I don't even know where to start on how great this place was for my dog and my family from the beginning Mrs willinda was so awesome, it was a hard time for us and she just made it so easy to make this arrangement for our special dog.She handle everything we care and love even down to after we had laid him to rest!! I just wanted to definitely thank them for everything and for their kind words!! I would definitely recommend anyone who is going through this , this is the most perfect place for your pet!

When you loose a special family member it is traumatic and you want them honored, remembered and staying with you I had great experience through the trauma with Columbia Pet Crematory. Cody now stays with us and he got, gets a way to stay with us he deserved.

We unfortunately lost our Cat, Luna, overnight and had to take her somewhere soon. The staff was super sweet and helped us so much! I was able to come in later that afternoon and make arrangements. We got our precious Luna back in 3 days. We appreciate them so much for taking care of us.

My cat passed On December 8,2024. It was a great experience when I came in the first time they said everything should be ready in 5 days. It is now January 14 and I’ve yet to receive my cat or any compensation. I wouldn’t recommend

This place is absolutely amazing!!! From the moment I entered the door hands were wide open because frankly I was a complete mess . The staff especially Ms Turner was there every step of the way! The 2 ladies helped me get my Coco out of the car and into the chapel area . The doctor had a wonderful sense of humor which lightened the whole situation. Letting go of a loyal animal is one of the hardest things to do especially at the age of 14. I will never forgot these wonderful people at “Doggie Heaven”! Thank you for all your love and support in this time that I had to say see you later to my coco.

I had to get my beautiful cat put down on July 3rd, not sure if I wanted to bury her or get her cremated. I called Columbia pet cremation center and was able to bring her in that day. Eric was very professional, friendly and welcoming and took us through prices and paperwork. I could not have asked for any better service. I brought her in a cardboard box and they put her in a nice small opened casket so I can see her one more time instead of being inside box. This place treats you and your animal above and beyond. Thank y’all so much! If I could give y’all 10 stars I would.

Can losing a 4 legged best friend possibly be a good experience? YES! I was so heart broken to have to put my old man down, Zeus. I knew he was old and sick and selfishly I wanted him still with me. I had to push myself to call Columbia Pet Cremation Center to do what was best for him because he was hurting. Right away Eric was sympathetic with the situation. We had never done an in home euthanasia before so after the vet came and my sweet pea went peacefully to sleep, Jimmy came and was very personable and professional and also very kind. He assured me he would take care of my baby while he was in his care which is reassuring.When it was time to pick Zeus up, everything was laid out beautifully, exceeding expectations (if you've ever put an animal down at a vet, they just hand you the bag your friend is in) we were allowed to visit with Zeus before Jimmy wrapped his beautiful box up so we could bring him home. If you are faced with this dreadful situation I highly recommend this place and the people. I hope we don't have to see them for a very long time but if that time comes again we would definitely use Columbia Pet Cremation Center again. They will treat you baby with the love and respect you would want in this awfully sad situation.

Sadly the day came that I had to make the derision after 20 long and wonderful years to send our beautiful Ceta to her heavenly home to be with her human dad and the place that Jesus has prepared for her. This was a very difficult decision and I was devastated to say the least. Emily and Velenda were so amazing and went above and beyond anything I ever expected. Our precious Ceta was treated with the same dignity and respect as a human. The cost was very reasonable and we received so much more than other places offered. Our ceta was very special and will always be missed. Thank You Pet Cremation Center for making this process a little easier.

I called in the midst of losing my sweet girl on Aug 3, and spoke with Ms.Emily (I believe is her name). She was so kind and passionate throughout the conversation as I broke down holding my dying baby. She gave me options for them to start my sweet Mama Doopsie's cremation process. That following Monday I took her to their location, crying over my sweet baby, and the staff was super kind and patient with me. I was allowed to have a moment privately with my baby before having to walk out their door without her. We requested to receive a clipping of her hair and her paw prints for keepsake. They did not disappoint when we picked her up today. They gathered small samples of each color of her fur and placed it in a cute little jar as well as her precious paw prints in an envelope. I was also given her tag (used for keeping her labeled in their facility) which made my heart happy. I wanted to have everything I could that she left behind in her last physical days here. Ms.Wilenda was super sweet and kind from the beginning to the very end. I highly recommend these amazing people for loving my girl for me during all of this. My heart is broken however so happy to have my baby home with us. She will forever be missed.

