I am very grateful for finding Greener Pastures & Erin. I made several calls the day my fur baby passed & he was the only one who spoke with care, concern, empathy, and genuine sincerity. Although he had closed for the evening, he was more than willing to meet me & help through an extremely difficult time allowing me to take all the time I needed. I do not believe I would have felt comfortable with leaving my soul cat’s care and arrangements with anyone else. I’m so very sorry for anyone who has to experience such a loss; however, would highly recommend Greener Pastures for any needs of a loved one who’s crossed the rainbow bridge.

Greener Pastures provides an excellent service with compassion, understanding and efficiency. They have handled the remains of two of my beloved cats, returning them to me in beautiful wooden boxes, each with a cremation certificate and clay paw print with stand. I spoke with Erin each time and he has been compassionate, understanding and always responsive to questions. I will definitely use them again when the need arises and and happy to recommend them to others.

Greener Pastures took gentle care with cremating my beautiful soul dog, Knuckles, this past week. They were some of the kindest and most caring people, and I know they treated Knuckles with nothing but love and respect. They ensured everything was perfect and even hand-delivered our beloved boy back to us a few days later. I cannot express enough how much this meant to us. Knowing our angel was cared for in such a dignified way made this difficult time just a bit easier. Thank you for providing support and giving us a bit of peace during this loss.

My veterinarian is at EucheeCreek and Grovetown. I had to put my baby to sleep. She had hitting so sick. It broke my heart. Will I had her cremated so she will always be with me. My veterinarian uses this place to do that. Well when I pick up my baby yesterday very sad sad day. But when got my baby back it was so special to me. I didn’t no that they would do her paw print and give me a certificate of death. I just want to say thank you so much it was very comforting to know end of life you took care of my baby. I thank you so much.she was my whole life.

On 12/15/23 I put my best friend and equine companion Maverick to rest and used Greener Pastures to cremate him. Greener Pastures answered my call in the middle of night, helped make arrangements and explain the process in advance. They arrived early and allowed not only my entire family but also the yearlings he watched over time to grieve with no interruption. He was passed to the trailer with the upmost dignity and respect, like the part of the family that he was.In the event I need these services in the future, I will be using greener pastures.The custom wood urn was beautiful that they created was beautiful and is currently displayed with pride on the family mantle.Please choose Greener Pastures as you won’t get more personal of afterlife care than here.

We've unfortunately had to lean on Greener Pastures twice in the last four months for our dogs, who were 13 and 12 years old. The last time was totally unexpected. Erin was extremely compassionate, accommodating, understanding and kind. It's devastating to need this kind of service, but knowing our babies were so well cared for really put our hearts at ease.

Greener Pastures is an awesome place. They are caring, apologetic and understanding for the loss of your pet. They also go the extra mile literally. They came and picked up my daughters bearded dragon when he passed and brought him back in a beautiful wooden urn and also had his footprints and tail imprint into a clay mold. Highly recommend them to use in your time of grief of the loss of your pet.

Unfortunately, my fiancée and I were in need of a cremation service due to the loss of our kitten. After multiple google searches and phone calls to closer cremation businesses to us with no response (due to it being Sunday), we decided to give Greener Pastures a try. I believe Erin returned my phone call within minutes of me leaving a voice mail and was able to take care of us the same day. All together, it took 6 days from start to finish due to our request for our pets remains to be mailed to us, but it was worth the wait. Upon opening our package, we found an envelope with our kittens name printed on the front which also include our certification of cremation and print of our kitten paw print. Even though this was a tough time for us, Erin treated us and our loved kitten with the greatest respect and it was well worth the hour and a half drive to him. If we are still in the area when our dog passes, we will return to him without hesitation.

Erin answered my call, immediately offered support and a solution, and helped me take care of my pet same day. From our first initial contact, I feel a weight was lifted. We cannot express enough the care, compassion and dignity experienced when we had to say bye to our beloved Haley. Erin brought her home, and the beautiful ornate wooden box was absolutely perfect. Included was an impression of Haley's paw This was a precious surprise we will cherish always. We have, unfortunately, had to use their services 3 times in the last year and a half. Each time, it was sudden and not during regular business hours. Still - all 3 occasions, Erin made time for us and treated us with compassion and understanding. Our pets were all returned to us after cremation quickly and respectfully. Although it's unfortunate to need this kind of service, I would highly recommend Greener Pastures.

My beloved pet of 10 years was tragically killed in the road. I was devastated. When I called, they were at my house in a half hour to take my baby. He was very compassionate and understanding, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I was made to feel like my comfort and grieving came first, not like a paying customer. He did the best he could to make it so my wife and I could see her for the last time, and even got her paw print for us to keep. I got her face engraved on the urn so I can see her whenever I need to. Great turn around time, don’t go anywhere else for your aftercare services, cause you can’t get any better than Greener Pastures. Thank you for making this time easier for me.

Erin came to my house for pick up the next morning and was incredibly empathetic, supportive, and understanding. My girlfriend and I had a lab pit mix that passed away recently. We were heart broken, a piece of our life was gone. I contacted Greener Pastures and inquired about getting our dog cremated. Erin was very professional, showed compassion, and was able to provide us with comfort knowing our dog was being taken care of after his passing. I would highly recommend Greener Pastures to anyone in need of this type of service. Our 14 year old Boxer, Duke, suddenly passed away on a Saturday night while we were babysitting our grandson. We had no idea what to do because we knew we wanted Duke cremated, but we didn’t want our grandson to see him, and Monday seemed a long time to wait to get his body to a pet crematorium. I called Erin at Greener Pastures at 8:30 pm, and after hearing the circumstances, Erin made arrangements to pick Duke up that night. Erin is so kind and sympathetic. He brought Duke back by Tuesday in a beautiful handmade urn (made by a local potter) and a paw print to be framed later. If I could give Greener Pastures 10 stars, I would. I just want to thank Erin so much for all he did during this difficult time.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Erin did an excellent job with my baby Van Gogh. He came back to me in the most beautiful wooden box and Erin managed to get not only his tiny little foot prints, but also a print of his tail. Hopefully I will not have to do business with them again soon, but if another one of my babies crosses the Rainbow Bridge, Greener Pastures will be who I call.

I have never been so blessed and honored to have the pleasure of meeting and knowing Greener Pastures.On September 3, 2020 we had to lay to rest our friend and partner our Pur Purto Rican Paso Fino "Pep". Greener Pastures was there with the extraordinary compassion they have for people and animals. They helped us get through each step of the process. Eric is so Kind. My kitty Babies Pawla (Polydactyl Cat) and Hopie were cremated with Love and Care. So Beautifully done with details and Urns included with such thoughtfulness and Beautiful choices to pick from. The land there is peaceful with the Horses there before getting further onto land. I have never been so blessed and honored to have the pleasure of meeting and knowing Greener Pastures.On September 3, 2020 we had to lay to rest our friend and partner our Pur Purto Rican Paso Fino "Pep". Greener Pastures was there with the extraordinary compassion they have for people and animals. They helped us get through each step of the process. When I thought they couldnt out do what they had done, they did.When they brought Pep home he was in a beautiful urn with his picture on it ...a beautiful box for my daughter and an amazing painting he had Karey Santos paint of him.Greener Pastures goes above and beyond with compassion and professionalism to help you through the devastation you feel.They are amazing and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

They did a wonderful job with our old boy saint. Professional thoughtful and really seemed to be sorry for our loss. They handle themselves and spoke to us like they new him and it felt genuine. My wife loved the included print of saints paw. Thank you guys so much
