We are so grateful to have found Happy Trails. Jared went above and beyond to meet us unexpectedly on a weekend, after having to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our best friend, Baxter. He was kind and empathetic during a very emotional time for us. He even shared his own personal story of losing a special pet, which made it comforting for us to leave our best friend in his hands. It was obvious the amount of thoughtfulness that went into the cremation process upon presenting us with Baxter’s ashes and special keepsakes that we can treasure forever. Thank you Jared.

We had to call them the night of Dec 23rd because our dog was killed, they met us on Christmas Eve and made our family feel like we were talking to friends and that we had for sure picked the right place. They handled it quickly and with so much care. We loved the way everything turned out. They even gave us a story about the rainbow bridge that made us all smile. My only regret is that I didn't know about this place sooner to be able to use it for some other pets too. I am so happy we found it in time for this situation though and so thankful for the care and understanding they gave us. I would recommend them!

This is an outstanding business ready to help you during a very difficult time. We were out of state visiting family when a kennel called to tell us our 7 year old German Shepherd was found dead and they expected us to have his body removed. This occurred early on a Sunday morning to make it more difficult. We were fortunate to connect with these folks online. They promptly went to the kennel and retrieved him. They were incredibly kind and helpful during our sudden loss. We cannot say enough good things about them.

We lost our beloved Daisy dog after having her for almost 16 and 1/2 blessed by GOD years. It was soo hard and we were crushed! Happy Trails and Jared and Isaac to the rescue! Like two super hero Angels sent straight by GOD HIMSELF from Heaven..they made this heartbreaking experience tolerable, peaceful and beautiful. They are full of love, compassion and understanding. They don't rush you and they have the deep understanding and common courtesy to schedule everyone a private one-on-one appointment with them so that other customers are not coming and going during our time of grief and crying. The Happy Trails shop is gorgeous and spotless. They are both thoughtful, meticulous and very detail oriented. Jared and Isaac go above and beyond to not only comfort and console but they also do include special surprises when you receive your beloved pets remains back. For instance, a free clay paw print they made from Daisy's paw and a lock of her fur. So special! They really deserve 100 stars but Google only allows 5

Recommend these two Gentlemen to anyone who unfortunately needs this type of service. They are very compassionate patient and understanding. They make sure you understand the process while addressing any concerns you may have without any pressure. What an incredible experience. My better half and her family lost their beloved Jack. She asked me to handle everything for her the best I could. I've never cremated a pet before so I didn't know what it all entailed. From the very first contact all the way til even now, the team was incredibly compassionate, caring and loving. They surely went the extra mile every step of the way for us. As they seem to do for everyone too. Just from the gentleness of the manners, voice, and how they handle and take care of you. When it was time to let my beloved girl go, I could not have asked for any better care than I got from Happy Trails. Jared came and took her immediately, so I didn't have to worry about what would happen to her afterwards. He made a mold of her pawprint, which proved to be invaluable, as the vet failed to do one, providing me with an irreplaceable keepsake. The personal card from Isaac and Jared made it evident how much they care about their clients. I'm in so much pain after losing my beautiful pit bull Karma. We took her up to Happy Trails within a couple hours of losing her and were treated with so much compassion. Jared met us there and helped us through the process of decisions we never could have made without the kindness he showed us. It was possibly the hardest thing to do, She was not even 2 years old. I am so thankful we were able to take her somewhere late at night to have her cremated. I will recommend this place to anyone greiving the loss of a beloved pet. She will forever be missed.

Our Beloved Companion Geronimo 14 passed away & we contacted Jared at Happy Trails Crematorium, we highly recommend Happy Trails. Jared & Isaac showed us such compassion during a heartbreaking time & treated Mo with such gentle care. They also had his ashes ready in 48 hours. We are so lucky to have them servicing this area. We hope our vet Best Friends decides to use Happy Trails our local Crematorium instead of sending remains to Murfreesboro but if not, you can contact Happy Trails directly for their services.

My sweet boy passed away this last Thursday. He had originally been arranged to go to sleep on Friday, and we arranged pick up for him then. However, he declined quickly Thursday, and last minute, we had to rush him in that morning to say goodbye. They were so kind when we called to change the time and place, and with answering our questions and setting everything up.We just picked him up today, and as emotional as I am, I am also so happy. They took such good care of him and receiving that bag brought me such a sense of relief that he had been taken care of so well after he had gone. His ashes, paw print, and even a little bit of his fur were all saved and packaged with such care. Hearing them say that his fur was so soft brought a smile to my face. I can't thank them enough for the way they took care of my baby and how they returned him to me. I will hold onto this forever.

I had to put my ESA and companion dog to sleep after 12 years! Jerred was great! Very sympathetic and helpful. The “viewing” area was really nice and peaceful. For my first time of cremating one of my beloved pets, I could not have asked for a better experience! He was so gentle with Doogle when he weighed him and put him back on the pillows. Thank you so much for everything! Doogle couldn’t have been in better hands!

