pet Cremation, and he is a surviving disabled vet.So, if that awful time comes and you are panicked and can’t think, just give Dean a call and he will put you at ease; thank you Patriot Pet Cremation.

I called Patriotic Pet Cremation a few weeks before our dog passed to get information and a sense of this business. Dean is professional, respectful and kind. I was very satisfied with our conversation and knew I could trust him when the dreaded day came. When we were ready for his services, I felt a sense of calm knowing Dean would get us through this. From my first phone call until I got my baby girl picked up I felt so much peace in communicating. He did a beautiful job with our babies urn and keychain. So thankful for him being open 24/7 as our girl passed at around 8/9 at night. Other places I would have had to wait until morning to even call.

One of the hardest things in life is to loose a precious pet. Our cat Alvin was 16 1/2 years old. He has been a part of our family for a long time. After the tough decision was made to finally let him go and be at peace the next thing was what do we do with our baby. So at this moment I found Patriot Pet Cremation. I read everything about the business and I was sold. I contacted the owner Dean and made the arrangements to bring my boy to him. As hard as the day was meeting Dean and seeing the business first hand and all the options we had my wife and I felt at ease that this is the right decision. Dean walked us through the process and he took the upmost compassionate care for Alvin. The next day I picked Alvin’s urn and was completely satisfied with Deans work. Updated:I lost Molly, my furry little soulmate on 2/29/24. Devastation doesn't cover the feeling! So many years of love, just gone, she was my Heart. Having to think about the next steps after suffering the loss is incredibly hard but I am so pleased with how Molly was cared for after. Patriotic Patriot Pet Cremation is really wonderful, especially when you are not together in the moment! Just a general sense of comfort, care, and respect! He helped make a heartbreaking moment feel peaceful. I can't tell you just how comforting it is to see someone be so respectful at this moment. It means everything to know that the soul you have cherished for so long is in loving hands. I took her that same day and she was back home with me the next. It is not the same, it never will be, but having her here, in whatever form, comforts me a little. Our precious Baby Girl, Sadie Mae, crossed the Rainbow Bridge Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 5:20 pm, after filling our hearts and lives with unconditional love for 15 years and 4 months. Dean picked her up, took care of her and returned her to our home the next afternoon.It’s been 2 weeks today and I’m just now able to write this review. I wish I had known about Patriot Pet Cremation with our other beloved pets. Dean went above and beyond to make sure my son's eight year old guinea pig, Charlemagne, was taken care of with dignity and respect. It was late when I phoned him the night Charlemagne died and he did his cremation the next morning. He was very kind and professional. He explained the process from start to finish. It was extremely hard for us to send our beautiful boy Bear across the rainbow bridge today, as we had gone through this only a month ago with another of our senior fur baby’s. Our sister recommended Dean at Patriot Pet Cremation to help us through the process. Dean was a godsend for us with his understanding of what we’ve been through, his patience as he explained to us the process, answering all our questions and the humble respect we could feel from him for our sweet boy. Prices are very reasonable and service was fast (within 24 hrs). This is a little hard but it is what it is. On 26th of Aug we had to send our oldest one 17 (Britches ) over the Rainbow Bridge. Dean took great care of her. Then on the 29th we lost her daughter 14 due to failing gall bladder. Dean did the same for her. All of this in the same week. He made the whole ordeal much easier. Sadly our little girl, Peanut passed away this morning to join her sister Butter. Like Butter, Dean took care of her like she was his own; giving her the respect and care that she deserves after being such a loving and loyal companion for 15 years. There’s no one else I trust to take care of me and my wife’s babies than Dean; he is an outstanding and professional individual with a big heart! There are no words to describe how much we appreciate what Mr Dean done for our fur baby Ozzie. We lost Ozzie tragically July 3,2024. Being that there was no veterinarian open because of holiday. I found Patriots Pet Cremation on Google and called him at almost 9 pm July 4th. He was so compassionate and told me to bring Ozzie. I had over a 1 hour drive to get to him. Mr Dean was waiting for us and greated us. He took such good care of Ozzie. Knowing he cremated him with is favorite things. And sent me a picture of his dog tag. That will always be with Ozzie for identity. And also sent me picture of when Ozzie was ready. I knew when I left that night. A huge weight was lifted off my chest. Knowing Ozzie was in good hands and we was going to be loved. I picked Ozzie up around 5:30pm on the 5th. And I couldn't have been happier knowing that he was coming home to his resting place and that I had All of Ozzie. Thank you so much for your service, compassion, and making sure we had our boy back! Patriot Pet Cremation is a hidden gem. Let’s face it, if you are searching for a pet cremation business you are going through a horrible time in your life. Dean is so compassionate, understanding and incredibly professional. He made me feel like he really cared about my Frazier and that was so important to me. I felt comfortable leaving my boy to his care. He kept me updated and sent pictures of the engraving for my approval. The urn was just what I wanted and I purchased an additional engraved plaque with his picture. It is absolutely stunning. Dean took care of assisting our Great Dane, Klaus, to the rainbow bridge. He made one of the worst, most stressful days of mine and my wife’s life so much easier. You would be hard pressed to find another guy in the area with as much compassion and empathy as Dean. He took care of everything once we got there. A beautiful, laser engraved wood box as the urn, and my wife got a fantastic necklace so Klaus can be with her everywhere she goes. Thank you for taking care of both Brice in 2019 and our Leah this week. Dean and Angelique are so kind and respectful when caring for your beloved babies. Both of our fur babies were large dogs over 100 lbs. The vet wanted more than $400 and it would take weeks to get our babies back. We are so greatful for their service and professionalism. Patriot Pet Cremation was wonderful when we needed the care and support after our Bailey passed. We were able to take her body late in the evening and picked up her ashes the next afternoon. We love the wooden box she is in and I wear her ashes in the necklace they also had available. There were so many different urns and accessories to choose from, and now they offer laser engraving to personalize anything. PPC is amazing to work with, patient, and very understanding! We plan on having many things laser engraved from them in the future, as well!

Our girl Grace passed unexpectedly June 5, 2020. Although she was a senior and had some health problems, her death was extremely devastating for us. When I called Dean to ask for his hours, his response was, "I'm here when you need me" ... and he was. We made the one hour drive and arrived after hours to find him waiting for our arrival. First of all, I will say the grounds and facility were pristine... but most impressive was not only the compassion he showed to Garry and me, but the respect and dignity he showed to Grace... UTMOST! During the evening, his communication to us was so reassuring. When we arrived to pick up Grace's remains today, we saw not only the same compassion but the care and attention shown in preparation for us to bring Grace home. Even at the time of our sorrow, Dean's attention to every detail did not go unnoticed... down to his standing attentive to our departure with our beloved girl. Such respect! I'm sorry I can only give 5 stars. Patriot Pet Cremation is worthy of so much more. My eternal thanks to Dean for making an unbearable heartbreak bearable for us and for taking such beautiful care of our Grace.

