If I could give this place a thousand stars I would! Patrick and his staff made this painful experience as easy as possible. They were empathetic,caring and went above and beyond. I didn't even to think to ask for some of my baby's fur. They made sure to save some for us. Her paw print ink turned out amazing and the photo box with her ashes is beautiful. I recieved a key chain with cinnamon's picture in it as well! The entire bag was beautiful. I purchased a necklace at pickup and Patrick so kindly put some of her ashes in it for me right there. Patrick speaks with a very sincere,caring tone. I felt my baby was left in the best hands possible. They informed me every step of the way and literally just made this memorable for us. This was not an easy thing to go through as you all know but I feel at peace. So to Patrick and the kind lady I spoke to when I dropped her off,thankyou so much! I truly appreciate the sincerity and kindness.

When I didn’t know what to do, Patrick’s voice was reassuring that they could take care of my pet in a way that felt safe to let her leave my possession. Her loss was sudden so we had no preparation and this was my first. I asked for prints with no knowledge of what they offered. I said yes to all— paw & nose prints & clay impression. The fur was a bit of a surprise but ultimately, I’m glad to have it because Etsy has a lot of sweet memorial options. The only improvement on services from my perspective was that their communication as a whole and specifically on timelines could be better just to set true expectations— we were on a tight timeline for personal reasons. They stay super busy so set your expectations accordingly.

We had a really good experience with Eternity Pet Memorial during a difficult time. The person who I spoke with was very kind and easy to talk to. I trusted they were going to be conscientious and respectful with the service they were providing. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their products. Our dog’s ashes were discreetly placed in the back of a picture frame with her picture already in the frame. They asked for a picture of her to be texted to them, and I sent two in case one worked better than the other for whatever reason. I did not expect a key chain with the second photograph in it! We also received another frame with her paw print and a poem. Nothing was corny or religious, which I appreciated. I will definitely use their services again if needed.

I recently had to say see you later to my cat who I had from the day he was born under my sister's bed over 14 years ago. My vet office sent him over to Eternity Pet Memorial for cremation. I emailed a picture over to Eternity Pet Memorial and they included it on his picture box urn. I picked him up today and I was surprised to see in his bag he came back in that there was a paw print framed as well as some of his fur and a Keychain with his picture as well. I am so happy to have my boy back home.

Understand the profound loss a beloved pet is to a family & display empathy and care for both the family and the fur baby that went across the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge. There’s communication throughout the process & the online obituary is a sweet tribute to your lost companion. Everyone is kind and makes sure the process is smooth during the sad time so there’s no added stress. Not one single issue from start to finish. Everything was perfect.

Took 3 weeks to get my cat back after spending 375.00 for pick up cremation and delivery. Upon delivery of my animal it looked like something that my son pulls out of his bookbag. Tattered, ripped, and my original photo I sent with her was creased. Used to get so much and this time I had to nag to get my cat back to me... was like they were holding her hostage. Loved them in the beginning but now I will never send another animal to them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Pathetic!! Do not recommend!

Today I picked up my girl from the vets office. It was our last ride home. I believed that this was going to a horrible experience, but after I saw the beautiful picture of my girl on the box and the paw print... Knowing that my girl was treated respectfully and given such a dignified memorial, it gave me comfort. One of our family dogs passed away suddenly overnight and I was beside myself looking for a place I could take her to, the first place wasn’t open even though their website said 24 hours, the second place I called was horrible the lady was rude and not empathetic at all and then I found Eternity Pet Memorial the website listed pricing that was affordable the owner was so nice and empathetic I brought our beautiful Snookie to him and he was able to make me smile and walked me through how it’s going to go I couldn’t have made a better decision I was happy I got to go home and tell my mom that she was in great caring hands, when we picked her up she was in a beautiful wooden urn with her picture and they were sweet enough to add a key chain they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations thank you so much! ❤️

