I wish I had check reviews before selecting Grand Strand Funeral Home for my mother. If I had checked, I would have read numerous complaints about the so-called manager named Chris. He should not be allowed in front of customers! Condescending, arrogant and the most unfriendly individual I’ve met in long time! And, to think he’s working at a funeral home where sympathy and empathy are needed! He was born without both! To all you others who have called him out……I concur and wish that I would have read your advice! Hopefully, this post will help others to make the decision NOT to make my mistake! Find another funeral home!