We lost our Bella the day before Thanksgiving. We called Patriot Pet Cremation and he told us to come straight there no hesitation at all. Dean is such a respectful caring man. He helped with picking out the urn to bring Bella home in and he also even took the time to show me all the different fonts he had to engrave her name! He sent me pictures once’s he was done and of her tag he sent with her through the process. I never expect to have such a beautiful and thoughtful experience with the passing of my best friend, Chopper. I’ve been expecting this since February of 2019 when his health first started to decline. I started planning in February because I knew I’d need to set the wheels in motion quickly, or else my mental health would deteriorate too fast for me to act.I will recommend Dean and Patriot Pet Cremation to every single person I know because not only was Dean highly professional, but he was thoughtful, and I could tell he truly cared about the work he is doing. Not just with my Chopper but with every animal that comes to him. Dean is doing something purely from the heart, from his desire to continue serving his community and to provide people with something our fur kids haven’t gotten in this area before...dignity in death.I miss Chopper more than anything, the pain I feel now is incomprehensible. I’m thankful for people like Dean who know just how painful this experience can be. Combined with the willingness to let those who have suffered great loss mourn their loss in their own unique way. When Jon and I lost our child Peanut, Dean was there to help guide us through the process of his cremation. Unless you are a pet parent you can not understand the grief one feels for the loss of a pet. Dean understood this and respected us through our grieving process. We highly recommend him.

On 4/1/24 I lost my 13.5 year old Pug Harlee. I was soul crushed and panicking on how to give her the dignity she deserved as I didn’t want to bury her. Within an hour of her passing, we made it to Patriot Pet Cremation. Dean was waiting for us when we pulled up and the respect he showed for the experience we were going through was truly welcomed. The amount of detail he puts into his work and empathy he shows was again truly welcomed. I was so grateful to send off my sweet Harlee to her forever resting spot with Dean. The dog tag he makes for your pet is just another extra dignity piece provided, she had been by my side since she was a baby and she served as a best friend and her having her dog tag showed her duty was over. I cannot express enough how respectful and communicative about the process Dean was, and I cannot imagine using anyone else for this process. Being able to pick her up the next day to bring her home was appreciated as well, and it was a very private experience which was welcomed because you didn’t have someone else grieving behind you waiting. The one on one experience was appreciated. Thank you again so much for the respect and dignity you gave my family and my sweet pup, and thank you for giving her her last pet for me.

When I say this place deserves more than 5 Stars I mean it. We lost our Boston (Bobo) recently late in the evening and needed someone to do his cremation.Dean quickly returned a call we made, and was so professional and caring about our sweet boy. He treats your pets just as you should another human. He talks you through the process and doesn't try to take advantage of you for a simple cremation. He even allows you to spend as much time as you need for your goodbyes with your best friend.There is no better human than this man when it comes to taking care of your furbabies after life. I would recommend a million times to go here if you want the absolute most respect and care, that you and your pet could receive.

I contacted the owner, Dean, this morning and he came out within an hour or so and picked up my parents beloved dog for cremation. I am picking her up within a window of 5 hours. Dean is very professional and easy to communicate with and his shop is spotless and professional. I would trust him with any beloved pet to treat them and the owners with compassion and dignity during a very difficult time.

I have not personally used this service, but my son and daughter in law called and needed to get their dog that had just been euthanized took care of. They were told to come right on and were welcomed when they arrived. They were treated with compassion, kindness and also comforted. They were having such a hard time and overwhelmed with sadness, but couldn't give enough praise for the help and support they received from this awesome business. They were able to pick up their baby the next day, in the most beautiful Rosewood box and take him home! I highly recommend this service and appreciate the love them and their furbaby was shown..

I wish I had known about Patriot Pet Cremation with our other beloved pets. Dean went above and beyond to make sure my son's eight year old guinea pig, Charlemagne, was taken care of with dignity and respect. It was late when I phoned him the night Charlemagne died and he did his cremation the next morning. He was very kind and professional. He explained the process from start to finish. It was extremely hard for us to send our beautiful boy Bear across the rainbow bridge today, as we had gone through this only a month ago with another of our senior fur baby’s. Our sister recommended Dean at Patriot Pet Cremation to help us through the process. Dean was a godsend for us with his understanding of what we’ve been through, his patience as he explained to us the process, answering all our questions and the humble respect we could feel from him for our sweet boy. Prices are very reasonable and service was fast (within 24 hrs). This is a little hard but it is what it is. On 26th of Aug we had to send our oldest one 17 (Britches ) over the Rainbow Bridge. Dean took great care of her. Then on the 29th we lost her daughter 14 due to failing gall bladder. Dean did the same for her. All of this in the same week. He made the whole ordeal much easier. Sadly our little girl, Peanut passed away this morning to join her sister Butter. Like Butter, Dean took care of her like she was his own; giving her the respect and care that she deserves after being such a loving and loyal companion for 15 years. There’s no one else I trust to take care of me and my wife’s babies than Dean; he is an outstanding and professional individual with a big heart! I not only thank him for his dedicated service to this great nation, but also giving back to the community; ensuring all our families gain closure after losing one of our furry friends, and that they are given a proper memorial that they deserve as well! There are no words to describe how much we appreciate what Mr Dean done for our fur baby Ozzie. We lost Ozzie tragically July 3,2024. Being that there was no veterinarian open because of holiday. I found Patriots Pet Cremation on Google and called him at almost 9 pm July 4th. He was so compassionate and told me to bring Ozzie. I had over a 1 hour drive to get to him. Mr Dean was waiting for us and greated us. He took such good care of Ozzie. Knowing he cremated him with is favorite things. And sent me a picture of his dog tag. That will always be with Ozzie for identity. And also sent me picture of when Ozzie was ready. I knew when I left that night. A huge weight was lifted off my chest. Knowing Ozzie was in good hands and we was going to be loved. I picked Ozzie up around 5:30pm on the 5th. And I couldn't have been happier knowing that he was coming home to his resting place and that I had All of Ozzie. Thank you so much for your service, compassion, and making sure we had our boy back! Patriot Pet Cremation is a hidden gem. Let’s face it, if you are searching for a pet cremation business you are going through a horrible time in your life. Dean is so compassionate, understanding and incredibly professional. He made me feel like he really cared about my Frazier and that was so important to me. I felt comfortable leaving my boy to his care. He kept me updated and sent pictures of the engraving for my approval. The urn was just what I wanted and I purchased an additional engraved plaque with his picture. It is absolutely stunning. Not only did Dean serve our country, he came back to serve his community and he’s doing it beautifully. This man is the most compassionate man I've ever met. He actually feels your pain. He doesn't rush you to make decisions. He is letting me come back to receive the remains and pay him in 2 weeks when I get paid again. Its great that the man understands things happen with pets unexpectedly, and the ability to pay at the moment isnt always possible. When the time comes to say good bye to your beloved pet, this is the place to go for the services required. Essentially this place feels like a funeral home for pets. It's very quiet and calming. We only experienced wonderful things with Patriot Pet Cremation. We had called Dean on the way to the vet with our sick dog on a Saturday and let him know after 5 o'clock, we would like to bring him if we could in order to have him cremated. He immediately told us he would be ready, and we were able to take our sweet boy there straight from his euthanasia. I felt he was so respectful of our pet, of us, and explained things very well. Our boy was ready to bring home in less than 24 hours. Obviously, if you need this service, you've experienced a catastrophic loss in your life, but the care and dignity we and our pet received with Dean is something I will never forget. Thank you so much for what you did for us during such a painful time in our lives.

