Our little one left after 15 years and we wanted to have her remembered and with us threw out our life. Took her here the morning of her passing and the staff took care of her. They were very sweet, friendly and were very sympathetic and compassionate with out little one. Had a casting of her paw and her ashes.They also and many types of urns, necklaces, statues and placards.

This place is wonderful & they are so nice & thoughtful for your loss. I lost my dachshund Buddie (he was 11), June 27th 2024. He was my soul dog & it was the hardest thing I've been through besides losing my parents. Buddie truly was my heart & soul. His unconditional love got me through some really tough times. Within the span of 40 days, my mom and I lost both of our babies to cancer. Adored Pets and Ms. Carr were there for us wholeheartedly. During a very difficult time after losing our first baby, it was nice to be able to go to Adored Pets and have her ashes back as soon as possible with the love we felt from Ms. Carr. After recently losing our second baby, it was most definitely a comfort to know that Adored Pets exists and treated us and our babies with love and respect. In short, I am very grateful for Adored Pets and what they and especially Ms. Carr do for our community. If you ever find yourself in need of pet cremation services, this is the organization that will do right by you and your babies and show you and your babies love in a very difficult time.

Absolutely the best. Jeanne was amazing and if it wasn't for her compassion and kindness I would have probably backed out. My Chiuahuah Stitch was our kid since we can't have any and this has really shattered our hearts but she helped tremendously. I would highly recommend this place. I pray I never have to use them again but if God's will is me loosing another pet before I go I will most definitely use Adored Pets Cremation.

When my mother lost her Chihuahua Zoe suddenly we were devastated and didn't know what to do!!She did want to still have her fur baby close to her though so We decided to try pet cremation.I found Adored Pet Cremation s online and called to find out about the process. They were so very sympathetic of Zoe's passing and very caring to us.When Zoe was ready We went to pick up her ashes and they had put her in a beautiful metal urn and, you can also choose to have a paw print.I am forever grateful to everyone there and highly recommend them for your pet cremation services.

This was the first time I have cremated a fur baby. I really wish I had of known about them sooner. When my almost 16 year old Chihuahua passed on a Sunday they were closed I was beside myself with confusion and tears trying to figure out what to do with my baby till Monday morning. I called praying someone would answer they took my number and a young man named JD called back he came in that day and helped me even though they were closed. The price was great and they were so nice to help me with anything I would suggest them to everyone. When I got my girls urn I was shocked to receive some of her hair and cremation certificate that was a nice thing to do for people like me that are grieving.

We lost our 13 year old baby, Ruby Mae Blankenship almost a month ago. Needless to say we were devastated because she was our child. She went everywhere we went until her illness prevented it. We knew time was short and Adored Pets let us do a Pre,,arrangement just in case. I am so thankful Adored Pets let me do that. Stress relieved and Stress avoided upon her passing. When we came for Ruby's remains, the staff again was very sympathetic and showed their love toward me and my wife. I was so happy to have not only her creamains, but we also got her paw print that contained some dirt from her paw from going out the night before she went to Heaven. We also got a lock of her hair along with the certificate of cremation. I would to memorialize my pets and others on a web site like we have for humans, findagrave.com. Hmm maybe it needs to be created. Thank you Adored Pets for Adoring our Ruby Mae and for your tender compassion to me and Lori. The pictures are of Ruby Mae's last week. We praise God for allowing us to be her parents and we are sad that she is not with us, but we be take comfort in knowing her pain is finished and she runs through the green fields of grace dancing on the streets of gold with her Grammy and is forever HEALED in JESUS' presence.

I am so thankful Adored Pet Cremations offer this service & that they do it with such care & compassion. I will say that Shawna and Michael are unbelievably kind & professional. My friend Rocky died on a Saturday morning and Shawna and Michael were kind enough to come into work and meet me so I did not have to endure holding the remains of Rocky until the following Monday. They were so kind. From the first moment I arrived until I left with the ashes, it was as pleasant of an experience as it could be, given the circumstances. I would give 100 stars if I could.

I don't know how to express the gratitude we have for the wonderful final care given to our beloved Thor by the staff at Adored Pets Cremations. They went above and beyond the normal service by meeting us early the next day after Thor passed on a holiday, and then provided a quick turn-around so that we had his ashes back quickly - without our requesting, it was their offer of this incredible level of service. Thor is the third pet we've had cremated at this facility and each time we've had great service and gentle, caring compassion shown to us. As former rescuers, we have several "unadoptable" pets that have remained with us and I know that we'll be calling on Adored Pets Cremations for each of them as their time comes. So thankful to have this service available here in our mountain community.

