Thank you so much to the wonderful humans at Faithful Friends. I brought my sweet Molly into their care a couple days after her passing. They were so kind and gentle with her and so patient and understanding with me. I was very nervous it would be hard for me to leave her but after I had given them all our information and made my selections I was given plenty of time to love and give her pets and I felt comfortable knowing she was in loving, safe hands.She was ready to come home much less than 24 hours later and everything was just beautiful, I couldn't ask for anything more perfect. Their attention to detail was obvious, Faithful Friends even selected tissue paper in colors that match my girls feathers. I now have my beautiful girl with me forever as well as a foot and beak print, some of her feathers, and l even was able to get a necklace to hold a bit of her ashes so she can come on all my adventures.Thank you for making such a difficult time a bit easier and for taking such beautiful care of my Molly. I will be forever grateful.❤️

We were devastated by the loss of our beloved 16 year old cat, Maximus Prime, very early Sunday morning. When I reached out to Faithful Friends early Monday morning, they were nothing but compassionate and kind through all of our interactions. It being our first time having a pet cremated, we wanted to be sure to have him cremated privately and home on the same day. I was able to drop him off at 8:45am and was able to pick him up by 1:30pm. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing anything, and their photo presentation and thoughtful urn displays at intake made choosing keepsakes easy, even though I was distraught.When I picked up Max, he was beautifully wrapped with 2 paw prints, fur clipping and an ink print as well as a sympathy card. I cannot say better things about this experience except for the amount of humanity that was shown when I was feeling my lowest. I am glad I did not go with the more commercial option, which would have cost more than double for the same keepsakes, private cremation, and same day service.Thank you so much, Kimberly, Cathie, and the team at Faithful Friends, for making this experience a bit more gratifying. I would definitely recommend their services for anyone looking for a way to have closure with losing a furry part of their family.

I brought my precious bunny to be cremated. Audrey greeted me at the door and was wonderful. Pleasant and caring. I felt so relieved when I left. I know my bunny was in good hands. I will forever be grateful to Faithful Friends. We woke up to find that our baby had passed away overnight. I called Faithful Friends and spoke to Kimberly first thing in the morning. She got my baby boy in that same day & he was home with us that night. Kimberly is an angel on Earth; she is the kindest person I have ever met. She understood the pain I was facing & did everything to accommodate my wishes for my boy. I didn’t get the pleasure to meet her boss, who did a beautiful 3D clay stamp of my boys nose & his paw prints. I will truly be grateful for everyone at Faithful Friends. When my hedgehog passed away last week, I was completely unsure of what to do with his body, especially since the ground was frozen. After doing some research about pet cremation in my area, I found the small business Faithful Friends Pet Crematory. Just speaking on the phone with Dave, I could tell that they are passionate about giving your loved pet the best treatment after having passed. When I arrived the next morning, Dave opened the door for me and genuinely empathetically asked me how I was doing, instantly I knew I chose the correct crematory. Dave even thought of things that never crossed my mind, like if I wanted them to save some of my hedgehogs quills to keep in remembrance. That little question meant the world to me and gave me even more comfort to know that I’ll still have a tiny piece of him that wasn’t ash. When it came time to pick up the remains later that day, Dave stayed half an hour past closing time just so I’d be able to pick up my sweet boy on my way home from work. It meant so much to me that Faithful Friends was willing to work with my schedule, so I didn’t have to go a day without my beloved little man. To anyone who is going through the terrible loss of a pet any size, I highly recommend Faithful Friends Pet Crematory. Not only because the prices are affordable but mainly because the staff is so kind, wants to make sure you are doing as best as you can while grieving, and ensures the highest care for your loss friend. If I could give a 10 stars, I would. They are absolutely perfect. They allowed my partner to say goodbye and place her in the furnace himself. It was something that we didn’t even considered and that healed us so much. Kimberly was the one I talked on the phone and she was super kind. Called on a Sunday and she got back to me almost instantly. Not only that, she made an extra paw clay impression for me and many prints. A lot of people worked together to get popcorn home and thanks to her. They can also receive her print as a thank you. We can’t say enough about how amazing they are. We truly recommend this place.

my pet rat died recently and they did his prints in ink and clay. i was so happy about this, considering i called last minute to decide i wanted his prints done, at first i didn’t want them done. but i called right after my visit to change my mind and they accommodated for my change. and they went beyond, they even did my baby’s tail print and gave me some of his fur for a keepsake. i thought they would of just did an ink print and to see the clay mold of my baby’s hands just really made me realize how much this company cares about the pets in their care. i will come back here if i ever need their services again. such kind people, seriously recommend. thank you all so much.

The workers are super nice and only place that responded back to me promptly. They really care about the customer and pet also. My pet tribute package for my cat who passed away came out great! I received two separate papers of ink paw prints and I was happy to receive them both. Definitely happy I found this place!