We lost our beautiful Bella girl yesterday who has been apart of the family for 12 years. I called pretty late (9 pm) but he called me back in less then 10 mins. Dean was understanding,sincere,sympathetic, and so kind. He told me i could of brought her the same night but unfortunately I had to wait until the next morning to bring her to him. This man was so noble! As we were pulling up he stood outside at the front door with his hands behind his back and greeted us. He was sincere and sympathetic helping us carry bella in. Upon walking in, I knew we picked the right place to Honor our Bella Girl. He then showed us different memorials that were fairly priced and so beautiful! He even suggested he put a little in a small bag for when we purchase a key chain for our son. He made the entire process a little calmer even though our hearts are shattered. When leaving, he followed us out and he gave his condolences….. but what got me, he stood outside with his hands behind his back again but this time with head down and waited for us to leave. (I noticed all of this from our rear view mirror bc we backed in our vehicle) I felt a rush of warmth and knew right then and there that our Bella Girl was at the right place! For a man that never got the chance to meet her and to have me feel like you were mourning her passing too, you are a very SPECIAL human being! We would like to thank you for all that you do! My family lost our dog Sunday night. I googled ceramtion for dogs and patriot pet popped up. I just knew in my heart this is were we needed to go. I called and Dean answered very quickly and was very professional and polite. Also this was after hours and he told us to take our time and he would be waiting for us when we arrived. After a 40 minute drive we arrived and was greeted with so much respect and sympathy. I knew as soon as we arrived we had made the right decision. Patriot Pet Cremation was the most kind, compassionate, and empathetic business I could ever imagine to have come across in such an emotional moment of my life. I lost my best friend of 13 years to a worst circumstance kind of day. Dixie was the best girl a girl could ask for and she deserved soo much more than the way she left this world. With that in mind I knew I had to care for her remains with the most love I could find.It was almost 7 pm before I even made the call to Patriot Pet Cremation; Dean answered very quickly and was empathetic with my very emotional self from that very moment on.Dean gave ample amounts of information (including a brochure) about his business in a very timely manner (via text) as well as directions.When I arrived Dean was Respectfully waiting for our arrival and kindly explained to me the options he had available for the process (All of which are incredibly dignified and respectful to your family pet.) As I was falling apart. He waited. He listened. And he genuinely cared to hear it all.We went inside where Dean continued to give me as much time as I needed and informed me of every step that would be taken to care for Dixie. All of which are extremely thoughtful and truly above and beyond services for a grieving person.I left with a beautiful necklace Urn that allowed me to keep Dixie close with me every where I go for the rest of our days. There were so many options for how you could wish to keep and display your beloved pet that no one could possibly walk away disappointed.I couldn’t easily go into every single detail that made the worst experience ever so much easier on me- because there were just too many to name, so, I’ll simply tell you that I hope you never have the need to call this kind of business but if you do- this is the best place you could possibly go.

Dean took care of assisting our Great Dane, Klaus, to the rainbow bridge. He made one of the worst, most stressful days of mine and my wife’s life so much easier. You would be hard pressed to find another guy in the area with as much compassion and empathy as Dean. He took care of everything once we got there. A beautiful, laser engraved wood box as the urn, and my wife got a fantastic necklace so Klaus can be with her everywhere she goes. Thank you for taking care of both Brice in 2019 and our Leah this week. Dean and Angelique are so kind and respectful when caring for your beloved babies. Both of our fur babies were large dogs over 100 lbs. The vet wanted more than $400 and it would take weeks to get our babies back. We are so greatful for their service and professionalism. Patriot Pet Cremation was wonderful when we needed the care and support after our Bailey passed. We were able to take her body late in the evening and picked up her ashes the next afternoon. We love the wooden box she is in and I wear her ashes in the necklace they also had available. There were so many different urns and accessories to choose from, and now they offer laser engraving to personalize anything. PPC is amazing to work with, patient, and very understanding! We plan on having many things laser engraved from them in the future, as well!

Our girl Grace passed unexpectedly June 5, 2020. Although she was a senior and had some health problems, her death was extremely devastating for us. When I called Dean to ask for his hours, his response was, "I'm here when you need me" ... and he was. We made the one hour drive and arrived after hours to find him waiting for our arrival. First of all, I will say the grounds and facility were pristine... but most impressive was not only the compassion he showed to Garry and me, but the respect and dignity he showed to Grace... UTMOST! During the evening, his communication to us was so reassuring. When we arrived to pick up Grace's remains today, we saw not only the same compassion but the care and attention shown in preparation for us to bring Grace home. Even at the time of our sorrow, Dean's attention to every detail did not go unnoticed... down to his standing attentive to our departure with our beloved girl. Such respect! I'm sorry I can only give 5 stars. Patriot Pet Cremation is worthy of so much more. My eternal thanks to Dean for making an unbearable heartbreak bearable for us and for taking such beautiful care of our Grace.

We lost our Bella the day before Thanksgiving. We called Patriot Pet Cremation and he told us to come straight there no hesitation at all. Dean is such a respectful caring man. He helped with picking out the urn to bring Bella home in and he also even took the time to show me all the different fonts he had to engrave her name! I never expect to have such a beautiful and thoughtful experience with the passing of my best friend, Chopper. I’ve been expecting this since February of 2019 when his health first started to decline. I started planning in February because I knew I’d need to set the wheels in motion quickly, or else my mental health would deteriorate too fast for me to act.I will recommend Dean and Patriot Pet Cremation to every single person I know because not only was Dean highly professional, but he was thoughtful, and I could tell he truly cared about the work he is doing. Not just with my Chopper but with every animal that comes to him. Dean is doing something purely from the heart, from his desire to continue serving his community and to provide people with something our fur kids haven’t gotten in this area before...dignity in death.I miss Chopper more than anything, the pain I feel now is incomprehensible. I’m thankful for people like Dean who know just how painful this experience can be. Combined with the willingness to let those who have suffered great loss mourn their loss in their own unique way. My brothers dog passed away Tuesday evening just after 10 o’clock and I was able to call patriot pet cremations and speak with Dean at around 1045. He answered the phone and he was very very nice on the phone. He came out yesterday and picked up Scar, We were able to bring Scar home that same evening in a beautiful etched urn, I can’t say enough of how polite and caring he seemed with my brother. He really did pay attention to what my brother was talking about and how he felt about his dog. I recently lost my best friend of 12 years to lymphoma. Mr.MeowMeow. I am still pitifully torn up about it, but I was absolutely comforted by Dean and his business Patriot Pet Cremation. Its incredibly hard to lose a pet, and deciding what to do with the remains can be a difficult topic to discuss and/or plan for when you're trying to remain hopeful and your pet is not feeling well. As I currently rent, I decided on cremation. I called Dean the day I lost my kitty and he was extremely accommodating. His prompt service and the respect he displayed for my best friend will never be forgotten. I was able to pick an urn and see the single crematory chamber which assured me there would be no mass cremation and I was assured I would get only my baby's ashes back.(I've seen the horror stories) I highly, highly reccomend his business and I greatly thank him for his service. Would give 10 stars if I could.

he made me feel like my sweet little angel was taken care of as he was, my little buddy was going on 19 years had him every since he was born and Dean made me feel safe enough to lay my baby to rest threw him … he did everything amazing and made sure he did everything right… I’m so glad i found him to help me at my difficult times the drive from my house was 2 hours and he waited on my til 12-1 to help me. Words can not describe how amazing our experience was with Patriot Pet Cremation. Dean was so thoughtful and kind when we spoke both on the phone and in person. The amount of respect he showed when handling our beloved dog who we lost suddenly and unexpectedly was heartwarming. You will never find a service better than this one, that I can guarantee. On 4/1/24 I lost my 13.5 year old Pug Harlee. I was soul crushed and panicking on how to give her the dignity she deserved as I didn’t want to bury her. Within an hour of her passing, we made it to Patriot Pet Cremation. Dean was waiting for us when we pulled up and the respect he showed for the experience we were going through was truly welcomed. The amount of detail he puts into his work and empathy he shows was again truly welcomed. I was so grateful to send off my sweet Harlee to her forever resting spot with Dean. The dog tag he makes for your pet is just another extra dignity piece provided, she had been by my side since she was a baby and she served as a best friend and her having her dog tag showed her duty was over. I cannot express enough how respectful and communicative about the process Dean was, and I cannot imagine using anyone else for this process. Being able to pick her up the next day to bring her home was appreciated as well, and it was a very private experience which was welcomed because you didn’t have someone else grieving behind you waiting. The one on one experience was appreciated. Thank you again so much for the respect and dignity you gave my family and my sweet pup, and thank you for giving her her last pet for me.

