This is such wonderful place and loving people. The dog you had there helped. The way you handled things with my Little girl Hope we're so appreciated. I was not expecting to get such nice things. The Paw print was beautiful. The beautiful cedar box with her name on it all the way down to the silk blue bag. I was so grief stricken that the sweet woman put Hopey in the Urn we bought her I wanted all my dogs Urns to match. I have 1 fur baby left and I want your company to handle his cremation and do just as you did my baby girl, HOPE. She is waiting with her sister's at The Rainbow Bridge for me. It is shocking to me that they take such advantage of my pain and the pain of any pet owner. Apparently the vet offices have a deal with them, no choice for me, and THEY ARE CHARGING ME $325 for the private cremation of my 6 lbs cat! With a basic wooden box with no name!Not everybody has that money to pay, to have the remains of their beloved pet respected and kept. Last year I paid $100 less than this year, for the euthanasia and cremation! This time was $65 for euthanasia and $325 for cremation= $390 for a 6 lbs cat!They should be reported to the BBB.Also, VETS NEED TO PROVIDE CHOICES TO THE CLIENTS! So we don't get stuck with an armed robbery like this one!

My first experience with Agape was better than I expected. I manage an equine retirement facility and was nervous about a stall extraction. We did not make it easy for the Agape drivers as the stall walls/doors couldn’t be removed easily and the angles were difficult to maneuver around. Not only did they respectfully move our beloved friend but they went above and beyond my expectations in matters of respect. The situation was unavoidable but they quickly and effectively handled everything. I am extremely grateful to Agape and their employees for taking such good care of our beloved friend.

Our sweet Apollo boy was brought to an Emergency Vet in Asheville NC to be put down around 3:30am 7/16 because he was sick and dying (14 year old blue nose pit bull.) He’s been in my life since I was 7 years old so he was my family and meant the world to me. We knew he was going to be cremated but we have never had to go through this before and we were just expecting him to be sent to us in a plastic bag. We were all blown away by the care and thought put into everything they sent to us but, especially me. I bawled my eyes out when I saw how beautiful of a memorial we were sent. It’s everything I wanted for our beautiful boy. Thank you so much for taking good care of him and making sure we had something so beautiful to forever cherish. I can’t express my gratitude enough. I will recommend you guys for anyone who has lost a fur baby looking for arrangements ❤️

When my Cavalier Sadie died in July, she was sent to Agape for cremation. When her remains were returned to me, I was so moved at the presentation. Beautiful dark blue tote containing a velvet bag, inside containing a cedar urn with Sadie's name engraved on the top, and a soft framed cremation certificate. I have said goodbye to many dogs over the years and I have to say, Agape really puts thought into providing the grieving pet owner with precious memory items. I would highly recommend them.

I received my dog's pawprint a few days ago and to be honest did not expect what I received. It is a beautiful preservation of her pawprint. We were traveling from another state and the vet sent her to this company. My expectations were exceeded and truly I am so happy that this was the result as I could not get her ashes. My dog Gail was a patient at All God's Creatures Veterinary Hospital in August, GA. I just want to thank you for making the trip to pick her up after I very sadly had to euthanize her. She had been suffering from several health problems, but at only 7 yr. old, kidney failure took her on April 24, 2024. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this business. I have had 2 babies pass on here and I would not trust anyone else with my loved ones. These amazing people are in the trenches and around death all day and still managed to make me feel like my babies were the only priority they had on those days. I truly appreciate Kendall's quick response and assistance dealing with a delivery issue for our sweet Boingo while we were away. Thank you for treating my cat Soren respectfully. I took him to the emergency vet in the early hours of Thursday, November 9th and received his remains this morning on Monday, November 13th. When I decided to have him cremated, I expected maybe a small urn with no markings. It was quite the incredible surprise to receive a paw-print and a beautifully engraved wooden urn with his remains. I miss my little man dearly, but it helps to know he was treated with respect even after his passing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

