My husband passed away suddenly. I didn't have any experience with this. I went to Warren Monument and they were so warm and caring. Ryan spent so much time with me. I knew the basics, what color I wanted the stone and a little bit of what I wanted on it. He was extremely patient and so caring wanting to make sure the stone was personal. As time progressed additional ideas came to me and when we discussed it he found ways to make it work. He was extremely thoughtful to me and my kids, and wanted all of us to agree, as best we could. He truly knows what will work and what won't. For that I am forever grateful. My headstone is the most beautiful one there. Every time I visit the cemetery it really stands out from the rest. Ryan captured my life with my husband of over 26 years, all in this beautiful headstone. Hogan Family, THANK YOU SO MUCH!. I will be recommending you often, and will be forever indebted to you!

My husband’s headstone was installed on May 23, 2022 by Ryan. When I went to the cemetery to see itI was blown away by how beautiful it was. It was exactly the way Ryan and I designed it along with hisartistic talent very evident. The floral sculptingis gorgeous as well as the lettering and the rest of thedesign. The stone stands out among the others in the cemetery as very unique. Ryan was very respectful and patient on every in-person consultation I had with him as well as warm and caring. Linda was always very helpful every time I called. I highly recommendthis small family owned business.🤗

Sadly, I lost my mom in August 2017 and needed to have her name placed on our family monument. After dealing with 4 different monument dealers for months on end, I finally came across Warren Monument. I called and had a great conversation with Ryan and discussed what I wanted. I sent him photos and the woman there, Linda, was very helpful too. The stress over simply trying to get my mom’s name on our stone dissolved within that first phone call. We decided the work would be done after the holidays and on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, my mom’s name was finally placed on our monument. I met Ryan there and we discussed future work that needed to be done as well. I left the cemetery and returned the next morning to see how it looked. Ryan meticulously blended and matched the lettering with the other names there and although he mentioned there may be a line where they start new lettering, it’s barely noticeable and will probably fade over time. The lettering, filled with lithochrome, was sharp and clear. I, for some reason, was under the impression you had to go to the monument dealer close to the cemetery. Not so! My only regret was I wish I knew about Warren Monument years ago when I purchased the stone. Trust me when I say, don’t waste your time with these other places that have the “known name”. If you want precision and meticulous work, this is the ONLY place!

I hate to leave a negative review but I called to have my mothers death date and my brothers name put on the gravestone. I called an talked to a lady on October 2nd, 2018. She said that the guy that does it lives in Warwick where the cemetary is, waits until he has a few to do at the cemetary and then will go and do them. My mothers date and my brothers name are still not on the gravestone. I think I have been patient long enough so I will call someone else. You had all been wonderful when my dad passed and we bought the stone off you so thought it would have been a pleasant experience again.

Would not recommend. Customer Service goes a long way. Specifically made an appointment to discuss the purchasing of a stone. Left work early as I work in the South Kingston area. Arrived 10 minutes early. No one there and the door is locked. Waited due to appointment being at 3 and still no one showed up. 3:10 and no one available. Thank you for wasting my time.

Warren Monument is a small, family-owned and family-run business worth giving your money to. Its services are in demand, so you may need to be persistent, however, the owner is very conscientious and the work is very good. I had a stone inscribed onsite; the owner was knowledgeable, easy to work with and answered all my questions. All in all, it was a pleasing experience. I highly recommend the company.

I've been trying to get a price for a flat granite headstone installed at Notre Dame cemetery in Fall River. I have emailed Ryan twice but he does not answer me. I live in the Berkshires of Western Mass so it is difficult for me to go there in person.