ETA!! I'm updating my review because this place is NOT ran by the same compassionate people!! All they care about is money and I've been trying to get in for 3 days now and its a different answer and different price with each person you talk to. Never again will I use this place or recommend it!!! Went this morning to say goodbye to my 14 year old fur baby. Under the circumstances, it was the best experience I could have possibly had while losing my baby. The staff were amazing and incredibly kind. I was able to hold Lilly the entire time and there were no cold and clinical tables. It was a beautiful environment, just like a funeral home. I will be using them when my other fur babies decide to cross the rainbow bridge 🌈

Thank you to Columbia Pet Cremation Center for the kindness and love that was shown to my family and I when our precious Kiya passed over the Rainbow Bridge. Jimmy was very professional and took such good care of our girl. He handled our baby with the upmost respect, grace and dignity. First class service all the way. I never thought the day would come where we would have to say goodbye to our beloved boy, it truly was the saddest day of our lives. We came across them on the internet and gave them a call.. early on a Sunday morning, they answered. They were quick with an appointment and were so helpful. Eric was so kind and courteous. It was such a beautiful and comfortable place. They took our baby in and put him beautifly in the chapel for our final goodbyes.They were able to do every accommodation we asked for. When we went and picked him up, they had him set up beautifully in the chapel again. All in all, it was just a wonderful place with wonderful people. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with Cola Pet Cremation not once, but twice, in the past year. I pray they are available any time I need them. Eric has been incredible, both times. The entire process was smooth, empathetic, kind, just the best it could be. I used Lap of Love, Dr Will, hand in hand with this center - and I couldn't ask for more. (Except to have my. sweet pets still here.) I hope they stay teamed up. On a side note, I needed services for my pets cremated remains, months later. I called, concerned, it was a weird request. Eric took my call with no issues - no hesitation to help. I am very lucky to have found this Center and Chapel. PS they do offer memorials online, which was really cute and sweet. If I could give this establishment a 10 star review, I would!Our sweet girl, Penny, passed away suddenly. To say that we were distraught would be an understatement. She passed away on a Sunday afternoon, and Eric was kind enough to come straight to the chapel and assist us. He was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful of our grief. He went over all of our options and comforted us through any anxieties we had about the process. The cremation was timely and when we came to pick up Penny's beautiful urn, they had it, along with several other priceless keepsakes, in a beautiful chapel where we were given time to process more of our grief and honor our sweet girl. We never felt rushed and there was never a moment where anyone was insensitive towards the immense grief we were experiencing - which is so special and important when it comes to the loss of a pet who was truly a family member. The prices for everything were very reasonable, and I could not have asked for a better experience during one of the most difficult and challenging times in my life. I'll always be endlessly grateful for Eric, Jimmy, and the Columbia Pet Cremation Center & Funeral Chapel. Thank y'all for helping us honor and remember the amazing life of our precious girl in the most beautiful way.

I cannot express how thankful I am for Columbia Pet Cremation Center. When my Tucker passed this week I was so distraught. Luckily a quick google search brought me here where my baby and I were treated like royalty. The two gentlemen that helped me and my mom were beyond helpful, kind, and compassionate. Mr. Eric is who I spoke with on the phone and he is so nice and explained everything to me and really took the time to let me grieve. The other gentleman, who’s name I cannot remember, set up my baby in their viewing room so that we could say goodbye one last time. I hope those two guys know how much it meant to me to be able to do that. Also, their facilities are beyond nice and the cost was beyond reasonable in my opinion. I will be bringing all my future pets here.

This service met and exceeded my expectations on every possible level at one of the most difficult times of my life when we lost our precious Emme. I reached out for information after a surgery a few months ago, I was listened to and honestly ministered to so that I could gain the information needed and to make the correct choices for our girl. When the time came, it took a simple phone call and everything was handled with dignity and care. The communication was impeccable and I always knew what was going on and when. We now have our girl back and we are so appreciative of knowing this service is available and will definitely go nowhere but here as the needs arise over the years.Losing a beloved pet is never easy, but in those moments please consider this fine professional service. They will treat you and your pet with care and respect. 10 out of 10. Highly Recommend.

Eric was so unbelievably kind in taking care of the arrangements for our baby Oscar. The space is so beautiful and comfortable. I feel like we gave him the most respectful and lovely and dignified goodbye by choosing this company. They are such good people.