About a week ago we lost our sweet 8 weeks old kitten Winnie. When we brought her to Saint Francis, we were immediately greeted with kindness, patience, and a promise to take good care of our Winnie girl. Our family has yet to experience such a sudden and tragic loss. Having the kindness of the people at Saint Francis made this process a lot easier. Bringing her home in such a beautiful way was all we could have asked for. She was our angel and they treated her as such. Such a beautiful urn, and paw print. We were not expecting it to be framed. They gave us such a great amount of fur. Again more then we expected. They gave us so much to remember her by. Such a gift we were given by you guys, and I am so so grateful. My cat was a tabico....you gave me back black dog fur. Now I am questioning everything! Are these even her ashes!!!??? The urn is huge for a little cat. She was only five and passed of cancer....she had been through so much...then to think she was mishandled after passing is incomprehensible. I don't know what you can do to fix this.... but someone messed up. I paid very good money for this service to be done correctly and empathetically. Now I have someone's dog's fur and Lord knows what really happened to Millie and her fur. You probably got my order screwed up with someone that didn't want their ashes returned for all I know!!! I'm calling the media if you don't fix this immediately! She was pts at Western NC Emergency Vet hospital at 12:11 am on 9/19...your paperwork says that she was cremated that same day. How??? I want a timeline. She had shed some fur there and I have that sample... THANK GOD I had enough sense to pick that up before I left that night!!! I also have her mother here and can prove DNA lineage if I have to. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!

First, thank you!In January of 2018, my senior cat had a stroke and passed and we brought him there and you took wonderful care. He was given back to us in a beautiful ornate wooden box. You made imprints of his paw and written his name on it.In December of 2018, my senior dog passed away and you did what you do and again a wonderful experience to help ease the loss of a fur baby.In February 2022, I lost another senior dog and took him to the vet. I kinda wanted to know what he died from (old age) and then of course to have him brought to you guys for you to do what you do. Two weeks had passed and I hadn’t received my baby back. I called and you didn’t have a record of him. Both of us started panicking and you guys recommended to call the vet right away. I did.In my grief, I neglected to request to have my baby sent to you. So he was sent elsewhere. Lord have mercy, when I did finally receive him back, to say I was upset at what I received back is an understatement! I got him back in a plastic bag in a tin can!Ok folks that are googling looking for this type of service. You absolutely WILL NOT find anyone better than St. Francis Pet Cremation Services! They are compassionate, caring people and your baby will return home in a beautiful urn.

I had to deal with the remains of my sweet baby, Sammy, my guinea pig. When I called, they were so sweet and caring and asked me for “my baby’s” name. Even during quarantine, with restrictions, they took the time to speak with me for a moment and tell me that they would take great care and that he was in the best of hands. They truly did and we were very pleased with their services.Thank you so much to Brandy and Christine. You made this troubling time a little bit easier and I wish I could do more to repay you.

Last week we lost our beloved Pug, Gracie May.She was 14 1/2 years old and the light of our lives, especially since our previous pug Sophie was her great aunt. So we have had the same bloodline of pugs for over 23 years.We ended up using your services through the Hillcrest animal Hospital in Simpsonville and we must say that when we picked up her ashes everything was so professionally done. Just had my Baby Lily cremated here and I was pleased with the price and Services. My sweet Lily was placed in a beautiful wooden Flower designed urn w/ a metal plate on the front with Lily’s name. The urn was placed in a beautiful Dark navy blue velvet pouch/bag. Along with that was a certificate stating when Lily was cremated and I had made certain extra requests that were fulfilled beautifully. Melina in the office made sure everything was done beyond my expectations.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about St. Francis Pet Services and Kim in particular. I have worked with Kim twice (once this week and once in 2017). She has always been very patient, compassionate and caring. As much as we wish we never needed these services, I am so thankful that Kim was there to help me through this process. She has listened to my stories, bragged on my babies pictures and hugged me while I cried. She has been such a blessing to me and my family. I feel like my babies (Dollie and Pepper) were treated the way she would treat her own animals. Very respectful and took the time to listen and answer every single question. I had many. They were able to receive my dog Penny the next morning after she passed away unexpectedly. She was handled with care although, thanks to Covid, I had to say my goodbyes in the parking lot. We had to put down my dog, Sheba who was 18, and our experience with the vet was a very bad one. Mill Village caused a lot of problems, even in the end. They had messed up the paperwork, and I was unable to get my fur clipping. But the girl at the Crematorium, also happened to be named Christine, took such amazing care of us, that I do not know how to express my thanks to her. Not only did they make it up to us, but they took such good care of her and and even sent a personal "Rainbow bridge" card for me and my family. I read their certificate, and it said they treat them all with care, respect and love, and that is undoubtedly true. St Francis is highly recommended

