My almost 19-year-old fur baby Lester, (cat) passed away Thursday, January 30th. I called pet passages and spoke to a very nice lady to see if I could get the services I needed. She assured me that I could. When I arrived with my baby, I met the voice from the phone and I recognized her as the caring lady who helps Chester residents. I remember her always posting about animals found lost or deceased and how concerned and caring she was. This made me feel real comforted because I knew my baby would be in good hands. They Have a room where you can go and be alone with your fur baby to say your final goodbyes. And the services they performed for my baby for very nice. When I picked up his remains, I was extremely satisfied. They made sure he was handled carefully. He's home now on his eternal resting spot where he used to lay, so that he can watch outside and the sun can hit him. Thank You Pet Passages for your comfort and help in saying goodbye to our fur baby. 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Omg! Let me just say Pet Passages really is a wonderful affordable place. Scott, Shawn, and Jayci were amazing. This was my family and I first experience dealing with the loss of a pet and Pet Passages really helped me deal with it wonderfully. They return my phone call immediately. I mean before the place opened for service I received a call back with answers to my concerns, directions to the place, how my deceased pet would be handled and all assistance provided to my sensitive matter. There prices were affordable for my family and I. I'm not from Pennsylvania so then helping to assist me really meant alot. The team work very well with me and did a wonderful job handling my deceased pet. Also, allowing me to spend time with her before her cremation also touched my heart. I choose to bring her to the facilty and they met me outside at the car door and took good care of her. Plus placing her ashes in a heart shaped pendant of my choice as well as her Urn was beautiful. Here's my pet photo of Pet Passages work. Amazing. I really loved the package and affordable price. Now i can carry her with me everywhere I go. Please, anyone if your looking for a place affordable, assistance, and sensitivity to handle your deceased pet then Pet Passages is the place to go to.

Pet passengers were very professional and empathetic to the loss of my fur baby Venus. They took great care in making sure I get her ashes back in a timely manner and also provided a beautiful Urn done of her hair and her nose and paw prints. They even picked her up from me. I’ve already recommended them to several people. Their prices are very reasonable as well. But mainly I appreciate them for being there in my time of need and being very empathetic. It took me a while to write this review because I’m still mourning my cat-fur baby Venus but I just wanted y’all to know how great this company is.

Being a customer of Pet Passages was the best experience and description/epitome of what great customer service is and should be. They were very sensitive to my needs, very caring and empathetic, and very patient as I took over a year to pick up my pet (I took so long because going there would bring some grief and was hard for me). I cried like a baby when I went to pick up my pet. Shawn was very respectful, professional, and sincere. Even though it was a very hard time in my life and Pet Passages didn’t see me at my best, it was also a very wonderful, calming, positive experience. I have 2 new fur babies that I love dearly. When their time comes to cross that rainbow bridge, I’ll be sure to contact Pet Passages to take the best care of my fur babies. ❤️

I lost my babyGirl on October 18th and had no idea where to go than I came across Pet Passages and let me tell u I felt like we were family . There was no rush at all I could have all the time in the world to say Goodbye to my babyGirl. They explain everything to you they take their time with u there is absolutely no rush at all in the process and their prices aren't crazy either. I recommend this place to everyone I no absolutely 10/10 if there were higher ratings I would choose that. I'm so happy my babyGirl is Home with us now. Thank u so much Pet Passages ❤️

I'm from South Jersey, and I had very limited cremation options with outrageous prices. My cat died right before the weekend so searching for an affordable, reputable cremation service was pretty stressful until I reached out the Pet Passages. The information on their site is pretty straight forward. The pricing was clear and details what is included in your package. After submitting my info, they called and double checked to see if the distance was fine, which I was fine with. I go to Philly all the time. I dealt with mostly Shawn. He was very understanding and sympathetic throughout the whole process. I had to postpone my pick up date due to transportation issues, and he reassured me that it was okay, to take my time, and that my cat was safe with them. When I did pick up my cat, even though there were other people waiting for services, Shawn took the time to go through my package and showed me everything, from my cat's ashes, the nose/paw prints they did, and the certification of cremation. I highly recommend this place. Losing a pet is already stressful, and they made the grieving process a little bit easier for me.

When our sweet baby boy Bourbon had passed unexpectedly (at only 1.5 yrs old) I was unsure of what to do and found Pet Passages from a google search. From the moment I spoke with them I knew we would be going through this journey with them. I spoke with Pet Passages on Sunday, Monday I dopped him off and by Tuesday our sweet baby boy was back home with us. Starting with his nose and paw prints to the care that was put into his final resting box engraved with his name, everything was done with great care. From the first phone call everyone here was super caring and compassionate. My Bourbon was treated with amazing care and respect throughout the process and returned to us quickly! We could not have asked for better for our sweet boy!!