He is an amazing person doing a hard job all while still showing compassion to you and your loved ones while grieving your fur baby. Cannot say enough good things about him and his business. This is a really nice place with very nice and compassionate people. When you receive your pet back it is all very nicely and professionally done. I really appreciate the paw print which comes in a nice box and the hair clippings which come in a nice little glass jar. The prices are really great also if you want to purchase a different cremation box or urn. I highly recommend!

I just brought my beloved piggy Azrael home. The extra steps they took did NOT go unnoticed. My little girl's nose was my favorite part, because of great pig kisses. They took the time to make a print of her nose for me, I didn't even ask for this. It was simply a thoughtful gesture by the great people here!!!! We were also in the unfortunate situation not only to cremate our baby, but she also required euthanasia. The Dr that came into our home was gentle, pleasant, polite and reassuring in that we were doing the best thing for her as her quality of life was gone. I would recommend these fine folks to anyone in our unfortunate situation.

This place is wonderful! They help me be okay with my decision to put down my furry friend/ family of 15+ years by consoling me & understanding our situation. The environment here and all of the staff was so comforting the whole time. My baby didn't suffer at all and every detail was peaceful. I don’t have enough words to describe the service that Columbia Pet Cremation Center provided to my family during the passing of our beloved dog.Losing a beloved companion is heartbreaking but CPCC made sure we knew they were available for whatever we needed to make the process stress free.Our beloved companion was treated with such kindness and compassion during his passing and that really meant the world to our family.From having him picked up from our home to picking him up today from their beautiful facility - everymoment was filled with kindness, compassion, and patience.Even being given a small rock from his remains was amazing.This has just all meant so much to us. I just want to take a moment to express how amazing this facility and the owners are. I am a practice manager of a large animal hospital in the Lexington area, and we switched our cremation services to this wonderful team a few months ago. The attention they give to the pets, families, and making sure your babies are well taken care of is beyond exceptional. They are compassionate and dedicated in regards making sure that everything is accomplished with respect, love, and support. They truly are the best!

I spent majority of my Monday feeling stressed and distraught at an urgent care with my baby. I called Eric after making the decision to just take her home in a box because I gave the facility everything I could. You can tell when people are in this field for the finances and who’s in it for the passion they have for animals…and let me say Eric is that passionate person! The moment that I brought Jade to him I felt at peace. He was kind and sympathetic throughout the entire process. He was also easy to communicate with. I seriously thank you for leaving us with this beautiful memory of our fur baby. You don’t know how much you’ve helped us cope with this by just being professional and compassionate.

After 17 years with my family, our Chihuahua passed. With compassion and understanding, Eric O’Dell made sure we received the care we needed as we made the decision to have our family member cremated. The center is comforting and complete with a chapel used for private viewing.I walked into Columbia Pet Cremation Center & Funeral Chapel, barely able to compose myself from crying, and walked out with relief knowing I left ‘Cali’ in the right hands.When I returned to bring Cali home, the compassion was just as meaningful. Time in the chapel, a sympathy card, paw and nose prints on paper, a clay paw print, hair clipping, and the beautiful wooden box urn with Cali’s name embossed on the front will make the memories forever.Thank you, Mr. Eric O’Dell! Ten Stars for all you did to help ease the pain and ensure our memories would always be with us.

I am so thankful to have found Columbia Pet Cremation Center when my baby passed away. If I could give this establishment a 10 star review, I would!Our sweet girl, Penny, passed away suddenly. To say that we were distraught would be an understatement. She passed away on a Sunday afternoon, and Eric was kind enough to come straight to the chapel and assist us. He was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful of our grief. He went over all of our options and comforted us through any anxieties we had about the process. The cremation was timely and when we came to pick up Penny's beautiful urn, they had it, along with several other priceless keepsakes, in a beautiful chapel where we were given time to process more of our grief and honor our sweet girl. We never felt rushed and there was never a moment where anyone was insensitive towards the immense grief we were experiencing - which is so special and important when it comes to the loss of a pet who was truly a family member. The prices for everything were very reasonable, and I could not have asked for a better experience during one of the most difficult and challenging times in my life. I'll always be endlessly grateful for Eric, Jimmy, and the Columbia Pet Cremation Center & Funeral Chapel. Thank y'all for helping us honor and remember the amazing life of our precious girl in the most beautiful way.