I have not personally used this service, but my son and daughter in law called and needed to get their dog that had just been euthanized took care of. They were told to come right on and were welcomed when they arrived. They were treated with compassion, kindness and also comforted. They were having such a hard time and overwhelmed with sadness, but couldn't give enough praise for the help and support they received from this awesome business. They were able to pick up their baby the next day, in the most beautiful Rosewood box and take him home! I highly recommend this service and appreciate the love them and their furbaby was shown..

My family is so grateful for Patriot Pet Cremation. Last October, we lost our 16-year-old mini schnauzer/poodle, Lily. It was an especially challenging time for my dad, a recent widower and USMC Vietnam veteran. Dean was so kind and understanding with dad. His approach and the quality of the service he provided, in my opinion, helped with "closure" and mitigated as much emotional trauma as possible. Dad recently lost his wife, then a fairly short time later, his best friend. Having helpful, understanding people like Patriot Pet Cremation to turn to made a huge difference. Lily's cremains are now stored in a beautifully engraved wooden box by her photo in his house, and I have a small vial pendant to keep her close to me. Additionally, Dean gifted dad a beautiful USMC engraving he'd been working on - and the quality is top notch. Patriot Pet Cremation is an A+, 5-star business. UPDATED REVIEW! Sadly, my mom lost another of her precious babies 3 days after Christmas. Once again we called on Dean. This time to take care of her beautiful, sweet chihuahua, "Peppie" and, once again, Dean was extremely kind and thoughtful, and handled everything in the most honorable and caring way possible. My poor mom's dog, Coco, went from totally fine, to gone, within hours. My family and I took our dog Jack into Patriot pet cremation on Sunday afternoon. The owner Dean was very kind and we are absolutely amazed at how respectful he was. After giving Dean some basic information about our dog he said we could spend as much time with him as we needed to say our goodbyes. My wife and daughter spent about 10 minutes saying there goodbyes. The whole time we were doing that Dean was standing with his arms at his sides and with his hands folded looking straight ahead giving the utmost respect for my grieving family and our dog. We then thanked Dean for everything and proceeded to step outside to our van. It was pouring down rain that day and I figured Dean would go back inside and do whatever he needed to do but once again he stood at attention on the step leading into his business in the rain.We got in our van and pulled away we drove down his driveway and I looked back one more time before turning onto the main road and Dean was still standing there showing my family and I amazing respect until we were out of sight it absolutely blew me away. Dean thank you so much for your service to your country and thank you for showing my family and our dog Jack so much respect it didn't go unnoticed. You made a very difficult day a little bit better. Dean also had the remains of our dog ready to be picked up later that night.

This man is the most compassionate man I've ever met. He actually feels your pain. He doesn't rush you to make decisions. He is letting me come back to receive the remains and pay him in 2 weeks when I get paid again. Its great that the man understands things happen with pets unexpectedly, and the ability to pay at the moment isnt always possible. We only experienced wonderful things with Patriot Pet Cremation. We had called Dean on the way to the vet with our sick dog on a Saturday and let him know after 5 o'clock, we would like to bring him if we could in order to have him cremated. He immediately told us he would be ready, and we were able to take our sweet boy there straight from his euthanasia. I felt he was so respectful of our pet, of us, and explained things very well. Our boy was ready to bring home in less than 24 hours. We lost our beautiful Bella girl yesterday who has been apart of the family for 12 years. I called pretty late (9 pm) but he called me back in less then 10 mins. Dean was understanding,sincere,sympathetic, and so kind. He told me i could of brought her the same night but unfortunately I had to wait until the next morning to bring her to him. This man was so noble! As we were pulling up he stood outside at the front door with his hands behind his back and greeted us. He was sincere and sympathetic helping us carry bella in. Upon walking in, I knew we picked the right place to Honor our Bella Girl. He then showed us different memorials that were fairly priced and so beautiful! He even suggested he put a little in a small bag for when we purchase a key chain for our son. He made the entire process a little calmer even though our hearts are shattered. When leaving, he followed us out and he gave his condolences….. but what got me, he stood outside with his hands behind his back again but this time with head down and waited for us to leave. (I noticed all of this from our rear view mirror bc we backed in our vehicle) I felt a rush of warmth and knew right then and there that our Bella Girl was at the right place! For a man that never got the chance to meet her and to have me feel like you were mourning her passing too, you are a very SPECIAL human being! We would like to thank you for all that you do! My family lost our dog Sunday night. I googled ceramtion for dogs and patriot pet popped up. I just knew in my heart this is were we needed to go. I called and Dean answered very quickly and was very professional and polite. Also this was after hours and he told us to take our time and he would be waiting for us when we arrived. Patriot Pet Cremation was the most kind, compassionate, and empathetic business I could ever imagine to have come across in such an emotional moment of my life. I lost my best friend of 13 years to a worst circumstance kind of day. Dixie was the best girl a girl could ask for and she deserved soo much more than the way she left this world. With that in mind I knew I had to care for her remains with the most love I could find.It was almost 7 pm before I even made the call to Patriot Pet Cremation; Dean answered very quickly and was empathetic with my very emotional self from that very moment on.Dean gave ample amounts of information (including a brochure) about his business in a very timely manner (via text) as well as directions.When I arrived Dean was Respectfully waiting for our arrival and kindly explained to me the options he had available for the process (All of which are incredibly dignified and respectful to your family pet.) Hardest part of owning a pet is outliving them. Dean with Patriot Pet Cremation was very sincere and respectful when I brought my 14yr old lab Midnight to him. I well recommend going to Patriot Pet Cremation . I have the at most respect for Dean. We heard about patriot pet cremation from a friend. So when my 15 old dog passed away we got in contact with Dean and took my dog in and upon arrival all the way until we left Dean was the most polite and respectful person I have ever met. I was honored to have taken my dog to him. He walks you through the whole process and gives you time to spend with your pet before you leave. Also the process was timely we took my dog in at 10am and had received a message from Dean by 2pm when in my past with other places I have went to took days. Dean, the owner of Patriot Pet Creation, is amazing. His customer service is one that you don’t find anymore. He is willing to work at any time of the night to assist families in dealing with the loss of their pets. Dean, as a military man, stands at ease while you approach his place and stands at ease until you leave down the road, just like the military does when a fallen soldier has passed. His place is clean and he is willing to do whatever he can do to make your time with your pet special. He also has great items such as jewelry, key chains, and very nice urns to take your special loved one home in. Dean was very respectful and compassionate during our difficult time of parting with Samson and made the entire process effortless. My brothers dog passed away Tuesday evening just after 10 o’clock and I was able to call patriot pet cremations and speak with Dean at around 1045. He answered the phone and he was very very nice on the phone. I recently lost my best friend of 12 years to lymphoma. Mr.MeowMeow. I am still pitifully torn up about it, but I was absolutely comforted by Dean and his business Patriot Pet Cremation. Its incredibly hard to lose a pet, and deciding what to do with the remains can be a difficult topic to discuss and/or plan for when you're trying to remain hopeful and your pet is not feeling well. As I currently rent, I decided on cremation. I called Dean the day I lost my kitty and he was extremely accommodating. His prompt service and the respect he displayed for my best friend will never be forgotten. I was able to pick an urn and see the single crematory chamber which assured me there would be no mass cremation and I was assured I would get only my baby's ashes back.(I've seen the horror stories) I highly, highly reccomend his business and I greatly thank him for his service. I’m not the best for words but Dean will treat you and your pet with respect. I delivered our pet to him. He wants a call about 10 mins before arrival. This gives him time to be ready for you. He was standing outside the door, hands crossed and head bowed awaiting arrival. Patriot has a very nice, clean facility, and many items for the proper laying to rest of your pet. They have on site laser engraving so whatever product you decide on can be engraved right there. As I left with our pet, Dean assumed his stance at the front door as when we had arrived.