Pet Passages of Philadelphia is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend them for anyone who has a pet that has crossed to the Rainbow Bridge. My dog, Kilo, passed away August 14th. I noticed him in the early morning hours. Devastated and heartbroken, I called Pet Passages and spoke with Shawn at 6:00am. He was at our house at 8:30am. Shawn was truly AMAZING through the whole process. He came to the house to pick up Kilo. Shawn is the most gentle, soft spoken, supportive, and empathetic man I ever met. He expressed several times to me and my 3 kids his condolences for our loss. Shawn was so sweet and genuine. He took his time to explain every single step of the process with patience and compassion pausing each time I broke down in tears. Shawn was gentle and respectful when taking Kilo out of his crate and placing him in the bag and placing the blanket over him. He carried him out of the house with such dignity and kindness. We picked Kilo up today to bring him home. Shawn was there and again showed so much love, support, and compassion toward our family as he showed us the pouch that Kilo’s ashes were in, the gorgeous box the pouch lays in, and his paw print and nose print with a beautiful poem. In addition, we were given some of his fur in a bag to have as a keepsake. Again, I highly recommend this amazing place if you are in need of a pet crematory.

I lost my baby King on 12/27 very unexpectedly. I knew I had to get him cremated so that I could always keep him close. I reached out to a couple places but they were either closed or didn’t pick up. I gave Pet passages a call and within a couple rings Shawn answered the phone. He gave me his condolences which told me we were going to be in good hands. I didn’t expect to be able to say my goodbyes to King once we got there, but sure enough we were put into a room to do so. The whole process was super fast considering I took King in right before they closed on a Friday. By Monday Shawn was giving me a call that King was ready to come home 🥹🩵. I would recommend Pet Passages to anyone with a fur baby, the hospitality and compassion was phenomenal. Not to mention, it wasn’t too expensive.

Scott and Shawn are amazing. Very professional and caring. They were great with me, and especially my daughter. They took great care of our Lulu, treated her and us with respect. When I picked her ashes up, they were both there, and they have their condolences and were so kind. Everything we received was absolutely beautiful, and I was shown each item individually. My sister called me Sunday morning to tell me her best buddy Bo, died. She couldn't even get the words out and I rushed to be with her. It was a Sunday, and my vet was closed. I called Pet Passages and Shawn answered the phone. I can't tell you the amount of compassion this man expressed. It was equal to the empathy you'd expect when a person has passed away. I wanted to alleviate this burden for my sister and Shawn was absolutely amazing. He came to pick up Bo, he gave us all the opportunity to say our final farewells, and he let me know that he'd call to tell me when we could "bring Bo home". Just the language he used made one of the worst days possible, a bit easier to bear. I think Scott was there to give Bo's remains to me and to show me all the prints and paperwork. I can not recommend Pet Passages enough. Their rates are reasonable, but the level of care and compassion you receive is priceless.

I lost my Rocky unexpectedly on Thanksgiving. Here is my boy with his pug sister. He was a big lover. He thought his was a lap dog always snuggling me❤️. It was extremely difficult but the team at Pet Passages were so kind and professional. My boy was back home with me within a couple of days. They were extremely thoughtful to provide my Rocky’s paw and nose print with a lock of his fur. I would highly recommend Pet Passages

Our cat Serby passed unexpectedly on New Year's Eve. We had no idea where to go, and after a lot of research (not fun while you're grieving), we made a short list of places to call and see which one "felt" right. One phone call to Pet Passages convinced us not to look further; the gentleman who answered was incredibly kind & reassuring while answering all of our (many) questions. When we brought Serby in, we were given a private room to say goodbye, and it was really lovely & comforting to have those final moments. Special thanks to Casandra; we were bawling when we left that room, but she was so amazing and sweet that she had us smiling through our tears - she definitely has the perfect personality for her job! I would encourage anyone who's feeling lost in this process to call them; yes, it's hard, but they managed to turn a sad day into a positive and peaceful one for us, and that's a small miracle we'll always be grateful for.

This little unassuming shop in a shopping center is lovely. My cat passed on a weekend and I wasn’t sure what to do and called them and they were very helpful and made the process very simple (cost reasonable as well). This is a wonderful place to have a moment of peace. The respect and love that is shown by the staff and the environment to your animal companion after they have passed away is a real gift to anyone grieving the loss of a pet. This establishment handles the passage of a pet just like a human family member, with dignity and care. The staff are gentle and sensitive to your needs. The whole experience was relieving and a blessing after going through the loss of a cat who was very dear to me. I wholeheartedly reccomend their services, and if I ever have to go through losing a pet again, this is the place I will come to.

