We just had to put down our 11 year old Australian Shepherd, Izzy, very suddenly. It was a very difficult time for her family. I had never had a pet cremated before. I’ve always buried them, but she was different and she was very special to us. We decided to have her cremated and couldn’t have picked a better place to do it. The amount of care put into her urn and her ashes was amazing. The whole process took about a week for her being 77 pounds. I will use their service again once we unfortunately have to make this decision again someday. Thank you for the love and care you gave to her during this process. It means more to us than you could possibly imagine. She’s home now. Not the same but it helps a little bit that she is where she belongs. Thank you.Also, I’d like to add her obituary on the site, but not sure how. If anyone knows please let me know.

When our sweet 7 year old guinea pig, Nanners Rose, suddenly passed, Family Pals provided an amazing cremation service. They were so incredibly kind to my husband and I, and walked us through every step. The drop off and pick up process was very quick and they did not rush us at all at drop off. They even got her paw and nose prints for us. They made this hard time in our life a lot easier. We cannot thank you guys enough for your kind words and services. Family Pals in Columbia TN did a wonderful job with the cremation of our pet. I went to them years ago with my first dog and years later returned to them. They even improved on their services and the price was very reasonable. It even included a beautiful keepsake box for the ashes. Not all extra costs and add ons. Alan and his staff were wonderful and very sympathetic. They gave our pet as much respect as a person which I am thankful for because he was our world. I would recommend Family Pals to anyone who wants to remember their pet in an honorable way.

Having to say goodbye to a beloved pet is so hard. Family Pals made it so much easier afterwards. Our little Baxter was returned to us in a beautiful little wooden box. Unexpectedly, we received a beautiful plaster paw print with some of his hair in it and his name was on it. Such a special little touch that was much appreciated! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing! I’m at a loss of words of how wonderful they are. We had an unfortunate situation happen on a weekend that lead to losing one of the best fur babies we had. They were so kind to come in on a Sunday and helped us with the whole process of putting her to final rest. They cremated her and put her in a customized urn. Now we will forever have her with us. We were surprised to come pick her up and found they had a whole memorial for us! I will forever recommend them to everyone I know and use them for all of our fur babies.

They were very kind and understanding with my girl. My zoey I had her for 8 years and I did not want to let her go. I also am moving and could not stand the thought of leaving her behind. The cremation was my best choice this way I could carry her with me. I know she is with me spirituality but now I carry her ashes also. I was in tears on the phone and couldn't hardly talk much but they knew what I meant. And were very compassionate with me. I also asked if they would leave a little of her ashes out for a necklace and they did. The urn she is in is gorgeous and engraved with her name. This is a very hard loss for me as we had a very extremely tight bond. Family pals is amazing and wonderful people. I would recommend them for all your needs. Family Pals was an amazing comfort to me during a very difficult time. They took care of my sweet animal baby no differently than if it were my own child which was amazing because she was like a child to me. She was a very special case as she was a groundhog and even though she was an exotic, they treated my situation as they would any situation...with extreme care, understanding and sympathy. They even emailed to check up on me to tell me they were thinking of me around groundhogs day. It was a difficult experience made easier by very sweet and respectful people. I honestly can't say enough positive things about them to do them true justice. I am very thankful to them.

We called Family Pals when we had to say goodbye to our precious 15 year old dog. From beginning to end they were so kind and professional. It was very hard handing our sweet boy’s body over for the last time. The man who to took him was very gentle and told us that they would treat him with honor. That meant a lot to us. Wyatt’s ashes came back in a beautiful wooden box with clear pictures and the words we wanted engraved on the top. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service. We have used two other pet crematory companies in the past and Family Pals made the whole situation so much easier.

We lost our Winnie that we took in as a stray and loved like all our other dogs. She became part of the family overnight just like we had her for 10 years. The individual cremation is a wonderful option so you can bring your pup home to be by your side forever. We used Family Pals back in 2010 when we lost our Sandy and didn't give it a second thought about where to go for this service. They are very professional and caring during this difficult process. The experience was handled very beautifully but I did not get the urn I requested. I'm pretty disappointed about that. I did text the individual that processed all of this about it and got no response. My fiance picked up my dog's remains for me, so I wasn't there to tell them at pickup. But after not getting a response, I left it as is, as much as I would have loved to have had the urn that displayed his photo, I don't want his remains disturbed further.

We lost our English setter Indy after 15 years. It was very hard for our family, but the people at Family Pals did a fantastic job and were very sympathetic to what we were going through. They walked us through the cremation process and helped us choose the right urn for us and we were very pleased. I would highly recommend them and their services.