I initially contacted Dean to discuss plans for my little Scottie girl 15 yo, who was in a hospice situation, as I knew I would not be able to make clear decisions at the time of her passing. Being the wife of a disabled Vietnam veteran, I wanted to support a fellow veteran’s business. Dean was great. He sent me his brochure and website and told me to just let him know any time.Just a few days later, our 8 yo Scottie boy went into a rapid decline and we lost him at the ER vet within a very few hours. I texted Dean to let him know at about 3am and he responded! We took our boy to him the next afternoon. I cannot express how kind, caring and compassionate Dean was to us and our boy. I spent a few minutes with my boy before we left him in Dean’s compassionate care.Four days later, our girl let us know it was her time to take her leave. We were crushed and took her to Dean the next day. Again, we cannot fully express our appreciation for his kind and respectful care of both our girl and ourselves at a time that threatened to derail us.Every time we pulled in to Patriot Pet Cremation, Dean was standing outside with his hands at his side in a pose of respect and did the same when we left. That made a deep impression on us. We felt totally respected and cared for.We cannot recommend Patriot Pet Cremation enough. You and your fur baby will be treated with the utmost care and respect.

Dean was very nice and courteous. He made what was a terribly sad day for our family a little easier. He came out and picked up our furbaby and handled everything for us.. Our Levi was ready to be picked up the next day. All the while Dean kept communicating with us. We would definitely recommend him and his services. Thank you for taking care of our family dog.

Patriot Pet Cremation is wonderful, they were there for me and came right away after the loss of my best friend Noah. He passed away in my arms late in the evening and Dean came to pick his body up right away. Dean showed genuine compassion empathy and true concern for me and the loss of my dog. He made sure I knew that my dog I would be in good hands. Noah’s ashes were ready for me the next day in a beautiful urn that I was able to pick out. Having this type of service helped me bring closure the loss of my very best bud. I was able to bring Noah’s ashes home the very next day. I really appreciate that Patriot Pet Cremation is available when you need them, honestly I did not know what to do with Noah’s body after he passed away. I wasn’t in any condition to drive. So this pick up service was a blessing. The entire process was comforting smooth easy and affordable. I recommend this service to anyone who loses a pet.

Recently our fur baby Spud was diagnosed with cancer. Within a week of receiving the news, he passed. Early on Easter I called Patriot Pet Cremation and spoke with Dean. Dean told me to bring Spud down and he would be there and would take care of anything we needed. When we pulled up he was standing outside with the up most respect. He carefully helped my husband carry our fur baby in like he was his own. He went above and beyond any expectation that I had. He made us feel comfort in our time despair.We knew that our baby would be taken care of, and that gave us peace. When we left he stood again outside with respect for us and our loss. Within 24 hours I have Spud home. I will forever be grateful for Dean and his family for everything that he did for us.

My family is so grateful for Patriot Pet Cremation. Last October, we lost our 16-year-old mini schnauzer/poodle, Lily. It was an especially challenging time for my dad, a recent widower and USMC Vietnam veteran. Dean was so kind and understanding with dad. His approach and the quality of the service he provided, in my opinion, helped with "closure" and mitigated as much emotional trauma as possible. Dad recently lost his wife, then a fairly short time later, his best friend. Having helpful, understanding people like Patriot Pet Cremation to turn to made a huge difference. Lily's cremains are now stored in a beautifully engraved wooden box by her photo in his house, and I have a small vial pendant to keep her close to me. Additionally, Dean gifted dad a beautiful USMC engraving he'd been working on - and the quality is top notch. Patriot Pet Cremation is an A+, 5-star business. UPDATED REVIEW! Sadly, my mom lost another of her precious babies 3 days after Christmas. Once again we called on Dean. This time to take care of her beautiful, sweet chihuahua, "Peppie" and, once again, Dean was extremely kind and thoughtful, and handled everything in the most honorable and caring way possible. We will never use anyone but Dean at PPC for the end of life care that our babies deserve. He truly is the best there is. Thank you again for everything you do, Dean. We all hope you have a very blessed new year. 💜Losing a dearly loved pet is one of the hardest things we go through as humans..it just HURTS!!. My poor mom's dog, Coco, went from totally fine, to gone, within hours. My husband and I picked Coco up from my mom's and brought her home with us to begin searching for somewhere to take her for end of life services. We settled on Patriot Pet Cremation because of their amazing reviews and I am SO SO GLAD we did! In a time of such sadness and heartbreak, you couldn't ask for anything more than what Dean gave us. Not only is he incredibly kind and super professional, his place is absolutely GORGEOUS! It imbues a sense of peace, calm, and genuine care. Treated our loving furbaby with the up most respect. He was available on a Sunday when we suddenly lost our sweet boy. My family and I took our dog Jack into Patriot pet cremation on Sunday afternoon. The owner Dean was very kind and we are absolutely amazed at how respectful he was. After giving Dean some basic information about our dog he said we could spend as much time with him as we needed to say our goodbyes. My wife and daughter spent about 10 minutes saying there goodbyes. The whole time we were doing that Dean was standing with his arms at his sides and with his hands folded looking straight ahead giving the utmost respect for my grieving family and our dog. We then thanked Dean for everything and proceeded to step outside to our van. It was pouring down rain that day and I figured Dean would go back inside and do whatever he needed to do but once again he stood at attention on the step leading into his business in the rain.We got in our van and pulled away we drove down his driveway and I looked back one more time before turning onto the main road and Dean was still standing there showing my family and I amazing respect until we were out of sight it absolutely blew me away. Dean thank you so much for your service to your country and thank you for showing my family and our dog Jack so much respect it didn't go unnoticed. You made a very difficult day a little bit better. Dean also had the remains of our dog ready to be picked up later that night.

After an unexpected loss of one of our beloved dogs, Buddy, we were tasked with unpleasant chore of finding a way to deal with his remains.Due to the fact that we rent, we knew burial wasn't an option for the thought of leaving him behind. So the search for a cremator began.After speaking to a few who just seemed "down to business" we called Patriot Pet Cremation and spoke with Dean. He was soft spoken and sympathetic yet incredibly professional and informative.I can't praise him enough for his assistance and demeanor throughout the process. Had to have our golden retriever cremated in June. The place we used previously was closed and we found out about Dean, so glad we did. He gave us choices of what to put her ashes and had a very caring attitude. My son and I feel that we were treated respectfully as was our Sadie. Even though the other place is closer to our home, we will go the extra miles and use Dean's services when needed.

