10/10. I came across Paws & Remember through a Google search after my 11 year olds rabbit passed away unexpectedly. I called, the guy who answered the phone was super kind, they got me in the same day to bring him down. My daughter picked out what she wanted, when I picked up Spots remains everything was so beautifully wrapped. My daughter even got a little book with some of his hair attached at the back which was super nice. Definitely a great place!

It was a Saturday no vets open to take our poor little buddy who passed over the rainbow bridge. She passed at home. What do you do with a dog until Monday. We thought our only choice was an hour drive or more to have her taken care of. My daughter found Paws and Remember. She called left a message. The owner called back and gave us a time to meet him. He didn’t have to open for us but he did. He was great and very patient with us. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much Jeff.

Twice in 10 months we had to say goodbye to a beloved pet. While I have never dealt with Paws & Remember directly, each time we were lucky enough to have a home euthanasia and our vet, Pocono Mobile, arranged everything. What we received back was beautiful and packaged with great care. The quality of the wooden urn, inscribed with each dog's name, is very good. We also ordered shadowbox style frames that encase a paw impression they make onsite, has the pet's name beautifully etched in the glass, and a place for a photo. The booklets and locks of fur were a thoughtful, additional touch. I have been very satisfied with their services.

We lost our five year old Rottweilers to bone cancer, our vet uses Paws and remember for their cremation. When we got her remains back we were very satisfied with everything. From the presentation of the bag, box with her name engraved and a keepsake booklet that we can record details about her. They also presented us with some of her fur in the back of the remembered booklet.

I’ve had 3 cats cremated here and I’m always satisfied with their service. They are so respectful and they really made the grieving process easier for me and my family. Miss my fur babies and I appreciate having them back with me 🕊️

Highly highly recommend this place to deal with your pet memorials. They took excellent care of my hamster, and all the little gifts included with the cremation were exactly what I needed. They're very compassionate and understanding, timely and personable. They listen to details and requests you may have. I had zero problems at all with them, and I'm very happy I chose them to help keep me and my buddy together

I recently lost my precious 13 year old cat, Lydia. I was so upset that I didn't think to ask the vet for a clipping of her fur. I picked my girl up today at my vet's office and while paging thru the keepsake booklet I came upon the bag with Lydia's fur. This absolutely broke me and elated me at the same time. Such a personal touch put forth by Paws and Remember. Thank you so much for your caring and thought!Diane Smith

10/10!!! My boyfriend and I lost our baby suddenly and they made the process as easy as it could be in a very hard situation and got us right in. The girl we met with was very patient and caring, and we got our baby back in no time in a beautiful manner nonetheless. Thank you Paws & Remember!!! Don't go anywhere else if you want your cherished baby in the right hands

We had to say goodbye to our companion of 15 years. The vet took care of the process and we received the remains a few days later. It was packaged beautifully. There was information on grief counseling and our Cat was in a beautiful box. But the best thing was the fur cutting they included. I wanted to ask the vet if we could keep some of his fur, but we were beside ourselves with grief at the time and it felt kind of morbid to ask. I’m so happy with the care and respect shown to us and our friend, Cat.

The feeling is that you’re at home. Most important your pet will never be cremated in a “group”. This is a perfect, small town, compassionate place to pay respect to your animal. I’ve brought all my precious pets here in our time of need. Miss Faberge.

Will forever be grateful for the wonderful people who work here. They cremated my cat mogwai, I discovered they gave me a small baggie full of his hair. He meant very much to me so seeing and feeling his hair again is so comforting.

I took my baby boy there and the staff was excellent and understanding. They gave me his paw print but what meant the most was the clip of fur they also gave me. Also if you’re having a hard time with your fur baby’s passing they provide you with some support groups which helped me.

Had pet pass and called them as vet referred them. Person told my wife to put our dog in back of car to keep cool until the next day. I would never recommend them and will also ask out vet how the could recommend this place. We obviously went elsewhere to place in Watsontown and recommend others to do the same!

I just brought my Blue home today. I can not say enough about paws to remember! Every little personal touch said that he was cremated with compassion and dignity. Right down to the lock of fur. I loved him so very much....and it sets my heart and mind at ease to know he was very well taken care of. From the bottom of my heart....thank you!!

I was referred to this business by a friend, who said they were attentive caring people. I found their website and asked several questions when I was inconsolable over my pending loss. I never euthanized a pet, but knew she was critically suffering. Knowing my obligations and inability to honor her remains I sought guidance and advice. In the bereavement business, one should expect prompt responsiveness. Over a week, and they never responded. I don't trust them and would encourage you to do the same. It reminds me of a place that would throw your pet in a trash can and send you cigarette ashes. I rate them a zero.

We used this place thru our Vetcetera when we put our dog Roxie to sleep. They did such a beautiful job! From the box that holds her ashes that has her name carved into the the top of it, all the way down to the wrapping paper around the box and the little ribbon tied around the bad handles that have little paw prints on it! They even sent me a "thinking of you" card! Which was so sweet of them to take the time to do! But what touched me the most and had me in tears was in the back of this little booklet they give you, was a small baggie that they had put some of Roxie's fur in! If you have to deal with the heartache of having a pet put to sleep this is the place to use! I've never seen people who were so sympathetic and caring to a complete stranger than these people!!

I have used them through my vet that i was with at the time plus I have taken my animals that passed at home there to be cremated. They are reasonable priced. I would definitely recommend them to my family & friends!

We have used their services on multiple occasions. Both times, they were very attentive, and compassionate to us about our loss.They were very helpful, and thoughtful.Never an issue, and always willing to speak with us at anytime.

Found out through a worker there that they do mass cremations on animals to keep there costs down. You don;t get your actual pet back. troubles me at the heart to learn this.

Attempted to contact these people using 2 different avenues of correspondence. Either they never check their email or messages or they just don't care enough to respond. After 2 weeks of waiting, no response whatsoever.