My family and I are still grieving over the loss of our family dog, but we wanted to write a review to thank Happy Trails for the exceptional care they took of us and our 14yrs, old Aussie mix. We had not prepared for that moment when we had to make arrangements for her and we were reeling from the loss on a Sunday when most businesses are closed. Happy Trails is the best in our opinion. Very respectful of your loss and offer many options of how you wish to deal with the now and later. A few years ago, my closest family friends had to put down their 14 year old Springer. They were absolutely devastated because they can't have kids so to them, they lost a son. I called Happy Trails and explained the situation to them. They live in Dunlap and didn't know where to go or what to do. When my friends brought Max home, Jared was waiting for them to pick up Max.They were so grateful that Jared was willing to come to their house. It made their grief a little less and it meant the world to them.Their Aussie is turning 15 this year and his body is starting to betray his sharp mind. Both them and I already know who I'll call when it's time to let the Aussie go. I wouldn't trust anyone else to have the compassion and understanding of Happy Trails.

No one wants to think about the day they have to say goodbye to their furbabies, as they are part of the family. However, I am so glad we had Isaac and Jared to help walk us through this sad occasion. Isaac and Jared are two of the kindest, most caring people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They came to our house and picked up our baby at 9:30 PM on a Monday evening, and even at that late hour, took the time to visit with us and get to know our baby girl.The entire process was difficult, but Isaac and Jared were so helpful and caring every step of the way. I don't look forward to the day I lose my other furbabies, but I can say with certainty that I will be using their services again and I would confidently recommend them to anyone.

I battled deeply with posting a review for Happy Trails, mostly because I know that it's their job to be compassionate and patient, but I thought to myself "no, I need to share my little girl's story one last time."We brought Pearls to Happy Trails right after we left our vet's office. When we spoke with Jared, there was a part of me that really felt it was all going to be okay, that she was in good hands, and that this company didn't go into this service for the money or glory, but because they, too, have had to let friends go in the past. He was incredibly soft-spoken, gentle, patient, and understanding. He not only helped us with all of Pearls' arrangements, but also took the time to ask about her---he wanted to get to know her. He asked about her brothers and sisters at home, dogs and cats alike. He asked what food she got to try, what experiences she got to be part of. He let me hold her and kiss her one last time; there was not point where I felt rushed to let her go. Upon picking up Pearls few days later, she was wrapped beautifully in glittery ribbon and handwritten notes. In a strange, comforting way, it was like she hadn't changed at all---still covered in pink and commanding attention only like she could do.Jared made me realize that even when I have to see him again to take care of my other animals, it was going to be okay, because I know they'll always be in good hands with Happy Trails.

Atyer the passing of my ferret, Lizzie, I wanted to have her cremated so i could return some of her ashes to her previous owners. The experience was wonderful. The atmosphere is very quiet for those that are grieving the loss of their loved ones. The owners are very generous and welcoming and extremely helpful with the entire process. The arrangement of what we recieved including our beloved pet was astonishing. We recieved a very thoughtful hand written note from them as well. I hate that we have had to use them, but if you need them this is the place to go. We lost 2 of our dogs Blue in Jan and Nina in March and they were so caring and supportive. Jared and Jesse go above and beyond to help you get through this hard time. Their setup is awesome and really helps you feel better. Jarod and Isaac were wonderful. They were so caring and patient. They handled our cashew with respect and dignity. Jared has been amazing during this very difficult time of us losing our sweet Maggie! He came and picked her up and has been nothing but incredible since I called for his services!! It is way more affordable than the other places I called and also his sincere care towards the loss of someone’s animal surpasses them all!!! Everything was perfect with this service and I highly recommend them for anyone’s Furbabies loss. It’s none like no other!!

Our Beloved Companion Geronimo 14 passed away & we contacted Jared at Happy Trails Crematorium, we highly recommend Happy Trails. Jared & Isaac showed us such compassion during a heartbreaking time & treated Mo with such gentle care. They also had his ashes ready in 48 hours. We are so lucky to have them servicing this area. We hope our vet Best Friends decides to use Happy Trails our local Crematorium instead of sending remains to Murfreesboro but if not, you can contact Happy Trails directly for their services.

We had to say goodbye to our beloved Boxer Bo after dealing with cancer for the past 5 years. Isaac and Jacob were great from the first time I called them. My sweet boy passed away this last Thursday. He had originally been arranged to go to sleep on Friday, and we arranged pick up for him then. However, he declined quickly Thursday, and last minute, we had to rush him in that morning to say goodbye. They were so kind when we called to change the time and place, and with answering our questions and setting everything up.We just picked him up today, and as emotional as I am, I am also so happy. They took such good care of him and receiving that bag brought me such a sense of relief that he had been taken care of so well after he had gone. His ashes, paw print, and even a little bit of his fur were all saved and packaged with such care. Hearing them say that his fur was so soft brought a smile to my face. I can't thank them enough for the way they took care of my baby and how they returned him to me. I will hold onto this forever.