I highly recommend Eternity Pet Memorial for pet cremation. They were so caring and what they gave me for Zeke’s remembrance was more than I expected. They were extremely thoughtful during the horrible time we were going through. They checked to make sure everything was just right. Once we received his ashes and other remembrance gifts, they checked to make sure it was what we expected. I highly recommend them if you need to make the decision to cremate your pet. Their price is very reasonable also 🐾🌈🐾

Eternity Pet Memorial exceeded my expectations on how they handled my dog’s memorial. His ashes came in a little box with his photo. They also put his paw print in a display case. This place is great to take care of your pets cremation. My dog passed a month ago and they did everything for her. She cane back in a cute Frame with a picture id sent over. Her ashes are in there. I've never seen this before, I love it. They do a memorial site, that's just awesome. I love that too. My girl will be remembered.

Very compassionate! Reasonable prices for the wonderful shadowbox urn with picture and paw print with name and poem. The fee for picking my pet up from the vet was even waived because we were going to take our furbaby to them, but nobody was going to be there that evening, so they picked her up the following day. They are wonderful, I have used them twice now and would highly recommend to anyone!

When the time comes for your pet to cross the rainbow bridge, having them cross at home, snuggled on your lap is a blessing. And Eternity pet memorial was so wonderful and sweet and comforting. My Fuzzy came back home to me in a beautiful frame with her ashes inside. I will forever be greatful.

Eternity Pet Memorial in Pittsburgh was the best choice we could have made at such a sad, difficult time. They were caring and compassionate when they came to our home to take our sweet pup to be cremated. The ashes were returned to us in a lovely shadow box with a photo we submitted of our dog on the front. We intend to bury it, but not yet. To anyone, it appears to be a framed photo of Frasier on our mantle.Price was also very reasonable.We highly recommend this service if you are ever in this sad situation.

They were super caring. My best friend, Fozzy, passed away at 17 years old (a good run for a feral cat) overnight, I called when I found him in the morning, they were very patient as I was incredibly upset and my voice kept cracking and I had to pause as I tried to hold back tears talking to them. While they didn't have a driver in the area at the time, one of the office girls came right out and picked up my boy. His shadowbox urn is beautiful and when my 12 year old dog passes I will be using their services again.

Eternity Pet Memorial is wonderful! We lost our dog in October, we contacted Eternity Pet Memorial who was able to pick up our pet at our home and return him to us in a week. They did a great job with our pet memorial. They kept us updated on the process and ensured all of our questions and concerns were addressed. They have memorial packages that you can choose from that fit your needs and budget. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

I can’t praise this business enough. Our elderly dog passed away at home in my arms on Tuesday evening. After calling another business that claimed to pick up or quickly return phone calls and waiting for a half hour and not receiving a call back, I called Patrick.As a family business owner myself, I fully understand that small business owners need time to themselves; but I was in shock and desperate for a solution as to what we should do, and having a quick response made our loss a little more bearable.He kindly explained the process and our options to us along with offering advice on letting our other pets say their good bye’s. He asked if we wanted our dog’s ashes back and I remember it not being affordable when we used another service about 12 years ago for another pet, back when google wasn’t as informative is it is now. So I said “if we can afford it” and was surprised to find out that the prices are very reachable for an average working-class family. I wish I would have known about this business years ago when we lost our Mandi. My household and my extended family and friends will be frequenting this business from here on out when the need arises.Although they do offer pick-up services which I can see being a valuable service in some instances, we came to the conclusion that we would tuck our baby in for the night and bring him in ourselves in the morning. When we took our dog in, we were met with kindness and compassion and were able to share stories with folks who are obviously pet lovers themselves. In addition to the cremation services and standard photo urn, we were able to select and add on a couple nice keepsake items to honor our lost fur baby.We can’t thank you enough for taking care of us and Bullet the way that you did!

