In 2022, my husband and myself had to make one of the hardest decisions of our lives! We had to choose the type of burial for our FE 29 yo son. David was very kind, professional, patient, and knowledgeable as he helped us through this most difficult time. Randy has been very helpful since, as well the maintenance staff. We thank all of them for assisting us during a most difficult time!

We drove from Charlotte,nc. We talked to the man 3 times! He knew we didn’t live in Florence. He said he would take insurance voucher and now after we drive 2 and half hours to get the plot. He says he can’t do it since we don’t live in Florence! He lies! He is a rude, misogynist! My grandparents are buried here and my dad is buried in Florence!!
