I must say that after a family member has passed, these things are so much harder than you could imagine. Sheila was a Godsend for our family. She was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. I will never use anyone else for these services. Part of our family drove almost an hour but we were SO glad we did. Sheila was as beautiful inside as she is outside. My Papaw had been so down and out and she was truly amazing. Thank you Sheila, you have no idea how much we appreciate you and we will aways tell anyone we know needing this service, to come see you! Its truly rare to find such a kind soul.❤

Mrs. Keith met us almost immediately after entering. She was warm and friendly. After the initial pleasantries she steered the conversation to business deftly and comfortably. We explained what we wanted and showed her pictures. She asked questions to close the gaps and quickly understood exactly what we wanted. She plans to get additional information over the weekend and provide us with an estimate on Monday. She left us with a strong impression that she is highly competent and businesslike without being stiff or formal. Looking forward to working with her and her company.

Our family is overjoyed with my baby sister stone, when she passed my aunt sprong right into action and contacted Mrs. Keith about designing one for us and we couldn't be happier with the final product. The Keith's are our Chattanooga family and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do it. Thanks Sheila you did your husband and father in love proud

Professional and easy to work with. Everything done by phone and computer and still was one of the most outstanding business transactions ever. Mrs. Keith explained, went over and answered any questions and the timeliness of the process was above and beyond.

During the passing of my mother, Keith Monutments made the process of honoring my mom such a pleasurable experience. Shiela Keith provided a service that was excellent. She was so professional and courteous and I felt like I had met a long time friend with her. I had heard good things about this company and they did not disappoint. My mom's grave marker came in as promised and they patiently held it until I was able to travel back in town to see it. The services from begining to end made honoring my mom very pleasant. Sheila (and staff) give Keith Monuments a good name. Thanks!

Paid for a headstone and never got it. Called and was told that I would get a call back and I am still waiting. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Now I am going to have to file a small claims case to get my money back. I should have went to Rico. I was trying to give business to a black owned company. Lesson learned.