My sweet kitty of 14 years, Sarah, passed away from kidney disease on New Year’s Eve. She was the best cat, and she was my best friend ever, as I got her when I was 5. Obviously, I was very emotional about losing her. My mom called our vet and asked about cremation options, and Patriot Pet Cremation was recommended to us, especially since it was a holiday. We called him, and we were treated with such respect. We were able to take Sarah the same day, and we got to pick her up the next morning. Upon arrival, the couple was standing outside waiting for us. They greeted us and spoke very gentle to us, showing nothing but respect, even as we were crying. The most respectful thing though, was that when we left, they stood outside until we had pulled away completely. No talking or smiling or rushing back in to get the job done. Just standing there, respecting us and our loss. As much as I hope you don’t lose your fur baby, and I am so sorry if you have, I highly recommend Patriot Pet Cremation. My Siberian Husky Zoey passed away suddenly on June 24th (Saturday) around 10 at night. We were able to take her to Patriot Pet Cremation at 12 the next morning. He was very respectful. He explained his process and offered us options in a concise and professional manner, and eased our concerns regarding the final disposition of our pet. Dean at Patriot Pet Cremation does truly care and it shows. We called him later in the day and explained what was happening with our Max and asked what we needed to do. From the first phone call to making decisions, receiving updates and then picking him back up to bring home it was a seamless process. Hardest part of owning a pet is outliving them. Dean with Patriot Pet Cremation was very sincere and respectful when I brought my 14yr old lab Midnight to him. She was my pseudo service dog as she always comforted me when I struggled with PTSD from years as a firefighter. Dean honored Midnight with an American flag draped over her for her services. Losing my beautiful baby Isabel 23 months after the loss of my husband was almost more than I could handle. Dean carried Isabel inside as gently as if he were carrying a child. I well recommend going to Patriot Pet Cremation . I have the at most respect for Dean. We heard about patriot pet cremation from a friend. So when my 15 old dog passed away we got in contact with Dean and took my dog in and upon arrival all the way until we left Dean was the most polite and respectful person I have ever met. I was honored to have taken my dog to him. He walks you through the whole process and gives you time to spend with your pet before you leave. Also the process was timely we took my dog in at 10am and had received a message from Dean by 2pm when in my past with other places I have went to took days. I greatly appreciate Patriot Pet Cremation and everything they done for me and it is the only place I would ever take my pets that pass for now on.

Dean, the owner of Patriot Pet Creation, is amazing. His customer service is one that you don’t find anymore. He is willing to work at any time of the night to assist families in dealing with the loss of their pets. Dean, as a military man, stands at ease while you approach his place and stands at ease until you leave down the road, just like the military does when a fallen soldier has passed. His place is clean and he is willing to do whatever he can do to make your time with your pet special. He also has great items such as jewelry, key chains, and very nice urns to take your special loved one home in. I have never written a review before, but I would do it again for Dean and his company Patriot Pet Creation. He took care of our dog Boots with the utmost respect and dignity. I have used Patriot twice now, once with my beagle and then my pit bull. Both were old and we loved them dearly. I felt the love and respect they had for my babies without ever meeting them. Dean was very respectful and compassionate during our difficult time of parting with Samson and made the entire process effortless. Yesterday our 17 year old dog passed away unexpectedly. We knew she was aging but did not realize that the her time to see the rainbow bridge was approaching so soon. Patriot Pet Cremation met us at the door with respect and kindness. They walked us through the process with kindness and compassion. Our sweet girl was returned to us in less than 24hours. Not enough stars to rate my experience!!!I went with my sister to pick up our family member, ANDY! The absolute and complete respect upon meeting you Dean was admirable. A firm handshake for myself as well as my sister was gratifying. You showed compassion and regard that most people do not have the ability to show. Nor would they understand! Eye contact during our discussion of Andy and his character was observed. You never tried to rush us out of your office, your attentive and caring nature was completely genuine! My sister has had a tough year and the loss of Andy is devastating. You did an outstanding job of showing respect and dignity for the loss of our family member. What I observed as we were leaving was a moving experience. You stood at parade rest….and bowed your head!!! A form of respect, that only a man of 100% good character and honor would do. We lost our beloved Reese on the evening of August 3rd. He was a lovable guinea pig with a big personality. He was so sweet and was truly loved by his human best friend. I called several other places that were disrespectful of our loss. I found Patriot Pet Cremation through a tearful google search. When I called Dean he had this warm hearted tone to his voice. He assured me that our Reese would be treated with compassion and care. When we arrived to Patriot Pet Cremation, he was standing outside waiting by the door for me. He explained the process to me and offered me the opportunity to place my Reese in the chamber. He allowed me to tell a story about his character, let me cry, gave me tissues. As I left and got back in the car, he stood outside once again as we pulled away. The respect he has for us and our pet is unmatched. I guarantee you wont get this level of care anywhere else. I would like to publicly thank Dean of Patriot Pet Crematory for his services. For going above andbeyond in helping us through a most difficult time.Our precious little fur baby Gracie passed last night.Like anyone that loves their pet..we are heartbroken.We had seen a brochure at our vets office about this business, not thinking we would need for several more years. I just tucked that info in the back of my mind.Unfortunately we found ourselves needing that helpthis morning. I called and left a message with a return call within 30 minutes. I didn't know what to ask, but his forthcoming information answered everything. We took our li'l Gracie, and we're met by a very professional and caring man. He explained everything to us and we chosethe items we wanted for her cremains and what would be engraved on them. Through this whole process Deanwas so understanding and kind, giving all the time wewanted to make choices and say goodbye to our baby girl. We were able to pick her up later this afternoon,which was absolutely wonderful. Now I have her home with me❤️. I had said I would like to have her blanket embroidered and he even gave me contact info for someone to do that. This young man showed us the utmost respect making our hard time more bearable.He is retired military and his training and respect is admirably shown in his business. I’m not the best for words but Dean will treat you and your pet with respect. I delivered our pet to him. He wants a call about 10 mins before arrival. This gives him time to be ready for you. He was standing outside the door, hands crossed and head bowed awaiting arrival. Patriot has a very nice, clean facility, and many items for the proper laying to rest of your pet. They have on site laser engraving so whatever product you decide on can be engraved right there. As I left with our pet, Dean assumed his stance at the front door as when we had arrived.

