So today was one of the worst days of my world. I lost my beautiful Samhain and thank you to Philip and Oak Crest for treating my boy like a real member of my family and not just a "pet or property." They truly made a horrible day a little better by the care and compassion they showed during my grief.I have had other crematorium just hand my pet back in the urn with a brown paper bag and a here's your pet, have a nice day. Here they actually said thank you for entrusting the care of your beloved pet to us an allowing us to take care of them.I came with my baby and bc I traveled a distance they preformed his cremation the same day and I brought him home.I would recommend these folks to anyone and I have other pets that when it their time I will bring them back.Their prices are reasonable and comparable to others, but their compassion and caring far exceeds many.Thank you again!

Such wonderful and compassionate staff! Philip was so empathetic & kind. He made the process of cremating three of my beloved furry best friends over four years so much less painful due to his compassion and excellent service. Best place to entrust your beloved pets to. He was so nice to us when we were finally able to bring in my sweet boy Max after being frozen while passing away during covid. We were told in advance the wait would be a little longer and he explained everything to us so nicely. My mother went in to pick him up and even though we didn't purchase an urn he sent him back to us in a perfect little urn because of how long it took us to bring him in he thought it might've taken me awhile to pick an urn for him. I couldn't have asked for a better person to go to and I'm happy I could finally bring my boy home for good. I will always remember this experience.

Philip was an absolute pleasure to work with and made a difficult time as easy to deal with as can reasonably be expected. He was tremendously friendly and very accommodating, he handled my dog with great care, and gave us as much private time as needed to say a final goodbye. Additionally, the Donatelli staff (I asked a pair of passing laborers in the yard for directions to Philip's office) were beyond polite and respectful, guiding me to where I needed to be and expressing their sympathies for my loss. This service was not cheap, but it was worth every single penny for the pleasant dealings, the prompt service, and the confidence that the cremains I received were those of my dog.

Philip went above and beyond what I could have ever expected with our Burt. We called and asked if we would be able to drop him off late one night and without hestiation, he said he would stay late and be there when we got there. Well our appointment time got moved up, earlier in the day, and we let Philip know that. When we arrived there with our precious Burt, Philip was so sincere and caring when taking him off of our hands. He handled him with such care, which was so reassuring for us. We dropped him off at 3:15 and by 5:00, we were on our way back home. I always thought that it would take so much longer to be able to get the ashes back. It is so comforting to know that we didn't have to leave Burt anywhere for weeks at a time. We got to have him back in his own home the same day! I will recommend Oak Crest to anyone who, unfortunately has to go through this difficult process! We can officially start our grieving process with our boy being home.

Not only was this one of the most affordable places I found, but they could not have been more kind and accommodating as well. My pet rat Albert passed away and the same day I was able to have him cremated. The owner met with us and was very kind and respectful. He assured us Albert would be cremated individually and would be treated like his own pet. He exceeded my expectations. He did the cremation himself and we were able to take our Albert home within an hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for making something so hard so much easier.

Philip Donatelli at Oak Crest was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I lost my sweet boy of 15 years in May and stumbled across Oak Crest on Google and I am so thankful that I did. Philip stayed open late to accommodate us since we were not in the area. They handled my Chico with care and had the services finished in just over an hour. While we waited, we were able to go to dinner and go back when we were finished to pick up his ashes and urn. Philip helped console us and was so compassionate & kind which was exactly what we needed that day. We ended up talking for hours! I would highly recommend Oak Crest to anyone looking for pet cremation services. Very affordable prices & extremely helpful with urn selection. My favorite part of the experience was that Philip helped me select an urn that would fit all of my dogs together when the time comes. Thank you Oak Crest from the bottom of our hearts!

The people at Oak Crest treated me and my pet woth dignity and respect, and gave me comfort knowing my bird was in the hands of someone I could trust. They were busy, but made time for my little guy. We lost our oldest family pet, a 22-year-old cat called Gizmo. Philip was most professional in receiving my request and handling my cat's body, and returned her ashes in a plastic bag, which is wrapped in a velvet bag inside a box. I received a receipt when we dropped off Gizmo, and a certificate of cremation when we picked her up after 2 hours. Philip is not a man of many words, but absolutely a gentleman who treated us and our cat with dignity, respect, and compassion. I would recommend Philip's service to any pet owner who has suffered a loss and wishes to find comfort in knowing that their pet will be treated with respect.

Obviously, Oak Crest isn't a place you want to have to go to. But for the situation we were in, this facility really was wonderful. The gentleman, Philip, who helped us take care of my cat, was very kind, compassionate, and gentle. He was quick to preface and quick to agree that an urn wasn't at all necessary, especially since we're scattering her ashes (a sales pitch I was definitely afraid of going into the conversation, but he handled it really well).The service itself was a shockingly good value (which feels weird to say!), as compared to the last time I had to make end-of-life plans through my vet and a third party. Comparatively affordable, and her remains were ready within a few hours after I dropped her off, as opposed to the few weeks I'd experienced before. It's also very comforting to know that they *only* do single-service cremation, so I felt a lot more confident that it was definitely her ashes I was getting back.So yeah, I'd hardly be thrilled to have to be a return customer. But, you know, mortality... I'll definitely remember Oak Crest for the future.

