I can't speak highly enough of cherished companions and the lovely people who work there. Mrs Angelene and Mr Ted along with Mr Bill are the best ,most compassionate people I have met .When I lost my Bella they were so extremely helpful . Between picking out an urn and getting paw prints made for her really made the best of an unfortunate event . I got to say goodbye to her one last time and I got her back within daysAbsolutely would recommend 10/10Thank you for everything you did for me and for all of our fur babies

Cherished Companions was a great comfort and wonderful when our cat Benjamin passed away on 4/25. We just picked him up, and the bag, sympathy card, and included certificate were a very sweet touch. They have a beautiful selection of urns and ways to memorialize pets. I can't recommend them enough!

Cherished Companions Pet Memorial Center provided an exceptional service that truly honored our beloved dog, Brooklyn. From start to finish, the compassion and professionalism they demonstrated was heartwarming and reassuring during such a difficult time. Our sweet Daisy girl passed on 1/20/23 at 12.5 years old. While it was heart-breaking to say goodbye- our experience with Cherished Companions made our parting and memory of her very beautiful. Angeline was amazing from my first call with her all the way through the collecting of Daisy's ashes. I was devastated when I had to put down my dog Jack, my best furry friend of 14 years. I knew that I wanted to have him cremated, and saw the wonderful reviews for Cherished Companions Pet Memorial Center. I was hesitant because the whole situation was new to me, since Jack was the first dog that I had owned, and I wasn't sure how I would be treated regarding my wishes for him. The owner was absolutely wonderful. She treated my dog with such respect, and was so kind to me throughout the whole process. She made beautiful paw print keepsakes for me, along with a personalized urn, and was so supportive about what I was going through. She didn't make me feel like a crazy pet parent, but rather a grieving person who had lost a loved one, which is how every pet owner wants to be treated. She is clearly passionate about helping people through the difficult time that follows the loss of a pet, and put forth such care and effort in making sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted it. I truly appreciated everything she did, and I absolutely recommend this place to those who are in need of a respectful, caring final resting place for their beloved furry friends.

I have dealt with cherished companions in the past, and most recently with my Mom's German Shepherd. Although I have dealt with the owners in the past, this time I dealt with a new employee named Bill. The owners are compassionate people as well. Bill turned out to be just as compassionate for our loss and most professional in our dealings with him. I would highly recommend Cherished Companions to anyone experiencing the grief of the loss of a cherished pet. They give you a cremation certificate, and you are assured that your pet will be cremated with no other animals, insuring that the remains are those of your pet and only your pet. Thank you Bill and Cherished Companions for your professionalism as well as your tender compassion at a very difficult time.

So Satisfied.My wife and I had to make the hardest decision of our life's as we had to put down are beloved ZEUS for it was his time to go. It was on a Monday we made that decision and we were waiting for the Veterinarian Office to call, that is where we planned to pick up his ashes. On Thursday we decided to take a ride up to the Memorial unannounced because we needed him home with us again. We felt so bad going there without calling first but the gentleman that came to us was so understanding and made us feel so good and comforting, and we were able to bring our beloved Zeus home with us.We will never forget the wonderful experience at Cherished Companions and we will always use their services.Thank You so much for being there for us.

Sadly for us due to either a pet with an incurable non operational illness, or old age, our cats had to go to Rainbow Bridge within a period of three years. The heartbreak we felt at the loss of three cats within three years was unbearable. They were our world, our babies.Each time we needed the assistance with putting our fur babies to their final rest, we contacted Cherished Companions for assistance.There are no finer or more compassionate people who truly understand how the death of a pet affects one emotionally & physically. From the first contact & all the way through, Angeline offered us her deepest sympathy, compassion & guidance as we moved through the entire processing of gently letting go of our fur babies. Angeline's professionalism was outstanding.We found the pet funeral home to be spotlessly clean, from the greeting area to the pet visitation final goodbye area to be immaculateWe were able to hold & cuddle them, kiss them, & shed tears within the confines of a lovely room in complete privacy with no rush, spending as much time with them as we felt we needed, before letting them go to their final rest.Our babies cremains were returned to us in a container we selected....from many options, within a reasonable amount of time. I cannot say enough good about Cherished Companions. Our two year old lop eared rabbit tragically developed a brain tumor and needed to be put to sleep. From the moment we called to make arrangements, the employees here were very kind-hearted and caring. We were able to say our final goodbye in a comfortable parlor-type room and the following day picked up our little bunny's cremains. Cherished Companions truly added to our comfort during this horrific time. I would give a 10 star review!