When my bearded dragon passed I was going to bury him, but I just couldn’t think of a right place. I wanted to always be able to talk to him and see him and I do t have good transportation so a buddy recommended cremating him. I googled services and eternity pet memorial came up, and I took him there. They were great truly, the staff and the way the handled everything. Everyone was so nice, comforting, and helpful. And I have a beautiful mural of my baby boy and his ashes right on my desk now. I don’t want to ever have to go through this again but if I do I’ll be coming back because this really put me at peace. The worst best review I ever hope to write.If you're reading this first I'm sorry for your loss and I would definitely recommend this place. The girl at the desk whose name I forgot to get was very kind and went over all of the package options with us. Fur clipping, paw print ink pad or ceramics, little urns, etc.We got a beautiful cremains box and a keychain and all sorts of papers I haven't beared to look at yet. We received our kitty home in a bag with a sticker with her picture on it too and it's just such a small nice gesture.I don't ever want to come back and I am sad to say I absolutely will be back.

Eternity Pet Memorial in Pittsburgh was the best choice we could have made at such a sad, difficult time. They were caring and compassionate when they came to our home to take our sweet pup to be cremated. The ashes were returned to us in a lovely shadow box with a photo we submitted of our dog on the front. We intend to bury it, but not yet. To anyone, it appears to be a framed photo of Frasier on our mantle.Price was also very reasonable.We highly recommend this service if you are ever in this sad situation.

They were super caring. My best friend, Fozzy, passed away at 17 years old (a good run for a feral cat) overnight, I called when I found him in the morning, they were very patient as I was incredibly upset and my voice kept cracking and I had to pause as I tried to hold back tears talking to them. While they didn't have a driver in the area at the time, one of the office girls came right out and picked up my boy. His shadowbox urn is beautiful and when my 12 year old dog passes I will be using their services again.

I can’t praise this business enough. Our elderly dog passed away at home in my arms on Tuesday evening. After calling another business that claimed to pick up or quickly return phone calls and waiting for a half hour and not receiving a call back, I called Patrick.As a family business owner myself, I fully understand that small business owners need time to themselves; but I was in shock and desperate for a solution as to what we should do, and having a quick response made our loss a little more bearable.He kindly explained the process and our options to us along with offering advice on letting our other pets say their good bye’s. He asked if we wanted our dog’s ashes back and I remember it not being affordable when we used another service about 12 years ago for another pet, back when google wasn’t as informative is it is now. So I said “if we can afford it” and was surprised to find out that the prices are very reachable for an average working-class family. I wish I would have known about this business years ago when we lost our Mandi. My household and my extended family and friends will be frequenting this business from here on out when the need arises.Although they do offer pick-up services which I can see being a valuable service in some instances, we came to the conclusion that we would tuck our baby in for the night and bring him in ourselves in the morning. When we took our dog in, we were met with kindness and compassion and were able to share stories with folks who are obviously pet lovers themselves. In addition to the cremation services and standard photo urn, we were able to select and add on a couple nice keepsake items to honor our lost fur baby.We can’t thank you enough for taking care of us and Bullet the way that you did!

When my bearded dragon passed I was going to bury him, but I just couldn’t think of a right place. I wanted to always be able to talk to him and see him and I do t have good transportation so a buddy recommended cremating him. Sadly my cat passed away on a Saturday evening at home. I looked up pet crematories and all but one were closed until Monday morning. So, I called the one that was open, Eternity Pet Memorial. We were pleasantly surprised with the care and compassionate service that we received! The prices were very reasonable and service was completed in a timely manner. We have owned many pets over the years, and I can say without exception, this is the finest pet cremation service in all of the Greater Pittsburgh Area. It’s not the first time we have patronized them. We lost our wonderful “Nina,” at the age of 16. The owner himself responded to our call, the very same day, picking up within just a few hours. He’s kind, helpful and completely professional. They answer the phone 24/7, and are always willing to offer help and answer questions. When we got her cremains, they were accompanied by a beautifully framed photograph of her, along with an identically framed paw print. I lost my fur baby and Northern Pike where my dog passed at offered no help on what to do with my dog's remains. My sister googled Eternity Pet Memorial and they had really great reviews so I gave them a call. The one thing I did notice was the lady I spoke with didn't offer her condolences but she was very nice and helpful. She explained the packages thoroughly. I received my dog's ashes in about two weeks which is the time I was told. All of her keepsakes and shadow boxes were beautiful. I even received a follow up text from Patrick. Those kind of messages go a long way and I appreciate that.I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.