We drove and hour and a half based on the positive reviews. Phillip was professional and kind, we never felt rushed or pressured. The price was fair and we felt comfortable entrusting our baby's final journey with Oak Crest. We were able to pick our girl up 2 hours later and take her home, in the event we need the service in the future we will return to Oak Crest. It was the best decision we never wanted to make.

Phil and his team were wonderful. I’m always so thankful for people who take pride in their role, he very much understands the importance of love & respect in the after care of your pet. Our Alpha was 150lbs and we put him to rest at our home. Phil picked him up and we had him returned to us the same day. We opted for the cremation to ensure it would be just our dogs ashes that were returned to us and they were kind enough to give us a certificate with proof. No one wants to drag this process out so they were able to give us a full turn around in less than 5 hours. Thank you for helping us through this day.

Oak Crest Cremation was absolutely wonderful. When my husband and I arrived with our angel Monty, Phillip came out to greet us and help us with our angel. He treat us and Monty with such respect and honor. The cremation took about a hour and we were able to take Monty back home the same day. Phillip explained everything in great detail with what will happen and had simple urns on-site. It makes you feel at ease knowing your animal is taken care of with such respect. Thank you Phillip.

I lost my cat unexpectedly at 3 years old. Oak Crest popped up in my search results and I was impressed to see nothing but 5 star reviews. I called and spoke with Philip who gave me pricing and info. I took her in the next day. He was very friendly, kind and compassionate. They only do private cremations here (your pet is cremated individually and remains are not mixed with others). They offered a variety of beautiful urns and boxes. They are very reasonably priced as well. I had a very good experience here and would recommend Oak Crest for anyone considering cremation for a pet.

One of my pets passed away so I called to see if they could help cremate her. They were extremely professional and compassionate over the phone and in person. I wasn’t able to get there until after their drop off hours, but without missing a beat they told me to come when it was best for me. I dropped her off at 4:30pm and her ashes were ready for me to pickup by 5:30pm. I cannot thank this company enough for making me feel at peace. Would 100% recommend anyone to use this company for their animals.

I couldn't have been happier with the compassionate and quick care our family received from Philip at OakCrest. We had never had a pet cremated before, so didn't quite know what to expect, but my dog had been with me nearly 18 years, 2/3 of my life, so I wanted the best for her. We did call OakCrest first, but after calling only one other place and speaking to them, we were so off-put by their sales pitches and predatory up-sells on their services that we called OakCrest right back. Philip went above and beyond to accommodate us, and I can't thank him enough for that. Chloe was picked up, cremated in a private service, and returned to us in nice packaging, with a certificate, within 24 hours for an extremely fair price. We had to call them on 3 different occasions and they always answered their phones. I would recommend this place to anyone.. great customer service. Losing a pet is very stressful and they will take good care of you and put you at ease.

Updated: I have now used Phillip's services for 2 of my ferrets and had to take our cat in recently. It had been about 1.5 yrs since we last went here but Phillip remembered us and was just ad compassionate and respectful as we remembered. The way he talks about the process and our pet brings such comfort knowing our pets are treated with the upmost respect in such a difficult time.I also feel it is important to note they do private cremations, meaning the ashes you receive is your pet, and your pet only. Beware of lower cost options that do not offer private cremations.Older review:Phillip was incredibly respectful and professional from the moment I called him. He was very transparent and spoke with such respect for the process. He carefully chose his words to reflect the difficult process. We felt so comfortable trusting phillip with our little ferret and felt he really had compassion for families losing their pet. The process took about 1 hour. Highly recommend for anyone who unfortunately is in need for this service.

After one last visit to the vet yesterday, my husband and I brought our deceased 18-year-old lab to Oak Crest. While our vet does do private cremation, they couldn't absolutely guarantee the ashes we'd receive would be solely of our pet even if we wanted a private cremation, since they use a third-party (which makes sense) and it would take up to two weeks to receive her back. We decided this wasn't the best option for us and started a new search.We found Oak Crest through Google, and after seeing other Google reviews and calling the Crematory and speaking to Philip Donatelli on the phone, we decided this would be the best option for us. While we initially felt a bit anxious about taking her body to the crematory ourselves after the vet (Oak Crest DOES offer to pick-up), our vet had carefully placed her inside a small cardboard coffin and loaded her in our car, which Philip then unloaded for us when we arrived at Oak Crest. It was a bit of a relief to not have to handle our deceased babe!Philip was so kind and comforting, answered all of our questions, and we found great peace in seeing the facility and knowing exactly where she'd be cremated. Philip told us he would have her ready for us in 2 hours. So we returned then, picked up her little 4"x4" box, and returned home. (Oak Crest offers other urns and memorials at an additional cost, which we had declined) We paid $150 out-the-door and our total timeline from our arrival at the vet in Lawrenceville, to Oak Crest, back to home was a mere 4 hours. Seriously, amazing.I have to say that for your pet, a special member of your household, it's extremely sweet to know where/how/who is handling them at every point in this process. Our day yesterday truly couldn't have been more seamless or special and that was thanks in part to Oak Crest, whom I would highly recommend to any one I know.