Our sweet girl of 15 years, Amera, crossed the rainbow bridge this week. When we saw she was nearing the end of her journey, we decided we wanted to have her cremated, so that we could keep her close to us. I found Pet Passages and decided they were a good fit. Shawn was extremely kind and understanding of the pain we were going through, and from the moment he came to pick her up, we knew she was in good hands. He kept in touch with us throughout the process, from the start up to when we got her back from Scott at their office. We can't thank Pet Passages enough for giving our princess the wonderful memorial she deserves.

My Apollo (Boxer) passed in early June very late at night, after midnight. Scott answered my call right away. He offered me options that made decision making easier. The work that Pet Passages did was very professional and quick. I had Apollo's cremains back in just a few days. My overall experience was comforting and peaceful. My dog recently passed away. Before so, I did a bunch of research on different cremation places and called some. I wanted the best care for my dog. After calling Scott from Pet passages, I chose to go with them. I am so happy that I did. Scott was great! My dog passed on a Sunday and Scott went in despite being closed. When I got there he helped me get my dog out of the car and led us to a room in Pet passages to say our good byes. Pet passages is very clean and just has a relaxed feeling about it. I was able to pick my dog up the next day and received his ashes in a nice wooden box with his name, birthday and passing date. I also received his nose print, paw print and some of his furr. I am extremely happy with choosing Pet passages for the cremation of my best bud and will definitely recommend them to everyone!

We were so happy to find Pet Passages! Scott was incredibly helpful, responsive, kind and compassionate. He was available on a Holiday and very last minute. Their space is beautiful and comforting and they offer a range of memorial products. We appreciated Scott coming to our home and offering us as much time as we needed before he left with our beloved dog. Great communication through the process and really cool feature on their site so you can track the process. As awful as this situation was, we felt very cared for by Scott and Pet Passages and we know our best boy was in great hands.

My 11 year old Zeus passed away sadly on June 23rd at 12:30am. I had previously spoken to Scott about what I would do in the event he would pass away (he was very sick). Scott was able to come a few hours later, off hours to pick him up. He was very understanding, compassionate and professional. He was not at all pressuring and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They all did such a wonderful job with the prints and the box with Macy’s ashes and we will cherish them forever!

Our cat Serby passed unexpectedly on New Year's Eve. We had no idea where to go, and after a lot of research (not fun while you're grieving), we made a short list of places to call and see which one "felt" right. One phone call to Pet Passages convinced us not to look further; the gentleman who answered was incredibly kind & reassuring while answering all of our (many) questions. When we brought Serby in, we were given a private room to say goodbye, and it was really lovely & comforting to have those final moments. Special thanks to Casandra; we were bawling when we left that room, but she was so amazing and sweet that she had us smiling through our tears - she definitely has the perfect personality for her job! I would encourage anyone who's feeling lost in this process to call them; yes, it's hard, but they managed to turn a sad day into a positive and peaceful one for us, and that's a small miracle we'll always be grateful for.

This little unassuming shop in a shopping center is lovely. My cat passed on a weekend and I wasn’t sure what to do and called them and they were very helpful and made the process very simple (cost reasonable as well). This is a wonderful place to have a moment of peace. The respect and love that is shown by the staff and the environment to your animal companion after they have passed away is a real gift to anyone grieving the loss of a pet. This establishment handles the passage of a pet just like a human family member, with dignity and care. The staff are gentle and sensitive to your needs. The whole experience was relieving and a blessing after going through the loss of a cat who was very dear to me. I had my snake cremated here, which isn’t a typical request of their services, but I was 100% satisfied regardless. I wasn’t expecting anything more than just my snake’s ashes regardless of what was promised with the basic plan because I wasn’t sure how they would do “paw prints” for a snake, but they gave me prints of her scales as well as her nose print, and it absolutely made my day when I received them! I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out, and I’m glad that I decided to go through with this.I don’t want to go through the loss of a pet again, but if I ever do then I will be going through pet passages again!

Pet passages is an excellent service. My cat was hit by a car and unfortunately did not make it. I called pet passages and they quickly got me in touch with Scott. He came to my apartment within an hour of calling them to pick up my cat and have him cremated. It was a very hard day and Scott was very understanding of the situation. Nobody can prepare you for the death of a pet. But in the case of such tragedy I do recommend Pet Passages. They are also reasonable with price.

