My sister worked for one of the vet’s offices in the area and recommended Creekside when my best friend of 13 1/2 years passed away.Losing a pet can be just as painful as losing a human. You attach a lot of memories to them, especially if you were with them for a long time.I wanted my Bandit to be cremated so I can keep him next to his brother who passed 10 years ago.Creekside was very gentle with their interactions and very very affordable.I definitely recommend to anyone who has lost a beloved pet.Thank you for being so kind.

I can't say enough good things about Creekside Cemetery and Crematorium. You can bring your deceased pets directly to them, and have them cremated for $$$ hundreds less than your veterinarian will charge you. They are kind and compassionate people. Chad is an excellent owner. Bring flowers for your pet and get that last photo together. They also do paw prints for extra charges. They are truly compassionate people.

Our dog Bootsy just passed 1/10/25. In the past we have dropped our beloved pet at the vet and pick up ashes days or weeks later, reliving the experience. Our vet recently retired, I took to FB for an answer. Creekside was recommended. Starting from the phone call to the cremation room to pickup of ashes a few hours later, the staff was so caring both to us and Bootsy. We were able to stay with her until the moment she would be cremated. Thank you. ♥️ 🌈 🐾

Family cat passed. Very hard on us. Rich was compassionate, caring, and professional. Paw print beautifully done. Ashes in nice tight box. Sweetly done certificate. Wonderful service during a time of loss.

I would greatly recommend this crematory. They were very respectful and accommodating after our family Rottweiler passed away. They understood our situation and gave our girl her special final resting place that she deserves.

My dog passed away two nights ago. They are closed on Sundays. So I had to wait. I made an appointment for today to get her cremated. They are very kind and understanding. I have her ashes in a urn. They really went our of their way to make sure everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend coming here. The urn was nicely packaged and the bag is nice as well. Come here if you want people who understand what you are going through with a loss and comfort you.

My dog had to be laid to rest & I took it upon myself to bring her to the pet cemetery for a private cremation for many reason due to cost & it's something I wanted to do.Im so happy I choose this place I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands they took her in & they waited for me because I was stuck in traffic... Thank you so much for the hard work you guys do it's very much appreciated. Highly recommend

We’ve used Creekside twice. Both times they were wonderful. Very caring and fast. My dog passed late afternoon. The thought of having to keep her overnight was devastating. I called and they were getting ready to close, but told me if I could get there within an hour they would wait for me. That meant the world to me. Highly recommend.

Was in Pa w my fiance, her parents and their elder service dog Benji for a funeral. When Benji passed in his sleep the morning of the wake. We had NO idea what to do or where to turn. My fiance made multiple calls and a local vet suggested Creekside. They were a GOD send. Compassionate and understanding. They took Benji and we picked up his ashes the following day. They truly cared about our situation and helped us in our time of need. Highly recommend these gentlemen if you need this kind of service.

My dog joy, was battling cancer, she lost her fight. Our deviation was met with a humbled and compassionate staff. They are affordable, clean, quick, and truly professional. The gentleman even was waiting in the snow and wind for us. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

My sweet kitty Cookies passed this week after 16 long loving years with me. Although it was devastating, the process was made much smoother by the great people at Creekside. Rick is the best. He was very compassionate and caring every step of the way and made sure that my family and I were comfortable the whole time. I recently lost a "stray" cat that I had been trying to domesticate and my vet wanted over $300 to privately cremate a less than 4lb cat and take the ashes back. The guys at Creekside did it for a fraction of the cost and I had my cat back within 24 hours. They only do private cremations and they truly understand compassion! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The staff at Creekside are so caring and compassionate. Losing a loved pet is one of the most difficult things a pet parent has to go through. Knowing they are cared for during their final journey gave me a sigh of relief. Each pet is cremated individually and their ashes given to you the same day. Unlike the cremation services through the vet, your furbaby isn’t sitting in a freezer until the crematory has their once a week pick up. Also, even if you choose and pay extra for individual cremation you really don’t know for sure if you are getting only your pet’s ashes when using the vet crematory. There is none of these worries with Creekside. Also the cost is well below the crematories the vets use. I can’t recommend them enough. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We made the painful decision to put our 14 year old beagle-mix down after learning she had terminal cancer. She was failing quickly; chemotherapy would have only given her a month or two and we decided not to put her through it. We were aware of Creekside Pet Crematory and went online to find the exact location in Stroudsburg PA. As it turned out, they are located approximately 10 minutes from our veterinarian's office. We called Creekside that morning and the gentleman we spoke with was so understanding and helpful. He quoted prices for us and told us since we would be bringing her in early in the afternoon, we could have her remains later on that day. This is what we chose to do. We knew for sure we would be getting our dog's remains back. We drove right from our vet's office to Creekside. The gentlemen at Creekside were so compassionate and let us take all the time needed to say goodbye. We picked-up our dog's remains later in the afternoon. Beautiful urns and containers were available for her, but we already have one that contains the remains of our previous dog and we planned on using that one for both dogs. We were under no pressure whatsoever to purchase a new urn. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs this service as it took one worry away from this devastating process.

When you send your dog to be cremated at the vet and receive them at least a week later, even if you pay the extra to have them done individually, you really don't know if you're getting your dog's ashes back. At Creekside, they only do one animal at a time, and you can see that their incinerator is big enough for one animal. What comforting is that you get your pet back within just a few hours. The staff was very caring and gentle with our boy that it made saying goodbye slightly easier for us. I recommend Creekside for anyone who wants their pet individually cremated with same day returns of the ashes.

We lost our 7 month old Maltese baby Oliver very suddenly to a brain aneurysm on Sunday night. We were absolutely destroyed. I cannot thank Creekside enough for the compassion, delicacy, patience and gentleness they displayed while I painstakingly picked out an urn, necklace for my baby Olivers ashes and signed the paperwork. We were able to witness our baby Oliver go into the crematorium and then we left. We returned about an hour later and he was ready to come home. Creekside not only helped us get the closure we needed but also showed us there are people out there who truly have a heart to be there for the bereaved. I will never forget the experience. Don't hesitate to contact them with any questions, ect. They truly are there to help you along this horrendous and painful journey of saying "See you later" to your precious companion. Thank you, Creekside.

My two year old pocket pit passed away suddenly from a heart attack just two nights ago, and my husband and I made the decision to have him cremated, since we're renting and didn't want to bury him here. He was such an important part of our family and Creekside treated him as such. The gentlemen were very compassionate and informative, answering all of our questions about the process and giving us as much time as we needed to say goodbye.The price was very reasonable, which was a relief because my husband and I are young and just starting out and I was afraid we weren't going to have enough money to cremate him. They do give you a nice container at no extra charge, and have lovely urns for sale but do not at all pressure you into making any purchase on the spot. We were also able to get our dogs remains that same day. Their care and compassion made this a helpful step of our grieving process, and I'm glad we chose Creekside during this hard time.

Two weeks ago my fur baby passed away and we decided to have her cremated. I can't thank Creekside enough for helping me through this difficult time. Everyone there was so compassionate. They didn't rush me out and let me take my time in saying goodbye. They even gave our fur baby back to us the same day! This past Saturday was the worst day of my life. I lost my best friend Luke. I was able to get to Creekside early enough to get his ashes that day. The guys were very understanding and supportave. I know I was a wreck and it took my wife 10 min to pry me away from my baby. Thank you guys so much for giving me the time to say goodbye and dealing with my craziness.