I lost my Beloved Pit Bull Rocky after 11yrs to cancer. Phil was the most compassionate and understanding Person I ever met! I had just put my dog through surgery due to his illness and he died like two months before Christmas! I explained to Phil that money was tight and he let me do installments! I was so Grateful to him because I didn’t have the money up front! He truly Blessed me and my Family because Rocky Came Home for Christmas! Our sweet Boxer Rambo past over the weekend. Unfortunately for us, our vet was closed but I was given advice to take him to a crematory. I called Oak Crest, who at the time was closing sooner than I could get there. The Gentleman on the phone was sincere & understanding stating that he would stay until I got there, which I thought was very kind. He apologized for not being able to have our dog ready until the following Monday, which I thought was another un-necessary gesture, as I would never have expected them to have him ready so quickly. In a difficult & sad time for my family & I, this organization was very helpful & extremely kind. Would recommend them to everyone.

I have a rule that if one of my pets passes away then I will be the one to escort them to the crematorium. I just don't like leaving it to any else to take care of. I found Oak Crest two years ago and their service was amazing. Phil the owner was incredibly kind and professional. Unfortunately I had to call on their services again recently and the experience was exactly the same. I highly recommend Oak Crest.

My dog died over two months ago. We were told we would get a call when she was available for pick up. When we called to inquire about her ashes Michael told us that he tried to call us but does not leave messages. Which makes absolutely no sense. So when we asked about her ashes he asked what her name was “We told him Lily”. Michael says “yes lily's right here” conveniently on the desk. Then he asked “how much did the dog weigh? Was it over 75 pounds?” (Our dog was easily over 150 pounds. Impossible detail to miss if you had to transfer or cremate her body). We said “yes” and he told us that it would be $350 dollars. Unfortunately I am afraid that they have already lost my dog but more disturbingly it seemed they were ready to just give me any dogs ashes. Our dog should’ve been listed under our name anyway. Not her pet name. At least have some respect for people dealing with the loss of a pet. Count your days Michael.

I definitely reccomend this place to anybody who is considering cremating their beloved pet. We had a sudden loss of our first pet rat, Stewart. We began searching for places, and Oak Crest Pet Crematory popped up. We called and spoke to Phil, who was very kind and understanding. When we arived we were shown where to go and given excellent service and tons of available options to carry and remember our furry friend. We appreciated the sympathy and quick service. We received him back within a couple hours. I highly recommend Oak Crest Pet Crematory to anybody considering cremation.

Updated: I have now used Phillip's services for 2 of my ferrets and had to take our cat in recently. It had been about 1.5 yrs since we last went here but Phillip remembered us and was just ad compassionate and respectful as we remembered. The way he talks about the process and our pet brings such comfort knowing our pets are treated with the upmost respect in such a difficult time.I also feel it is important to note they do private cremations, meaning the ashes you receive is your pet, and your pet only. Beware of lower cost options that do not offer private cremations.Older review:Phillip was incredibly respectful and professional from the moment I called him. He was very transparent and spoke with such respect for the process. He carefully chose his words to reflect the difficult process. We felt so comfortable trusting phillip with our little ferret and felt he really had compassion for families losing their pet. The process took about 1 hour. Highly recommend for anyone who unfortunately is in need for this service.

Phil put us at ease and despite the fact that we had come at the end of his working day, he still managed to get his ashes back to us the same day(working late for us).It made me feel SO much better to return home with the ashes the same day. Words can not express my gratitude for this business. I lost my sweet baby angel guinea pig last night. This place goes above and beyond for you. They're sympathetic, kind, and help you through what we all know is one of the hardest things you can ever go through. I arrived with my guinea pig and was able to take her ashes home in less than an hour. Not to mention it's a private cremation. They don't upsell you, they don't haggle you. Instead, they understand your pain and they're there to make the hardest of transitions as easy as possible.If you are going through the tough hardships of losing your pet, please do not search anywhere else. The prices were the lowest, wish it could have been lower. Our dog only weighed 62 pounds by the time he died and $175 for cremation is a lot right for right now. But that's life things don't happen the way you want them to or our dog would still be here. The staff was very attentive and supportive.