I would like to start off thanking Jennifer for taking amazing care of my bunny, Cocoa. He passed away unexpectedly, but it was very simple to set up an appointment. I felt absolutely comfortable leaving Cocoa there, as I knew he was in good hands. I got a clay mold and ink splotches of his paws that came out really nice. On top of all of that, I was able to get him back the next day. Shout out to Faithful Friends for making it affordable as well. 10/10 recommend.

My wife, daughter and I were devastated when our incredible canine companion Khaleesi passed away, too early by many years. We live north of Boston, so I called three crematoria north/northeast of Boston. Two were nice (about $300), while one seemed disinterested and businesslike ($500!) (I understand that at least one is part of a chain). Then for some reason I called faithful Friends in Warren RI, which is at least 90 minutes away ($200). I was extremely impressed with Kimberly. She was wonderfully nice, gave me advice as to how to care for Khaleesi until we brought her the next day, made some suggestions as to what we could do (a nearby state park and a restaurant) during the couple of hours the cremation would require. I made an appointment for the next day. When my wife and I arrived Jennifer was incredibly nice, comforting, and took care of everything. We said our goodbyes to Khaleesi and took our other dog (who seemed to know this was a sad time) to Colt State Park and walked around until Jennifer called. When we returned she gave us a beautiful wooden box with Khaleesi's ashes, and her paw prints in clay. She was so sweet, and even hugged us when we were leaving. This was an incredibly sad time for us, but Kimberly and Jennifer did everything they could to help and comfort us. If you're confronted with the loss of a beloved pet, and are considering cremation instead of burial, I highly recommend considering them.

I can not thank Jennifer enough for how passionate and caring she was to me and my fiance Kevin. We suddenly lost our baby jellybean and I went into panic of trying to find a place to bring my furry guy. I called and she was so kind and helpful with all of my questions. When we brought him in she had sat with us and went over everything. There was no rush at all and she gave me a hug that I felt such a sigh of relief because we knew our boy was in good hands. We even got extra paw prints and an ornament.

Faithful Friends Pet Crematorium is an alternative from the corporate pet crematoriums that act like factories where you and your pet are just a number and a dollar sign. Faithful Friends is family owned and operated and are compassionate and understanding of a pet owners loss and the feelings surrounding such an overwhelming event.My beloved dog, Miss Lily, passed away on Saturday, and was scheduled for cremation that day. Unfortunately, other arrangements had to be made. I called Faithful Friend's office Monday morning before they opened, in a panic hoping someone would answer the phone. To my surprise and luck, the most amazing, kindhearted and understanding woman, Jennifer, picked up the receiver. I explained my situation stressing the importance Miss Lily be cremated that day so I may have some closure. She was able to accommodate me and for that, I will be forever grateful. When we arrived, Jennifer greeted us with open arms. She was sympathetic, kind, understanding, respectful and professional yet personable. They are truly amazing and I can’t recommend them enough.

We recently lost our wonderful ginger cat Spencer and contacted Faithful Friends Pet Crematory in Warren for their services. The folks there were so kind and helpful, they were clearly animal lovers. They provided quick and very affordable cremation for Spencer, also providing his paw prints in clay. They were careful to make sure that they got his thumbs as he was polydactyl, and it was one of his defining characteristics. I hope that I don’t need cremation services for many more years, but when I do, I will be sure to return to Faithful Friends - I highly recommend them.

My experience here was comforting and compassionate. I live in MA and was trying to find a place to get my hamster's remains cremated, and after calling around it was obvious that Faithful Friends was the right choice and more than worth the drive down to RI. Jennifer was so kind throughout the entire process. She was genuine and compassionate, and the prices for everything were the most reasonable I've heard of in the area. She even wrote up a tribute for my pet on their website. Other places I looked into felt like they were taking advantage of my grief, but this place was so much more approachable. I hope I don't have to return here soon because I love my pets, but I wouldn't look for these services anywhere else going forward.

I cannot recommend Faithful Friends enough! Rose was so friendly on the phone and got back to me so quickly and Jennifer was kind enough to come meet us early on a Saturday to make arrangements. My daughter's guinea pig passed away after 6.5 years, and she was so special to her I needed to do something to memorialize her. No one thought I was silly for brining in a guinea pig and everyone offered their condolences. Even when we left and my daughter started crying, Jennifer was so kind and understanding. My daughter will now have her paw print, a snip of hair, and her ashes, along with a certificate, to comfort her. And they even do a pet obituary - so thoughtful! We live in MA, but it was well worth the hour drive!