My dog passed away after having her for 12 years. Our dog was our best friend. She’s been with us and there for us through everything.we got her right after I lost my dad to suicide, The loss of my two sisters, brother, my aunt and cousin.. then my mom. She was the greatest dog ever. She was my sons best friend. When she died, we were so shaken up, we googled and called places , but everywhere was closed cause it was Memorial Day weekend. Luckily, thank god we found this place. They were so nice to us, they came and picked my fur baby up and kept us updated on Everything they were doing with my baby. We got her cremated. They gave us a plaque with her paw print and name, which I think was an extra $25? Which isn’t bad. And the urn she came in is BEAUTIFUL! It has her picture and name on it. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that has a fur baby/ fur family member. Thank you so much for helping us through that difficult time and making it easier. The pricing was absolutely wonderful. They didn’t take us broke like the last place did with my other fur baby. Thank you guys so much!

100% highly recommend. They were timely in pick up, and delivery of my pets remains. They were so compassionate, and treated my dogs final arrangements like the little queen she was. Patrick helped make the process of bringing in our pup in very easy. Tho they offered pick up services we opted to drop her off instead. It wasn't a quick exchange but maybe like 15 mins tops. He took us in his office and gave us an option of putting our pup down on a table or holding her ( I opted to hold on to her for a little longer). We spoke briefly on the different options we would like. There were several different pricing options from low to high. Everything was explained and laid out simply. It was a rough day and Patrick was very compassionate and kind about our loss. I am so thankful that I did not have to find a place to bury her in the ground and she was cremated in a beautiful keepsake (which we received in about a weeks time). It has been 4 weeks now and I still do not have my Romeo back A week after my dog's cremation A veterinarian from Imperial Pennsylvania which is an hour away from my home calls me and says that they have my Romeo. They say sorry and tell me they will call the driver back to pick him up. Now 2 weeks still nothing. I called Eternity asking where my dog was the woman tells me it takes time to get them back. I tell her about Imperial calling me. She blames my veterinarian office saying they didn't fill out the paperwork right. I ask her about cost no one ever talked to me about what it was going to cost. She now goes through the cost. Tells me I can do pay half now and rest when I get him back. I pay in full. 3 weeks later still no Romeo. I call them again same woman tells he will be there this Tuesday. I call my Veterinarian Wednesday still no Romeo. I call her again today she blames my Veterinarian the Christmas holiday the other veterinarian for calling me saying they never dropped him off there. She lost my dog this has been a nightmare in a time that was already hard. I'm going to have a hard time believing this is my dog's ashes after all of this.

Highly recommended!!!My dog Louie was like a son to me so when he passed it was very difficult. Pat drove 50 miles to pick him up and help me with my grieving. He truly understood how I felt losing my pal of 16 years and for that I can’t thank him enough. Eternity Pet Memorial also supplied me with a great Memorial package that sits on my mantle today. These guys are the best at what they do and I highly recommend their services. 5 stars!

Great Service. Patrick, a licensed funeral director himself, is simply the best. He's always a calm, respectful voice in the middle of the storm 24/7. We have used Eternity Pet Memorial on three occasions and have never been disappointed.Our former veterinarian used Eternity Pet Memorial and that was our first introduction to them. If your veterinarian uses another cremation service or your pet dies at home, you can still request Eternity Pet Memorial to handle your pet. Which is exactly what we did for two of our pets when the animal hospital used another service.The staff at Eternity Pet Memorial does a beautiful job and have reasonable rates and beautiful packages. They even post online pet obits on their website if you provide them with a photo. And why not? Pets are family too.Angel (2014), Boden (2015), and Swift (2021)