After one last visit to the vet yesterday, my husband and I brought our deceased 18-year-old lab to Oak Crest. While our vet does do private cremation, they couldn't absolutely guarantee the ashes we'd receive would be solely of our pet even if we wanted a private cremation, since they use a third-party (which makes sense) and it would take up to two weeks to receive her back. We decided this wasn't the best option for us and started a new search.We found Oak Crest through Google, and after seeing other Google reviews and calling the Crematory and speaking to Philip Donatelli on the phone, we decided this would be the best option for us. While we initially felt a bit anxious about taking her body to the crematory ourselves after the vet (Oak Crest DOES offer to pick-up), our vet had carefully placed her inside a small cardboard coffin and loaded her in our car, which Philip then unloaded for us when we arrived at Oak Crest. It was a bit of a relief to not have to handle our deceased babe!Philip was so kind and comforting, answered all of our questions, and we found great peace in seeing the facility and knowing exactly where she'd be cremated. Philip told us he would have her ready for us in 2 hours. So we returned then, picked up her little 4"x4" box, and returned home. (Oak Crest offers other urns and memorials at an additional cost, which we had declined) We paid $150 out-the-door and our total timeline from our arrival at the vet in Lawrenceville, to Oak Crest, back to home was a mere 4 hours. Seriously, amazing.I have to say that for your pet, a special member of your household, it's extremely sweet to know where/how/who is handling them at every point in this process. Our day yesterday truly couldn't have been more seamless or special and that was thanks in part to Oak Crest, whom I would highly recommend to any one I know.

I lost my Beloved Pit Bull Rocky after 11yrs to cancer. Phil was the most compassionate and understanding Person I ever met! I had just put my dog through surgery due to his illness and he died like two months before Christmas! I explained to Phil that money was tight and he let me do installments! I was so Grateful to him because I didn’t have the money up front! He truly Blessed me and my Family because Rocky Came Home for Christmas! Our sweet Boxer Rambo past over the weekend. Unfortunately for us, our vet was closed but I was given advice to take him to a crematory. I called Oak Crest, who at the time was closing sooner than I could get there. The Gentleman on the phone was sincere & understanding stating that he would stay until I got there, which I thought was very kind. He apologized for not being able to have our dog ready until the following Monday, which I thought was another un-necessary gesture, as I would never have expected them to have him ready so quickly. In a difficult & sad time for my family & I, this organization was very helpful & extremely kind. Would recommend them to everyone.

I have a rule that if one of my pets passes away then I will be the one to escort them to the crematorium. I just don't like leaving it to any else to take care of. I found Oak Crest two years ago and their service was amazing. Phil the owner was incredibly kind and professional. Unfortunately I had to call on their services again recently and the experience was exactly the same. I highly recommend Oak Crest.

My dog died over two months ago. We were told we would get a call when she was available for pick up. When we called to inquire about her ashes Michael told us that he tried to call us but does not leave messages. Which makes absolutely no sense. So when we asked about her ashes he asked what her name was “We told him Lily”. Michael says “yes lily's right here” conveniently on the desk. Then he asked “how much did the dog weigh? Was it over 75 pounds?” (Our dog was easily over 150 pounds. Impossible detail to miss if you had to transfer or cremate her body). We said “yes” and he told us that it would be $350 dollars. Unfortunately I am afraid that they have already lost my dog but more disturbingly it seemed they were ready to just give me any dogs ashes. Our dog should’ve been listed under our name anyway. Not her pet name. At least have some respect for people dealing with the loss of a pet. Count your days Michael.

I have taken 3 fur children here at different times and each time Superb treatment by the staff. Less than an hour and I have them back. Today I will be taking another fur child and I know I will get the same great service

I definitely reccomend this place to anybody who is considering cremating their beloved pet. We had a sudden loss of our first pet rat, Stewart. We began searching for places, and Oak Crest Pet Crematory popped up. We called and spoke to Phil, who was very kind and understanding. When we arived we were shown where to go and given excellent service and tons of available options to carry and remember our furry friend. We appreciated the sympathy and quick service. We received him back within a couple hours. I highly recommend Oak Crest Pet Crematory to anybody considering cremation.

I bought a urn for my dog. I was told I would have it on Friday. Well that didn't happen, then I was told on Monday. Unfortunately that didn't happen either. I had my family in and my grandchildren since it was the first pet they lost. They had to go home. They live far away. I finally got it on Tuesday. Very unhappy about it. My grandchildren are returning soon and are disappointed that they weren't here. They were not very compassionate about it and said it was the engravers fault.

We have made multiple visits over the last several years. Every visit has been all you could hope for during a difficult time. Our pets are small, and the process does not take long, maybe an hour. We call ahead, schedule a time, and an hour or so after arriving, we are on our way back home, with the ashes in the urn.