I was a referee to Columbia Pet Cremation Services by the hospice vet I used for my sweet Douglas. Eric is a true professional who took a lot of the burden off me when making final arrangements for my sweet boy. He was in constant contact from the moment the vet delivered Douglas to him till he dropped off the ashes at my vet for me to pick up. (They have many delivery options). The price was competitive and the quick turn around surprised me. They received Douglas on a Saturday and had him waiting at my vet’s office early Tuesday morning. I would like to highly recommend and commend the Columbia Pet Cremation Center. We just lost our precious little Bebe quite unexpectedly on Dec. 19. We were heartbroken beyond measure. He was so very special to us. We were considering cremation but just weren't sure which business to use. Eric and Jimmy had wonderful reviews, both on Google and on Facebook. We spoke to our neighbor, Kendra, who had lost a tiny kitten earlier this year. She had used Columbia Pet Cremation Center and was very pleased with them. As soon as I contacted Eric I knew I had reached the right person to assist us with Bebe. He was compassionate, empathetic and so sensitive to our grief and loss. He handled the entire process professionally and respectfully. Eric gave us all the time we needed to say "good night" to Bebe, never rushing us. He even posted an obituary. BeBe's presentation, which had been prepared the following day, was so touching it brought tears to my eyes. There was a beautiful note, a certificate of cremation, his paw and muzzle prints, his ashes in a beautiful urn with his name, a vial of his hair and a perfect three dimensional impression of his paw prints along with his picture as a lasting keepsake. A beautiful velvet bag with the words "Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge" protected the urn and other items. I never had a doubt that Bebe was treated gently in a caring way. I am so thankful to Eric for all he did to help to ease our pain with his concern and thoughtfulness. We have our beloved BeBe back with us now where we still have a remembrance of his essence to be cherished forever until we, too, are called home. I just wanted to say thank you to both Eric and Jimmy during our time of need yesterday in handling our buddy, Bennett. I spoke with Eric on the phone right away and within a few hours, Jimmy was on his way. From the second he arrived, we knew Bennett was in good hands. I recently gave the Columbia Pet Cremation Center a 1-star review due to a mix-up with our chihuahua's cremation. I have deleted that review due to their outstanding professionalism and compassion in this matter. Both, the animal hospital, that handled his remains and the Cremation Center accepted responsibility for the mistake and ensured we got his ashes and paw print. Also, they explained the cremation process to ensure his ashes were not mixed with any other ashes.

I cannot express how thankful I am for Columbia Pet Cremation Center. When my Tucker passed this week I was so distraught. Luckily a quick google search brought me here where my baby and I were treated like royalty. The two gentlemen that helped me and my mom were beyond helpful, kind, and compassionate. Mr. Eric is who I spoke with on the phone and he is so nice and explained everything to me and really took the time to let me grieve. The other gentleman, who’s name I cannot remember, set up my baby in their viewing room so that we could say goodbye one last time. I hope those two guys know how much it meant to me to be able to do that. Also, their facilities are beyond nice and the cost was beyond reasonable in my opinion. I will be bringing all my future pets here.