Losing a pet is not an easy process but this company is so compassionate and understanding. The quality of the service, the urn (engraved rosewood) is so very beautiful and the additional offerings of paw prints, fur clippings etc are well done and incredibly reasonably priced. I just wanted to tell everyone how amazing these folks were to me. Elise could tell I was already in a bad way on the phone. I took my cat of 17+ years to her basically in tears. She not only greeted me with a hug, but she promised me I'd have her home by end of the day. When I showed up, they had a very nice bag with prints of Sadie's nose, her paws, and a clay impression. Tears flowed hard when I looked at those things, and the pain I am in from having to let go is unbearable, but I can at least thank Elise for taking one painful step and making it something that was done with dignity and respect for the cat I adored.Thank you so much for the kindness.

If I could give these folks 6 out of 5 stars I would.When we called beforehand to ask about details, she referred to our sweet, beautiful puppy as "your baby".When we dropped our baby off, they were empathetic, caring and thoughtful.We were able to meet a puppy dog who happened to be at work that day with his human mom. This pup looked soooooooo much like our baby, and it really eased an extremely painful moment for us.

We took our little Zoe here after she crossed over in my arms. They were very compassionate and caring where all the other places I interviewed treated it more like a business transaction with payment being a primary topic. I get a business like this needs to exist and I am happy they serve the community. However, they need to clean up their act. Last week we had a cold morning and their exhaust gases smoked out all of Poinset Hwy going into downtown. How do I know its them, their smoke stack has a burning trash smell that i confirmed once by following it to the source next to the old spinning mill. That neighbor hood is starting to turn and the new folk moving in won't tolerate the pollution this place pumps out regularly.

I went into the vets w/ my pet re 2nd opinion re RX but sadly discovered she was dealing w/ cancer not arthritis . She was the best girl loved her 12 yrs. The staff at St Francis were so sensitive, cleared my concerns as I wished to be sure the ashes were my precious girl. Thank you for your services your personal touch your care. Last week we lost our beloved Pug, Gracie May.She was 14 1/2 years old and the light of our lives, especially since our previous pug Sophie was her great aunt. So we have had the same bloodline of pugs for over 23 years.We ended up using your services through the Hillcrest animal Hospital in Simpsonville and we must say that when we picked up her ashes everything was so professionally done. Just had my Baby Lily cremated here and I was pleased with the price and Services. My sweet Lily was placed in a beautiful wooden Flower designed urn w/ a metal plate on the front with Lily’s name. The urn was placed in a beautiful Dark navy blue velvet pouch/bag. Along with that was a certificate stating when Lily was cremated and I had made certain extra requests that were fulfilled beautifully. Melina in the office made sure everything was done beyond my expectations.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about St. Francis Pet Services and Kim in particular. I have worked with Kim twice (once this week and once in 2017). She has always been very patient, compassionate and caring. As much as we wish we never needed these services, I am so thankful that Kim was there to help me through this process. She has listened to my stories, bragged on my babies pictures and hugged me while I cried. She has been such a blessing to me and my family. I feel like my babies (Dollie and Pepper) were treated the way she would treat her own animals. Very respectful and took the time to listen and answer every single question. I had many. They were able to receive my dog Penny the next morning after she passed away unexpectedly. She was handled with care although, thanks to Covid, I had to say my goodbyes in the parking lot. She was returned to me 2 days later. The ladies I spoke to were all very sweet and sympathetic towards my loss. They made the most heartbreaking moment a bit easier. Thank you.

We had to put down my dog, Sheba who was 18, and our experience with the vet was a very bad one. Mill Village caused a lot of problems, even in the end. They had messed up the paperwork, and I was unable to get my fur clipping. But the girl at the Crematorium, also happened to be named Christine, took such amazing care of us, that I do not know how to express my thanks to her. Not only did they make it up to us, but they took such good care of her and and even sent a personal "Rainbow bridge" card for me and my family. I read their certificate, and it said they treat them all with care, respect and love, and that is undoubtedly true. St Francis is highly recommended