My dog passed away after having her for 12 years. Our dog was our best friend. She’s been with us and there for us through everything.we got her right after I lost my dad to suicide, The loss of my two sisters, brother, my aunt and cousin.. then my mom. She was the greatest dog ever. She was my sons best friend. When she died, we were so shaken up, we googled and called places , but everywhere was closed cause it was Memorial Day weekend. Luckily, thank god we found this place. They were so nice to us, they came and picked my fur baby up and kept us updated on Everything they were doing with my baby. We got her cremated. They gave us a plaque with her paw print and name, which I think was an extra $25? Which isn’t bad. And the urn she came in is BEAUTIFUL! It has her picture and name on it. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that has a fur baby/ fur family member. Thank you so much for helping us through that difficult time and making it easier. The pricing was absolutely wonderful. They didn’t take us broke like the last place did with my other fur baby. Thank you guys so much!

100% highly recommend. They were timely in pick up, and delivery of my pets remains. They were so compassionate, and treated my dogs final arrangements like the little queen she was. They sympathized with me, and made me feel like they cared, because I truly believe they do. Its a great value for the money, and they made the whole process so much easier to bare. Will definitely use them again. I can not praise them enough for offering direct pick up and delivery, and all the care taken in the entire process.

Patrick helped make the process of bringing in our pup in very easy. Tho they offered pick up services we opted to drop her off instead. It wasn't a quick exchange but maybe like 15 mins tops. He took us in his office and gave us an option of putting our pup down on a table or holding her ( I opted to hold on to her for a little longer). We spoke briefly on the different options we would like. There were several different pricing options from low to high. Everything was explained and laid out simply. It was a rough day and Patrick was very compassionate and kind about our loss. I am so thankful that I did not have to find a place to bury her in the ground and she was cremated in a beautiful keepsake (which we received in about a weeks time). If you love your dog like a beloved member or your family I would highly recommend these services. Thank you so much Patrick. We were so thankful that you helped make Vixen's passing a little bit easier.

I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful or elegant way to take care of my baby boy. The price was lower than any other, but the service was the best I have had. I have lost 3 babies over the last 6 years. But of the 3 this is the only one I would use again or recommend to others. I actually already have. If its cost you are worried about, I found it to be very affordable and even though I didn't use it they even offered to come pick up my pet. From the first conversation he was Caring, compassion and kind hearted and he treats you like family. Instantly feeling like we’ve known him for years he is a very thoughtful and generous person and I can go on and on!!! The owner and staff made such a difficult process a little more easier. They were patient, caring, friendly, understanding… I could go on. I’ve used this service once before and my partner had called an emergency line by accident and he was given a hard time regarding that. Just recently, our second pet passed on and we went to use the service again and my partner had a similar experience. He was told that all of the information was online but they guess they can tell him the information over the phone. The website isn’t exactly user friendly and sometimes it’s just plain easier to call. I sent an email into the company regarding the lack of compassion for people who just lost their pet of twenty years. The email back was still just plain insensitive. They defended their behavior and went on to say how no one else complained that day. This is a business not your family. If your customer says that they were offended, apologize. And maybe stop telling people to go to the website, we are calling for a reason, just answer the questions. No one needs an extra two cents. You wouldn’t want to be treated that way if you called a business to ask a few questions. Don’t make people feel stupid for calling. I didn’t give this a one star because I don’t feel that it was appropriate, we just wanted a sincere apology because it was perceived as rude. I would have never taken this publicly if the person didn’t attempt to defend the inappropriate behavior.