This service met and exceeded my expectations on every possible level at one of the most difficult times of my life when we lost our precious Emme. I reached out for information after a surgery a few months ago, I was listened to and honestly ministered to so that I could gain the information needed and to make the correct choices for our girl. When the time came, it took a simple phone call and everything was handled with dignity and care. The communication was impeccable and I always knew what was going on and when. This is a really nice place with very nice and compassionate people. When you receive your pet back it is all very nicely and professionally done. I really appreciate the paw print which comes in a nice box and the hair clippings which come in a nice little glass jar. I just brought my beloved piggy Azrael home. The extra steps they took did NOT go unnoticed. My little girl's nose was my favorite part, because of great pig kisses. They took the time to make a print of her nose for me, I didn't even ask for this. It was simply a thoughtful gesture by the great people here!!!! We were also in the unfortunate situation not only to cremate our baby, but she also required euthanasia. The Dr that came into our home was gentle, pleasant, polite and reassuring in that we were doing the best thing for her as her quality of life was gone. I had to bring my sweet baby pup here for cremation after her passing. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the minute I walked in I was extremely impressed with the facility, and Mike, who greeted me. He was very compassionate, helped me pick a box for her. When I picked her up the next day, I had a beautiful box engraved with Paloma's name on it. Also a box that had a pawprint in sand of Paloma. With a place for me to add a photo of her. They also gave me a glass vial with some of her fur and a beautiful card signed by Mike & Margie. Started out good but I had taken hair from corky cat to do vials with and Eric said they would do 2 vials but that never happened as they cremated the hair with corky. I can't replace that ...you can't fix this. No refund offered just oh I take blame for this. . You said you care about the animals...well not the people feelings....a phone call to ask questions would have been a great solution since there is no communication. After 17 years with my family, our Chihuahua passed. Columbia Pet Cremation Center is the best place one could ever bring your pet too , accolades to the highest, very nice, so sincere, extremely helpful, our expiereance here was extrodinary, Mr Eric Odell and Jimmy Chavis are two of the most kind hearted people you could ever ask for and trust to do your beloved pet right., just few days before Valentine's, my dad who's in his 80s lost his beloved dog Ozzy, whom was like his last connection to his late wife who died of cancer., He grew a special bond over the past several years with Ozzy. as they learned life without her, and that day so devastating, and unexpected, Ozzy was 14 he passed away sleeping by the front door, heartbreaking time, it was pouring down rain, I called and Eric said y'all come here, bring Ozzy and your dad, even if its after hour's, call me back, let me know your on the way, I will open and meet you all there, Eric came out with umbrella to help my dad out the car and get inside, the lobby was so pretty, very elegant, we went to the arrangement table to review our best options and needs for Ozzy., whom was placed in the beautiful chapel at rainbow bridge, decked out in gorgeous bedding, while we selected the best package including urn , glass tube with ribbon of Ozzys hair, clay paw print and framed, & certificate, it was very touching, and so heartfelt, my dads last memories of saying goodbye in this extrodinary place was the right choice, I am so grateful, and thankful googling near me brought us here , I do believe Angel's above lead us there for a purpose, and Ozzy last final goodbyes from my Dad was absolutely beautiful, he will remember that for the rest of his life, Eric even helped my dad back out to the car with umbrella as it was still raining when we left, your professionalism and patience speaks Volumes, and I just know many Angel's & God direct us here for this purpose and expierences alone, its most likely what Linda would had wanted, and she had to be smiling down at us all that day, my Dad is very pleased with our time here, what you all do there is truly extrodinary, top notch respect, very nicely done, a lasting footprint of Ozzys time with us here on earth., a treasure to be hold, When we went back couple days later to pick up Ozzys remains & beautiful urn , again it was extrodinary and beautifully done, Thank You so much for coming to our aide. This will be my next place to have any of my fur babies cremated. Eric was awesome.My daughters hamster had died suddenly and she was heartbroke. He told me the package I picked included pawprints as a keepsake but I didn't think it was possible but they sure pulled it off .My daughter was tickled over that and the candle for chip and chips name on his urnSo thank you guys so much for being so thoughtful from this mom and making this easier for my daughter ❤❤

Columbia Pet Cremation Center was recommended to me by the Practice Manager at my vet's office. I'm very glad I took her advice. Although members of my family have had their pets cremated, I had not. I did not know what to expect. Mr. Eric O'Dell guided me simply, respectfully, and kindly through the process, and that helped me a great deal through this sad time.

I highly recommend going to these wonderful people if you're looking into pet cremation for your furry loved one. I was soo very heartbroken about my baby and they made me feel so much better! I have not cried today and they are not expensive!!!! Thank you guys again!!!!!!!

I had to bring my sweet baby pup here for cremation after her passing. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the minute I walked in I was extremely impressed with the facility, and Mike, who greeted me. He was very compassionate, helped me pick a box for her. When I picked her up the next day, I had a beautiful box engraved with Paloma's name on it. Also a box that had a pawprint in sand of Paloma. With a place for me to add a photo of her. They also gave me a glass vial with some of her fur and a beautiful card signed by Mike & Margie. Wonderful people who helped me through this very traumatic time in my life. They were gracious and kind. I would highly recommend this business for anyone in need. Thank you Mike and Margie!

Was referred here by our local vet when we found out our beloved Siamese was severely ill and had decided it was time to let him go. I cannot say enough about my experience. Everyone was beyond friendly, made me feel comfortable and I knew I chose the best place for my baby girl Chuy. Everything was taken care of with care and respect. I am so lost for words at how beautiful the setup was when I went to pick Chuy up. Started out good but I had taken hair from corky cat to do vials with and Eric said they would do 2 vials but that never happened as they cremated the hair with corky. I can't replace that ...you can't fix this. No refund offered just oh I take blame for this. . You said you care about the animals...well not the people feelings....a phone call to ask questions would have been a great solution since there is no communication. I would recommend a different place all together
