Definitely recommend Heavenly paws my beloved Fuffee passed away unexpectedly and they were very patient and understanding with me. They were able to assist me the same day. There was no pressure on doing any type of service which I really appreciate they are not looking just to get a money out of you. They even allow you to spend time with your baby alone in a room to say your final goodbyes. They offer Wide variety of urns To choose from and they also let you know step-by-step the process of everything. They even followed up with me to see How I was doing after the passing of Fuffee. I really do appreciate all the professionalism and kindness They have to offer thank you again for everything.

I can't say enough about Heavenly Paws. From the minute I walked in, I felt a sense of peace and calm. I knew my Archie was in good hands and it takes a lot for me to trust. Doug was fantastic and soooo caring. He explained everything and made sure Archie was well taken care of before, during and after. He did sooooo right by my Archie. I will go out of my way to use Heavenly Paws . Bless you, Doug and family, you're all gems! Forever grateful, The Ramsay Family

I was so distraught when I learned my beloved dog, November was diagnosed with cancer (1-10-25). I took her home and spoiled her rotten. I contacted Kristen the very next day and she was wonderful in helping me deal with the upcoming loss of my dog. November collapsed on February 1, 2025, and I called Kristen bawling my eyes out. She was very respectful and helped me through the passing of November. I called at 6pm and I was met at 7pm at the Heavenly paws facility to entrust them with the care of November. They treated her with so much care and respect. I could not ask for a better experience. They were so understanding and patient with me while I was crying my eyes out trying to give them my information. I would definitely recommend heavenly paws when it's your pets turn to cross the rainbow bridge. one thousand stars. You guys are amazing!

HIGHLY recommend heavenly paws for any person who suffers the loss of a fur baby, they took absolute amazing care of my fur baby Peanut when she passed away. The absolute most kind people who truly care, understand, and want to help you the best they can through the process. We had our fur baby cremated and also did the hair clippings, we had her ashes back the day after we took her in. Thank you so much Heavenly Paws!