I never have left a negative review online, but after my experience, I feel compelled to try and help others avoid what we had to deal with while coming to terms with the loss of a beloved pet.Over a year ago, my dog passed away when the kennel that was watching her lost her. She was struck by a car and passed away before I could even get back into town. The kennel had Eternity Pet Memorial handle her cremation and made arrangements for me. Not only did it take over a month to hear anything back, but I called him while after to see what was going on and he quite rudely told me he was out to dinner with his family and if I could "make it fast". I then asked him why he had answered and that I would have just left a voicemail with no problem. I apologized and hung up with no timeline to when we would meet up. I didn't know how these things go and thought that was totally fine.But one day at work, about a week later, I got a phone call from the owner saying he was outside of my house! When I informed him that I was not home, he became agitated and asked me where I was. I informed him that we had never scheduled a meeting that day and that I was at work. He said that he figured since he was on that end of town, he would do so then and that he assumed I would be home. I told him I would prefer not to have the delivery happen while I was working, because I did not want to become emotional at work. He then said "I thought you wanted your dog back?!", I asked to reschedule the drop off and he refused. I work at a tattoo shop, this guy shows up there and makes negative comments about my appearance (heavily tattooed). Not only this, but he then gives me a crinkled bag with a faded and poorly done memorial inside.A year later my rat passed away and I looked for some where else to go. It is seeing how actual professionals handled the cremation of a beloved pet that prompted me to warn others about this guy. Not only have I had a very negative experience here, but several of my clients have shared the same experience as well. I took my rat, Daisy, to Precious Pets. Not only were they super sweet and professional, but they also had a beautiful selection of urns. They were polite on the phone and in person. It took less than a week all together and they were super friendly. The owners are a super lovely couple who love their pets and treat yours as their own.

In May 2022 my beloved cat fell ill and in a very short span of time died. I was distraught, after notifying her vet and finding out that no one is in on weekends and the answering service said to put her in my freezer until Monday and quoted a cost of approximately$500....well you can imagine how horrified and appalled I was at that moment. The weather was heating up and I couldn't bury her because our yard is scheduled to be all torn up and there was no place that won't be disturbed going forward. I started searching on line and most of the places had answering machines but Eternity Pet' s phone was answered by an extremely kind man ,who is the owner , Patrick Vereb , and he said he could help me. Eternity Pet offers at a very reasonable fee to come to you and pick up your pet and then to bring their remains back to you if you are unable to bring your pet to them . The complete memorial package including the pick up and drop off of my pet was so much more affordable and offered so much more than just my cat's remains in a generic jar. Plus the staff was very kind and accommodating, everything was perfect and my kitty even has an online memorial page ! Mr Vereb even checked in with me to be sure I was doing okay . I had expensive prescription cat food left that I had purchased from my vet and since most cat food is hard to come by due to supply chain issues, I figured I would return it to the vet so a living cat could benefit from it. The attendant asked my reason for my visit ,I explained that my cat ,THEIR PATIENT, had died and the cans of prescription food was no longer needed....they didn't even say they were sorry for my loss.If you love your pets like family and the treatment of their final arrangements require more care then please allow Eternity Pet to help you thru the very painful experience of losing your pet. They will treat you and your beloved pet with loving care and respect.

It has been 4 weeks now and I still do not have my Romeo back A week after my dog's cremation A veterinarian from Imperial Pennsylvania which is an hour away from my home calls me and says that they have my Romeo. They say sorry and tell me they will call the driver back to pick him up. Now 2 weeks still nothing. I called Eternity asking where my dog was the woman tells me it takes time to get them back. I tell her about Imperial calling me. She blames my veterinarian office saying they didn't fill out the paperwork right. I ask her about cost no one ever talked to me about what it was going to cost. She now goes through the cost. Tells me I can do pay half now and rest when I get him back. I pay in full. 3 weeks later still no Romeo. I call them again same woman tells he will be there this Tuesday. I call my Veterinarian Wednesday still no Romeo. I call her again today she blames my Veterinarian the Christmas holiday the other veterinarian for calling me saying they never dropped him off there. She lost my dog this has been a nightmare in a time that was already hard. I'm going to have a hard time believing this is my dog's ashes after all of this.

Called last night to set up arrangements to have my pet picked up this morning at 10 as he was getting put to sleep at 9. There ended up being a lack of communication and they did not end up picking up our pet. I responded with my concerns in a strongly worded email and received a very nicely written apology. Although we did not use their services. I have no doubt they care the utmost about their clients.