I can’t put in to words how professional, punctual, and caring Pet Passage was to me. When your pets dies nothing can truly prepare you. I called a few places and knew I had to keep looking. My next phone call was to Scott with pet Passeges.Immediately there was a difference in how he spoke with patients and understanding. So I choose Pet Passages. The web site has all packages and prices for you to pick what fits your budget. There are quite a few options. That was great, and I went ahead and pick what fit my situation.This was within the first hour of my dog’s passing. So I have it paid for, now I wait. Five minutes later I get a call from scott saying he will be 45 minutes. I am in shock how fast and a bit of trepidation cause ;wow that is fast.40 minutes I get a knock on my door, it’s Scott. I never meet him and he is treating me like family. He respectfully picked up my dog, and brought him to the transport. Absolutely wonderful experience. Prices are great and service was compassionate and caring. I had forgotten to cut a piece of my sweet girl Nara's fur after she passed. Our sweet girl of 15 years, Amera, crossed the rainbow bridge this week. My dog recently passed away. Before so, I did a bunch of research on different cremation places and called some. I wanted the best care for my dog. After calling Scott from Pet passages, I chose to go with them. I am so happy that I did. Scott was great! My dog passed on a Sunday and Scott went in despite being closed. When I got there he helped me get my dog out of the car and led us to a room in Pet passages to say our good byes. Pet passages is very clean and just has a relaxed feeling about it. I was able to pick my dog up the next day and received his ashes in a nice wooden box with his name, birthday and passing date. I also received his nose print, paw print and some of his furr. My 11 year old Zeus passed away sadly on June 23rd at 12:30am. I had previously spoken to Scott about what I would do in the event he would pass away (he was very sick). During this difficult time of losing my sweet precious Rozie, Shawn from Pet Passages made it much easier to leave her in his hands. I am so thankful for Shawn being there as a guardian angel for my Rozie Pozie. She was laid to rest well and in a quick and efficient manner. My baby Big Poppa passed away overnight June 5th .Needless to say I was so hurt. I called Pets of passages and was bawling my heart out. I believe Scott answered the phone and he consoled me . Firstly, I am truly sorry for your loss, and I hope things get better for you soon. I was having a really hard time trying to find an affordable crematorium that cremates birds after one of my parakeets passed. I was sent a link to PetPassages by a coworker and gave them a call. I spoke with Scott who not only was kind and empathetic, but he was able to give me a rundown for the cost without sounding like a cash vulture. Unfortunately two days after, my other parakeet passed, so I gave Scott a call back, explained my situation and asked if it were possible to have them cremated together. He said it wasn’t a problem so I went in with my mom and the experience was wonderful! The interaction felt very personal, genuine, and not at all transactional. We got an email after with the link to post pictures and start an obituary for my birds and even gave me a call to ask if I’d like to keep some of my babies feathers! I have been sharing how wonderful Pet Passages was during this most difficult day with friends and family, and I'm happy to be able to share it here as well. Scott was incredibly kind and thoughtful - I admired how gentle and caring he was, from the first phone call, to pickup and beyond. With three kids, it was an incredibly difficult morning, and I knew after the heartbreak of finding our sweet girl at 5:30am, having kids say goodbye, then shuttling them off to school - the thought of going through that pain again with them at 2:30 was too much to bear. I spoke to several other pet cremation services and it was looking like evening pick ups - my heart wouldn't be able to take it. Scott picked up on the first ring, understood how tough it is with kids - and was able to accommodate 11am.One beautiful moment that stood out to me was turning to him to say, "wow, this must be such a hard job, you see people at their worst." He turned to say, "no, I see people at their best." Indeed, a poignant moment I needed on such a tough day. Thank you Pet Passages for your kindness. I also had a wonderful experience at pickup with Scott's colleague who even asked how the kids were doing. I had a great experience with Pet Passages. My Tegu passed, and we weren't sure what to do with him, as he was a very large reptile. We talked to a few places who wanted way too much. Pet Passages was reasonably priced, and they got his remains back to me the very next day. They understood what he meant to us. When my dear cat passed away unexpectedly in the middle of the night, I did not know what to do. I found Pet Passages via a Google search and am so glad that I did. I called the number and Scott picked up! It was either 3 or 4 in the morning! He assured me that they would still be open in the morning ( a few hours away), even during a snow storm and that I could bring my baby in while I decide on our arrangements. Firstly, I am truly sorry for your loss, and I hope things get better for you soon. I was having a really hard time trying to find an affordable crematorium that cremates birds after one of my parakeets passed. I was sent a link to PetPassages by a coworker and gave them a call. I spoke with Scott who not only was kind and empathetic, but he was able to give me a rundown for the cost without sounding like a cash vulture. Unfortunately two days after, my other parakeet passed, so I gave Scott a call back, explained my situation and asked if it were possible to have them cremated together. He said it wasn’t a problem so I went in with my mom and the experience was wonderful! The interaction felt very personal, genuine, and not at all transactional. We got an email after with the link to post pictures and start an obituary for my birds and even gave me a call to ask if I’d like to keep some of my babies feathers! I would absolutely recommend bringing your angel babies here to guarantee the utmost care and consideration for their bodies and your grief. <3