I initially contacted Dean to discuss plans for my little Scottie girl 15 yo, who was in a hospice situation, as I knew I would not be able to make clear decisions at the time of her passing. Being the wife of a disabled Vietnam veteran, I wanted to support a fellow veteran’s business. Dean was great. He sent me his brochure and website and told me to just let him know any time.Just a few days later, our 8 yo Scottie boy went into a rapid decline and we lost him at the ER vet within a very few hours. I texted Dean to let him know at about 3am and he responded! We took our boy to him the next afternoon. I cannot express how kind, caring and compassionate Dean was to us and our boy. I spent a few minutes with my boy before we left him in Dean’s compassionate care.Four days later, our girl let us know it was her time to take her leave. We were crushed and took her to Dean the next day. Patriot Pet Cremation is wonderful, they were there for me and came right away after the loss of my best friend Noah. He passed away in my arms late in the evening and Dean came to pick his body up right away. Dean showed genuine compassion empathy and true concern for me and the loss of my dog. He made sure I knew that my dog I would be in good hands. Noah’s ashes were ready for me the next day in a beautiful urn that I was able to pick out. Recently our fur baby Spud was diagnosed with cancer. Within a week of receiving the news, he passed. Early on Easter I called Patriot Pet Cremation and spoke with Dean. Dean told me to bring Spud down and he would be there and would take care of anything we needed. When we pulled up he was standing outside with the up most respect. He carefully helped my husband carry our fur baby in like he was his own. He went above and beyond any expectation that I had. My heart was shattered into a million pieces Sunday January 15, 2023. I lost my precious baby girl Roxie Ann. She was 13 and half years old. My heart couldn't let me bury her in the ground. So I looked up pet cremation on the internet. An the first one that came to me was Patriot Pet Cremation. So I called and spoke with the owner and asked a few questions about how much and so forth on how they would do it and all that. But let me tell you how very impressed I was with Patriot Pet Cremation. I've never in my life felt the most respect, dignity and love that this man gave to me and my family for the lost of our precious baby. I'm talking even from a family members funeral, never have I seen or felt the passionate that someone gives to someone for losing a loved one as much as Dean did at Patriot Pet Cremation. This man was great he went above and beyond for us. An I want to thank him for all he has done for us and also I want to thank Dean for his service in the military. THANK YOU DEAN YOU'RE THE GREATEST MAN EVER. When we dropped my baby off and was about to leave this man Dean stood at the front door with his hands together and head down til we was out of sight. When we went around the last curve were we couldn't see him any longer is when he finally done what he had to do. But I've never saw anyone be so much respectful as this man did. Dean was super accomodating toward me when my found my beautiful 12yo dog had been hit by a car. It was a very hard thing to go through and although we had just met I felt like he was there for me. He let me stick around as long as I needed and I think it helped me to be in a beautiful country setting rather than a vet office or funeral home. After an unexpected loss of one of our beloved dogs, Buddy, we were tasked with unpleasant chore of finding a way to deal with his remains.Due to the fact that we rent, we knew burial wasn't an option for the thought of leaving him behind. My sweet kitty of 14 years, Sarah, passed away from kidney disease on New Year’s Eve. She was the best cat, and she was my best friend ever, as I got her when I was 5. Obviously, I was very emotional about losing her. My mom called our vet and asked about cremation options, and Patriot Pet Cremation was recommended to us, especially since it was a holiday. We called him, and we were treated with such respect. We were able to take Sarah the same day, and we got to pick her up the next morning. Upon arrival, the couple was standing outside waiting for us. They greeted us and spoke very gentle to us, showing nothing but respect, even as we were crying. The most respectful thing though, was that when we left, they stood outside until we had pulled away completely. No talking or smiling or rushing back in to get the job done. Me and my wife were looking through different options to get our fur baby Tinker taken care of after an unexpectedly short fight with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. After we talked with a few different local cremation businesses that handled pets and we told by most a 7 business day wait time and some up to 14 days. It took me a few days to write this. The loss of my dog hit me much harder than I anticipated. Patriot Pet Cremation did everything possible to make our transition as smooth and as comfortable as possible. Dean is amazing, incredibly compassionate, and as professional of a man as you could ever expect to meet. He waited patiently at the veterinary clinic while we said our final goodbye to our beloved Trixie at 2pm. At 3pm my wife and I walked to the car, still sobbing and wishing it wasn’t true. 10 minutes later we got a call from Dean. “I have her, she’s in good hands, I promise I will take care of your girl.” We both bawled in the parking lot before heading home. Later, THAT SAME NIGHT, Dean called and said “everything is done and she’s ready to come home.” He brought her home to us. That alone deserves five stars. The same night; we didn’t have to wait weeks and feel like we’re reopening a wound that has yet to heal. Here’s where the best part is. Dean actually helped us find our healing path. He sat with us for more than half an hour and listened to us share our stories and our memories of our beloved boxer, Trixie. I still cry when I think about her, when I say her name or when I see her bed, but thanks to Dean, I don’t have to rip a band-aid off a wound in two or three weeks and do it all over again. I can begin to heal. There’s another five stars. This dog meant the world to us, so price was not a factor when it came to preserving her memory. But it mattered to Dean. He came and picked her up, did what needed to be done, brought her home to us in a beautiful brass urn with an engrave-able stand along with a little bit of her in two pendants to give to our daughters who adored this angel. This cost us less than $450. I assure you the service itself was worth the money, but the man who did it, he made it a priceless experience. Not that I want to have to go through this again, but one day, it will happen. When it does, there’s absolutely no question at all who I would have taking care of my pet and my family as we walk down this dark road. Thank-you Patriot Pet Cremation. We are ever grateful that there are people like you in this world. Bless you.

With tears in our eyes we spoke our last goodbye to our beloved little dachshund Ditto. Hearts broken we had a tough decision to make as to what happens next. Yesterday our 17 year old dog passed away unexpectedly. We knew she was aging but did not realize that the her time to see the rainbow bridge was approaching so soon. A firm handshake for myself as well as my sister was gratifying. You showed compassion and regard that most people do not have the ability to show. Nor would they understand! Eye contact during our discussion of Andy and his character was observed. You never tried to rush us out of your office, your attentive and caring nature was completely genuine! We lost our beloved Reese on the evening of August 3rd. He was a lovable guinea pig with a big personality. He was so sweet and was truly loved by his human best friend. For going above andbeyond in helping us through a most difficult time.Our precious little fur baby Gracie passed last night.Like anyone that loves their pet..we are heartbroken.We had seen a brochure at our vets office about this business, not thinking we would need for several more years. I just tucked that info in the back of my mind.Unfortunately we found ourselves needing that helpthis morning. I called and left a message with a return call within 30 minutes. On Saturday I had to have my baby euthanized after a long battle with Degenerative Myelopathy. Both Dean and his wife were great. Theyre both very kind and compassionate.. I talked to them the night before and Dean met me at the vet and took him away. I was destroyed and I did not want to have to drive with him so the pickup service they offer is great. They even drop off if you chose to do so. He was done that night and back home with me the next morning. I highly recommend them. I know vets offer their own cremation services but I've read alot of things online where some cremate a bunch at one time and you don't know who you're getting back and that is why I like to support small businesses

He helped guide my husband and I through this heart breaking time in our lives ...Our sweet girl didn't like the vets office and we were sceptical if we did take her to the vet if we would even get her remains back. We chose Dean he let us come in an see his medical grade inferno, he explained the whole process and eased our minds greatly. In today's public service sector, it seems that Good Customer Service is difficult to find. This is not the case at Patriot Pet Cremation! Recently our beloved Lily passed away on a Saturday. My heart was shattered into a million pieces Sunday January 15, 2023. I lost my precious baby girl Roxie Ann. She was 13 and half years old. My heart couldn't let me bury her in the ground. So I looked up pet cremation on the internet. An the first one that came to me was Patriot Pet Cremation. So I called and spoke with the owner and asked a few questions about how much and so forth on how they would do it and all that. But let me tell you how very impressed I was with Patriot Pet Cremation. I've never in my life felt the most respect, dignity and love that this man gave to me and my family for the lost of our precious baby. I'm talking even from a family members funeral, never have I seen or felt the passionate that someone gives to someone for losing a loved one as much as Dean did at Patriot Pet Cremation. This man was great he went above and beyond for us. An I want to thank him for all he has done for us and also I want to thank Dean for his service in the military. THANK YOU DEAN YOU'RE THE GREATEST MAN EVER. When we dropped my baby off and was about to leave this man Dean stood at the front door with his hands together and head down til we was out of sight. When we went around the last curve were we couldn't see him any longer is when he finally done what he had to do. But I've never saw anyone be so much respectful as this man did. I'm so lost at words. I don't know how to put my feeling in words for how grateful I am for all he has done for me. For all my fur babies he will have my business when they go to be with Jesus. Dean was super accomodating toward me when my found my beautiful 12yo dog had been hit by a car. It was a very hard thing to go through and although we had just met I felt like he was there for me. He let me stick around as long as I needed and I think it helped me to be in a beautiful country setting rather than a vet office or funeral home. I was happy for the decision I made when I went with his cremation service and he was very reasonably priced. Thanks again Dean for helping me through such a traumatizing event. She will be missed.

