Unfortunately, I have had to use Jamie's services three time's in the past three month's. He is so compassionate and truly cares about his customers and their fur babies. You will NOT find better hands to leave you fur babies in! We can't give him a high enough recommendation! He is so compassionate, understanding, takes exceptional care of the fur babies, and the urns that he puts their remains in are beautiful. Not to mention he is affordable. Like I told him tonight I appreciate him very much but I hope I don't have to come see him again for a few more year's.

I cannot say enough kind words about Jamie Pynes and about the warmth that he provided during such a difficult time losing our lab/chow. He made the process as simple as it gets and we knew our boy was in the safest hands he could be in. His work is beautiful and again I cannot say enough about the kindness and dedication that is put into everything he does. We appreciate everything he did for our family- your babies will rest peacefully in the hands of Jamie.

Our beloved girl crossed the Rainbow Bridge recently and our vet gave us a form to fill out for the return of her ashes there was a spot to put her name so I added that. When I picked her up I was so moved at the beautiful urn and card with a bit of her fur. It is the loveliest remembrance I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Creekside Crematory. Thank you

We picked up our little lady Mia today, she crossed the rainbow bridge last week. The box is beautiful and they also included a plaster of her paw print as well as a clipping of her fur. Such a beautiful gift!

I cannot say enough things about Mr. Pine and his caring spirit. He truly treats all his clients with respect and love while also extending that same level of care to their beloved pets that are entrusted to him. He beautifully crafts the woodens urns and puts the utmost care and detail into his work. He is honest and up front with all information. Highly highly recommend him and his business. He goes above and beyond.

The first time I called Jamie was like I've know him for years. He is so kind and understanding. It was my first experience and I was very emotional during the conversation. It was so comforting that he knew how I was feeling. When we took our pet to him my daughters and I were relieved that Jamie's professionalism had everything covered. Also the urns, jewelry and cards are all made by local artisans which added beautiful touch. Thank You Jamie.

Beautiful engraved wooden urn with a thoughtful card with a clipping of my boy's hair which I wasn't expecting. Ashes were delivered in 6 days which was amazing. Will definitely use again when the time comes. Thank you !

Jamie is an amazing human being and does his best to comfort you and keep everything as affordable as he can during the whole process when you have lost your furry loved ones I met him in 2006 when my rottweiler passed and have had to use his services two more times since then. The new opportunity to be able to have a keepsake made with glass using our loved ones creamains is just another special touch to add to his already amazing services including local hand crafted wooden urns down to the lock of fur and very heart touching card you receive

Losing a pet can be one of the hardest experiences. Jamie is top of the line when it comes to just being a friend when you are at that low point. He makes the entire process as easy as it possibly could be. The quality of the products options are excellent. I rest easy knowing that when we need to do this again we will be in good hands. Jamie is amazing at what he does! He understands what his customers are going through and does his best to help. It’s bad enough losing a loved pet but on top the lose you have the question of “now what”. Jamie takes care of the “ now what” with compassion and in a timely manner!!!

Jamie's one of the good guys, he went out of his way with the cremation of our bulldog bubba. As difficult of a time as this was for Tammy and I Jamie not only treated us as more than just a customer, but care and respect for our boy bubba. You may go here as a customer but you will leave as a friend plus the great satisfaction in knowing how your pet was handled. Thank you Jamie.

Jamie pyne is a generous and caring soul. He worked with me just 1 day after my motz passed away. I could barely speak on the phone without crying and he was very thoughtful and patient and truly the most compassionate man I've met. He knew my financial situation and told me to take my time and when I finally brought him motz, he was so delicate with her and honored her. It was my passed moms cat and he sat with me for a hour and let me talk thru my options and answered every single question I had!! Best service around and exceptional experience and quality wooden box. Bless this company and man for helping people in their time of need, not price gouging them!!

The owner operator is very carring and treats his customers and clients like Family!It is very refreshing to know their are good people In this world !He works alone because he has the passion for carring and love for what he does!