Wouldn't have even gave them a one star . Not only did it take 2 weeks for my dogs ashes to get returned and be in a ziploc bag is just the worst . Tyson was are family so to get him back in a bag okay I get that but a ziploc bag like wow im beyond disgusted. For future references peoples pets are just like their family . The pawprint memorial was great and I get the ashes needed put in a bag but for future reference never return someone's family in a ziploc bag .

Patrick was very rude. He had no compassion. I called him because I was told by my vet to call the next day. Patrick said that my pet was being picked up and he would call me back. I offered my information but be declined it saying that it would be on the paper work. I explained that I had never gone through this before. He directed me to their facebook page. I told him i did not want a keepsake urn and that I was taking my Oscar to camp where he was happiest. He replied 'Oh. You want a scattering envelope.' I said I guess. I assumed he would call me with more info once my pet arrived. Several days latet I still had no phone call. I called once again. Patrick was very rude. "Well, I didn't call you yet." "Oh. Your the one that didn't want anything special" "I've never had any trouble getting my money. Either the vet pays or the customer pays." I had to pressure him for a price. He told me he only does paper work on Mondays, this was a Saturday. On Monday I received a call from vet saying that my pet's remains where there for pick up. What if I wanted to go somewhere else? I never had a real conversation about expectations. I was very dissapointed with the whole process. I would it recommend this place to anyone!

They spelled my pets name wrong, didn't get the footprint I paid for and gave me my money back in an envelope. The owner was extremely rude and I recommend to no one! Go anywhere else. Please. Do yourself the favor. This is such a sensitive topic and they should get everything you paid for and I lacked good customer service and even the services I paid for. Go elsewhere! Don't subject yourself to these people and don't be subjected to rude treatment when you are the greiving pet owner and just wanted the best for them. Called last night to set up arrangements to have my pet picked up this morning at 10 as he was getting put to sleep at 9. There ended up being a lack of communication and they did not end up picking up our pet. I responded with my concerns in a strongly worded email and received a very nicely written apology. Although we did not use their services. I have no doubt they care the utmost about their clients.

Staff was very empathetic when they called to request a picture of my sweet Desi. Her remains are beautifully contained. Her paw print is framed, and on the back side of the frame is a picture and some of her fur. It is a very loving tribute.

Wouldn't have even gave them a one star . Not only did it take 2 weeks for my dogs ashes to get returned and be in a ziploc bag is just the worst . Tyson was are family so to get him back in a bag okay I get that but a ziploc bag like wow im beyond disgusted. For future references peoples pets are just like their family . The pawprint memorial was great and I get the ashes needed put in a bag but for future reference never return someone's family in a ziploc bag .

Patrick was very rude. He had no compassion. I called him because I was told by my vet to call the next day. Patrick said that my pet was being picked up and he would call me back. I offered my information but be declined it saying that it would be on the paper work. I explained that I had never gone through this before. He directed me to their facebook page. I told him i did not want a keepsake urn and that I was taking my Oscar to camp where he was happiest. He replied 'Oh. You want a scattering envelope.' I said I guess. I assumed he would call me with more info once my pet arrived. Several days latet I still had no phone call. I called once again. Patrick was very rude. "Well, I didn't call you yet." "Oh. Your the one that didn't want anything special" "I've never had any trouble getting my money. Either the vet pays or the customer pays." I had to pressure him for a price. He told me he only does paper work on Mondays, this was a Saturday. On Monday I received a call from vet saying that my pet's remains where there for pick up. What if I wanted to go somewhere else? I never had a real conversation about expectations. I was very dissapointed with the whole process. I would it recommend this place to anyone!

They spelled my pets name wrong, didn't get the footprint I paid for and gave me my money back in an envelope. The owner was extremely rude and I recommend to no one! Go anywhere else. Please. Do yourself the favor. This is such a sensitive topic and they should get everything you paid for and I lacked good customer service and even the services I paid for. Go elsewhere! Don't subject yourself to these people and don't be subjected to rude treatment when you are the greiving pet owner and just wanted the best for them.