We lost our Golden Retriever recently after an illness and Faithful Friends were the absolute best in helping us care for Lily. Jenn worked with us and was so tender and caring. We also love the idea of the pet obituaries and had fun reminiscing about Lily when filling out the questionnaire. We've had 3 cats cremated here and the staff are always very polite and transparent about prices and what you get back. They have a really good system for doing things and each one we got back within a week or even less! We drive 20 miles to go here specifically because they make the whole process easier to bare. The wooden carved "urns" we received are high quality and the provide a tag and card. They offer paw prints, fur clippings ect but we opted out of those not for costs but because I'm uncomfortable with people handle my pets after death. They were very understanding and not judgmental at all. I will return when my next cat passes!

I personally like to know exactly where and how my pet is being treated before and during the afterlife. Years ago I went to a place in Cranston before they became a chain. I didn't want my dog Ozzy's ashes having the slightest chance of being mixed with other dogs. Jennifer who was kind and sweet during the whole procedure, promised me she would be the only one taking care of him. I run a small family business as well, this is very hard to find in practices overrun with services and too much turnover of staff. If you are looking for a more personal touch, knowing the remains only belong to you. This is the place I highly recommend. Thank you for taking care of my son Ozzy.

We recently lost our wonderful ginger cat Spencer and contacted Faithful Friends Pet Crematory in Warren for their services. The folks there were so kind and helpful, they were clearly animal lovers. They provided quick and very affordable cremation for Spencer, also providing his paw prints in clay. They were careful to make sure that they got his thumbs as he was polydactyl, and it was one of his defining characteristics. I hope that I don’t need cremation services for many more years, but when I do, I will be sure to return to Faithful Friends - I highly recommend them.

I lost my best friend of 15 years on May 12th. Faithful Friends made such a difficult time much easier. My mom lost her cat recently and she knew exactly who to call. They are an amazing group of people! I recently saw a post on the faithful friends Facebook page, it was a Christmas tree and on each ornament was a name of a pet that required their service this year. It feels so good to know your pet was in the best hands. If you need their services I definitely recommend them.

When we lost our beloved beagle Hailey in October 2018, the team at Faithful Friends reviewed our different options with us, with grace and dignity, and compassion on our loss. My experience here was comforting and compassionate. I live in MA and was trying to find a place to get my hamster's remains cremated, and after calling around it was obvious that Faithful Friends was the right choice and more than worth the drive down to RI. Jennifer was so kind throughout the entire process. She was genuine and compassionate, and the prices for everything were the most reasonable I've heard of in the area. She even wrote up a tribute for my pet on their website. Other places I looked into felt like they were taking advantage of my grief, but this place was so much more approachable. I hope I don't have to return here soon because I love my pets, but I wouldn't look for these services anywhere else going forward.

I cannot recommend Faithful Friends enough! Rose was so friendly on the phone and got back to me so quickly and Jennifer was kind enough to come meet us early on a Saturday to make arrangements. My daughter's guinea pig passed away after 6.5 years, and she was so special to her I needed to do something to memorialize her. No one thought I was silly for brining in a guinea pig and everyone offered their condolences. Even when we left and my daughter started crying, Jennifer was so kind and understanding. My daughter will now have her paw print, a snip of hair, and her ashes, along with a certificate, to comfort her. And they even do a pet obituary - so thoughtful! We live in MA, but it was well worth the hour drive!

We lost our Golden Retriever recently after an illness and Faithful Friends were the absolute best in helping us care for Lily. Jenn worked with us and was so tender and caring. We also love the idea of the pet obituaries and had fun reminiscing about Lily when filling out the questionnaire. We've had 3 cats cremated here and the staff are always very polite and transparent about prices and what you get back. They have a really good system for doing things and each one we got back within a week or even less! We drive 20 miles to go here specifically because they make the whole process easier to bare. The wooden carved "urns" we received are high quality and the provide a tag and card. They offer paw prints, fur clippings ect but we opted out of those not for costs but because I'm uncomfortable with people handle my pets after death. They were very understanding and not judgmental at all. I will return when my next cat passes!

I personally like to know exactly where and how my pet is being treated before and during the afterlife. Years ago I went to a place in Cranston before they became a chain. I didn't want my dog Ozzy's ashes having the slightest chance of being mixed with other dogs. Jennifer who was kind and sweet during the whole procedure, promised me she would be the only one taking care of him. I run a small family business as well, this is very hard to find in practices overrun with services and too much turnover of staff. If you are looking for a more personal touch, knowing the remains only belong to you. This is the place I highly recommend. Thank you for taking care of my son Ozzy.

if I could give this place a zero I would. Awful customer service. I called about information regarding the death of my dog and the next steps to take, and after talking to two different people it was clear these people had no idea what compassion was. On top of that, after attempting to schedule an appointment and them telling me they would call back, I never heard from them. In hindsight, this was a good thing because I used angel view in Middleboro who were amazing.