Losing a pet is not an easy process but this company is so compassionate and understanding. The quality of the service, the urn (engraved rosewood) is so very beautiful and the additional offerings of paw prints, fur clippings etc are well done and incredibly reasonably priced. I certainly recommend this place. They are quick, caring and informative with a lot of patience. Not to mention I live a decent amount of time away and they helped work with me. I spoke with a lady named Kim each time I called and she was very kind and answered every single question I asked. I was very nervous with where I allowed my pet to go to and called numerous places that did not make me feel comfortable like they did. Kim was very understanding and caring. We lost our Marty in April 2017. I am late posting this, but I wanted to pop in and thank you all for the compassionate care you provided to me when I dropped back by to bring a stuffed gorilla I wanted cremated with my 13-year-old "baby". He had his blanket with him when he was picked up from UV, but he didn't have his gorilla, and he had not arrived there yet. I was an absolute wreck about his passing, yet this kind lady dropped everything and took care of me. She called me in the car after I'd left to let me know he had arrived and was with her and wrapped up in his blanket (which she actually described unprompted, so if there was any doubt, at that point I knew it was truly Marty) and that he now had his gorilla. She went over a couple of other things with me that she knew I was concerned about. Seems silly, I know, but the little things truly do mean a lot. Thank you again.

I found them last minute. My dog of 11 years died yesterday suddenly so i didnt have any plans made. I called this morning and they fit me right in. It was far less expensive then i thought it would be and i get her ashes back the next morning. I just paid 15 extra and they are giving me a framed paw print with the rainbow bridge poem on it. On top of that, they were super caring and understanding even though i was a blubbering mess. I recommend this place to anybody.

I lost my best friend Blackie three weeks today. By far the worst day of my life. Saying goodbye to my sweet boy has left an endellable whole in my heart. My aprehension of getting MY boy's cremations back was alleviated when I picked him the following Thursday. My expections were beyond met when I received my "package" from St. Francis. The urn is beautiful and the bonus of the pawprint was over the top. Thank you doesn't seem like enough. Your emphasis to detail, sympathy and compassion are GREATLY appreciated.

Saint Francis has cremated 14 of my pets. I have never had a complaint until recently when the new owner increased the prices. I had a pet bird the size of my thumb cremated. It was individual but at the front of a larger animals being cremated at the same time and the price was over $200 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I just wanted to tell everyone how amazing these folks were to me. Elise could tell I was already in a bad way on the phone. I took my cat of 17+ years to her basically in tears. She not only greeted me with a hug, but she promised me I'd have her home by end of the day. When I showed up, they had a very nice bag with prints of Sadie's nose, her paws, and a clay impression. Tears flowed hard when I looked at those things, and the pain I am in from having to let go is unbearable, but I can at least thank Elise for taking one painful step and making it something that was done with dignity and respect for the cat I adored.Thank you so much for the kindness.

If I could give these folks 6 out of 5 stars I would.When we called beforehand to ask about details, she referred to our sweet, beautiful puppy as "your baby".When we dropped our baby off, they were empathetic, caring and thoughtful.We were able to meet a puppy dog who happened to be at work that day with his human mom. This pup looked soooooooo much like our baby, and it really eased an extremely painful moment for us.

Christine was wonderful. I actually called them when my dog was put to sleep and I told her about the awful experience I had with the vets office in columbia,, and she was crying with me. Very dissatisfied with the level of services here. Services were excellent in the past. My 16 yo gorgeous cat pics did not make it to the public online memorial page. They were posted on a private page and posted sideways for nearly a month. 2 emails went unanswered. Christy, Facility Mgr said the email system wasn't working properly. Also, in the past, you'd receive an "official looking" certificate stamped with a notary seal. The ashes were in a plastic bag that had a metal tag with your pet's ID number on it. The plastic bag was enclosed in a velvet bag and this bag was secured in the urn of your choice.The number on the metal tag matched the number on the certificate. Now, you get a white card that says, "Sorry for your loss." The ashes are in a plastic bag with a strip of paper glued to it and that is in a polyester bag that is enclosed in the urn of your choice. The strip of paper has a bar code that the company says they can use "to track your pet throughout the process." You, however, are not allowed access to the tracking system." No more certificates. No notary stamp. No matching ID numbers. Unanswered emails. Lopsided pics. Do Not Recommend.This posting system will not allow zero stars. What's up with that??? SMH