These amazing people couldn't have been more amazing, losing our little guy was hard even though he was very old (in dog years). Losing a 'pet' is hard as losing any loved ones, we where offered a viewing and where able to pick a beautiful urn for our fur baby. I couldn't thank them enough, the viewing helped cope but still a heavy heart but they where so helpful kind and accommodating.

Once we said goodbye to our best friend, we wanted her remains cremated. We looked online for a place nearby since we brought her home from the vet's office and wanted to bring her to the crematorium ourselves and wait for the process to be done. We found Cherished Companions Pet Memorial Center in the industrial complex in Pittston. From the first call I made there to our walk out the door, Charlene and Angelina (please forgive me if names are close but not correct---my focus was not clear that day) were the most gracious and accommodating hosts and advisors. Their empathy is genuine and their calm, comforting, patient demeanor helped guide us through this heart wrenching experience. I would write details but the memory is still too raw and writing this out is quite difficult as we are very private people. I only am writing to give others who may find themselves distraught in this situation a bit of reassurance that this family will attend to both your needs and the needs of your dearly departed as well. We felt as if we brought Bay to a place we'd been with her dozens of times...very peaceful, welcoming, comforting.We didn't use this part of their service, but they coordinate with a local traveling vet who will come to your house for in-home euthanasia, and then they will collect your pet when you are ready for them to do so.Price was not a consideration for us in this particular situation, but for the sake of any reading this review and wondering, the price was extremely reasonable. We felt that our girl was treated with the highest respect and gentle loving care.

The staff at Cherished Companions Pet Memorial Center is amazing. They’re so kind hearted and understanding. They amount of care they use with our past furry loved ones is amazing. My wife and I brought 3 of our pets here to be cremated. One of our cats, Geppetto, and our two chinchillas, Chili Pepper & Jalapeño who both passed away within weeks of each other. We wanted Chili Pepper & Jalapeño to be together in the same urn and they went above and beyond to meet our request. We will forever be grateful for their kindness and services. Thank you ❤️

We lost our daughter on August 9th. She was cremated with the services provided by my veterinarian. She was not cremated at Cherished companions.After Maddie's passing, my mother wanted to purchase a piece of memorial jewelry she found on line for me, however she needed some of my girls ashes for the jewelery. My Boyfriend, Maddie's daddy, called every where he could to see if he could find someone to open and then reseal Maddie's urn. They were about to travel to Quakertown where her services were provided, when he found Cherished Companions.Angeline and Ed could not have been more helpful, kind, compassionate or generous. My mother purchased a beautiful piece of jewelry there that I absolutely love and thanks to Ed, some of my baby will always be with me wherever I go. Thank you both very much!My boyfriend and I have since returned once again to purchase a memorial piece for him.I will forever be so grateful to Angeline and Ed.If we are to ever be in such need again, there is no one I would trust more.Thank you both again from the bottom of my heart and soul.

I called the day I had to put down my 13 yr old bunny. Brian was so understanding and kind as he explained everything to me clearly as I sobbed. He was patient and calm and exactly what any pet owner needs at that moment. I had delays in going to pick up my baby, and they said they'd hold him bo problem and if at any point I just wanted to make sure everything was still okay I could call. Terrible to have to call about these things, but Brian honestly made the whole experience as good as it could be.