The service we received was excellent. Dean was very sympathetic to our loss and went out of his way to make sure everything we wanted was done. He would send text messages as to what steps were completed and the arranged for a time where we could pick up our sweet Bubba's remains. Dean was awesome with our Choco! He was fast and done everything possible to make the situation more bearable. The prices were very cheap for the cremation and the accessories. He was able to take paw prints and make some really cool necklaces to remember our sweet boy! I would absolutely recommend Patriot Pet Cremation to anyone who find themselves in this sad situation.

I wanted to take a moment and brag about an amazing local business. When Sam passed away last week, I was completely heartbroken. We contacted Patriot Pet Cremation for their services. Patriot is the only pet cremation we will use. I never would've thought cremation would give me the closure I needed after my fur daughter Coco crossed the rainbow bridge at age 19. I searched pet cremation in my area and found Patriot. Dean is a Godsend who is very respectable, sympathetic and trustworthy. He will explain the whole process to you and let you know what to expect. He went far and beyond my expectations and made this whole process easier to deal with. I explained to him I wanted to bury a small amount of Coco's ashes with my daughter who passed away and he packaged me a small amount separate no charge. I recommend this business 100% very respectful and does great things besides cremation . My family was on vacation and my mother in law's dog got hit and killed so I called him and we drove 45 minutes to his business and he had him ready same day and he's a veteran and has a heart of gold .. My boys say when we lose our dog they are driving her 10 hours from Florida to have him cremate her . Check his website out for laser on wood I will be buying Christmas gifts from him ..

This was a purely amazing service!! Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10. The owner was so kind and understanding in our time of despair, it was very comforting. If you ever lose a pet that you just can't bear to let go this is the way to go. Pricing is very reasonable and up front so there are no surprises during pickup. An urn is included in pricing but the gentlemen that runs it has a beautiful selection of others available for purchase. He also offers necklaces and keychains which hold pets ashes. We will definitely be back (hopefully not anytime soon) in the event of another pet passing. Thank you so much Dean for providing this service and being so respectful and kind. We absolutely love the way everything came out, very impressed!

Me and my wife were looking through different options to get our fur baby Tinker taken care of after an unexpectedly short fight with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. After we talked with a few different local cremation businesses that handled pets and we told by most a 7 business day wait time and some up to 14 days. Me nor my wife were up for that long of a wait time to get our baby back, and after finding Dean and Patriot Pet Cremation we gave them a call. We dealt with both Dean and his wife Angelique. Both were extremely professional, answered any questions we had, and they were great to deal with through a difficult emotional time. Knowing our pet Sliders time was limited I reached out to Patriot Pet Cremation to make plans. When I called the phone was immediately answered by Dean as the main # is his personal cell. Once the call was complete all of my anxiety had turned to relief. This is a business but when you speak to Dean or his wife Angelique is does not feel that way. They make you feel at ease at such a trying time. They are so kind, caring, understanding, accommodating and respectful and this carries throughout the whole process. It took me a few days to write this. The loss of my dog hit me much harder than I anticipated. Patriot Pet Cremation did everything possible to make our transition as smooth and as comfortable as possible. Dean is amazing, incredibly compassionate, and as professional of a man as you could ever expect to meet. He waited patiently at the veterinary clinic while we said our final goodbye to our beloved Trixie at 2pm. At 3pm my wife and I walked to the car, still sobbing and wishing it wasn’t true. 10 minutes later we got a call from Dean. “I have her, she’s in good hands, I promise I will take care of your girl.” We both bawled in the parking lot before heading home. Later, THAT SAME NIGHT, Dean called and said “everything is done and she’s ready to come home.” He brought her home to us. That alone deserves five stars. The same night; we didn’t have to wait weeks and feel like we’re reopening a wound that has yet to heal. Here’s where the best part is. Dean actually helped us find our healing path. He sat with us for more than half an hour and listened to us share our stories and our memories of our beloved boxer, Trixie. I still cry when I think about her, when I say her name or when I see her bed, but thanks to Dean, I don’t have to rip a band-aid off a wound in two or three weeks and do it all over again. I can begin to heal. There’s another five stars. This dog meant the world to us, so price was not a factor when it came to preserving her memory. But it mattered to Dean. He came and picked her up, did what needed to be done, brought her home to us in a beautiful brass urn with an engrave-able stand along with a little bit of her in two pendants to give to our daughters who adored this angel. This cost us less than $450. I assure you the service itself was worth the money, but the man who did it, he made it a priceless experience. Not that I want to have to go through this again, but one day, it will happen. When it does, there’s absolutely no question at all who I would have taking care of my pet and my family as we walk down this dark road. Thank-you Patriot Pet Cremation. We are ever grateful that there are people like you in this world. Bless you.

Our precious Fifi passed away peacefully in her sleep October 28th. We found Patriot Pet Cremation online. I was so comforted by the level of trust and caring that each review conveyed. With tears in our eyes we spoke our last goodbye to our beloved little dachshund Ditto. Hearts broken we had a tough decision to make as to what happens next. We decided on cremation as a proper and dignified way to handle our little dog's remains. Searching the internet we found Patriot Pet Creamation, a phone call was made and Dean answered right away. We lost our beloved pet on July 14th. This happened to be on a Sunday and no one was answering the phones at the various places that I called. I called this number and spoke to Angelique. She was very friendly and compassionate. I brought our pet there And she even offered to have the service completed later in the evening if I wanted. We met up the next day to collect the ashes and the whole transaction was smooth. I was happy to be able to use a husband and wife team and not a traditional corporation. Their operation is out in the country in a peaceful setting and not your typical clinical setting. I most definitely recommend them should you find yourself needing this service!

Very respectful of your love and difficult time with your pet. He helped my best friend with her cat marley and my friend was very distraught with the situation. I highly recommend that if you want your pet to be treated like family you should go here. He stood at attention as she dropped her baby off and picked her up for the last time. Owned local, by a veteran who we are very appreciative of his service then and now. We couldn't have asked for someone to treat her as well as she was. On Saturday our baby of 16 years took her last breath we had wanted to have her cremated to be able to just keep her with us we thought we weren’t going to be able to sense it was a weekend. On Saturday I had to have my baby euthanized after a long battle with Degenerative Myelopathy. Both Dean and his wife were great. Theyre both very kind and compassionate.. I talked to them the night before and Dean met me at the vet and took him away. I was destroyed and I did not want to have to drive with him so the pickup service they offer is great. They even drop off if you chose to do so. He was done that night and back home with me the next morning. I highly recommend them. I know vets offer their own cremation services but I've read alot of things online where some cremate a bunch at one time and you don't know who you're getting back and that is why I like to support small businesses