The staff at APC is amazing. I can't sing their praises enough. After losing our Mace, they were extremely kind and, after I contacted them they even went to Johnson City to pick him up from the vet for us. The entire process was made much less painful thanks to the heart that they very obviously put into their customers.

APC took such good care of our little boy, Smudge. This is the first time our family has faced something like this, and I am so thankful that God brought us to APC. We were so worried about how expensive it would be, as I know people who have paid upward of $800 for cremation services. We were so relieved and thankful to find that APC’s prices were so affordable, with different options available at different price points. Jeannie was so kind, and so personable from the very first call. She was able to talk me through the steps, and even stayed after hours to make sure our little boy was taken care of. Jeannie helped hold our broken hearts together. It wasn’t awkward or fake like I thought it would be. After just speaking with Jeannie, I knew everything would be ok. APC offers beautiful urns, jewelry, and many other things to help remember your loved one. I was so happy that we were able to take care of everything that needed to be done in one place. I cannot recommend APC enough. We will definitely be coming back to APC whenever it is Zeus’s time to go. I’m so thankful that APC is there to help families in their time of need.

This is the most amazing place. I can’t say enough good things about them. So caring and compassionate. I will always have my precious cat of 14 years with me. hope I never move but if I do I don’t have to leave him behind burried. I want to thank Shawna Gragg and all the employees at Adored Pets Cremations for being so courteous and professional after the passing of my boy, Luis. I was really happy and pleased that my hometown now has a crematory after having been in Huntsville Alabama for the last 30 years.The facilities are clean, and their prices are excellent. As part of the package, you get a great little urn to bring your family member home with you, courtesy of Tetrick Funeral home which is directly adjacent to the facility. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company that is staffed with people who love and value the beauty and grace of your family member as much as you do. They treat you like family.

I cannot say enough good things about APC. From my first phone call to picking up our Maggie’s ashes they were exceptionally kind and genuine. ❤️ APC took such good care of our girl and we are so grateful.

APC took such good care of our little boy, Smudge. This is the first time our family has faced something like this, and I am so thankful that God brought us to APC. We were so worried about how expensive it would be, as I know people who have paid upward of $800 for cremation services. We were so relieved and thankful to find that APC’s prices were so affordable, with different options available at different price points. Jeannie was so kind, and so personable from the very first call. She was able to talk me through the steps, and even stayed after hours to make sure our little boy was taken care of. Jeannie helped hold our broken hearts together. It wasn’t awkward or fake like I thought it would be. After just speaking with Jeannie, I knew everything would be ok. APC offers beautiful urns, jewelry, and many other things to help remember your loved one. I was so happy that we were able to take care of everything that needed to be done in one place. I cannot recommend APC enough. We will definitely be coming back to APC whenever it is Zeus’s time to go. I’m so thankful that APC is there to help families in their time of need.

This is the most amazing place. I can’t say enough good things about them. So caring and compassionate. I will always have my precious cat of 14 years with me. hope I never move but if I do I don’t have to leave him behind burried. It was worth every penny for the cremation and the staff is great, understands what you are going through. I would highly recommend this place!!!

I want to thank Shawna Gragg and all the employees at Adored Pets Cremations for being so courteous and professional after the passing of my boy, Luis. I was really happy and pleased that my hometown now has a crematory after having been in Huntsville Alabama for the last 30 years.The facilities are clean, and their prices are excellent. As part of the package, you get a great little urn to bring your family member home with you, courtesy of Tetrick Funeral home which is directly adjacent to the facility. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company that is staffed with people who love and value the beauty and grace of your family member as much as you do. They treat you like family.

This place is simply amazing. I was called the next day after dropping my baby dog off to come pick her up and she waited for me after she was already suppose to close. If anyone ever needs to have their pets cremated, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else but this place. The prices are amazing and the people are amazing. It’s just overall wonderful. The way these professionals handle your bereavement and wishes is above and beyond. They have a gift in what they do. Shawna and Micheal are amazing, very caring, and respectful towards the animals and the pet parents. I recommend Adored Pets.

I searched high and low to find the best cremation services for the area, and this place had the best reviews. The staff was very respectful and took good care of my Shorty. I miss him so much and this helps when ever I do miss him. I was so shocked when I came home, and opened the packet. Highly recommend this place and definitely exceeded my expectations.