My cat had passed away on a Sunday 1-14. I call a place that I used for my dog a few years ago and got no answer. I looked up on Google for pet cremation service where I found Pet Passages. I called and Shawn answered. I asked about his services and when could I transfer the body to him. He came out right away and picked her up. He was very nice and courteous and handled my baby's body with care. It was great service being a Sunday afternoon. I received a call 3 days later to go pick up the urn. They are very sympathetic and I would highly recommend them in a very sad time of loosing a family member.

Scott was very nice in answering all of our questions over the phone no matter how many times we called. Taken a family member to be cremated after their passing is a very hard thing to do. It’s your last goodbye with your fur baby and Scott made it a bit easier when we took my Daughter, Demi. He gave us all the time we needed to grieve in their grieving rooms, which are very nice and spacious. There were even refreshments available if you needed something. I have been sharing how wonderful Pet Passages was during this most difficult day with friends and family, and I'm happy to be able to share it here as well. Scott was incredibly kind and thoughtful - I admired how gentle and caring he was, from the first phone call, to pickup and beyond. With three kids, it was an incredibly difficult morning, and I knew after the heartbreak of finding our sweet girl at 5:30am, having kids say goodbye, then shuttling them off to school - the thought of going through that pain again with them at 2:30 was too much to bear. I spoke to several other pet cremation services and it was looking like evening pick ups - my heart wouldn't be able to take it. Scott picked up on the first ring, understood how tough it is with kids - and was able to accommodate 11am.One beautiful moment that stood out to me was turning to him to say, "wow, this must be such a hard job, you see people at their worst." He turned to say, "no, I see people at their best." Indeed, a poignant moment I needed on such a tough day. Thank you Pet Passages for your kindness. I also had a wonderful experience at pickup with Scott's colleague who even asked how the kids were doing. Thank you for your kind, gentle work, for both our pets and the broken hearts left behind - I couldn't recommend Pet Passages more.

I had a great experience with Pet Passages. My Tegu passed, and we weren't sure what to do with him, as he was a very large reptile. We talked to a few places who wanted way too much. Pet Passages was reasonably priced, and they got his remains back to me the very next day. They understood what he meant to us. They offer all different packages, and they have a very nice assortment of urns and mementos available.

When my dear cat passed away unexpectedly in the middle of the night, I did not know what to do. I found Pet Passages via a Google search and am so glad that I did. I called the number and Scott picked up! It was either 3 or 4 in the morning! He assured me that they would still be open in the morning ( a few hours away), even during a snow storm and that I could bring my baby in while I decide on our arrangements. They handled my Pookies passing with so much compassion and love and respect. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with the loss of a pet. The pricing is reasonable and affordable and they are very timely with the remains. They gave us a nose and paw imprints in a card with such sweet words. We received a clipping of her fur and her remains were beautifully packaged. I can go on and on about how satisfied I am with there services but give them a try and you will see for yourself.

I highly recommend this place. My cat Mr.Fatty died on 12/18 @4am and I was in search of a place that offers weekend/after-hour services. I called and left a voice mail and Shawn got back to me right away and was willing to leave his home to meet my family and me, as well as stay late when it was time for me to pick up my fur baby's ashes. He answered any questions I had and handled everything with care. This place is also very affordable in my opinion and I like that they have an area for you to sit with your pet to say your final goodbyes. So if at any point you find yourself searching for a place to have your pet cremated this is the place. Shawn was a great help!

We recently lost our dear Raven after a short battle with cancer. I called Scott from Pet Passages and he immediately picked her up, gave us more time when he saw we needed it, and took Raven to be cremated.We received two days later her cremains in a beautiful cherry urn, a paw print in clay, and nose and paw print in ink. He also gave us some clippings of fur.Through it all, Scott was very professional and caring. He listened to my concerns and never tried to upsell.