I had to put my ESA and companion dog to sleep after 12 years! Jerred was great! Very sympathetic and helpful. The “viewing” area was really nice and peaceful. For my first time of cremating one of my beloved pets, I could not have asked for a better experience! He was so gentle with Doogle when he weighed him and put him back on the pillows. Thank you so much for everything! Doogle couldn’t have been in better hands!

My family and I are still grieving over the loss of our family dog, but we wanted to write a review to thank Happy Trails for the exceptional care they took of us and our 14yrs, old Aussie mix. We had not prepared for that moment when we had to make arrangements for her and we were reeling from the loss on a Sunday when most businesses are closed. Happy Trails is the best in our opinion. Very respectful of your loss and offer many options of how you wish to deal with the now and later. There isn't anything they could do any better and the thoughtfulness they take in everything they do for you and your beloved pet is first class, Thank You, for your compassion and making a very hard time easier. A few years ago, my closest family friends had to put down their 14 year old Springer. They were absolutely devastated because they can't have kids so to them, they lost a son. I called Happy Trails and explained the situation to them. They live in Dunlap and didn't know where to go or what to do. When my friends brought Max home, Jared was waiting for them to pick up Max.They were so grateful that Jared was willing to come to their house. It made their grief a little less and it meant the world to them.Their Aussie is turning 15 this year and his body is starting to betray his sharp mind. Both them and I already know who I'll call when it's time to let the Aussie go. I wouldn't trust anyone else to have the compassion and understanding of Happy Trails.

No one wants to think about the day they have to say goodbye to their furbabies, as they are part of the family. However, I am so glad we had Isaac and Jared to help walk us through this sad occasion. Isaac and Jared are two of the kindest, most caring people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They came to our house and picked up our baby at 9:30 PM on a Monday evening, and even at that late hour, took the time to visit with us and get to know our baby girl.The entire process was difficult, but Isaac and Jared were so helpful and caring every step of the way. I don't look forward to the day I lose my other furbabies, but I can say with certainty that I will be using their services again and I would confidently recommend them to anyone.

Jared, the owner, was fantastic. We unexpectedly lost one of our fur babies. He was able to get us in quickly, was very comforting, and had options for us to preserve the memory of our beloved pet. I battled deeply with posting a review for Happy Trails, mostly because I know that it's their job to be compassionate and patient, but I thought to myself "no, I need to share my little girl's story one last time."We brought Pearls to Happy Trails right after we left our vet's office. When we spoke with Jared, there was a part of me that really felt it was all going to be okay, that she was in good hands, and that this company didn't go into this service for the money or glory, but because they, too, have had to let friends go in the past. He was incredibly soft-spoken, gentle, patient, and understanding. He not only helped us with all of Pearls' arrangements, but also took the time to ask about her---he wanted to get to know her. He asked about her brothers and sisters at home, dogs and cats alike. He asked what food she got to try, what experiences she got to be part of. He let me hold her and kiss her one last time; there was not point where I felt rushed to let her go. Upon picking up Pearls few days later, she was wrapped beautifully in glittery ribbon and handwritten notes. In a strange, comforting way, it was like she hadn't changed at all---still covered in pink and commanding attention only like she could do.Jared made me realize that even when I have to see him again to take care of my other animals, it was going to be okay, because I know they'll always be in good hands with Happy Trails.

We sincerely from the bottom of our hearts appreciate all that you've done for us over the last week. You guys are an absolute blessing. It was so hard to say goodbye to our almost 17 yr old baby girl Zoe and you guys have helped us through this. She never left Crossville, which was our wishes and we got her back within 2 days. Atyer the passing of my ferret, Lizzie, I wanted to have her cremated so i could return some of her ashes to her previous owners. The experience was wonderful. The atmosphere is very quiet for those that are grieving the loss of their loved ones. The owners are very generous and welcoming and extremely helpful with the entire process. The arrangement of what we recieved including our beloved pet was astonishing. We recieved a very thoughtful hand written note from them as well. Thank you guys so much for making this transition easier.

These guys where so compassionate when I brought my fur baby in. I was a mess and crying Issac was patient with me as I said my last goodbye. They went above what I expected and when I picked her up with the extra stuff they added in. I would highly recommend them to take care of your fur baby that you loss!

I hate that we have had to use them, but if you need them this is the place to go. We lost 2 of our dogs Blue in Jan and Nina in March and they were so caring and supportive. Jared and Jesse go above and beyond to help you get through this hard time. Their setup is awesome and really helps you feel better. They are very fast and I feel their prices are more than reasonable.

Jarod and Isaac were wonderful. They were so caring and patient. They handled our cashew with respect and dignity. Jarod was gentle and sweet talking to our baby the entire time he positioned shewbear on the hearth in front of the fireplace like he was sleeping. I highly recommend them for your furbabies. The prices are reasonable the way they handle our baby boy was priceless. We can't thank them enough.
