I called and spoke to someone about options for cat euthanasia. This was difficult and I spoke with Bridget who was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and I could tell she was trying to help make me feel better. She is a great asset to this team. Very compassionate and lovely to talk to during a difficult time. Thank you

Dr. Mary was amazing. Our sweet girl was outside under her favorite tree when she went to sleep. Even getting her remains as hard as it was was a beautiful experience. We have 2 more senior dogs and will be using Peaceful Pet for their crossing over the rainbow bridge.

We had to put our sweet kitty down today and Dr. Morgan was amazing. The scheduler I talked to was very kind and helpful and answered any questions I had.While this was a rough day on our family, they made her transition over the rainbow bridge an easy one <3

Never had to put down a pet until recently. We had to put down both of my childhood dogs who have been together their whole lives. As sad as the process is I couldn't have imagined it any other way. They were able to pass together and with our family around them in the living room they spent their whole lives sleeping in.The vet was kind and patient as we sat with the dogs, not doing anything without asking our permission and if we were ready. The driver who takes the dogs after was great too, very sympathetic and just respectful to the dogs and us as he took them.

We had a very difficult decision to make, and Peaceful Pet Passing staff were very considerate and understanding. Coming to our home gave us a feeling of comfort in knowing our dog was able to pass peacefully in a familiar surrounding with us at his side. He returned home to us in a very nice urn so he will always be with us.

This was my first time using Peaceful Pet Passage and I couldnt have been more pleased with the service. They came to my home so my pet could pass peacefully in her own home. Dr Carney was wonderful and kind. If you can afford this service I highly recommend it. My dog deserved nothing less. Thank you to everyone involved.

Dr. Mary was kind and gentle with my dog and with us. She took the time to explain what was happening and allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. From the moment she walked in the door, she made a painful process peaceful. When our boy was gone, her assistant took great care in preparing him for transport.

Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We had a 18 year old Manchester Terrior that out of nowhere started having really bad seizures. We called this place to see what the price was to put him down in our home and in a place he knew best. We wanted the most absolute comfort for him to leave us in. We knew it was time but wanted a vets diagnosis so we absolutely knew he needed to go without suffering. This guy that answered the phone tried to tell us we had 1 hour to make the decision and was absolutely rude beyond rude! This is not how you treat people losing a pet (loved one) at any extent of ownership. I will never speak of this place nor ever recommend this place to anyone! If I could give 0 stars I would....

Peaceful Pet Passage has been a God sent to our family. It is a very brave and difficult decision to have your beloved companion animal pass over Rainbow Bridge. The staff at Peaceful Pet Passage are amazing with guiding you through this extremely painful time. I have used them twice (Murphy & Hunter) and can't thank them enough for the dignity and care they provide during the passing journey of our dogs.

I wanted just the ashes, they said they couldn't do it. Was unemployed but willing to pay for the ashes. They said I had to buy laminated urn,special services ,video of cremating,etc Finally later on, found a better crematorium, LOYAL COMPANIONS in Hanover. If you want to spend for expensive services.....go to this company . Want a simple process of ashes....LOYAL COMPANIONS

Great organization to use if have to put a pet to sleep. They will come to your home and are very professional. I visited this place today to pick up Lilly's ashes. Have a location in Mechanicsburg also.

The care and compassion the team and Dr. Carney had for us and Sandy as we said goodbye was a bright spot in an otherwise terrible day. We would highly recommend this company and their service to anyone.
